NB Steak JK

I had high expectations to visit NB Steak because of the special meat they offer called NB Steak. But I realized that the NB Steak is basically the same as “shoulder” in other steakhouses. The service from the waiters was very good. The caprese salad as a starter was nice. The cheese bread was cold, and the polenta was not good for us. We asked the waiter for the menu of side dishes that we had included, and also the drinks menu. He only brought the alcoholic drinks menu. When we said we wanted the non-alcoholic drinks menu, he just started saying the options without showing any prices. I think it is extremely rude to ask customers to order something without knowing the price. About the side dishes menu, the waiter simply said there was no menu and left, without giving us any information. We found this unacceptable. About the famous NB Steak, it came totally overcooked. We went at the end of lunch time, the restaurant was almost empty, and even so, nobody asked us how we wanted the meat cooked. All the NB Steak we tried was very well-done and dry. Honestly, I did not like the NB Steak you offer, especially because nobody asked our preference. In the end, they even brought a piece that was more overcooked, almost dry. For the price you charge, at least you should ask the customers how they want the meat cooked. The only thing I really liked was the grilled heart of palm with caper sauce, which was delicious. Because of the high price and the poor quality of the meat, I will never come back and I don’t recommend this place if you are looking for a good steakhouse experience. They charge a lot, but the meat is badly cooked.

Good option if you don’t want to wait 1 to 2 hours for a table at barboca steakhouse. The food here is pretty good and the service is excellent. Staff was very attentive and quick. The waiting room is well designed.

We went here on a date night. We decided on an early dinner and our first impression was how clean the restaurant is and how courteous the servers are. We were really glad that the servers spoke English and understood our orders. I enjoyed my Caesar salad but my wife did not like her Quinoa. The cheese breads and side dishes were exceptional and our favorite was the flan 🍮 dessert. It was very creamy, tasty, and the best flan we had in a while 😋. Highly recommend NB steak for a special occasion, hope to be back soon 🔥

This is a great place to try all-you-can-eat meat in São Paulo. I like that you can keep ordering without stopping, choosing what you enjoy the most, unlike other places that feel more like a buffet. The quality of the meat and the food in general is very good. However, I find the price quite high.

Very good meet quality. As usual too much and massive selection. You feel all the time forced to eat.

The meat cuts are well cooked, tender and not at all salty like other places. The service was not the absolute best but the food was so good that we wanted to keep eating. Will definitely come back

We ate like Queens in this place. The food was delicious and the staff were really attentive. I found is very reasonable considering how much food you get.
