NBC Sports Grill & Brew

After a long day, we decided to stop in for a sit-down dinner. We were a little hesitant because the Google reviews were lower than what we usually prefer—but we gave it a shot anyway. The restaurant was very spacious with plenty of seating. Something I wish I had known beforehand: they have upstairs seating with a really nice view. I’d definitely recommend asking to sit up there. The front staff was friendly when we walked in, but our server was another story—she had the personality of an acorn and zero interest in doing her job. After our food arrived, we waited an uncomfortably long time for silverware—so long that the table next to us actually offered theirs! We had to flag her down for everything and were never once asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. To top it off, at one point she walked by, picked up a coaster that had been on the floor, and put it right on our table. Really?! That’s gross! On the bright side, the food was good. I had the steak with grilled corn and potatoes—all flavorful and fresh. It would’ve been even better enjoyed hot if we didn’t have to beg for utensils. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxed for a sports bar—not overly loud, and we could actually hold a conversation without yelling. Good food, but the service definitely needs some attention.

NBC is the spot to be at in city walk! I have been coming here for a few years now. It's a great spot to have lunch in between hopping parks or to hit up right after the park just know that the later it get the more packed it is. But it is a great spot to take a break and have a drink and relax a bit before heading back to the parks. Highly recommended to Make reservations. Restaurant is located on the pathway to universal. Has plenty of sitting and some pretty cool tables. The kitchen is in the middle of the restaurant which is pretty cool. The restaurant has a really good vibe and atmosphere. And everyone here is amazing!!! We had the pleasure of being taken care by Brian and Bhushan. Both were wonderful and took really good care of us. On today's visit we had the classic NBC cheeseburger. The burger here are top tier!!! Definitely one of our favorite meals here. Love coming here and we are slowly trying everything on the menu.

Great spot to kick back and have a few drinks! The vibe is lively but still relaxed, making it perfect for hanging out with friends or watching a game on their giant screens. The drinks were on point.... well-made, tasty, and just what I was in the mood for. I definitely want to go back soon to try the food, since I honestly can’t remember if I’ve eaten there before. Either way, it feels like the kind of place where you could easily spend a couple of hours enjoying good drinks, good energy, and great company.

Best dining experience we’ve had our entire trip! The atmosphere was lively, our waiter Aaron was friendly and efficient, and the manager Bhushan was personable and ensured our experience was heartfelt and genuine with his kind words of congratulations when informed of our recent engagement. We have definitely made this a regular highlight of future trips!

Are you looking for an amazing welcoming at a sports bar? You need to meet JP! He is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed. We had the Nachos which is one of kind, made with chicken and jalapeños super delicious! Highly recommend you visiting here and ask for JP!! He knows the NBC Sports menu inside and out! BEST burger, I think ever! Seems strange but, I got the mushroom swiss and can't remember one better. The fries were good, the drink was good. The service was good. We were so hungry, I didn't get a pic of the burger. If I'd known it was going to be so good....

BHUSHAN IS AMAZINGGGG! Such an amazing manager! Took such great care of us! We came 2 times on our trip just because of him, kept his promise! And we appreciated that especially as servers from Michigan! He was amazing! And Ivan our server was very good and happy! & we love to have happy people! Great environment especially when the lions play!!

We decided to try NBC Grill for lunch yesterday. Upon entry try everyone was nice and welcoming and the overall experience was a good one. The food was hot went it came out but lacked flavor and seasoning. I would most likely bypass this restaurant on my next visit to Universal.

We had a reservation at NBC Sports Bar & Grill and were seated quickly, which was a great start. The atmosphere is lively and has a fun sports bar vibe. From the time we placed our order, though, it took quite a while for the food to come out. When it did, my burger was absolutely delicious -- juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I also tried some of the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. Unfortunately, it was just okay for me. I'm not a fan of blue cheese, and the flavor was pretty strong in this dish. The parts I ate around the blue cheese were tasty, but overall, it wasn't something I'd order again (unless I have them remove the blue cheese). Overall, a mixed experience -- quick seating and a great burger, but slower service and a mac and cheese that didn't quite hit the mark.

My friend made a reservation here as the menu had something for everyone and who doesn't enjoy a sports bar! Unfortunately the experience was a disaster. We started with beers, flights and cocktails. My friend ordered a flight and they didn't tell him that they were out of Breckinridge porter so they just included a mango beer! What if he was allergic to mango? He complained so was able to get guiness as a replacement. Here's a reference for the sports bar -- Strike one! My friend and I ordered the combo which had pulled pork, ribs and brisket. You needed a chainsaw to get the meat off of the ribs, the brisket was as dry as the Sahara desert and the pulled pork was mushy. Had to send that back to be removed from the bill. Strike 2! My buddy and I ordered nachos so we could finish eating with everyone and they could've possibly been the worst nachos we've ever had. I think the cheese was Parmesan? and the flavor was off. We're big eaters and we couldn't even finish a quarter of it. Strike 3! I also spilled my water by accident and no one came to help clean it up. I'm out of strikes so that's bonus -- not in a good way. To be fair, I spoke with the manager and he was mortified. He made some adjustments on the bill, but what a waste of a meal with all of the fun restaurants in universal.

Your standard chain restaurant sports bar. I came in to have lunch before going to Universal Studios. I sat at the corner of the bar so I could people watch and watch some college football. A ton of TV's in here so you can definitely find your game. I ordered a $17.95 Turkey Club Sandwich and a $4.95 side of corn bread. The Turkey Club Sandwich was perfect. Just how I like it lots of meat, tomatoes, and toppings. It was a big portion. The corn bread was horrible. Do not order it. I didn't like anything about it. Tons of people came in here to get beers / cocktails to go. Probably a much better spot to just get drinks and watch football.

Last night we were attending the UOAP with the grandson. I choose NBC grill as it was just before the dinner rush and close to the entrance. We were seated promptly and after a little wait our waiter came to the table. We ordered drinks then food. This is when it went down hill. 45 minutes later and a couple of distant glances from the waiter he finally stopped by. We asked about our food and he said he'd check. It had to be every bit of 10 minutes before a runner finally showed up with the order. Everything looked good until I touch my patty melt. It was room temp at best. I felt the bread and it was soggy, the cheese on the corners (unmelted) was cold. I tried to pick up the sandwich and found it was stuck to the plate and started to separate. I've had a lot of patty melts over the years and this wasn't even close. My guess is the plate was done and sat under or close to the heat lamps until we asked about our meal. I had an excellent view of the area as food is brought up by the cooks. There was a lot of activity but I could see a lot of plates not moving. Pretty sure it was shift change as a lot of staff just standing around chatting and goofing off. Anyway the waiter came back just after food was delivered and I voiced my concern. The other meals were fine. At first he said it should be the way. I said no "It's stuck to the plate" he said I could get another one. I said "and wait another 20 to 30 minutes. And asked if I wanted another beer. No I said. I ate my tots and watched my wife and grandson eat there meal. I blame the management on the floor for not maintaining during s shift change. One manager did come by at the end. I told me the same thing and he just stated "i comped your meal and I well let them know about the food. So pretty he brushed me off. Service is very questionable in this place and the management does don't care. Turn over the table and clean up the mess later. Floridian, and pass holder but will never be back.

Huge space (two floors), awesome waiter who was engaging and friendly , delicious food (we all enjoyed our burgers and fries), fun atmosphere with fun things to do like shuffleboard and tvs to keep you or your kids entertained, an elevator available to reach the second floor, great location on City Walk. In the area? Check them out!!

Fun atmosphere and food options for everyone makes this a great place to eat. The food is delicious and a great value for City Walk. Our server was top notch and the manager was very proactively helping out and interacting with the customers. Overall great experience

Awful. If you want TVs and beer, go here. If you're looking for good food go elsewhere. If you want good service go elsewhere. They're taking in money handover fist from the tourist. They don't care that you're there. Food was awful.

I received good service, but a major food foul. Ordered drinks and food for my party before heading into HHN. I ordered the chicken and veggie skewers, but my veggies came out completely raw.... not undercooked, like totally uncooked, never touched heat. As soon as I mentioned it to the server she didn't hesitate and took the meal back. The manager quickly came over and offered me another meal. Since the rest of my part had already received their meal, I asked for empanadas to not hold up the group, and they came out really quickly. I appreciate the immediate action, but ive never heard of food coming out uncooked before.

This is right across from Universal and is a huge place with tons of TVs and a great place to escape the heat. There is lots of room, lots of cool air, and tons of TVs to watch sports on. The food was good... our service was great and honestly for the location the price was descent too. It is was a good place to take a break from the park and get recharged.

Stopped for a bite while in town with the family. Our food was not exactly hot, actually barely warm. Everyone got their food and I sat waiting. I would have thought that might have been the reason mine was barely warm, but appeared everyone's was like that. Not completely impressed with the food. The facility was nice. Many TVs to watch the sports. Good for large parties. Server was nice. Curious about the gratuity listed here as well. Not sure that's correct and that looks really bad.

Service- very informative and knowledgeable. Beers- they were out of a few on the menu but there's still a lot to choose from. Food- the burger was top tier, 8.5/10. Cooked perfect and tased amazing. DaBlt was good as well, bacon was a little salty. Definitely get the tots over the fries. Tots were crispy and delicious. The fries were soft and ehhhh.

The place to go that has something for everyone from burgers, bar bites and some nice entrees. This spot has an open kitchen concept with the burger cooking. station apart from the plate setting area. Sitting by the burger cooking station is oddly entertaining and makes you want to try all the burgers. On this visit my husband got a good ole burger with cheddar. Doesn't come with onion- weird. I went with the Sun dried tomato chicken goat cheese entree. The plate comes with 2 breasts , goat cheese sprinkled on top, a few pieces of dried tomato with a a caper butter sauce. This entree comes with a side of asparagus, and mashed potatoes. It's full of flavor, protein, a good veggie, and although it's a full meal that doesn't make you feel weighed down. The bread pudding, although good, is more like a bread loaf that I would pass on.

I feel so badly that I, along with everyone in my servers section had a horrible experience at this restaurant tonight. This place can't handle the volume here. The only good thing was the server changed the channel for my stepson so he could watch a race. As a former server this restaurant needs good leadership and a visit from corporate. It's clean but how can you have a massive space with four women's bathroom stalls? Or have an entire servers section have no silverware and three tables send food back? The pretzel we had was good but not the grey mustard it was served with. As soon as dinner came to the table I knew it was a bust, no visible sauce on my husband's macaroni and cheese, my chicken was about to slide off the plate and looked a sloppy mess. The best part it was undercooked and pink. The server was visibly rattled by his bad night and just stoic when I told him. Now I'm nauseous and not looking forward to a flight home tomorrow feeling sick. Horrible end to our experience at universal.

Our waitress Caroline was Great. Always made sure we were taken care of and had what we needed. Started off with the bacon wrapped pickles stuffed with pork, wow they were so good. I had the cheeseburger, it was nice and juicy and good size but lacked a bit in the flavor. The highlight of my plate was the tater tots, best I've ever had. Overall a nice lunch on our visit to City walk.

Visited on a Friday night and was seated right away. The bartenders were very accommodating and nice. The burgers we had were great! The spinach and artichoke dip was amazing! Our drinks were nice and strong. Definitely recommend for a quick but flavorful dinner :)

NBC Sports Grill & Brew is a sports bar and great place to meet up with your party. There were a lot of TVs showing sports and a large bar area downstairs and another on the second floor. I ordered a Caesar Salad with Chicken and it was pretty good. Adding the chicken definitely made it much better. The service was great and they do have some patio seating.

This was the last place I visited before leaving city walk. I ordered a black widow cider. It was great. Great little bite with a nice flavor. The staff checked on me several times though they had a full bar. It was a cute spot. I didn't get to check out the whole place but it was big. The menu looked good too. Will have to come back to do a food review lol

Our party of 4 came in midafternoon on a Saturday afternoon after playing mini golf in City Walk. We wanted to grab a quick drink, but unfortunately, nothing was quick about this stop. We seated ourselves at the 4 top table in the bar area. We looked over the menus and decided upon drinks. We needed to order at the bar, which was no problem to us. We waited for over ten minutes with the 2 bartenders walking back and forth in front of us and not even acknowledging us standing there. Once we were greeted and able to order, I stated I wanted the Southern Margarita. I was then told they did not have any moonshine, which is in the cocktail. The bartender did not suggest making the cocktail with another liquor or even another drink option. He just sort of stared at me. I then asked for the pineapple mocktail option but with an addition of Tito's. The drink was pretty good but not what I originally wished to order. The flimsy paper straws were an upset. Atleast agave straws would be a better option and do not immediately fall apart in my drink. This was my first time here, and I would not come back based on the sevice.

My dad and I wanted to go somewhere for lunch that was not inside Universal during one of our recent visits and we looked up the menu on the Universal app. The food looked promising, so we went after spending the morning and part of the early afternoon in Islands of Adventure. This is located in CityWalk closer to the Universal Studios park and Voodoo Donuts. For parking, park in one of the structures or take a shuttle or rideshare to the parking lot, go through security, and then you can walk through CityWalk without issue. (Dad and I were dropped off via the rideshare area.) We walked up and waited maybe a few minutes before we were seated immediately at a table. We liked our waiter Loren, who was friendly and animated. Very attentive with all of the tables he was handling and had funny stories or jokes to share. We ordered the pulled pork plate and my dad got the grilled chicken sandwich with tater tots. Food came out quickly and it tasted good. I overheard our Loren saying the burgers were good when one table was enjoying it and made a note to come back some day.

We went here after the universal parks since it was the only place reasonably priced that didn't have a 2 hour wait. Cynthia was our server and she was really sweet. NBC Sports Grill is massive with tons of TVs. I was worried it would be crazy with loud TVs and screeching sports fans, but it wasn't bad, perhaps because we were seated upstairs. It seemed more family oriented and not trashed sports fans, but it was also quite early, so that's perhaps why. It was also kind of cool that we could watch the food being prepared below from the 2nd floor. I got a house salad but without cheese or croutons. Sadly it was just a huge pile of lettuce with like 3 small tomatoes. I also got the mushroom burger but subbed the Swiss cheese for provoking which was no problem. I got it without bun as I was already getting tater tots and didn't want carb overload. The burger came on a lettuce wrap which I was surprised by but was happy. It was good. The tots were ok but a bit burnt and tasted of oil really strongly so I didn't eat much of them. It also took a really long time to check out. But for the price and convenience it was a-ok.

Had dinner here the other night while in town for HHN. After we flew in we decided to go to City Walk for dinner and watch the college football games since it was too late to go to the parks for the day. We wanted to go to a sports bar for the games. On the inside you would not know this was the NBC sports grill, very little representation of NBC anywhere around. Maybe throw up some NBC sports artwork, jerseys or something sports related on the walls. There were plenty of TV's all over the place, so no matter where you're seated you can see multiple TV's. Our server was amazing and kept in gauging with us about the game we were watching and made sure we had everything we needed. Wish I remembered his name to give him a shout out. I got the Extra Cheesy Wisconsin cheeseburger with tots. Both were delicious. I would gladly eat here again.

Worst place ever. Terrible burgers, terrible food, arrogant and slow staff. Will never go here again.

Food was okay!! Just decent Sports Grill food. We got burgers, wings, nachos, drinks, and desserts. They all did the job, but were nothing special or spectacular! Easy place to eat after enjoying Universal for the day. Giant pretzel was fun and yummy. Ambiance was exactly how you'd expect at a sports bar/grill.

NBC Sports Grill has a great atmosphere right in the middle of Universal Citywalk. The inside is huge and has tons to see and do while you're waiting for a table. Pro tip: For small parties there is a bar upstairs and by Voodoo donuts that you can get a full meal, instead of waiting for a table. We sat at the bar and had two awesome bartenders who were busy, but never too busy to be sure we were fully comfortable. There was also a steady turnover of parties stopping for a pre/post drink and a few nibbles. The drinks and food are nothing spectacular. The highlight was the tater tots, but aren't they always!? If you're getting a meal with an option, the are better than the french fries, by a long shot.

This huge sports bar and restaurant has a variety of fire grilled burgers, steaks and other fun delicious options. We tried a burger, citrus salad and chicken sandwich. We loved it all. The chicken citrus salad was our favorite. It was really cool when a staff member put on the San Diego Padres game on one monitor for us. That was very thoughtful. Service was ok and got our order right, but it was a bit slow and we didn't see our waitress for very long periods of time when we needed something. All in all, the sports bar has great food and atmosphere. We would return again.

I like coming here to watch sports because they have a lot of TVs to show many games. They also label their menu with gluten free options. During my last visit, I had the cider and fries which were both good.

Came to eat here on football Sunday so I understand the long wait for a table, two seats opened up at the bar upstairs so eventually just settled there. It was loud and TVs everywhere which we expected. However the food was so great we didn't mind. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, which was delish. I ordered the Smoked Chicken Pesto Pasta , I ate it before I could take any pics. It was that good! My friend ordered the Smoked Beef Brisket sandwich and she said it was also amazing. We enjoyed our food and drinks and if you're a universal annual pass holder this restaurant offers a small discount!

Came here to kill some time while the kids play at Universal Studios. I'm glad we stopped here. The place has high energy and excellent staff. We sat at the bar for quick seating and the ability to avoid kids. I had the Belgium flight, and my husband requested a Florida brew flight. Both flights were delicious. We shared the grouper sandwich, a filet served on brioche bin with lettuce tomato and tartar sauce. The fish was fried with nice crisp exterior and tasted fresh. I just wish the fish portion was a bit more generous. Then, we shared a chicken finger basket, which was decent

We were a party of 10. We ordered the large pretzel, burgers, beers and other appetizers. The service was excellent. Our waiter Laz took care of our large group very professionally. He was very attentive, giving us numerous refills on our drinks. Great beer the burger was very good too.

Front desk/ host was rude and unwelcoming. A 5 star service from Stephen really made our entire evening and was the only reason we stayed after a disappointing greeting or lack of greeting from host stand. Stephen was wonderful, gave amazing recommendations and really took great care of us.

My family ate here on 10/6/25. Atmosphere was AMAZING. Food was fantastic!!! We observed the manager, Bhushan, running food and bussing tables to help his employees. This is seldom seen anymore where a boss will roll up his sleeves and help his staff. Ivan was amazing waiter and made sure we were taken care of. Our glasses never were empty at all. All needs were anticipated before we asked Ivan. We can't wait to eat lunch again here on 10/8/25 before we travel home!!!

After attending Halloween Horror Nights, my wife and I stopped here for dinner and to watch Thursday Night Football. Our server, Karol, was very nice and efficient. The food on the other hand was NOT good. I had a burger which was overcooked, dry, and had no real toppings or sauce. My wife had the grouper sandwich which had zero flavor, and again was topped with almost no lettuce, tomato, or tartar sauce. We didn't send anything back because as we ordered, we were told the kitchen was closing soon. If you are at City Walk, do yourself a favor and walk another 100 yards and go to Margaritavilla for a GREAT burger.

I consider myself a burger connoisseur, and this is the best burger I've ever had. The meat was tender, the cheese was yummy, and the fried egg was beautiful! The tater tots were exceptional and overall the food was hot. The service was fast and nice. They were so kind and accommodating. The atmosphere was incredible with March Madness in the background! Complaints: None. Absolutely Perfect Meal. If you come to universal, this restaurant is a must try. Speechless.

Fernando was super sweet and kind to us even when we came in at almost closing time. He was patient and even helped us pick what to eat. The food was delectable and left us with our mouths watering! Would definitely come here again. They sat us right next to the kitchen/burger area on a semi cramped table but it was an enjoyable experience!

We went to the NBC Sports Grill & Brew after checking out their menus extensively while we were in the Universal Studios parks. You have to exit the park to get here, as it's in City walk. It's a short walk and totally worth it. You get your typical bar menu items, and it is family friendly. My son had a cheeseburger which he said was his favorite burger of the whole trip. My husband and I started with some really great Belgian beers. They were amazing. We had plans to go elsewhere for a meal but the chill ambience, great service, and outstanding beer made us stay. We're glad we did! We both had the coconut curry chicken which was both delicious and a great portion. It filled our tanks and set us up for the rest of the day. We will definitely be back.

This was a quick and easy stop on Universal CityWalk. It had plenty of options for the whole family, while still maintaining a creative menu. The atmosphere was full of the life a NBC studio without making me feel overwhelmed or anxious. The service was quick and friendly. I enjoyed my server, she gave great recommendations and I would definitely go there again.

Haven't been in a while and stopped in for some apps in the evening. Atmosphere is sports bar all the way. We got special menu nachos that were supposed to have cheese sauce, pulled pork, and brisket. The nachos were a very large plate of minimally seasoned tortilla chips with very minimal meat or other toppings, pretty disappointing. We also got a special bacon wrapped pickle app, which I would expect to be salty given pickles and bacon but was nearly inedible level salty. Server was very pleasant and keep drinks full. Wish they still had the kettle chips with blue cheese sauce apps, they were so good. Burgers still looked great, may be back to try them again and salads, but disappointing recent visit.

This is an absolutely solid getaway for busy parents on a theme park trip. Located in City walk, just outside of Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure - we popped in here for some lunch in between theme-parking. What drew us here was their extensive beer collection...and some exquisite Belgian style tripel imports that were calling our names! We listened to the call and were well rewarded with great beer in a cozy sports bar. Great service, we were walk ins with no reservation during a busy spring break. Two floors, plenty of seating, cozy place. The food was also fantastic, we had a coconut chicken curry dish which was totally not what we expected.... delicious Indian flavor....from a fancy sports bar type place! In short, this place exceeded our expectations and this is a new favorite and must stop shop for future trips.

We stopped in to grab drinks and watch college football on a Saturday afternoon. NBC sports grill was exactly what we needed! We ordered a couple beers and split a salad and a side of tater tots. The food was great and the server was very helpful at navigating allergies. Before he asked for our drink orders, he asked about allergies. I can't have gluten or dairy, so I was excited to see the tater tots and French fries were both gluten free. They also had 2 gluten free beers (a blonde and a red ale)! There were dozens of TVs, and it was a great atmosphere for a Saturday afternoon watching football

Must have been going to Universal for over 8 years now and never once tried this place - our loss. It has amazing food and good service. It is close enough to the entrance of the park that you can quickly sneak out for a bite and get right back into the fun. Their birria sandwich is my go-to - it is substantial for a sandwich and will definitely fill you up!

Poor service, poor management, inaccurate food menu. Spoke to two managers( Aaron & drew) about their menu that was given to us as we made a reservation. The said that was an old menu and there was nothing they could do but people are still getting charged for what the old menu says. (Ex: ordered nachos that say pico, sour cream and guacamole and neither of ones come on the nachos, but they still charge you the price of what it says., they also sprinkle a cumin powder seasoning on the nachos and don't say it on the menu) This is a billion dollar company and they said to go to guest relations if we had a problem. Very un unprofessional. Save yourself a headache and go else where. Only good point is they had football games on a Sunday.

The good: Luna! She was the friendliest and sweetest person we dealt with. Mike! He was friendly and trying hard to get everyone taken care of. The good and bad: Food! Everything was tasty, hot and fresh. But 2 out of 6 plates were wrong. The bad: This is the slowest restaurant on the face of the planet. You wait to get seated, you wait to get menus, you wait to get water, you wait to order, you wait for your food, you wait if you need extra condiments. It's insane how busy this place is and yet everything is so slow!!!!! We will never try this place again, we have been here twice. We thought the first was a fluke, but the second showed that this place is just poorly run.

Awesome service awesome food.and most importantly 5* staff. Mr Bhushan is hell of a man. Food is served timely, our fires were timed to perfection. Burgers and apps were just to awesome. Taking care of su h a big facility at this quality is job well done. 5* to everything.

Ambiance was nice, friendly service and the seasonal drinks were interesting. They had hockey playing too which was nice.

The ambiance was that of a homey sports bar. The service was great, as all of the servers worked with each other well and communicated efficiently. I ordered the fried garlic Parmesan wings and they were to die for. I ordered them as a meal and it came with celery and dressing. It's a great spot to get some well flavored quick meal!
