"Negroni is an international chain from Argentina that tries to do way too much. Located on West 3rd Street in Beverly Grove, this dark cocktail lounge has a huge menu that covers a lot of ground but, unfortunately, doesn’t do anything particularly well. There’s an off puttingly sweet Peruvian-style ceviche, a $32 sushi tasting with chewy fish that hasn’t fully defrosted, and a sad truffle burger with a flavorless, gloopy stracciatella cream. The most interesting aspect of Negroni is, well, its negroni cocktail menu, with various spins on the aperitivo classic, but the versions we tried tasted watered down. On the bright side, the backlit bar is really nice and a great option in the neighborhood for catching up with someone over wine (before you head somewhere else for dinner)." - Sylvio Martins

New place, new spot! Loved everything we ordered. The atmosphere was perfect for a date night out. Its also perfect for a night out with friends. Music volume was just right. Tables were nice, chairs were comfortable. The waitress was so friendly. The food was exquisite! I ate right away before taking nice photos so my photos are not that presentable according to how good they are. I was just excited to try the food. 😅

Was very surprised about the energy and flow of this restaurant. i felt like i was transported to a new place. The music was great , they had a dj playing some tunes which added a great vibe. The food was amazing and unique was happily impressed by the taste and differences at the approach to food. The high ceilings and two floors with multiple styles of seating gives it a special flow. I’d highly recommend making a reservation, we got lucky without one but we sat at this mini bar/table situation that runs between the tables and the bar, there’s about 3 of them. Which wasn’t a problem just on the smaller side , so if you want space make sure to ask for it. the servers were decent and the bar is beautiful and fully stoked. highly recommend this place for a date or new experience.

Food was delicious, and my sour Negroni was YUM!!! Definitely try the short rib, and the red snapper. If you wanna have a party in your mouth order the ceviche for Appetizer. Our server was SUPER sweet and obviously loves what she does. Her recommendations and the way she described the food was right on point. We finished with their tiramisu; Most delicioussssss and different than your traditional tiramisu. The ambiance is chic and sexy. Cherry on top was that they were playing great music which totally added to the fantastic experience we had.

What an incredible place! The staff was on top of everything, super knowledgeable, and the food was amazing! The decor is sleek and attractive, with great ambiance. Our server, Joanna, was phenomenal. We had the scallop nigiri, original ceviche, hamachi, and short ribs with the chocolate dessert. Also the first time we got to try the famous Negroni cocktail, which was delicious! We’ll be back!

Have been a fan since I went to their Miami location. Went there today for the brunch with friends. I love the bottomless option that comes with passion fruit and peach flavors. The food was fresh, well balanced and delicious. Love the vibe with DJ and airy atmosphere for Sunday brunch. The truffle egg was a great wake-up soul food and the team were so friendly and welcoming there. Definitely would go back!

The paccheri pasta, Andina salad & Basque cheesecake were all well-prepared and delicious. And having the classic cocktail this restaurant is named after makes for a satisfying experience. The ambiance, decor & service are impeccable ❤️

Wow, the cocktails and food are amazing! Loved both the Classico and the Sour Negroni. The food is delicious!!! We shared various plates and it's hard to pick a favourite. The ceviche and the rolls were delicious. The rock prawns, octopus rice and hamachi truffle were delectable. I wish I could eat more. And they have a proper wine list. It's a fun place. Definitely want to go back soon.

Came here for a birthday party. Didn’t know what to expect but wow! The bar is beautiful along with the main dining room. From the host to the server and the bartender, they were amazing. We’re definitely coming back!! Now let get to the food. I don’t know what to say but it was all EXQUISITE. I tried taking pictures of everything but was to busy eating. But I hope you enjoy some of the photos I could find. Thank you to the stuff of Negroni for making our birthday party memorable
