My new washer and dryer are a much needed upgrade, however I’m disappointed in the customer service I experienced with delivery and installation. I ordered online and scheduled delivery without the assistance of a salesperson. I did not see where I would indicate which way the dryer door should open. After installation we were excited to try our new washer and dryer functionality. The washer does seem to leave clothes pretty wet even when spin max is selected. The dryer works best on time dry but even still we had to run the dryer multiple times. After being disappointed in the dryer not drying we did a little investigation and found that he outside vent was collecting lent. The dryer vent was new and installed by NFM. The only solution we have found is to remove the screen that was catching a significant amount of lint blocking the outside vent. I’m at a loss as to why this is happening. NFM directed me to GE but both did not offer a reason as to why all the lent is not being trapped by the dryer lent trap. Now that my 14 day refund/exchange period has expired, I’m being told that I’m responsible with the chore of reversing the dryer door. Overall my installation has left me with a not so great experience.

Updated after NFM response. I had ALREADY called the CS number twice on 11/19 and again today 11/20 with absolutely no help or response, so why they suggest publicly to call them again, is beyond me. They should be the ones calling me and offering a solution. Review Updated on 11-20-2025 with unethical and fraudulent conduct by NFM, please read last paragraph. If there is such a rating as zero, that is what the delivery crew deserves when delivering my LG refrigerator. They arrived in a ENTERPRIZE Rent a Truck and were unprofessional and rude from the beginning. They were rushing through the delivery without ANY attention to detail or my property. Two of them did not speak English and the third was a fast talking big mouth who got all upset when I had a 36 inch clear path and it is 1/2 inch too tight, which took about 5 seconds for me to slide the table in the basement and make it 42 inches. He claimed that I am violating the contract by not providing a clear path, which I did, except for that one small passage which was addressed in literally 5 seconds. He claimed that no one did the egregious mistake that I did. To make matters worse, they put the Frig in place, plugged and left despite me asking them to remove the foam around it, and to remove the nylon wrapper, they refused to do both saying they have no time, they deliver too many appliances a day. What added agony to defeat is them REFUSING to level the appliance and it was wobbling pretty bad, they blamed it on my concrete floor and it is MY responsibility to level the appliance. There were 3 of them and only one of me and they were quite big and intimidating, and when the left they REFUSED to close the gate door which THEY opened to get the appliance in, despite my request. I called NFM customer service and the agent was absolutely worthless and useless, kept repeated the scripted line (I am sorry for your inconvenience) and would not offer anything including talking to a manager or supervisor. She offered no apology or even an acknowledgement that these sub contractors are low class garbage that should never be allowed to enter my house. So they are coming tomorrow to pick up their appliance and refund me, the CS agent was outrageous enough to say that if there is anything wrong with the appliance they will deduct from the refund. I did not touch or operate the appliance. 11-20-2025 UPDATE After I wrote the initial review, I received an Insurance claim from their Insurer AllState stating that I have insurance for ONE day on the appliance and there is a claim for Accidental Damage due to Handling" which is untrue, and such a claim negates my ability to get a refund from NFM and makes it an insurance claim. Did you sign a contract?

I had a wonderful experience w NFM while shopping for a new, leather recliner! They have a great selection and a good sale going on. My sales rep, Annette, was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful without hovering over me. They are delivering my new chair in 3 days! I couldn’t be more thrilled!

Don’t recommend. NFM really made a bad situation worse for me. Went into store to look at beds and ended up with a nightmare and no bed to sleep on for over a week with 2 herniated discs in my spine despite all of the bed pieces in my home finally after 8 days. First adult purchase for a bed so I was painfully unaware that beds need box springs (user error) but not once was it mentioned by the sales associate in store, I was actually told by a delivery professional, I tried not reordering from NFM but the other frame I bought didn’t fit so I reluctantly reordered from NFM only to have the item delivered and not set up. Due to the disc issues and some other medical problems I cannot put the pieces on myself so I have to spend another night on the couch…. My last bed isn’t sounding too bad now. I appreciate another crew being sent out to finish setup but I never want to deal with NFM again. The only solution given for this headache was the $75 ADDITIONAL delivery discount which didn’t matter because the items didn’t get set up anyways. Save yourself the trouble if you’re not able bodied or have assistance in home.

I want to start out with the positives and that is that our Sells person, Timmy McLaughlin, was very professional and polite. I already knew which area rug that we wanted from a previous visit so the transaction was easy and quick. However, we had a Nebraska Furniture Mart card with a $200 balance on it. This was a credit from a previous return a few years ago. Unfortunately, Covid happened and just like most of us, many things got put on hold and unfortunately some things were forgotten about. We initially called the corporate number and talked to a very nice lady on the phone who said she couldn't help us but that if we went to the local store they could probably help to make an exception to the expiration date due to the circumstances. I went to customer service as she instructed and spoke to a gentleman. He seemed new but I explained the situation and he said let me talk to my manager. He got up from his desk and was gone for a few minutes. I thought maybe the manager would come speak to me about it. Instead, he simply came back and said I'm sorry but no exceptions can be made because too much time has passed. Again I reminded him that this was a credit from a return and everybody's lives were somewhat put on hold during Covid and we literally just found the card and remembered that there was a balance on it. They still would not help us. We have spent probably close to $15,000 between our current and previous house with this company. And they can't make an exception for $200 in credit. That's kind of mind blowing.

This was recommended to me and it was worth the drive from Overland Park. Selection was incredible and service was good but you have to remind yourself the salespeople cover a great deal of real estate in the store. The return policy is liberal and they were spot-on when they swapped out a couch with damage without pushing back. They sent people and it went flawlessly. Overall very happy.

I will never buy a GE or an NFM appliance again This product broke the month I had it. It was 2 days outside of 30 so NFM said "SORRY CALL THE MANUFACTURER". GE Has sent a third party tech called "EARLY BIRD APPLIANCE" to my home 4 times. They have replaced all but one burner on it, and still doesn't work right. The tech ghosted me for 6 weeks, and I had to call GE to get them to even respond with they they haven't followed up since SEPTEMBER, (it's now December) and never said the NEXT PART they'll try on this now refurbished machine is on back order. By the time they finish up this round of repairs, it'll be almost out of warranty. I have no faith in NFM or GE now. Never again.

NFM is my Target.. in other words, intent or not I find something to purchase. Today was a Blink doorbell on sale. Almost bought new table settings, I was overwhelmed by the choices lol Never had a bad experience when I visit with a specific purchase in mind! No matter the department I walked through and browsed, I was greeted and asked if I was finding everything ok or if I had any questions.. washer/dryer, pots and pans, etc. I think I was studying up lol! I even found the perfect apple slicer.. I've been looking for over a year.. REALLY!!

Surprisingly after living in KC my whole life, I have never been to NFM. I always drove by the large store but had no idea what it was about. I had some time the other day to stop in and spend a few hours there and I am beyond impressed! The store is huge and has a section for every part of your home! Although I did not buy anything besides at the cafe, I had a great time looking around at the items and walking. I think this would be a great date night for a couple to just walk around and discuss things you want to add to your home. Lots of unique items. I wouldn't call this place cheap, but from what I saw, a lot of the items had sale tags on them so maybe there are some good deals! The cafe was good, and the staff were very friendly. I will be returning.

This is my go-to location when shopping in The Legends area, or the Midwest in general (only Omaha's flagship location is arguably better). While I'm partial to my home location within The Colony, TX, the Legend's NFM store has all that I need in terms of electronics, appliances, furniture, and even chocolate (there is a See's Candies in-store). Not only that, there is plenty of other conveniences here as well. My favorite is the ease of parking (tons of parking spaces), along with the roving security guards that patrol the area. The latter is especially appreciated, considering that I was the victim of a smash & grab vehicle break-in while being parked in a retail area (not this one). In addition, I'm able to make payments on my NFM account at any cash register. The customer service at this location is very good, and quite professional (NFM hires really good folks here). Overall, I'll keep spending that $$$ here.

This place is basically Disneyworld! No matter what you're in the market for, they've got you covered. We ordered most of the furniture in our house from NFM and have had great experiences so far with delivery and quality. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and they seem to have a good system for purchasing and delivering. I can't really describe the extent of what they have to offer. Furniture, office furniture, entertainment items, lighting, items for children, kitchen items, appliances galore...the list goes on and on. They even have a Blind Box BBQ and cafe and seating area with TVs if you want to grab a bite and watch the game!

What to say? Oh I know go ANYWHERE but here!!! We bought furniture that wasnt comfortable after sitting on it for more than 5 minutes. Decided to return it within the return window. We were then back charged the delivery fees that was supposed to be initally free. We will NEVER come back. Buyer Beware!

The store is pretty overwhelming due to the massive size and selection of different products You could definitely spend an entire day here looking around. We were in the market for some new furniture and first looked in the clearance section. We found an ottoman we looked for a great price. Truman in the clearance section helped us purchase the ottoman and was very helpful. We then found a couch and glider we liked and Rebecca Clark helped us make that purchase. She was very knowledgeable and made sure we got the lowest price with a promotion they were running. I highly recommend using Rebecca or Truman if you go here looking for fur

This is a reply to my earlier comment about Nebraska Furniture Mart and their customer service reps's reply back to my previous comment. I tried to reach out to customer service to get your CEO's email address and customer service refused!! This includes the CEO of the furniture manufacturer. However, I obtained both emails address for both CEO's through my own investigation and search the response was .... crickets... from either CEO. Therefore, my business is forever concluded with both of these companies. I will carefully choose a furniture retailer with a more caring attitude of thinking outside the box so to speak. This instead of listening to a multitude of rehearsed speeches of deflection from customer service representatives. The manufacturer recommendations when the manufacturer itself cannot make a viable solution to their own errors in the production process is telling enough in itself. In today's world this will be a challenge. Deny, Deflect, and Defend seems to be the norm of most companies such as these two. To NFM credit the did try but no customer should have to go through this effort to get something corrected and done right!

Flexsteel no longer takes any calls no matter what so much for lifetime warranty we were told no matter how old the recliner we have to call where we purchased it from. WE JUST NEED 1 SPRING! 2 weeks later nfm responds sorry discontinued cant help i know someone that works there and they said they have extra springs they could have gave me so does flexsteel no one wanted to help you. buy off of amazon. warranty and customer service at flexsteel and nfm dont exist anymore buy a junky couch and just replace it every so often thats what my uncle does. dont rely on warranty or customer service

Never had a problem before with NFM, but I just recently ordered some furniture and have a bad experience..the first two times no furniture was received and they only offer me 100.00 compensation because the delivery fees was waived....but of course the delivery fee was waived because I didn't received any furniture

NFM KC, They are awful to deal with. They have delivered our orders to the wrong address 3 times. We paid for delivery and installation on a sofa and an outside chair both were missing and or had broken peices. The chair took months to obtain the missing piece. The sofa came delivered and installed with zippers broken and parts missing off it. They ordered replacement pieces in July this is now October and they say they have no ETA. Why do I want broken furniture sitting around my house for months? I am reporting them to the BBB if you are having issues you should to, force them to do better.

I had put a review here before on furniture that I had ordered in July. Received the furniture, Flex Steel at that. The cushions not up to standard. I was told by a Mellisa I think was her name, there was nothing wrong with them. But I had until Sept 15th to return furniture 25% restocking fee and $144 pick up charge. I went to Furniture Mall in Olathe and ordered new furniture. They gave me a discount because the furniture I got from NFM is going to be set out to the curb for trash. I will not step foot n side NFM going forward. I showed the sales person pictures of the cushions, said they weren't acceptable and can see why I was unhappy with them. Still haven't got my Stove or Fridge. Ordered it Feb 15th They said March 5th. The stove I ordered was changed without my knowledge or consent and now I will have to pay to have a gas guy to install a conversion kit. . No offer to provide a major discount, no I am sorry, just "It is our vendors fault, not ours. NFM doesn't understand that they own their supply chain. Terrible, Just terrible.

The sales staff is amazing! We went to the legends location to buy a few things, 2 sales people stand out as superior: Mason in video games and Chris from furniture! Product knowledge was spot on, both were extremely professional and eager to help without being pushy. My service dog came with us, and it was fun to sit in the Flexsteel recliners and be able to hold the dog as he wants to be close, even when he is not working. Such a great time shopping yesterday!

We came here to Nebraska Furniture Mart several times in the week we were in Lee's Summit, looking for new furniture, appliances, and other things for our new house. Everyone we encountered on the staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. We had many things to purchase for the house and ended up spending over five figures. We got a new television for the living room plus a sound-system, a couch that my wife wanted, a Stressless recliner for me, which was the floor model. And we also got a new refrigerator, dishwasher, a bedframe, and a new washer and dryer. Everything we ordered was delivered in a couple of days, except for the refrigerator, which was back ordered. But we knew that ahead of time and excepted it. I would highly recommend this store as they have so many things for the home at incredibly good prices!

They do not stand behind their products and their return policy is ridiculous. Was told by cashier that there is a 30 day return policy on what I purchased. I was hoping to not have had to return them but I did, and then I was told it's a 14 day return policy on my items and was forced to have a store credit instead of a refund. People need to be on the same page when telling customers information. I guess it teaches me not to trust what people say and just always read the fine print.

Spent 2,500 on a sectional, after 9 moths it is falling apart the cloth is coming apart the recline button is coming out of the couch. A manager with customer service s giving me store credit but I don't want to purchase another couch the quality is Horrible. My daughter just recently bought a couch hers is falling apart to. Save your money buy some where else.

Nebraska Furniture Mart has a terrible delivery system. That is just a well known fact. They are notorious for breaking and damaging products and everybody knows it. It is just really bad service. They use independent contractors who just really don't care. I was supposed to have a refrigerator delivered today and they called and wanted to know why nobody was there. But they were a half an hour early. Then they couldn't carry the refrigerator up the driveway. Then they called wanting to reschedule. I was talking to someone named Lin in Texas. Her supervisor is Pierre she said. But on the day they are coming out she said 1pm. I said 1pm until when? The woman on the phone said till whenever. I said that is unacceptable. Are we supposed to wait until 8pm or 10 pm or when? I said I need a time frame. She said I can't give you a time frame because if it wasn't correct you would "accuse me of lying to you." She actually said that. So I guess we are supposed to wait around until who knows when. We have lives and a schedule and things to do and for some complete idiot to tell me " 1pm until whenever" is just stupid. It is bad business and it is bad customer service and it's just ridiculous. Somebody at Nebraska Furniture Mart needs to wake up and understand you cannot inconvenience your customers like that. It is just so stupid. Nebraska Furniture Mart needs to get rid of these independent contractors who don't really care about their business. The are terrible. And they need to revise their scheduling so that people aren't told 1pm till whenever. That is just so ridiculous. On top of that Lin whoever she was refused to give me her phone number and refused to give me the phone number for her supervisor. She said his name is Pierre but said they don't give out numbers for supervisors. Nebraska Furniture Mart is the worst. Go anywhere but there.

NFM does NOT stand behind their products they sell. NFM Customer Service just pushes you off to the net person, no one wants to do their job and help. I have a king size bed stuck in the upright position for over a week - no reset button, no reset if unplugged, been told need a serial number to get a new remote but there is no serial number anywhere on the bed frame or receipt. NFM sent a repair tech out and he was dumbfounded and couldn't find any serial number either or get bed back in a sleeping position. NFM Customer Service is horrible.

Horrible company. They have lazy delivery drivers who refuse to do anyone a solid. They told me there would be an extra charge if they moved a sofa for me even though the website says they will move additional furniture at no additional cost. When I contacted customer service, all I was told is tough luck, the delivery people can refuse anything they want, and they'll talk to the manager about asking for more money from me. They tried to scam me and no one is doing anything about it. SO BUYER, BEWARE !!!

We have purchased most of the furniture in our home at NF. The service is professional and friendly. The selection is incredible!! They have a BBQ restaurant and a coffee shop. So go and spend the day and have some fun.

I recently moved from my home in Shawnee, which was off I-435 and Shawnee Mission Parkway. I love going to Nebraska Furniture., as I can shop and get decorating ideas, and of course see all the new trends. NFM always has new and different ideas .I have a collection of Precious Moments Figurines, and bought two walnut curios for them. I couldn't be happier with the quality and prices. Having to downsize from my home to my present home, I was worried I wouldn't have room for both curios but they fit perfectly as one is a '"corner unit"and the other is a "three sided" one. Both are beautifully made and will last a lifetime. My family room is totally furnished with my purchases from NFM... included are a large gray sofa and two gold fabric club chairs. Between the chairs, I have a "soft" white table table with a brown wooden top My favorite purchase is a long white credenza that has two side cabinets, one in each side. Each of the cabinets has shelves to hold books and/or video tapes. In between the cabinets is a black fireplace. In the bottom of the fireplace is a bed of white crystal- like rocks. A click with the remote control will light up the fireplace .. people are amazed how real it looks. My bedroom is also furnished with my finds from NFM. I have a walk in closet, but not enough room to have space for things that need to be folded. I found two beautiful chests, one with 2 drawers and one with 3 drawers. They are at opposite ends of one wall, with a picture window in between. I love all my furnishings and believe NFM provides the best service, selections and value. The value they offer is considerably less than we had experienced. Their Customer Service is now horrible. We built a new house in 2015 and bought all our appliances and other furniture there. Not the same experience today. So sad. Too bad. Not the "family" vibe they originally had. I'm gone.

I don't understand the negative reviews with this location. I've had great experiences here. We worked with several sales reps and they were all professional and knowledgeable. Recently I had an issue with an order and after some discussion with the customer service manager he did make it right. We bought several furniture items here and plan on coming back simply because of the customer service team and the sales reps.

Ya know, I'm just not having great luck or good experiences with NFM! I don't have time to list the many issues I've had with them over the years, but I do have time to review this washer! Sucks, cheap or NMF is selling refurbished for new prices. HOW does a drain pump go out in a year, HOW??? They push that crappy warrant crap only to get an incompetent individual show up, and has no clue how to replace it. Now we're sitting with a washer in the middle of our floor and can't use it...oh I'm sorry, the parts won't be available until July 15th and at that time, we (the customer that has already paid in full the washer and the warranty) have to call back, again, to get yet another person out to fix it. Oh and it doesn't end there. Why the unknowable guy stared at the washer trying to figure what was wrong, he some how broke the dispenser draw. HOW!?!?!?! I keep giving NFM a try, and they keep disappointing! And NFM responded with: Hi Karlson. We are sorry to hear you have had issues with your orders and his washer. That does sound very frustrating. Now this place is super amazing! I read some of the negative reviews and just reading reviews could happen to any places. You got to appreciate this place what Missouri and Kansas offers and use common sense and good communication when speaking to the salesman. I've been a customer for Ashley's furniture store, Best buy, floor and decor for like 10 years. These guys are one of my top favorites. But this amazing place has it all under One roof!!!!!!! This place is super huge!! And it blows my favorite places miles away. This is now my favorite place!! I would like to talk about the electronics first. I'm shopping for some big screen TVs and refrigerators. Yes they price match! But just keep in mind they have electronic tags so there is no hiccups and those electronic tags is linked to the market that everyone should have the same price around town. And if it's not updated and you have the same model and it's cheaper somewhere else they will price match. This place even have a little restaurant LOL which is so cool. And they have a See's candies :) They might as well should have put a coffee shop lol!!! For sure I am getting all my TVs here and I have a refrigerator that we picked out. They have unique refrigerators here. Like super huge ones that has an awesome price. These super huge refrigerators I totally appreciate the prices I'm from the Las Vegas market and these refrigerators cost around 7 to 10k. I saw some that are below those prices!! Hope you guys visit this place!!

Now that I am no longer an elite I am giving my unbiased opinion about all businesses I have shopped from!!! So I bought an overpriced pile of saggy cushions exactly one year ago and no matter what "sofa board" I buy to fix it they continue to sag. People but furniture to sit on and relax not from this place, you throw away your hard earned cash, pay a ridiculous delivery fee, only to consider replacing it a year later... WHY???

I like nfm we have been purchasing appliances, furniture and electronics from them for 50 years now. The problem is with the extended warranty we purchased on a lift recliner chair with square trade. We have been over 6 weeks now trying to get our chair repaired. All I get is a run around and service techs that don't show up. Now they say that the are going to reimburse me the price. But nothing for the delivery charges , taxes or remaining two years on the warranty. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM ALLSTATE, SQUARE TRADE. THEY ARE A RIP OFF.

Here it is an entire month later and I'm still having problems. The item arrived with broken magnets, the delivery guys damaged my wall. NFM offered to take $100 off for me to keep the damaged piece because all three of the pieces they brought out to exchange were also defective. I opted to return it and NOW I have waited two different days to be denied by the drivers because they don't have room on their trucks.

I'd give zero stars if I could, but the single star does at least give me the opportunity to compliment the first member of the customer service team - a group which, unfortunately, I've spent substantially more time speaking with than the sales or delivery teams. I ordered living room furniture years ago, and delivery of the entire set was delayed a week or more. Nothing was their fault, of course, and their offer of compensation was "free in-house delivery and set up"...of a chair and a couch. How one goes about "setting up" a couch is a fabulous question. Fast forward eight or so years - moving into a new home, looking for bedroom furniture, and willing to give NFM another shot. We make a purchase (paid in full) and select a delivery date from the options they offered. Two days later we're advised that the delivery date we chose would no longer be an option due to shipping delays, and that our order would be delayed two weeks. After a call to re-set and confirm delivery, I find out that only the bed will be delayed two weeks, and the other items only one week. Customer service was nice enough - they offered to upgrade to in-house delivery and set up for free (how one goes about "setting up" a bedside table fairly boggles the mind), but added that this would add an additional week delay - essentially taking us back to square one. Not wanting to live out of suitcases and boxes scattered about our floor any longer than we had to, I waived the offer and asked for my things as soon as possible. As we hit the week of delivery of the bed, I noticed that I hadn't received an email with details regarding the upcoming delivery. I checked the NFM website to find that the bed had been delayed again, and that I would be waiting at least another week before my fiancée and I could sleep in the bed we purchased a month earlier for our new home. Customer service was abysmal - the shipping dates "aren't guaranteed", they said, despite being dates that they offer, and the lack of notice was unfortunate. I could speak with the sales team about other options (to replace the bed from a full bedroom set), but that was about it. I was provided with my salesperson's contact information, and after requesting it, contact information for management, and wished a good day. Are the continued delays the result of production issues on the vendor's side? Maybe. Stocking/ordering issue on NFM's side? Also maybe. What I know for sure is that it the order isn't delayed for failure to pay for it, and still it's us, the customer, out the money and still waiting on the product, being made to endure the pains of it, and being told to sit back, be patient, and take it in the rear until the whole thing is over...if ever that day should come. Don't shop at NFM - an acronym I've learned also applies to their deliveries, which "Never Freaking Materialize".

Need a new couch, but want to leave your options open for an 85" TV, a fake ficus, and maybe a race car bed? This is your place! I've spent an obscene amount of $$ here and I don't regret any of it! I like my toys and nice stuff. Plus I want some guys in a big green truck to deliver it and carry it up or down the stairs and then put it together because I'm lazy.

I like Nebraska Furniture Mart but it always seems like when you need someone the employees are just sitting around chatting, but when you don't need anyone they will not leave you alone. Some days you go in there and not one sales person will say anything to you and others it's pretty even.

We had new carpet installed from NFM. Promotion was FREE tear up and haul away, free install, and free furniture move. The furniture move was not free and the install was mostly free. The guy who came to measure the carpet added in extra labor charges to add shims and tuck the carpet around those shims. They called to go over the quote before installation which I agreed to since I assumed the professional who came out to measure knew what we needed. They never used any shims and therefore didn't have to tuck around anything. I called customer service and since I agreed to the quote they will not remove any of the extra charges. Apparently you are supposed to know more than the professionals and know what all you are going to need for the install before they come. Don't agree to any of their quotes unless you know exactly what they will use.

BUYER BEWARE !! We went to NFM to buy a new wall oven for our newly remodeled kitchen. We picked out the Kitchen Aid oven because of great reviews. After almost 2 months it was delivered. After installation, we discovered the bottom oven hinges were mis-matched and the door would not close properly. NFM was kind enough to order a replacement oven but would not agree to pay for the re-installation. Customer Relations told us they do not stand by the quality of the products they sell and we were own our own for the re-installation. They did agree to a $100 gift certificate which we will never use, because we have no intention of ever buying any other item from a store that gives you no guarantees for the products they sell.

4 days after getting my new couch the pull out piece ripped off and after emailing support their solution is to come take the couch and give a full refund and leave me with no couch I refuse to let this company back in my house after the first experience so they will need to figure out how to give me another solution

Ordered furniture and paid to have it delivered. The day it was to arrive the drivers never got out of their truck but said it was snowy and icy and could not deliver and left. They told me it would be another week before they could come back. It is January and there is snow on the ground. But they don't deliver if there is snow on the walk. 1. This is not true and they were delivering to the back of the house instead of the front door. 2. The walk is clear minus f If the foot prints that are left behind from tracking slushy stuff and wet marks. It is definitely not frozen. Why drive all the way and not deliver when you can see snow all around if you never intended to get out of the truck. Pure laziness and unprofessional not to even let us know.

An extremely horrible experience with the delivery team. They did not show up to our house with the delivery. They sent a pretentious voicemail to say they were at the address but no one was home to take delivery. That was a BOLD-FACED LIE. There were four adults at home expecting the delivery all day. No one showed up at the house with the delivery. I reviewed my security camera footages and confirmed they in fact DID NOT show up. My wife and I tried to get them to come back. They refused. The delivery drivers control the show. They say "jump," and the rest of the team and their customers have to say "how high." They are bullies. The managers and bosses are subordinate to them. They can choose to refuse a delivery and no one can say anything or force them to do so. My wife and I are new to the Dallas area so all we have known is NFM being the main game in town. We have had some nice experiences with the sales staff but delivery has been horrible. Delivery drivers treat their customers like S#$!. The customers are at their mercy. We have spent approximately $18k in the store since December. The delivery for our latest batch of orders is still in the air, and do not know when we can receive them since we do not live here permanently. If I could do it all over again, I would not spend a dime in the store. Frankly, I wish I could return the stuff we have already taken delivery and go somewhere else but we might be responsible for delivery fees back to the store. My advise, let NFM be your last resort if you can shop what for you are looking for somewhere else. An extremely disappointing experience, and it is quite unfortunate.

I am shopping for a home theater system. Eric G back in the stereo section was very patient with me as i sampled 3 sets of speakers, a sub and a couple center channels. I felt bad tying up his time but he stayed with me answering all my questions and educating me about my selections. Very nice to deal with.
