This place is amazing! I came a few times when it was in the time out market, but their new location is even better and has a lot more space and the interior and atmosphere is designed really well. They have a rotating menu and all of their ingredients are extremely fresh, you can definitely taste the difference! I love sandwiches and this is my favorite sandwich place right now!

Juicy sandwiches @ South Beach. Made with love by 2 nice guys. Turkey Avo is very good and the atmosphere is awesome and relaxed. Cannot understand why tips in a take-away-like place. Prices too high for sandwiches.

Stumbled upon this place during a weekend stay in Miami. Probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had!!! I got the Turkey Avo and my boyfriend had the Jasper’s Choice — both were so delicious and honestly looked like a piece of art. Tyler (who took our order and made our sandwiches) was so nice and friendly. The overall vibe of Lincoln Eatery was really cool as well. We will 100% visit again whenever we come back!

Great sandwiches, mixing perfectly flavors and textures. We ordered the Chicken Sammy and the Goat Club. The Goat Club was more complex, with the fig shining through; while the Chicken Sammy was simpler and more earthy. We were both super pleased with the food, great execution. The downside was the ambiance, the music is blasting and not necessarily relaxing or enjoyable.

This place is fantastic! We had the Turkey Avo and Green Forager, some of the tastiest sandwiches we've had in a while. The bread was fresh and warm, along with fresh ingredients, complimented with friendly service and presentation - next level. We're definitely coming back. YOU MUST EAT HERE!

Every sandwich and avocado toast we ate here was superb! We had the hen of the woods and a newer sandwich Don Theo, and I can honestly say they both blew me away. Each sandwich had very fresh ingredients, were unique, and great flavors. We also tried the Brooklyn and Bacon me Happy avocado toast, and both also had very fresh ingredients. My boyfriend and I went twice in one week - the food was that great! We also chatted with Tyler, the creator of all the food and he was so great and welcoming! If I loved in Miami, I would come here all the time!

We came here because of the other reviews and we must say we had very high expectations and were not disappointed! Very fresh and tasty sandwiches. Went here twice during our stay and tried different flavours - fav is definitely the Green Forager.

We used Necessary Purveyor for a work lunch and everyone raved about the sandwiches. Tyler is such a pleasure to work with and he is meticulous in the way he handles his business.The bread on the sandwiches are so fresh and they’re soo delicious. The roast beef was definitely my top favorite. Also, the feta and melon salad was a HIT. Our associates were filling up their plates with salad and wanting more. I would recommend him to cater your next event with my eyes closed! Thank you, Tyler!

Necessary Purveyor (@necessarypurveyor) has been on my list to visit for a while now due to their 4.9-star Google rating across 300+ reviews. I thought, , , ? I was hooked after the first bite . Crunchy bread yet with the right amount of softness, thick turkey slices, melty cheddar cheese, ripe avocado slices, light chipotle aioli... it all played a role in delivering the tastiest sandwich I've had in a while! The prices are pretty high, but I was incredibly full with just half of a sandwich and had to save the rest for later. ‍ something to consider . The best part, they have so many interesting and unique combinations of flavors on their menu. I can go back again and again, and I know I won't get bored. Can't wait to check more off the list!

Been looking for a sandwich place like this for some time! So glad I was in the area and found this place. As soon as I walked in, I fell in love with the interior. It resembles the inside of a garage, from the ceiling to the seating. Super cute Got the Sammy sandwich and the turkey avocado to go and had them in the car. They were absolutely delicious! The chicken was organic and they had sprouts and different types of greens like arugula and lettuce and different sauces. They even have a halloumi sandwich that I want to try and hash browns that they unfortunately only serve on weekend mornings Absolutely loved this place and will be coming back for sure.

The sandwiches here are so freaking good. I got twice a turkey avocado sanwdwich. The bread is toasted nicely. And the placement of the infredients in the sandwich feels like a hpmemade aanwich. Its a refreshing compareison go fast food service. Also, makes me feels super heathy choosing to eat here instead of somewhere they make food fast

What an awesome casual spot for sandwiches in Miami! I came in for lunch and ordered the little gem salad and turkey avocado sandwich. The sandwich is huge and enough for two people to share. The bread is excellent, fresh and the toppings were delicious. The avocado was perfect and not brown at all. The little gem salad came out with a lot of dressing and cheese. I could've done with less dressing but it was also fresh and delicious. The cheesesteak isn't my favorite sandwich but it was also good and very large. The service was fast and efficient. Overall a wonderful, delicious place to grab a meal.

Fun menu and cute location. It was our first visit and we really enjoyed it. We ordered the Turkey avocado sandwich, Roast beef sandwich, fries and the watermelon-feta salad. Presentation was appealing, flavors were surprisingly great for sandwiches that weren't piled high and overflowing - it wasn't necessary. There bread was fresh, meats and cheeses fast and the variety of greens on each sandwich were perfect. The watermelon salad was delicious although it would've been incredible if they had used goat cheese to contrast the sweetness of the fruit. I like feta so it was cool but it was just missing something and I think goat cheese would've take. It over the top or at least offer that cheese option. My husband wasn't too impressed with the fries stating they tasted like the oil they were fried in. They were seasoned well and crisp though but they left a "greasy" flavor in your mouth. I would definitely recommend this place and will eat there again as there were so many sandwiches I wanted to try...OH and the avocado toast!!!

SO delicious, wow!!! Yummy- go now! The sandwiches were amazing! The bread was crispy but soft, I don't know how they get it to be this way. The turkey avocado was the best sandwich I've ever had and the artichoke caprese was also very delicious. I'm so glad they have a location in the Miami Beach area (next to Boedga taco). It's a small place, no restroom or water station but it has about 5 tables with a large table in the middle and also has some outdoor picnic tables. You order at the counter and they bring out your food. Everything is fresh and seems quality. Love this place, we will be back!

Everyone's reviews and photos of the Green Forager Sandwich just looked so dang good - I had to try it! I wasn't disappointed. Did you know that warmed watermelon tastes very similar to tomato? Just a little sweeter? Necessary Purveyor not only entertained my tastebuds, but also educated my wannabe-chef mind with new culinary options. Is cooked watermelon a common thing? Or a new trend? I had no idea, but I liked it. And on a sandwich, no less. Not only was the combination of ingredients on this sandwich portioned perfectly, with a great balance of complimentary flavors, but it was also presently beautifully. It was neatly arranged, cut precisely, and large enough for two of my meals. It should be noted that they sell Vickie's Kettle Chips alongside their sandwiches, so if you're accustomed to pairing a crunch snack, they have that available. I wish you were in Las Vegas! But thank you, Necessary Purveyor, for making my Miami trip that much more memorable.

Stopped by their stall in TimeOut Market and was immediately struck by their super inventive sandwich menu. I finally decided on the HEN OF THE WOODS (Maiitake Mushrooms, Gruyere/Havarti, Cilantro, Everything Bagel Crumbs, Crispy Onions with Cilantro Lime). The sandwich was beautiful to look at and every, single ingredient was fresh & delicious. The bread was beyond fantastic too! Absolutely loved it & can't wait to go back soon to try something else!

Rachel was very friendly, professional and thorough in preparing our Manchego Roast Beef and Pastrami & Swiss Sandwiches. The Lemonade and Iced Tea need improvement though (too watery / diluted). Still a great option. Just drink something else.

We happened to want a really good sandwich and this place was it! It was such a cute spot in Miami and we are so glad we found it. The service was super quick and everyone was very nice. Their sandwiches are so dang good and what's makes them great is the bread. Just wow!

Food is amazing... & the portions are HUGE! Only downside is I wish they were open a little later but for sure 10/10 food and quality.

I was at a nearby conference and I came here 2 days in a row because their WHEN TURKEY MET AVO sandwich is THAT good. There's Ovengold Turkey, Cheddar, Avocado, Leafy Lettuce, Cornichon, Heirlooms, Varietal Sprouts, and Chipotle Aioli all for $13.50. And they are a lot faster than the other vendors at the Timeout market. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quick and not too expensive lunch in the area.

Stopped by this place while visiting Miami and am so glad I did! Generally, sandwiches don't pique my interest much but these sandwiches are truly "artisanal." I ordered the Green Forager which is one of their bestsellers and it did not disappoint. I normally don't even like watermelon feta but the thin slices of warmed watermelon added such a great texture to the sandwich and just the right amount of sweetness too. The greens and the sauce were also super delicious and oh my goodness, the bread! The focaccia bread was such a highlight - perfectly crispy and fluffy at the same time. I highly recommend Necessary Purveyor if you're in the Miami area. The Time Out market it's located in is also really cool and a great place to hang out.

This is really a 2.5 but I wanted to be kind so rounded up. Sigh...I really wanted to love this place. It's right around the corner from my place, it's brand new (to this location), super cute and clean, and most of the staff are incredibly sweet and clearly take a lot of pride in their work/service. They even offer some alcohol and there's a private area in the back. However, I've had about five or six sandwiches from there now and none of them were really any good.. they ranged from completely bland and tasteless (the roast beef manchego -- a staff rec no less) to underwhelming (a cold pastrami sandwich with the cheese somehow melted ) to bizarre (a Philly cheesesteak with crispy onions. Just... why??). And these are not cheap sandwiches people. All in you're looking at $30 for two and that's without tip. Yes, they are (somewhat) fancy/gourmet sandwiches. But I've never had sandwiches so consistently underwhelming. I don't even know how it's possible. I really don't get the hype -- are these all tourist reviews? Granted I haven't tried the toasts or the salads, but I'm not sure if I'm up for any more expensive disappointments.

The ambiance and food were great. Slightly pricy on the waters and such... $5 per water? But the sandwich itself was great and overall they had a nice selection of choices that all looked amazing. Quite pricy for a sandwich shop.

We came here at 8pm a few weeks ago. Sandwiches were fantastic especially with the perfect bread. Unfortunately the closing time is not consistent. We tried to eat here a few other times at 7 and they told us they were closing (on the door it says until 8p). That's the only thing that will make us visit here less now.

A solid sandwich option located in the Time Out Market. Service is a little slow, but they use quality ingredients and are very substantial. We had the Turkey avocado and chicken salad and both were good. I'd recommend if you're looking for lunch out of the sun and lots of space in South beach.

Creative, chef-driven, wildly delicious food is pretty rare on Miami Beach but Necessary Purveyor is an exception and a local favorite. When you're surrounded by tourist traps with mediocre food, necessary purveyor is worth traveling to.

Wow. Got the Brooklyn Avocado Toast and Green Forager sandwich to go today, and split both with my boyfriend. The owner made our meal and this man has an incredibly detail oriented eye and taste palette. Both were absolutely incredible. The honey and lox combo on the brooklyn avocado toast blew me away - is it well known knowledge that that combo is amazing??? Have I been missing out this whole time? My boyfriend thought he'd have just a bite after finishing half the sandwich, and ended up eating his whole half. The sandwich was also amazing. There were onions on it and I generally don't like onions, but ate the entire thing without picking a single onion out because the flavors balanced each other so well. Also, we got drinks 50/50 black tea and lemonade. The perfect combo of tart and sweet without being too sweet. We will definitely be back to try more. Also, shout out to the impeccable cross section of the sandwich.

1st time ordering here and will not be the last. The sandwiches were great! We ordered the Hen of the Wood and Roasty Manchego. 2 very different sandwiches: vegetarian vs carnivore. As we all know, bread is one of the important ingredient to a great sandwich. They did not disappoint. Seems like they purveyed it from a local bakery because it was crusty and had a good chew without brewing too toothsome and not too high as well. The Hen of the wood was delicious with a great balance of the ingredients that were fresh(love mushrooms). Then ate the Roasty Manchego as it had roast beef and Manchego cheese with a touch of sesame and fig jam. We live locally in SoBe, so looking forward to going back and trying something new on our next trip.

Just had one of the best sandwich ever. Don Leo sammie on focaccia was damn tasty. Going back for the roast beef very soon. Great addition to the west avenue neighborhood.

What an absolutely incredible sandwich! The baguette is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Staff is super friendly. Can't recommend this place enough.

Highly Recommend! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Necessary Purveyor's. Tyler was so helpful and responsive in customizing the perfect lunch for our boat charter. The catering process from start to finish which even included delivery right to the boat was top notch. The food was simply outstanding- the bread was delicious. Fresh, high quality ingredients were crafted in every sandwich and salad we ordered. Can't wait to visit the shop next time I'm in town.

Really great sandwich place in Miami Beach! I was hoping to order the Hen of the Woods based on the pictures on Yelp, but they've discontinued that offering. The person working recommended the Turkey Avo and I was happy with the recommendation. All the ingredients were fresh and the sandwich I ordered was assembled like a work of art. Too bad the "Sandwich Artist" designation has already been claimed by a certain chain. Bread can make or break a sandwich for me. This did the former. The best part is it's in the TimeOut Market so your non-sandwich friends can join you and find something different to stuff their faces with. But if you care about your friendship you should persuade them to eat here.

Delicious! We had the Don Theo and the Salmon Club, both great! But the Salmon Club was definitely my personal favorite. Besides the quality, the owner and workers were great. Would recommend!

Inside the Lincoln Eatery. Block away from the tourist trap places on Lincoln Road. You must try the Avocado Pizza. Visually appealing and equally as delicious. Good for vegans and meat eaters alike. The owner was working and was charming- Tyler. He even came and detailed what we were eating. Keep it up man- your passion shows :)

What a great local place! You can tell everything is made with love. The food is delicious and the vibe is as cool as the staff. This is the kind of local restaurant that South Beach was made from. Continued success !

This was the worst sandwich I ever ate - too much mayo and a smear of avocado and super thin tomato constitutes a veggie sandwich ?????- I literally fed it to the birds on the beach, hope they are ok - the lemonade looked like water and tasted like water. We got a refund on that. Its located in time out food court - Its like going to the airport and choosing a restaurant - subpar food and sup par choices - I wish we were warned

This place is an artisanal sandwich shop in the Lincoln Road market. The food is made to order and so damn good. Great for vegetarians and meat eaters. Can't recommend this place enough and I hope they get their own shop someday.

Had the avocado pizza and it was delicious!! The owner (forgot his name!) was very informative and passionate about his menu and the high quality products he uses to make his food creations. My husband and I split the "pizza" and we were both satisfied and full. Hoping this turns into a restaurant seperate from the Lincoln Road Eatery as it was not very appealing (the eatery)

Delicious sandwich shop for a refreshing lunch on a hot Miami day. We had the Forager sandwich and turkey avocado and were blown away. So many different spreads, aiolis, and combination of veggies. Definitely recommend!

Healthy and fresh, a true find on SoBe and I will be back! So good! My partner had it as it comes on focaccia and I was also really good, crispy focaccia and the layers of feta, watermelon, avocado and greens, unique and very filing.

Superb quality ingredients! High end flavor for truly fair prices. They are now online! Tyler the chef delivered our order outside as we drove by to pick up. Hen of the woods mushroom sandwich, mozzarella di bufala (I told you high quality) watercress and fennel salad , and the unique fabulous avocado pizza! The look and presentation of this pizza is as divine as the taste. A sublime mélange of flavors!! Super beyond thin crust with a light schmear of beet hummos, perfectly sliced thin Haas avocado slices, a sprinkling of razor thin fresh fennel, a pile of tabouli in the middle, and sliced jalapeños for a spicey picante kick. All stylishly topped off with palm tree shaped watermelon slices. Wow! A perfect poolside picnic for my birthday in quarantine. Couldn't have been more delicious! Can't wait to order again!

I've had it in mind to review this place, and now on my third visit, I will not leave before doing so. This place is GREAT! Food made with care and attention that looks pretty and wait for it.. Great sandwiches with freshly baked focaccia and flavorful plant based ingredients. I have never had a slice of watermelon on a sandwich and it worked perfectly!

GO here!!!! The food is so fresh and healthy and delicious. We shared a sandwich with focaccia that was absolutely amazing and an avocado pizza that was incredible. One of the best meals I've had in a while and I can't wait to come back.

When I first went Tyler recommended the Green Forager sandwich which has watermelon in it. At first I thought, how strange is that? But after I took my first bite my life changed. It is the most delicious sandwich I have ever had. I have been back a few times just to eat that sandwich and I will keep going back because it is officially my favorite sandwich. Not only if the food healthy and fresh, but the staff are nice and friendly as well.

Be prepared to wait a little because of it's success for great for a tasteful, original and healthy quick lunch!
