18 Best Restaurants in Greensboro, North Carolina | Eater Carolinas

"This Middle Eastern bakery, grocery, and restaurant inside a former gym is one of Greensboro’s most underrated establishments. With the pandemic closure of beloved Jack’s Corner, Nazareth assumes the mantle as the best option for shawarma, gyros, kabobs, and falafel. The platters, which come with a meat choice like shish kabobs, pita and three sides, offer the most customization — ideally the tabouli, hummus, and Greek salad." - Eric Ginsburg

Google
Very good middle eastern eatery. Figured I'd try a staple and went with the shawarma pita sandwich with fries and drink. Sandwich was huge. Pita was soft and fresh. Seemed almost pillowy. Meat was generous but had a little more pieces of grissle than I liked. Seasoning and sauces were very tasty. Overall, this place was a great value and the flavors were very good. I'd definitely go back and explore the menu more.

Google
I enjoyed my meal. Went for my bday with family at my request. I didn't want to leave Greensboro area without trying this place. Missed shopping in Fig & Olive, however I was given a cookie from the during my celebration . That was so kind.

Google
They are not messing around with the options and tastiness of the food! Tried the chicken chops plate and areyas and both were excellent. Took home extras! Friendly staff and you can watch the robotic shawarma machine 🤣 Of note - this is an older building and there is a slight upcharge for using credit over cash. Parking can be a little cramped if they are busy.

Google
Best Shawarma sense my time in Trinidad. Real authentic stuff. Not much to say other than come here if you some good Mediterranean!

Google
i need to preface this review with feelings of serious confusion. Comments like “The best restaurant in Greensboro” and many others echo what seems to be either a clear lack of experience with good middle eastern food or perhaps just extremely low standards for food in general. The reviews were so positive i was certain i’d be in for a fresh delicious meal. Wrong. The Pita bread was not fresh and very gummy and cheap tasting. Worse even than store bought varieties. The shawarma was spectacularly average as was the Baba G, and falafel. Service was excellent but the freshness and flavor was so obviously lacking my friend and i were both left rather speechless and definitely bummed. Combine the lack of quality with the desperate need for better housekeeping practices and you’re left with a cafeteria-esque setting which provides the equivalent of middle eastern mcdonalds. Take my advice- go to jerusalem market, downtown greensboro… and don’t be fooled by all the positive reviews by people who apparently have never been to a good middle eastern restaurant.

Google
I went there for dinner and they had an open buffet. The quality of food was very good and they refilled it immediately as soon as any of the item is finished. The staff were very friendly despite the high traffic they had considering it was Ramadan. Their manager (or owner maybe) was very welcoming with everyone

Google
i was told that if i didn’t stop at nazareth bread co on my trip to greensboro that i’d be missing out and i’m so glad i did! the chicken gyro was so flavorful and the hummus and pita were a home run!

Google
No frills, fantastic food, counter serve joint whipping up extremely fresh, loaded, middle-eastern pita sandwiches. I have the shawarma sandwich, it was loaded with beef, lamb, and veggies.

Yelp
Just go already. And bring your biggest appetite with you! I've been 2 days in a row. Each time, my plate was PILED with goodness! I've actually secretly been here 3 times and tried the burger the first time lol it was really good but Ofcourse you should try their signature dishes! I had the chicken Shawarma on my second visit where you get to choose three sides. The sides I chose were hummus, Greek salad and rice. Pita is already included so you don't have to order that. The hummus felt like the star of the show because it was the best hummus I've ever tried. However, everything together was absolutely amazing. The dressing on the salad is like none I've ever tried before. On my third visit, I tried the lamb chops with Greek salad, the world's famous hummus, and falafel. This was my first time having falafel and I'm glad I tried it. There is a huge dining area so the will be a plethora of seating, even if you have a large party. Service is fast and the food is fresh! They actually cook the food right in front of you. I will be back soon and very soon!

Yelp
It's like a big cafeteria - different but decent dining experience. Continuing the tour of Greensboro restaurants with good ratings based on yelp and Google. It's a huge place. Place your order by the register and wait for them to bring the meal. Shawarma was decent but a bit on the greasy side. Fried fish sandwich was great - my dad is picky but he liked it. Mixed grill - It was a bit on the dry side but with the sauce it's better. Lamb chop platter - I think it was the best of all. Highl recommend- I think I will just have that next time.

Yelp
Nazareth has been a Greensboro staple for years, and it's easy to see why. The food is well made and flavorful. The building shows its age. There were a couple buckets on the floor catching ceiling leaks during my visit, and the bathroom could definitely use more attention, but if you can look past the atmosphere, you'll be rewarded. Even with the dated space, the staff's smiles and great energy shine through. I had the beef and lamb shawarma sandwich, and the flavor of the meat was excellent. The lamb was just slightly overcooked, but still tasty and satisfying. The real surprise star? The purple cabbage inside: tangy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I'd come back just for a side of that alone. I also got the 4-piece falafel as a side, and they were outstanding. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. Easily some of the best falafel I've had in town. Nazareth might not win awards for decor, but the kitchen more than makes up for it. If you're after authentic, flavorful Mediterranean food and don't mind a no-frills setting or take out, this spot is worth a visit.

Yelp
I got the chicken gyro and it was just okay. It lacked flavor and was on the dry side. The fries were delicious though, so crispy. Service was pretty slow. There was only one register. The ambience is low key and no frills. Overall, it was an average experience. I've had much better Mediterranean food!

Yelp
They never disappoint! A no frills low maintenance restaurant with absolutely amazing food. This time we ordered the falafel plate with hummus and rice and the alexander kabob chicken platter with the spinach roll. There portion sizes as always were amazing and the 3 were stuffed with just 2 plate orders. Their service was super quick and efficient and the flavors were on point. However we did not like the alexandar kabab since ut had a sweet tamato flavor. Will be back here soon to try more stuff!

Yelp
Food was OK... my lamb was basically charcoal, but the salad was good. Restaurant was clean, and service was friendly, but very slow. Waited almost 30 mins for our meals.
google avatar

Amber C.

Yelp
Food was delicious! Large space with a lot of seating and a cute little dessert/coffee bar attached to it. Service at the counter was friendly and food was served quickly.

Kathryn L.

Yelp
My favorite restaurant! If you are looking for the most impressive building don't go (or have a friend pick up for you); BUT if you want great food, prepared fresh on site and piled high on the plate-and good prices...then you are in for a real treat!
google avatar

Yelp
Okay so let's just say I'm obsessed. I recently visited here with a friend and have ordered it twice since then. All within a few weeks. Their falafel is AMAZING. And on a falafel platter you get 7-8 pieces. The hummus? Omg mouthwateringly delish. The baba ghanoush? Garlicky eggplant goodness. The cucumber sauce? Drown me in it please. The chicken kabob was juicy and flavorful beyond belief. The small house salad is the farthest thing from small and does NOT have olives thank goodness. And the dressing is AMAZING!!!! I wanna eat from here every night for the rest of my life no exaggeration.

Yelp
Inside the restaurant is very clean and clear with lots of table seating and has a spacious feel. The people who work there are very helpful and kind. I love every interaction that I've had the two times that I've been. There's a huge selection of things on their menu. Their beef Shawarma is delicious well seasoned and it is enough for three meals. They are tabouli tastes fresh and delicious and I also loved the pita bread which is homemade and tastes amazing!

Yelp
It may have been an off day but it was packed and I was really excited to try another halal establishment. My friends are from Kuwait and having lived in the gulf, we know Arabic cuisine very well. The food was mediocre at best today. I had a mushroom burger. It had canned mushrooms and was so soggy that I tossed the bread. The lettuce and tomato were fresh but I suspect they were wet. My friend got the kofta and she said it was spongy. She did like the hummus. The tabbouleh was a salad with similarities to the real thing but contained large búlgar and cucumbers which isn't part of the dish Would I go back? Not sure. I will say that the lady selling handmade Mexican bags and trinkets outside was a delight. She's there on the weekend and trying to sell authentic Mexican gifts. She was super friendly and very proud of her products. I had to buy a change purse because they were so beautiful. I will try the restaurant again another time. Be warned that parking is limited and it is a hike to get to the restrooms. May be a problem for disabled patrons. The floor is old tiling and can be slippery. Wear some non skid shoes to be safe because there was some spilled drinks and food randomly on the floor that someone can trip over. The entire menu is halal and orders are cooked fresh to order. It was super busy when we went and that could be why the food wasn't as enjoyable and thrown on the plate with no care. I did not go in the adjoining market this time but will next time in town. Mushroom burger 1/5 Kofta 2-5/5 Hummus 2.5/5 Tabbouleh 2/5 lost points because is not authentic Cleanliness 2.5/5 Disability friendly 2.5/5 Lady selling Mexican trinkets outside 10/10

Yelp
Let me preface this review by saying the two stars are NOT because of their food. Nazareth Bread has FIVE STAR food. I mean it is deeeelicious! However, my first experience there almost caused me not even to try their food. Here's the tea: I ordered falafel, spinach pie (their version looks like an egg roll), and a vegan sandwich. OMG, every bite was phenomenal. I am drooling just thinking about the food. The flavors, the sauces, the freshness. Oh, my!!!! There was this one...um...thing, though. After I placed my order, I asked to go to the restroom. I wish I had not done that. I proceed down this long, dingy hallway and notice the walls are actually dirty. Like legit dirty hand smudges around the doors, the staff come and go out of. I try to stay calm. I reach the end of the hallway, find the restroom and boom. NIGHTMARE. It's disgusting. Two out of the four stalls are out of operation. It's dark and not well-kept. I panic, not knowing what to do since I am disabled and need to use the facilities. I go into "I am everyone woman mode," get soap and water, wash what I need, double wash my hands, and hightale it out of there. I am FREAKED OUT. As I returned to walk down that dingy hall, I realized that the staff using those same gross facilities also cooked my food. OH NO!!! I am a woman of faith and a firm believer in not judging people, so I try not to let my anxiety take over, and I sit in the dining room and begin to pray. As I was sitting, I began to look around and noticed that NONE of the facilities seemed well-kept. The tables are not cleaned, the booths are cracking and unkept, and so much seems disheveled. Had I let the Yelp! Review and allure of this place blind me? What to do? My ticket gets brought to me with a smile as I ponder, and I am startled. I sit there, pray over my take-out order, and open the boxes. The food looks and smells, again, delicious. I make a bold decision to try the food. As I leave, a line of customers is almost out the door (it's around 5ish now). I asked a few customers how they liked the food. Everyone raves; some say they've been coming for years. That gives me some hope I will not suffer a fate like food poisoning. Regardless, I can not shake the visions of the hall, doors, and bathroom. I hurried along, and the customers were correct. When I got home to eat my meal, everything was scrumptious. However, I haven't gone back because, well, those visions. I hope the owners of the establishment read this review and do something about their facilities because there are people like me who will not be returning, regardless of how good the food is, if cooked in what I feel are unsanitary conditions.

Yelp
Nazareth Bread is a great place to grab a delicious meal in Greensboro. We went to last nights Ramadan buffet and WOW was it delicious! The menu featured Pot Roast, Shawarma, Garlic and Lemon Chicken to name a few items. All were delicious and I definitely left stuffed. The menu is just as delicious every other day of the year. I recommend either a Shawarma platter or a sandwich. Be sure to save room for dessert as the Baklava is amazing! The service was excellent and the employees are always friendly. I recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants an authentic Middle Eastern experience, and enjoys delicious food.
google avatar

Orhan N. K.

Yelp
Every ramadan Nazareth always organize 'Iftar Buffet' so many variety of the food with affordable price and they are delicious. Other than this they have coffee shop just recently open. Delicious food, friendly staff thats all I am looking for.
google avatar

Jessica P.

Yelp
I've been coming to this place for a couple of years with my better half. We stumbled onto this place by chance. The food is fuggin amazing!!!! the portions are huge for the price. There are plenty of vegetarian options and of course amazing meat options. The lamb chops are so good. You wouldn't even know it was lamb. Grilled to perfection and has no wild taste. The only place I'll eat Lamb During our recent trip, we noticed they started upgrading the outside and will be adding a bakery coffee shop attached to it. Service is always friendly. The place looks a little sketchy and could use upgrades with the seating inside... however, I'd sit on a bucket just to eat a good meal in this here! I'm super excited for them and all the upgrades.
google avatar

Kristen B.

Yelp
The staff was very helpful describing items I was not familiar with and giving suggestions! Unfortunately, they didn't have decaf options nor skim milk but the pastry items looked and tasted amazing! I also walked to the adjoining restaurant and had the chicken gyro. They make their own bakery products on site, which means the pita was fresh and it was delicious! I told the cashier I was allergic to something to leave it off and they then asked additional questions to make sure the item was safe for me...don't always get that service and it was much appreciated!
google avatar

Karen K.

Yelp
It's a go to place for us when we're lazy cooking for the day. But we're liking it less. The place is getting dirtier. People are nice though.
google avatar

Monique W.

Yelp
This was really tasty. I had the season beef pita and it was really tasty. Somebody in my party said they didn't like the lamb kebab and felt it was under seasoned. The chicken pito was also really good. It's great for a group and has tons of space. The service is quick and only took 10 minutes to get our food.
google avatar

Michael R.

Yelp
Food, customer service, cookies, shawarma, chicken, steak is all delicious! Plenty of room to sit!
google avatar

Melissa M.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place. The fresh pita!! The smell of the open grill when you walk in! The portions are very generous! Delicious, and authentic. Don't let the decor or inside area, scare you away. This place is awesome ! A+++

Corey K.

Yelp
Nazareth's Bread is my go to when I want like that middle eastern kabob, shawarma and hummus style food, they really are the best. Good food, good portions and for a good price. The place is clean and unique and the food comes out pretty quick. Service there is good too, 10 out of 10 would recommend.
google avatar

Kenyatta J.

Yelp
I love everything about this place. It's a local favorite for a lot of people. The food is made fresh. It was delicious. The ambience was giving dining hall but it was clean. Absolutely recommend this place for lunch. You can also get it to go. They are very friendly The service was good.
google avatar

Ellyn S.

Yelp
The food here reminds me of authentic to street food style cuisine. The service was quick and friendly. The ambiance is relaxed. Finding a clean table was difficult, but I was there. Little after the lunch rush so maybe that's not common.
google avatar

David K.

Yelp
The food was tasty but the restaurant is old, warn out, the vinyl on the seats is cracked and uncomfortable. The service was lackluster and the lighting is poor. The restroom was such that it is better to go before arriving there. The food is good but not great - and that is the only redeeming feature
google avatar

Erik S.

Yelp
This place is still a staple for me. Been going here for years, and will continue to go here for many more years. Even though there is a lot of excellent competition for the best tasting Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food in the area, Nazareth is always going to be an appealing option. The food, still delicious. Maybe not the top of the top anymore, but there are certain things that I try now and again that still make me go WOW! I still could eat their very interesting purple cole slaw everyday, and in most cases, I leave with a pint of it to keep in the fridge. The adana kebab and the andalusian platter are always favorites. Still, make sure you check out the specials menu on the way in! What I did finally get to do this year, is swing in for their Ramadan AYCE eat buffet... and holy smokes, that is a treat! So many interesting foods that you may not see at other times of the year, and this is really a chance to try the full gamut. Always be sure and look up when this is taking place, you do not want to miss this meal! Yes... i hear the complaints that the restaurant is a little dingy. The truth is, that building is very old, and has been many things before it became Nazareth including a gym. There is nothing to fear as far as food cleanliness and sanitation, and you can always get their food to go. It's more important to me personally that every meal is delicious, plentiful, and friendly! In short, still one of the great Greensboro places to eat. Try it. You will not regret it.
google avatar

Quaniqua M.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for a long time. I can say it lives up to the hype. I got 2 chicken kabobs, rice, coleslaw, pita, and fries and a drink for less than $15. That's really good! Everything was really good. I was nervous about the coleslaw at first but it was so good. The cashier was super friendly and the food came out pretty fast for us to have 3 orders.
google avatar

Ian B.

Yelp
The food is simply amazing. Service is very fast and attentive although it is a bit like a cafeteria ordering your food. It's quick, delicious and fits the bill when you want Mediterranean food. Their Shawarma is possibly the best in the area and the macaroons are some of the best on the planet. Everything is made fresh and it shows. I SERIOUSLY suggest going on a weekend so you can get some of the mint tea they make. It's amazing. I usually get whatever is on the special board coming in whether I know what it is or not and I've never been let down. Everything I've eaten from there has been absolutely amazing. Get over the grocery store ambiance of the place, the food is top notch and if you leave hungry, you must've left your wallet in the car. The portions are great too.
google avatar

Rena H.

Yelp
Greensboro wins on the Mediterranean food. Nazareth should be a national treasure, truthfully. Portions: huge. Amazing. I get 2 meals out of a platter easily. Flavors: authentic & incredible. Every meal we've had here has been fantastic. My favorite is the chicken gyro platter - with a side of rice and topped with their tzatziki, mmmm. Not a lamb fan personally but my husband raves about the shawarma - Alexander to be exact. We drive from Winston for this. It is worth it!
google avatar

Sean T.

Yelp
I can't say enough about this place. The food is amazing every time we come here. The people here are always so nice and friendly. I normally get the chicken with veggie and rice and a Greek salad. It's way more food than I can eat in one sitting. The restaurant is half store and half restaurant with plenty of seating to eat inside. When they have deserts on hand they look amazing but they don't always have them. If you like middle eastern style food this is your place. Highly recommend this place and you will not regret it.
google avatar

Emery M.

Yelp
Nazareth Bread is definitely a happening spot off Market street in Greensboro. Parking lot was packed. They have added a bakery and coffee spot connected to it called Fig and Olive. Upon walking in Nazareth, we noticed their sanitation score was a low 90. It made me a little nervous. We went to order a steak and cheese sub, and was informed they were out of that meat option. So I opted for the grilled chicken sub. It ended up having a lot of flavor. The place could stand to be deep cleaned and updated. Just seems very thrown together and random. The service was pleasant. We tried the fig and olive next door after lunch and it was good as well.
google avatar

Sarah K.

Yelp
Loved coming to the Ramadan buffet. The service is great there; everyone is so polite. All of the dishes were amazing, but my favorite was a baked chicken dish. Not sure what it was called, but the chicken was tender and the yellow/green sauce was so flavorful! The environment was more cafeteria style, but was clean.

Cameron F.

Yelp
Easily some of the best food in Greensboro. It was my favorite spot when I lived there for several years and anytime I visit NC, I come back. Absolutely delicious! Great service, and wonderful food. The wait time is relatively short as well!
google avatar

Kalynda S.

Yelp
It's not fancy, but it is definitely good food for good prices! You will have delicious leftovers. I'll be back!
google avatar

Mark W. S.

Yelp
After reading the reviews I had to try this restaurant as I love Mediterranean food. There is no table service, you order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Another Yelper commented that they knew how to grill meat here. Man is that spot on. I got the mixed grill. Calling it delicious is selling it short. It consisted of beef, chicken, and Adana. It's a ground lamb shaped into a log then grilled on a skewer. All three were delicious. My plate came with three sides. They were good as well. My wife got the steak and cheese sandwich which was also very good. The only down side is this place could use a face lift. A bit run down. It's still a good lunch stop. That grilled meat is outstanding.

Michelle S.

Yelp
We used Nazareth to cater my sons birthday. They were outstanding on helping us decide food amounts and great at communicating with us throughout the process of party planning. We will definitely use them again for future gatherings!
google avatar

Nic F.

Yelp
I have always gotten delivery do l can't speak to the Ambiance However the food is always fresh and delicious

Kaleb L.

Yelp
Terrible. Don't waste your money. Gyro was burnt and disgusting. 94.0 food grade rating.

Adriana A.

Yelp
My favorite Greek food!!! Every time I even pass gboro I order from here. Wish it was closer! Amazing prices for what you get too!!!
google avatar

Alex A.

Yelp
Nazareth Bread really hit the spot recently. I hadn't visited in a long while, but it's great to see it cranking out delicious food. The new updated menu is nice and much easier to order from. The Nazareth Chicken platter and beef shawarma were excellent! Also a big fan of their falafels. Solid service and great food. Really, it's a GSO gem.
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
Nazareth remains a delicious option for Mediterranean food, as in several visits I've never had anything to eat here that I didn't love. But I've been too gracious in the past given the condition of the dining area. It really does need some remodeling, cleaning, and change of decor. This place can and should be a beacon of light, but it needs an investment in its customer experience to be at that level. [It wouldn't hurt to clean up the exterior either, but the interior is a more dire need.] I feel a little guilty about downgrading Nazareth by a star given the quality of the food and the pleasantness of the staff, but it's past due. Owners: make the comfort and cleanliness as important as the rest of the experience, and you'll deserve six stars or more. My only other complaint? They don't seem to offer their spectacular iced mint tea very often anymore, and that's a shame.
google avatar

Marie R.

Yelp
This place is awesome!!! This is the best Greek/Mediterranean option in the area! The portions are HUGE!!! I ordered the Chicken Gyro (no tomatoes) that came with fries and a side of hummus and pita. Most places only give you a small scoop of hummus and maybe 4 or 5 triangulated slices of pita bread for their side but here they give you two generous scoops and quite a bit of bread. The chicken pita was absolutely STUFFED with grilled chicken and packed with big flavor. The fries were fresh and crispy and the sweet tea was sweet. Other Greek spots cannot compete with the portion size, freshness and authenticity! This place is amazing!!
google avatar

Ky W.

Yelp
This spot looks like the local go-to for Middle Eastern food. I'm glad I chose it. Was I blown away by the food? No. But I wasn't supposed to be. This is just a good, low-key spot to come for lunch with friends. You gotta love spots like this in the community. During lunch, I saw local policemen, businessmen, couples getting in arguments, families of Middle Eastern ethnicity, teens, etc. all sitting down for a meal. It was a great mix of people just enjoying a simple meal.

Yelp
I went here on a Saturday during lunch time. I was in Greensboro and happened to be in the area. I saw this place on yelp and was interested in trying them out because I love Mediterranean food. I was not disappointed at all and will definitely come back. I got a Shawarma platter. Platters come with pita bread and three sides. I got falafel, tabouli salad, and baba ghanoush with mine. It was a lot of food for only 11 dollars. I ended up taking half of it home. I am excited about the leftovers because the food was delicious. The flavor is very authentic, the meat was spiced just right, and the sides were all perfect. There are tons of other menu choices. This is a casual joint. You go in, order food from the counter, pay for to, find a table, and just wait til they bring it. They have a soda fountain and bottled drinks. When I first walked in, I knew it was going to be good because the smell. You can see the shawarma rotating and being cooked and shaved down. The food came quick and the staff was friendly. When you are done, you clean up your trash and return the tray. I embarrassed myself by not realizing the pita bread was under the meat. I questioned the staff who brought my food. Not only he didn't respond with an attitude, he brought me extra pita bread! Thank you! If you love Mediterranean food, looking for a casual food joint, and want the authentic flavor rather than a show, this is the place. And this is the kind of place I love. I will definitely be back!
google avatar

Joel R.

Yelp
So far this has been the most authentic Turkish/middle eastern I've tried in Greensboro and Winston-Salem area. The Shawarma was absolutely delicious, and real authentic shawarma, not the ground processed blocks that most Gyros are in the US. The Chicken Gyro was also delicious! Will definitely be back.
google avatar

Richard H.

Yelp
The atmosphere inside is not great but everything else was amazing. The prices were reasonable, the portion size were ridiculous, the food quality was top notch. I had the Schwarma Platter, it delicious. The Hummus was amazing. Maybe the best I've ever had. My wife had the 2 Chicken Kebab Platter. She felt the same way. Definitely 2 meals worth of food per order. The Tzatziki and Pita were perfect. I absolutely recommend. Go there and order though. The food delivery services charge $5 more than the menu price so, just eat in or take-out.
google avatar

Elizabeth P.

Yelp
YUMMY! We love NAZ! So much good food in each portion. The staff is always happy to see you. The place is huge and they also do party platters!

Terry J.

Yelp
First time getting delivery from Nazareth Bread and a few things need to be said. First, the food was excellent and top notch! I got the Shawarma Platter with a salad and Falafel. There was a huge serving of perfectly seasoned shawarma beef and four tender inside/crispy outside Falafel. Everything tasted delicious! However, and this is no fault of the restaurant, the delivery service was horrible. I was initially given an estimate of 30-55 minutes delivery window. AND WAS TOLD I would be notified by the driver either by text or phone call when the order was on the way. NEITHER of those happened! After waiting an hour, I looked outside and my dinner was sitting there. (And apparently had been for 30 minutes!) Needless to say, it was not hot, nor fresh. Thanks for ruining my dinner, GrubHub!

Yelp
It had been years since my last visit but I'll be back soon. The shawarma is the best in the city and with great toppings and fresh pita. Also, I think the falafel is the best in the city. So, the food really is as good as you will find anywhere in Greensboro. I have always found the physical environment a bit odd and detracts a bit from the experience...that said it makes a great lunch spot.
