The only thing good about our experience here was the club sandwich hubby ordered. My ribs were so tough and full of fat that I had to send them back. it had taken forever to get our food, so I wasn't in the mood to wait anymore. My sweet hubby shared his club sandwich with me. It was good, but the club at Margaritaville is better.
We had a reservation, so we didn't have a wait, but because I had a service dog and I was in a wheelchair, they seemed very confused. The host took us to three different tables before he finally decided that was the one for us. Weird. It was also very crowded and very difficult to get around in the wheelchair. It is what it is, but be aware.
A sports grill and bar, so there are TVs everywhere. This is nice, but it also makes for an extremely loud environment. Be prepared to not be able to hear anything anyone in your party is saying even if they are screaming.
Service was awful. They were busy, but our server just didn't seem particularly interested in serving us. He spent a lot of time at other tables and a lot of time chit-chatting at other tables instead of bringing us refills on drinks or even checking to make sure if our food was ok when it finally came out of the kitchen. Another reason hubby started sharing his sandwich with me.
The ribs were extremely dry and there was more fat than meat on them. The pulled pork was ok, but I wouldn't even go so far as to call it good.
Floors needed some serious cleaning. They were sticky.
I'd like to say we'll never return here, but because the club sandwich was good, we'll only be back if absolutely all other restaurants at CityWalk are full, the Parks are closed, and we're starving.
Loved this place when it was NASCAR. No bueno for me now.
