Updated after NFM response. I had ALREADY called the CS number twice on 11/19 and again today 11/20 with absolutely no help or response, so why they suggest publicly to call them again, is beyond me. They should be the ones calling me and offering a solution. Review Updated on 11-20-2025 with unethical and fraudulent conduct by NFM, please read last paragraph. If there is such a rating as zero, that is what the delivery crew deserves when delivering my LG refrigerator. They arrived in a ENTERPRIZE Rent a Truck and were unprofessional and rude from the beginning. They were rushing through the delivery without ANY attention to detail or my property. Two of them did not speak English and the third was a fast talking big mouth who got all upset when I had a 36 inch clear path and it is 1/2 inch too tight, which took about 5 seconds for me to slide the table in the basement and make it 42 inches. He claimed that I am violating the contract by not providing a clear path, which I did, except for that one small passage which was addressed in literally 5 seconds. He claimed that no one did the egregious mistake that I did. To make matters worse, they put the Frig in place, plugged and left despite me asking them to remove the foam around it, and to remove the nylon wrapper, they refused to do both saying they have no time, they deliver too many appliances a day. What added agony to defeat is them REFUSING to level the appliance and it was wobbling pretty bad, they blamed it on my concrete floor and it is MY responsibility to level the appliance. There were 3 of them and only one of me and they were quite big and intimidating, and when the left they REFUSED to close the gate door which THEY opened to get the appliance in, despite my request. I called NFM customer service and the agent was absolutely worthless and useless, kept repeated the scripted line (I am sorry for your inconvenience) and would not offer anything including talking to a manager or supervisor. She offered no apology or even an acknowledgement that these sub contractors are low class garbage that should never be allowed to enter my house. So they are coming tomorrow to pick up their appliance and refund me, the CS agent was outrageous enough to say that if there is anything wrong with the appliance they will deduct from the refund. I did not touch or operate the appliance. 11-20-2025 UPDATE After I wrote the initial review, I received an Insurance claim from their Insurer AllState stating that I have insurance for ONE day on the appliance and there is a claim for Accidental Damage due to Handling" which is untrue, and such a claim negates my ability to get a refund from NFM and makes it an insurance claim. Did you sign a contract?

I had a wonderful experience w NFM while shopping for a new, leather recliner! They have a great selection and a good sale going on. My sales rep, Annette, was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful without hovering over me. They are delivering my new chair in 3 days! I couldn’t be more thrilled!

Not exactly sure where to begin, but here goes... Friday the 14th of November we go to NFM and pick out our refrigerator, we arranged the specifics through a salesman and finalize everything with that same man, he was named Duane. We explicitly stated that the doors of our old refrigerator MUST be removed in order to take it out of the kitchen as it was too large, and likewise with the new refrigerator to get it in. Monday the 17th, my spouse gets a text that states that, "The delivery crew is 13 minutes away." I drive home from work as fast as I can to be home on time to meet with them. 50 minutes goes by and no one has shown up yet. I call customer service and they state that the driver is 10 minutes away. They finally show up, and the man that I first engage with is not in a good mood; doesn't seem to want to be bothered. Ok..great, here we go. That man comes into the house and starts looking at the old refrigerator and wants to know where we want to move it, I show him the basement. They bring the new refrigerator inside the house, set it in the living room and state that they cannot remove the doors from the old refrigerator and that we have to do it. I call customer service to explain my discussion with Duane but while I'm on the phone with them, the delivery guys leave. So...I now have to disassemble the refrigerator myself. I finally get it apart and moved to the front porch. Meanwhile, all of our food is in a cooler in the dining room. The new refrigerator sits in the living room. I leave the house and drive back to work and call customer service. I state that I want different people to come back to the house and to move the refrigerator into place, and that they need to REMOVE THE DOORS to get it in without scratching it. They state that they will send someone tomorrow. Tomorrow comes...I am at work and my spouse and her parents are at the house waiting for the new movers. They show up to move the refrigerator but do not remove the doors, scratching the freezer door so badly, and a few other spots. My spouse calls me and tells me that they thought they could get it through the doorway without scratching it, also they chipped a ton of paint off the door frame that I now have to fix. I call customer service again. They state that if we want we can keep the refrigerator as is and they will comp us some money to use as in store credit, if we wish. No thanks. They are sending a new freezer door tomorrow, apparently. All I got was a generic, "Sorry for the inconvenience." Inconvenience? You've cost us money, time, and huge amounts of frustration. All of our food is spoiled and it has to be thrown away, we bought a $120.00 cooler to store our food in for just a few hours, we are now approaching day 3. Our door frame is scratched to hell and our over $2000.00 refrigerator is scratched so bad they have to replace a door. It is also scratched elsewhere, and no one had offered any sort of discount other than that they are waiving a $25.00 relocation fee for the old fridge. I doubt I'll even hear from anyone in management. I have been in the property management industry for 17 years, and I promise you, NFM has not done right by us. We have been purchasing from here for 15 years now, and to be honest, it might be time for us to cut up our credit card. I am going to tell EVERYONE about this experience. Check out these pictures.

NFM's Computer department just gave us our best shopping experience, thanks to Justin S. We were looking for extra storage for our gaming PC, NFM was out of stock on the item we were looking for. However, that did not stop Justin from helping us guide us on the item that we needed and demonstrated steps needed to install the hardware and configure the PC. On top of that, we called him the next day to get clarification and he was very polite and nice to guide us again, so we could take notes. Justin is an amazing salesman and very knowledgeable.
