The restaurant is bright, clean, and comfortable. There is also backyard seating. The staff are polite and friendly. I'm addicted to the amazing, thick milkshakes! I recommend the strawberries milkshake, plain vanilla milkshake, caramel cookie crunch milkshake, and the crispy wings! BTW, the special Pride shake is AWFUL! I do not recommend it. It is extremely sweet, more so than the other milkshake flavors! I could not even finish it as I got a headache halfway through. At a recent visit, I was very disappointed to discover that this place has very poor customer service! Apparently my membership welcome offer had expired even though there was no expiration date on the email. The manager who knows me as a regular customer was completely unhelpful nor proactive in offering to honor my welcome offer nor provide something else to make up for it. He basically just shrugged his shoulders and said he can't do anything about the expired offer. As a store manager, he clearly needs additional training to do whatever it takes to maintain customer loyalty in a highly competitive fast food environment! I was very turned off and will be going there much less.

Vibrant atmosphere, food was delivered fast. Employees there know the menu well and they make good recommendations. I cannot wait to come back to NY to have this food again. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. My cousin got the chopped cheese sandwich. Hers was delicious. My was great. Preferred here. It’s a solid vegan burger joint. Cute outdoor backyard seating, tasty food (the loaded tots are great!), worth a stop if you’re in the area. Oh and was given the tip by a guy who works there to get the Caesar wrap and sub Buffalo chick’n and it was spot on.

I'm not vegan, but this is a great local lunch option regardless of preferences! Had the Crispy Chick'n sandwich with spicy tator tots. The sandwich was more than good, and the spicy tots were exceptional. Great flavors, easy on the stomach. I took my order to go, but the dining area was cute and had plenty of seats. I'll certainly come back for more.

An excellent plant-based burger joint in Nolita - the burgers and fries are fresh and delicious and the chocolate mudslide shake was super. The restaurant is nicely designed with comfortable seating and spotlessly clean. Huge bonus is that the burgers are made from plants and not fake meat.

This is one of the absolute best vegan restaurants I’ve ever visited. First of all the entire space is decorated incredibly well and it has excellent selections of music playing in the background during service. They allow you to order at a kiosk or directly with a staff member. The menu is expansive and the prices are incredibly reasonable especially for the portions of food given. The food arrived swiftly and was fresh and sooooooo delicious! As a vegan I am always excited to support new vegan restaurants. Neat Burger just may have risen to the top of my favorite vegan food spots in Nolita. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I invited a group of friends that were both vegan and non vegan and we all enjoyed our meals equally. I will absolutely be back soon !!!

First time and this place was so cute and inviting, yummy vegan food (the chicken tasted so good, no aftertaste which can happen sometimes with meat substitutes). Frankie took care of us and was so helpful guiding me thru the menu. Would definitely go back! As someone who’s worked in the service industry I also want to say, yes tip you cashier. This place had very affordable prices and to be in such a key location, the workers who commute to make this amenity possible in the city deserve appreciation :) also I loved that they had variety with Mexican food, salads, and typical fast food with a healthy slant. The sauces are so yummy too

The food is delicious. Had the cheeseburger, the fries, and the chocolate shake. All great, wouldn't change a thing about the food/drinks themselves. The only problem there is that the straw for the shake is bad. It cracks apart while you're using it. I get that they're trying to be eco-friendly, but it's just not a good straw. A shake this good deserves a proper straw. Like you'd honestly be better off just bringing a straw of your own for it, if you're gonna get a shake, rather than using theirs--it's that bad. The place itself has some kinks that need to be worked out. They have these screens high on the wall behind the counter that show the menu, but the screens are dim and low-resolution and hard to read, and the screens change too quickly for you to read any of it. Also the service is inconsistent, even within a single visit. First I got the burger, then I decided after I had my burger to get the fries and a shake. When I got the burger, the burger was brought out to my table. When I got the fries and a shake, I was dealing with another employee, and they didn't bring me my fries and shake, and the items weren't ready at the same time, so I had to walk over to the counter for the fries, sit back down, then a few minutes later go back and get the shake and come back. It's just annoying. It wouldn't be annoying if they only did things one way (bringing it out to you) or the other way (you come get it) but when it's completely random as far as which way it'll be, because it depends on how the employee feels like doing it, that sucks. Overall, I'd say the great food is well-worth the other annoyances, but I hope they do improve the place.

This place is cool Stopped in here to grab a quick lunch the other day and definitely adding Neat Burger to my office lunch list (yes that's actually a thing I have) I ordered the Neat Burger along with a strawberry and cream milkshake and tater tots. Service was quick and easy, they have touch screens to order off of, but I also noticed a lot of people preordered for pick up. The space is on the smaller side, so I suggest getting your food to go. The Neat Burger was delicious, though a little tough to eat. The veggie patty kept slipping out of the bun, so I had to do that trick where you keep rotating the burger so the party doesn't fully fall out. I've had a couple veggie burgers before and this one was definitely in the top three. The tots and milkshake were also delicious. I love any place that gives you other potato options. I highly suggest getting the tots. Go check them out!

If you're looking for a budget-friendly option with friendly staff, NEAT might satisfy your cravings without breaking the bank. Another standout is the overall cool vibe of the location. Cute store, great service, ok food. If you do go I recommend surprisingly the chili cheese fries over everything. We tried the steak sandwiches which were okay. The oat shake was forgettable but the fries are surprisingly very good.

First time at a Neat Burger. Stopped here because I was in the Soho neighborhood and got hungry. You order on a computer screen and a staff will let you know when there food is ready. I ordered the Cheez burger, Southwest Quinoa Bowl and Sabrina Southwest Sabrito. You can bring the food home or if there are seats available, you can eat in. Great spot, will definitely come back to try other menu items.

Omg, YUM!! I had the chicken sandwich & tots. I was skeptical but my meal was absolutely delicious. I ate every last bit. If this restaurant is allowing me to help disrupt our food system with sustainable alternatives, sign me up for daily duty!

I stopped by for a weekday lunch. Full disclosure, I didn't get a burger (I got the fish n chips and a fish sandwich which were both on special as highlighted in their email). Both were delicious especially the fish n chips (tasty, crispy but not overly fried, not fishy) and steals at $5 each Clean bright space with a tremendous outdoor section. In action, staff was friendly and ordering was easy on the kiosk. (Toast). Turnaround time was fair. Would come back to try the burgers.

Finally got an opp to swing by Neat Burger Nolita, the much-hyped vegan project by Lewis Hamilton with its celebrity investors. There is so much to love about this place. It is an oasis of casual cool and calm from the NYC streets. The patties are delicious. The fries and tater tots are perfect. The lemonade was refreshing. The people and service are fantastic. While I prefer the crispy tenderness of the chick'n patty, do not miss out on the neat burger patty which definitely stands out with its blend of mung beans, quinoa, and chickpeas and came with a slightly red middle to mimic a medium cook. My one comment would be that the sandwiches were over-sauced, drowning all that patty-goodness flavor. Couldn't help but wonder if they adjusted their ratios for US palettes. Still worth a visit. Must try the BBQ stack, chopped cheez, and Chicago hot dog on a future visit. You can make an order a combo by adding a side and a drink.

Bono: It's hammer time... I took it as cue to eat some delicious plant based "neat" burger. This isn't like other plant based burger restaurant. This is absolute delicious and would eat again. It's just way better than what I had at other places. The ingredients is superior. If you are in the neighborhood, you should check out their menu. I'm looking forward to trying out the other item on the menu.

First of all, this is one of my favorite streets/ triangles in the city. Great for people watching and street eating. Secondly, I think neat burger cracked the code on marketing + taste of plant based foods. My boyfriend and I were looking for clean, quick meals in the area (with outdoor seating) and after not making a reservation anywhere, we decided to land on Neat Burger. I did originally see their opening ads on Tik Tok but didn't make the connection until we passed by. Loved the pink + green aesthetic and friendliness of the cashier who gave us tons of recommendations whom I should have given a hug. I ate the basic chicken sandwich and my boyfriend got the double stacked burger. I'm telling you, my meat eating BF was questioning his whole existence -- he loved it. The chicken sandwich reminded me of those long boys from Burger King, which I haven't had since I ate meat back in '03. Hope to be back soon :)

Wow, I'm really blown away by how good this was at a glance, and at first bite! I got the Crispy Chik'n sandwich to try for $9.99 and it was pretty perfect. It's a beautiful chik'n patty, perfectly prepared. The lettuce looks fresh, the pickles too, and the bun is so smooth haha. There's like a light white sauce, probably mayonnaise. So many plant based and gluten free options for a pretty decent price! I'm not vegan or even vegetarian but I'll definitely be back, I want to try the Neat Burger and the Chopped Cheese sandwich. They also have hot dogs, salads, shakes, and a good selection of beverages like Poppi and Swoon. The service was super fast - I got my Chik'n sandwich within 5 minutes. It's a super cheerful and colorful restaurant with some seating and and open air space.

I've been wanting to try Neat Burger for a long time, but it was out of the way from my office so I never got the chance to. I noticed the delivery radius increased on DoorDash, so I immediately ordered the TikTok viral Caesar Wrap. I'm glad I did! The wrap was huge and completely packed within the tortilla. There was a lot of vegan chicken, avocado, and caesar dressing. It brought all the flavors together perfectly. I wish I went to the restaurant in person and ate the wrap while it was still hot, I know it would've tasted a million times better. I think Neat Burger has a bunch of amazing vegan options and I can't wait to try something new from the menu!

Enter the region of no fast food chain burger places like Chick-Fil A, Shack Shack, McDonalds, Burger King and many more. This place saved me as a good source of chicken burgers, cheeseburgers, fries and soft drinks. Walked by this place all the time and didn't know it can be my go-to burger joint. To my surprise, I had no idea what Neat Burger was and just assumed it was an expensive place with giant sized unique burgers you'd get in restaurants. I was glad I pulled up their website and it contained all the childhood cravings I needed to satisfy my stomach. Anyone in the Soho region who is craving for a simple chicken burger knows they'd have to endure a 15+ minute walk to Popeyes, KFC and any other chicken joint nearby. Making my way to the order bar and the staff was so knowledgeable on every item. What shocked me was he stated everything was plant based and this intrigued me more. Their beef and chicken burgers apparently are plant based and they taste as close to the real thing - claimed by the staff. I took their recommendations and was more excited to try it. Got myself the spicy chicken burger, side of tater tot fries, and lavender lemonade. Was super hungry and "drank" my chicken burger within 2 minutes because it was that so damn good. But I could still test taste regardless of speed and they were right how I couldn't taste the difference in the burger - closely to the same taste as a chicken burger. My tater tots were also so crispy with the scrape sound against the paper box, even after a 5 minute walk which is pretty impressive. Lavender lemonade had a nice soothing refreshing kick to cleanse your taste buds after a heavy meal - always a bonus. Prices are reasonable where I didn't have to spend $13.00+ on a burger like most of the surrounding lunch places here. Best part of the burger with its vegetative anatomy was not feeling super sleepy and slight nausea from a super grease fest - loved it. All wins for a girl who's looking for a burger and fries kick and still have to be on your non-sleepy A game to work after lunch. This won't be my only visit - most guaranteed for sure.

Loved the place. Everything is plant based. The decor is cool, clean. There is a large yard space. I had a harvest bowl. It was beautiful. The quinoa cooked to perfection, veggies and the sauce is just right - spicy but not too much. Krispy "chicken" was not too oily and didn't feel heavy. Actually tasted like chicken almost and looked like it. The portion is large. And modest price.

I've come here twice so far and both times were fantastic!! The first time I got Rebecca's Caesar wrap and it was actually life changing. I've never had a chicken wrap before but I found out it through Rebecca who I follow on Instagram. It was her birthday so it was $10 and I had wanted to try it for a while and I'm so glad I did. It's hard to describe what the "chicken" tastes like but it did look like real chicken. And the lettuce was super crunchy and the avocado made it really creamy. The second time I got a spicy chicken wrap and it had a really good kick of spice that I loved. It was a little too sauce heavy for me but overall it was sooo good and I'm very sad it's no longer on the menu. Both times the staff were super welcoming and friendly and brought out my food really quick. Until next time Neat Burger when there's a new wrap in town

Stumbled on this place by accident. I highly recommend! Food was good. Place has cute decor. But what really takes this place over the top is the amazing customer service!! Thank you Jeremy for your excellent customer service skills!

Great vegan spot that's new to the area - would be sick if they were open later as this would also serve as fun late night/drunk food. I got the Neat Burger ($10) but their menu is pretty solid with other bar foods. I think the pickles and Neat sauce is pretty much the highlight, but it's not as dense as I would have liked (bites with just bun) and the patty is a little too on the nose for an Impossible patty for my particular liking. That being said, would love to try more of the menu as it is a quick and affordable option here :)

So happy Neat Burger made its way to the US! I love the wraps and fries. The Recebba wrap is my absolute favorite - it's named about Vegan Bodega Cat on social media. I do wish they named this after her handle since she's well-known in the vegan community. I recently tried the Neat Burger and didn't realize before ordering that the burger is made with healthier ingredients, which is a big plus! It won't taste like an impossible or beyond burger but its surprisingly good considering the cleaner list of whole food ingredients! If you know it's truly a veggie burger before you eat it you will be super impressed. If you're looking for a greasy burger for the sake of indulgence there are less healthy vegan options. As someone who tried to keep it healthy while satisfying my cravings, I will be choosing Neat Burger until I'm sick of it!

Oo la la! Vegan babe here, and this spot had me falling in love. Came for the food, stayed for the ambiance, rates 100 out of 10 for me. Come thru!

The BBQ stack was incredible. Will get again! The crispy chicken sandwich was almost perfect (my particular sandwich had the sauce off to one side) but it was simply upstaged by the BBQ stack that was 12/10 - and I'm from Texas! The Oreo milkshake and cheese fries were quite delectable but I wish I could have added them to the sandwich as a combo with upcharge. Also, it's all disposable utensils. I wish their trash area told me which of their cups/cutlery/boxes were recycling vs compost vs trash.

Finished a cold & rainy walking tour of the Gowanus Canals and needed some warm comfort food before moving on to Broadway. Neat Burger's grand opening/media day? party popped up on my instagram yesterday so I decided it was the perfect stop halfway between the two. The restaurant was easy to find in Nolita, right off a tiny triangular park. Coming from grey and gloom outside, the rainbow of neon lights and "palm trees" inside instantly upped my mood. The shop is decked out in tropical colors and has fun plant based slogans in all the right places (see the big mirror). It has a distinct Miami vibe with the decor & club music, though I believe it's origins are European. I was greeted with friendly smiles as if it were a warm summer day, and not a frigid wet mess beyond the glass doors. I asked for recommendations and was told to try the cheez burger and tots, so I did. No meat or dairy here if I'm not mistaken, but the options are quite varied. There's a Crispy Chick'n sandwich, Crispy Cauliflower, Chopped Cheez, Chicago Style hot Dogs, Disco Fries, Corn ribs (yes from sliced corn still on the cob-so creative!), and a Bounty Shake that are all on my next to eat list. Placed my order on the tablet and found a table to wait. Wasn't too much later when my name was being called. A tray was brought to me with the most adorable packaging I've seen in a while! Soft pink and green boxes with a cute print inside to remind you that what your eating is good for you and the planet. A perfectly round and glistening bun greeted me when I opened my burger box. I took a bite and yes. It tasted just like a real cheese burger. I would probably add a few shakes of hot sauce to it to up the flavor but it was good for a not meat sandwich. The cheese was was smooth and just like the dairy version. Didn't miss a thing! Next, the tots. I usually love tots, but these were greasy. Maybe find a way to air fry them or up the oil temp so they're crispier and I'd be a fan. I had forgotten to add the cheez sauce when ordering, but a server brought me a small cup anyway. Very kind! So I dunked everything in this sauce, burger and tots, and it was all good! While eating another server came around with a tray of double chocolate milkshake samples. No room left for a full size, actually had to take a doggie bag, but the shake was awesome. Rich, creamy, and super chocolatey. If you need a boost of plant based goodness along with some sunshine, this is a good place to find it.

WHOA! Neat Burger is NEAT! Came here after a 5 hour tattoo session to get some well deserved grub and it was life changing! I don't know where to start, I suppose how helpful the staff is. They were very friendly and accomodating to everyone in the joint. If you're new to ordering on a touch pad, they were there to give you IT assistance (oh, 2023). The atmosphere alone is well worth the visit! The decor is totally geared towards social media influencers, but is still fun! Like it reminds me of an old school burger joint I'd go to when I was a kid in then 80s. Bright colors and upbeat music. The food was on POINT! Probably the most affordable veg burger in the neighborhood. If you're looking for a quick veg eat, Neat Burger is the place to go. It is totally worth the wait. I got the cheez burger combo, along with some tots, and lemonade, and it really got me going! Those fresh pickles really makes it! In a weird way, they gave me a flash back to Druthers, an old burger chain in the south, except it was all plant-based! Get thee to Neat Burger if you're looking for a quick eat in Soho! I know I'm going back to try their other sammies and burgers!

First thing when i came through the doors, the scenery was amazing, bright, and had a tropical kind of feel to it. Now for customer service, the employee at the front was very friendly and helpful. He asked if i needed any help and was in a good mood. As for the food, I had ordered a chicken sandwich and tater tots on the side. Both of the orders were very delicious and surprised more than my expectation. As a first time customer, this place will be seeing me more than often.

Really cool vegan spot in Manhattan. Fully plant based and super tasty. They have so many options and you're able to order at the counter or at the iPads. They have plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. Restrooms available. Friendly service and cool ambiance. Can't wait to return and try more!

HELP! I'm addicted to Neat Burger! Vegan burger spots are nothing special or new in NYC, but this place sits high above the rest. I am convinced that there is not a single "bad" item on the menu, as everything I have tried so far has been incredible. My top favorites are: *Chick'n Caesar Wrap: what was originally to be only a limited-time item is now a permanent addition to the menu for a good reason. This wrap is delicious and exceeded my expectations. *BBQ Stack Burger: one of the best vegan burgers I've had, and I love how Neat uses its own patties rather than an Impossible or Beyond Burger. The BBQ + onion ring combo is a winner. *Buffalo Chick'n Sandwich: this sandwich is not overly spicy as the name implies, which I am very happy about. The sandwich is very saucy! *Loaded Fries (or tots): if you're going to get a side of fries or tots, you better get them loaded, trust me. I don't even like thin fries, but Neat does them so well. Your choice of fries or tots are loaded with cheese sauce, pickles, jalapenos, grilled onions, and sauce. So much flavor in one little side dish. And what's just as amazing as the food is the service: even though this is a "fast-food" style restaurant, I am always impressed with the kindness of the staff-specifically the chef/cashier Yeremy. Yeremy recognizes me every time I come in and is always happy to make recommendations and allows me to make fun modifications to my order. Whoever is in charge of paying this wonderful human being: he deserves a raise, or at least a gold star for making me excited to come back to Neat Burger!

Came to Neat Burger when they initially opened and had the promo for opening week. Tried the Neat Burger and Crispy Chick'n and we all agreed that the Crispy Chick'n was delicious. I didn't really like the Neat Burger because it was drenched with sauce....I had to wipe off some of the ketchup on a napkin. For sides, I've tried the Fries, Tots, Corn Ribs, and Buffalo Cauli. Corn Ribs were really hard for some reason? Wouldn't get again, but the rest were all great. Solid vegan spot!

A go-to vegan spot for delicious, satisfying food. Everything I've tried is amazing - especially the chicken Caesar wrap (finally we get a vegan version ) & strawberries and cream shake. Food always comes out quickly and the space is fun. Good portions, too.

Much like the Mercedes AMG-Petronas F1 team's performance during the 2023 season, this place is mid as hell. Cutesy decor doesn't make up for the fact that these are vegan Gardein burgers drowning in so much boring-ass special sauce that they basically disintegrate with every bite, a patty melt that wasn't toasted or melted or anything (thereby making it a patty melt in the same way that a hunk of cinnamon bread is french toast), and an over-sweet chocolate shake that genuinely hurt my teeth the further down it got. Tots were good though.

I'm usually not a fan of vegan or vegetarian food in general and especially not vegan burgers as they often get a bad name. However, I'm really impressed with the burgers from Neat Burger because it's not some mysterious and nasty meat that even the staff has no idea what's in the pattie. The staff is super kind, no attitude and no judgment. There's a neon LED light display decoration on the wall when you walk in. I believe the place accepts debit and credit card only, but check with the staff first before placing an order at the cashier. There's a bathroom by the light display, there're people's pics on the wall from Grand Opening Day. And, so many cute Earth Day stickers on the wall everywhere. Has a decent amount of seating to enjoy a meal sitting down. The pattie has a bit similar texture to real fried chicken. The vegan chicken burger actually tastes really well and I might go back another day.

Layla, Yeremy, and Frankie were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were happy to answer any questions I had and provided recommendations based on personal preferences. With its crispy coating, tender interior, and well balanced seasoning, it delivers a satisfying and delicious burger experience. I highly recommend Neat Burger.

Listen guys the spot is beyond beautiful the service is amazing phenomenal host/cashier and the ambiance is pretty good, good music it's soho so of course it's great however the food I can't say the same I got the NY dog and it was nasty I could not and of course I don't eat meat so it was really hard because I've had tasty hot dogs sad to say it was chewy and it was not giving I also had the lemonade I asked for lavender it was biter and I could not taste the lavender at all it's almost like they forgot to add it maybe not purposely but it was not good at all I could not recommend on my behalf I gave them 2 stars it was really for the store presentation

The food was so good! Particularly obsessed with the decor of the restaurant - the neon signs inside and the outdoor patio are perfect. The service was great and their jumpsuits are very chic!! Highly recommend the chick-n-tenders.

Great little vegan burger place! I snagged a free coupon during an opening event and tried the vegan chicken sandwich per the cashier's suggestion. Glad I did! I haven't had many vegan chicken sandwiches but everything really came together. Fresh pickles, lettuce, mayo-like sauce, and a well flavored and crispy patty. The bun was fluffy and almost decadent. Prices are pretty aligned with the area and cuisine. Everyone there was super friendly and sounded really excited to open. Great quick and cheaper spot in Soho to grab lunch!

I placed my order at the kiosk and signed up for rewards. The Neat Burger was delicious. I had the fries and lavender lemonade to go with it. I enjoyed dining at the location. I will definitely be back!

Food was great but reaching the restaurant by phone when you need to is challenging. After a recent visit, I lost my debit card and tried to contact the store but no one answered. I'm not even sure the phone number was correct given it's unusual message plus there are two different ones listed on their website hence 2 stars.

Cool and diverse menu. Food was hot and flavorful. Didn't wait very long for it either.BBQ stack burger is phenomenal and the portions, especially of the cauliflower, are worth it. Can easily pig out here. Corn ribs were nearly worthless, not really an appealing side compared to the others. Neat dog is also lackluster, it needs to be legitimately grilled because it was as soft as bread. Watermelon drink was water with a bit of flavor and not a sweet juice, but idk if that was the point or not! 4 stars if you order correctly.

As a vegan, I'm so thankful for a place like this. The food is consistently good, and they often have special, limited time menu items. The prices are decent, and they a have a happy hour during the week, which is great. What I really like about Neat Burger is the friendly staff. They really go out of their way to help people order and do it with a smile. I feel like a valued customer each time I order there, I also like that the food is consistently good and you get the same quality each time. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting, a very comfortable place to dine in. I hope they stay in business for a long time to come.

I liked that they gave away free food on the grand opening on April 22nd . The plant based hot dog , I didn't like. I will purchase a burger next time. The decor is amazing, the customer service was good.

This place is incredible. Me and a non-vegetarian friend went and were blown away. From the food, to the drinks, and even the awesome aesthetic of the place I loved every bit. I highly recommend the cheese fries, nuggets, and half and half drink. The service and people are insanely sweet. 101% recommend!

When you look up "carnivore" in the dictionary it's a picture of me. This place SLAPS - that means a lot coming from a meat eater like me. Plant based is SO IN! Buff Chick for the win!

I just had the Chop Cheese with Cauliflower Wings and classic Lemonade for lunch. Mannn let me tell you, it was the best sloppy food I've ever had. There is no placing a finger on any specific ingredient in this finger-licking sandwich, every part of it was equally good. I highly recommend this plant-base treat along with other menu items. I personally reward myself to Neat Burger every pay week.

This restaurant lies to its patrons about the food. All of the food is vegan and absolutely gross and instead of telling people on the menu that the food is vegan, the meat is fake cheese is fake and milkshake is fake. They presented as real then you order the food spend a lot of money and get absolute garbage.

I am genuinely baffled. The "cheez" is a flawless replica of nacho cheese. No exaggeration whatsoever: if given the loaded fries without context, I would have absolutely no reason whatsoever to assume they were plant based. Perfect balance of cheesiness and kick, excellent portion size. Both the fries and the burger are delicious, and exceedingly convincing dupes of guilty-pleasure fast-food fare. And the price??? So reasonable. I feel so lucky to work down the street from this amazing little spot, and can't wait to return for more. Ambiance is chill and relaxed, staff is super sweet and laid back. A game changer. I've always thought about cutting out meat -- this may just tip the scales.

Loaded tots were so good! Strawberry milkshake was amazing. Had the wrap, it probably would've been better if I ate it there as it was supposed to be crispy but it didn't travel well as we got our food to go because the music was incredibly loud in there.

Neat Burger is the next NYC hot spot! The food is absolutely delicious and the vibes are immaculate. You can't go wrong with anything you order on the menu. Even if you typically don't eat plant based, you will love Neat Burger. You also MUST order a shake they are amazing!
