A hidden gem where your taste buds get a VIP treatment! Every plate looks like it belongs in an art gallery, and tastes even better. The food is made with heart, the staff are genuinely lovely, and the whole place just makes you want to stay longer. 100% recommend. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Nazka isn’t your typical Peruvian restaurant, it’s where flavor and aesthetics collide to create an unforgettable dining experience. The vibe is just right: chic without being over the top, with attentive and friendly service that makes you feel at ease from the start. Kick things off with a Pisco cocktail, and you’ll instantly see what the bar team is capable of, these are some of the best cocktails you’ll find in town. Then choose between a 4 course tasting menu or go à la carte. Honestly, the best move is to come with friends and share as much as possible, because here, every dish deserves a try. Highlights? The ceviche of raw seabream with grilled strawberries and leche de tigre—a true masterpiece, as beautiful as it is delicious. The strawberries bring a subtle, unexpected freshness that makes this dish perfect for summer. The tuna tartare with oyster sauce is another standout: refined, delicate, and full of depth. For mains, the tataki was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had, while the Black Angus bavette cooked on the BBQ had that smoky perfection only a chef with experience at Central in Lima could deliver. Dessert? A decadent Peruvian dark chocolate creation, rich and elegant to close the night on a high note. The wine list is impressive, with a strong focus on South American labels that pair beautifully with the menu. Prices are fair for the level of quality and creativity. In short: whether it’s your first dive into Peruvian cuisine, or you’re looking for something bold, refined, and downright delicious, Nazka is a must-try in Amsterdam! Nazka non è il classico ristorante peruviano: qui ogni piatto è un mix perfetto di gusto e bellezza. L’atmosfera è chic ma accogliente, servizio impeccabile e cocktail a base di Pisco tra i migliori della città. Da provare assolutamente la ceviche di ricciola con fragole grigliate, fresca e sorprendente, la tartare di tonno con salsa di ostriche, e come main il tataki (tra i migliori mai assaggiati) e la bavette di Black Angus al BBQ, cotta alla perfezione. Dessert al cioccolato peruviano da non perdere. Ottima carta dei vini, soprattutto dal Sud America. Prezzi giusti per l’esperienza. Un must ad Amsterdam se volete provare la cucina peruviana in chiave moderna ed elegante.

4.5* The food was really good! I loved the peruvian and Indian influences. But if I am being nitpicking, I found the water and the botanical pairing expensive. The botanical pairing was just glorified mango juice ( mazaa) for 9€ and that felt ridiculous. On the other hand, I tried oysters for the first time and it was a really good experience. We had both the kinds of oysters.

fantastic experience! it was our first time with the Peruvian cusine, but it was simply amazing! you'll feel with your combinations of different cusines and flavors even with your first bite. also tried several cocktails and mocktails, and can offer anything they have in the menu. will definitely come here with a bigger group to have our 2nd round, as it's suitable for every kind of occassion.

Incredible food and service - can’t stop thinking about the bavette and ceviche. The steak was cooked perfectly and had a nice smoky flavor to it. We shared one order of the tasting menu and the bavette which was the perfect amount given we weren’t too hungry. We were celebrating a birthday and they were so kind to hand write a little note. Definitely recommend!

Imagine two of your favorite cuisines combined to create a unique experience. Well, Chef Koosh Kothari born in Indian and raised in Peru decided to create a menu merging both cultures resulting in one of the most amazing flavors I've ever taste. We opted for the pre-fix menu with wine pairing to have the full experience but notice that you also have the option to order a la carta. The Piscos seemed to be the order of the day because every table had one so we decided to order two to start our evening. They were perfectly balanced and dangerously smooth. Throughout the culinary experience, each dish tells a story presented in the most artistic way with bold flavors. Honestly mind-blowing. I only have one small criticism. When we arrived at the restaurant we were seated and ignored for a good 15-20min. I must admit that the place was completely full and the staff seemed to be rushing from one side to the other from table to table. We called their attention and were promptly taken care of in the best way possible throughout the evening.

First time having Peruvian food and Nazka delivers wholeheartedly. Every single dish here is prepared with skill and precision, whether an appetizer, entree or dessert. The drinks are also expertly crafted. Try literally anything here and it will be fantastic. We got ceviche, octopus, potatoes and a mousse dessert that had a bit of a kick to it. One of the best restaurants I have been to across the board. Well done, Nazka!

NAZKA has quickly become one of my favorite meals to recommend in Amsterdam. Now that I've had the privilege of visiting twice, I can definitely say that they live up to the inventive playfulness of the first impression that I recall from a few months ago. Great service and drinks! They really understand the importance of offering different options to accommodate dietary restrictions (even with their cocktails and mocktails)!

Awesome Peruvian dining experience and honestly the best Peruvian food I've had. We got the chef's menu, which consisted of 5 delicious courses containing some different meats, carbs, and a dessert. The sauces on each were incredible and left you wanting more. Only regret is that the portions weren't larger, but that's to be expected. All in all, it was a very enjoyable meal at a reasonable price.

I am happy to be the first Yelp review for this amazing restaurant. Firstly, the service was over the top. We were running a few minutes late so they called us to verify if we were still coming. The theme our table another few minutes u til we arrived. Most of places would give away our reservation. The food and wine was amazing. We had a five course meal with wine pairing. Everything from the pisco sours cocktails to the corn based desserts was authentic Peruvian but with its own flare. Gaston has done a great job with this new location and for hiring the right talent. Our sommelier Antonello was a true expert in explaining the pairings. If you want some great Peruvian food in a modern dining experience, I recommend Nazka.
