Nazuna Hakone Miyanoshita

This was by far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at! The service was extraordinary, we were served dinner by Rumine (るみめ), who bonded with us, even though we didn’t speak much Japanese, and even took the time to make us a letter at the end of our stay. She truly was the highlight of our vacation, and we will cherish the memories forever. The rooms were beautiful, the onsen was hot and refreshing especially after long walks in the summer. The view of the mountains are spectacular and the photo opportunities are endless. Thank you Nazuna for making our trip to Japan wonderful!!

We Love Nazuna Hakone Miyanoshita! My husband and I traveled to Japan last July and had the immense pleasure of staying at Nazuna Hakone Miyanoshita. We can only describe our experience as spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every detail exceeded our expectations, leaving us with beautiful and unforgettable memories. Everything at the ryokan is a 10 out of 10. The ryokan itself is a work of art, combining Japanese tradition with modern comforts in a way that envelops you in an atmosphere of serenity and subtle luxury. The facilities are impeccable, with every corner designed to offer maximum relaxation and enjoyment. And if we had to highlight one aspect that truly elevated our stay to another level, it would undoubtedly be the staff's treatment and warmth. We want to give a special and heartfelt mention to **Rumina**. She gave us a warm welcome, guided us through the ryokan, showing us every detail, and explained how the onsen and all the features of our wonderful room worked. She also accompanied us during dinner, making sure everything was perfect, and constantly made an effort to communicate with us, creating a genuine connection. Her professionalism, kindness, and approachability made us feel incredibly comfortable and cared for at all times. She and the rest of the Nazuna Hakone team went out of their way to ensure our every need was met, always with a smile and a kindness that made us feel at home. Their dedication is truly exceptional and makes all the difference. The culinary experience at Nazuna Hakone deserves its own chapter. Both, dinner and breakfast. Each dish was a work of art, exquisite, prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, and presented impeccably. We also want to highlight the incredible attention and care given to my food allergy. I am celiac, and the staff made sure to adapt the menu specifically for me, demonstrating a level of care and professionalism that I truly appreciate and value immensely. This allowed us to enjoy every meal with complete peace of mind. The combination of an idyllic setting, first-class facilities, and service that borders on perfection compels us to recommend Nazuna Hakone Miyanoshita to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable experience in Japan. We can't wait to go back!

チェックインの時から非日常感を感じることが出来ました。スタッフの方の丁寧な接客がとても印象的で、安心感がありました。 お部屋は和モダンな雰囲気でおしゃれでした。また木や畳の匂いのおかげもあって癒し空間で贅沢な時間を過ごせました。 夕食は地元食材を活かしたコース料理で、美味しかったです。スタッフの方とお話しながら楽しく美味しくいただけました。 記念日やご褒美にぴったりの宿だと思います！

今までで1番素敵な宿でした！ スタッフの方々のお気遣いや素晴らしいホスピタリティ、プライベート空間で過ごせるお部屋など非日常的な時間でした。 開業当初の水回りのネガティブな口コミはありましたが、そこは改善されていて何一つ不便はありませんでした☺️ 予約した際は料金が少し高いかな？と思いながら予約しましたが、納得のクオリティだと思いますし、むしろお安いくらいです。 ぜひまた訪れて素敵なスタッフの皆様にお会いしたいです☺️

松原と言う部屋に泊まりました。 木の香りがあり、部屋風呂も心地良かったです。 洗い場のドアに隙間があり、シャワーの勢い・角度によってはその隙間から水が部屋に出ないか心配になりました。 駐車場が想像より狭くて大きい車で行くと大変そうです。 食事はとても美味しく担当して頂いた伊地さん（いっちゃん）と楽しい会話であっという間の時間でした。チェキを撮ってくれて、それを加工してプレゼントしてくれて感動しました。 いっちゃん、車は自分の好きな車を買った方が良いよ！！ また行った時に宜しくね！

施設全体がとても清潔で、どこを見ても丁寧に手入れされているのが伝わってきました。好きなタイミングで、周りを気にせずゆっくり温泉に浸かれるのも最高の贅沢です。 アメニティも種類が豊富で、手ぶらで行っても困ることはありませんでした。さらに、お夜食のサービスがちょっとしたサプライズで、心まで温まりました。 スタッフの皆さんもとても個性的で、対応が丁寧なだけでなく、距離感も心地よく、滞在中ずっと楽しい気持ちで過ごせました。目の前は車通りの多い道ですが、不思議と騒音は気にならず、むしろ川のせせらぎが心地よいBGMに。 細やかな気遣いと非日常感が詰まった、またぜひ訪れたくなるお宿でした。

以前から気になっていたNazunaさんの新規オープンホテルに行ってきました。 お出迎えからスタッフの皆さんの気遣いが素晴らしく、施設の魅力はもちろん素晴らしかったですが、それよりも接客の暖かさに感動いたしました。 朝食と夕食は囲炉裏を使ってスタッフの方が目の前で焼いてくださるのですが、それぞれの食材の説明なども詳しくしてくださり、とても美味しくて楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました！ お部屋もとても清潔感があり、温泉からの景色も素晴らしかったです。 是非また泊まりに行こうと思います！ ありがとうございました🙇

お部屋からは箱根の山景色が見え、日常は忘れてまったりと過ごすことができました。 またお部屋の作りもとてもかわいく 思わず写真をとりたくなるスポットが数多くありました。 囲炉裏で焼いてくださる朝食も絶品でとても贅沢な気持ちに。 対応してくださったスタッフさんも 全て丁寧に説明してくださり安心して色々聞けました。ありがとうございます。
