NB Steak

Definitely one of the best steakhouses in São Paulo! Forget Fogo de Chão and go straight to NB! Premium cuts and a very good wine list and drinks menu. The service is absolutely impeccable!

The place is really good, and compares to the best steakhouses in Chicago. Service is outstanding, and will not disappoint any steak lover. Five stars!

Was good but not great. There are better churrascarias in and around São Paulo Brazil. I have eaten at over 100 churrascarias throughout Brazil and I would rate this NB Steak location maybe in the top 30. Very pricey for what you get.

Great quality of food. You pick the type of starter salad you want like Quinoa, Caprese, Brie, etc. After that they bring out the different cuts of meat. They had different types of steak, two types of lamb, sausages, beef and pork ribs, chicken, and fish. If you leave this place hungry, you did something wrong. The ambience of the restaurant is very nice and the service is upscale. The menu is in Portugese and English

Good meat, but the guys from service are continually trying to make you eat more, even when you are eating, they just put really near you offering more food. That's annoying. I like to eat relaxed. It's not a race

Service was great and the food was amazing. The dining area was spacious and sleek. The servers didn't speak English well but they were trying, which was very sweet of them.

Top notch place here in Brazil. The food was amazing! The service and servers were more than attentive. They continually came back and forth to the table ensuring we were taken care of. Perfect execution of refilling drinks and making sure we had clean plates after courses, as well as continually bringing freshly made meat and any accompaniments we required. They did very well with suggestions for each of our tastes and we completed our meal with a round of delicious desserts. I would highly recommend if coming into Sao Paolo.

Think of your last great experience at a churrascaria, now, forget it, its child's play compared to NB Steak. Their concept is totally different from any major churrascaria, since there is no one running with a meat on a spit here, it's classier than that, very attentive servers will serve you like you are the only patron in the house, regardless if the restaurant is packed. You must be thinking about this churrascaria, NB Steak is founder and former Fogo de Chão's baby... A Gourmet Churrscaria it is! Different from other churrascarias, they serve their meats as a "Tasting" method of serving, 12 kinds of meats, from morsilla sausage, to different kinds of calabresa, to lamb, picanha, ancho, grilled salmon, and more that I can't recall at this moment (on food coma), all meats came out perfectly! Salads were very fresh, well seasoned, and their sides were amazing, great fried polenta, mixed vegetable tempura, and grilled onions. Grilled pupunha is a definitely must. Waiting staff, amazing. Spotless. Everything there is great! Their Papaya cream was very creamy and light. Read somewhere about their churros, they were good, but not as great as it was described... Overall this place is amazing!

Was there last year & am feeling compelled to share my experiences about one of the top 3 best steaks I've had in my life being tasted here. Not only was the food phenomenal. The staff was friendly & helpful; and did their best to communicate in English. Which is a HUGE help when traveling abroad. Last but not least - you have to try some of those local Red Brazilian wines. They seem to be impossible to find domestically in the US. Outstanding values and prices.

Very nice place. Medium illuminated, modern and with tall ceilings. Elegant rodizio style. No salad bar, but you can choose from 5 different original salads and eat as much as you can. Then the meat starts to come. Some chorizos first to continue with a very good selection of cuts like picanha and lamb among others. Don't miss the NB steak which flavor is out of this world. The paleta de cordero is simply awesome!!! The only thing I didn't like is that they don't serve costela or roasted rib. But they have short rib though and it's very good too. Great selection of wines I'd recommend a "duoro" which is a wine from Portugal that goes perfect with the meat. Having Templo da carne as my favorite place, this has to be the absolute second. I just loved it.

This is a place you come for quality rather than quantity. I like the idea of set menu but with unlimited servings. All meat on the menu was much more flavorful and tasty than other churrascaria places I been to. The salad was amazing although they didn't let you choose from a mountain full of veggies. The whole meal was elegant and delicious. I will definitely be back.

Quality meats. No salad bar like the typical churrascaria in Brasil, but the side dishes they bring are enough to start. I think it was about 130 reais per person. Attentive staff, comfortable atmosphere and quality meats for a good price. All you can eat.

Very good alternative to forgo de chap or other upper class churrascerias. Nice service, more relaxed and not so packed. Very good quality of meat and well organized.
