This is an amazing co-working space for new start-ups to thrive quickly. The community collaborates with intention, offering a network of skills, resources, and talent all on one floor that overlooks Pioneer Square. Easy access on all Max lines and most buses. This community has accelerated my business just when I needed it and gives me a space to share my own skills and talents.

NedSpace is more than just a coworking space; it's a dynamic ecosystem fostering innovation and collaboration. As a member, I've experienced firsthand how its vibrant community, top-notch amenities, and inspiring atmosphere have significantly boosted my productivity and expanded my professional network. Designed with freelancers, startups, and tech professionals in mind, NedSpace offers an environment where creativity thrives. The diverse community provides ample opportunities for meaningful connections, leading to collaborations that might not occur in more isolated settings. One standout experience was attending a tech innovation event at NedSpace, where I engaged in an inspiring conversation with a fellow entrepreneur. This interaction not only sparked new ideas but also led to a valuable partnership. Additionally, the resources available—such as high-speed internet, well-equipped meeting rooms, and comfortable work areas—have been instrumental in enhancing my work efficiency. NedSpace is evolving into a vibrant marketplace of interconnected communities, akin to a food court of diverse villages. From the AI lab to media and web development groups, each "village" offers unique opportunities for collaboration and growth. This structure has been particularly beneficial for Questify Life, enabling me to tap into a rich pool of talent and ideas, thereby accelerating my mission to empower individuals in their personal development journeys. A significant part of NedSpace's success is due to its owner, Faris. His unwavering dedication to fostering a supportive and innovative environment is evident in every aspect of the space. Faris's commitment to community-building and his passion for helping members succeed have made NedSpace a cornerstone of Portland's entrepreneurial scene. In summary, NedSpace is more than a workspace; it's a catalyst for personal and professional growth. Its unique blend of community, resources, and leadership makes it an invaluable asset for anyone looking to thrive in today's collaborative economy.

Such a cute place with beautiful city views! Jorge and Cesar are always available and willing to help me out when needed; straight forward people, no drama, no bs. They are wonderful and genuine human beings and it is a pleasure being part of their office. Plenty of lounge areas to relax, a nice kitchen and a recording studio. I cant say enough good things about the managers and office ... I highly recommend Nedspace if you are looking for a quiet and respectful work environment!

NedSpace is more than just a coworking space—it’s a thriving community where people genuinely help each other grow. From the moment I stepped into NedSpace, I felt the energy of innovation, collaboration, and support. It’s not just a place to work; it’s a place to build something bigger than yourself. The community here is uplifting, filled with people who are not only pursuing ambitious goals but also actively lifting others along the way. Since joining NedSpace, my confidence in networking and my career path has skyrocketed. I’ve connected with incredible people, discovered new projects to work on, and even started attending and hosting my own tech networking events. This space is a catalyst for growth—whether you’re a startup founder, a small business owner, or someone simply looking for a space where everything and everyone is within reach. A huge part of this recent momentum is thanks to Faris, the new manager of NedSpace. Since stepping into the role, he has breathed new life into the space—reviving events, rebuilding the community, and doubling the member count. His passion for growth is evident in everything he does, constantly finding new ways to improve the space and reaching out to bring even more inspiring individuals into the fold. Under his leadership, NedSpace is more innovative than ever before. One of the most inspiring aspects of NedSpace is the members themselves. People like Sarah Faye, who runs Questify Life, are bringing fun and adventure into everyday moments. It’s a place where passion meets action, where ideas turn into reality, and where success is shared. If you’re looking for a space that fuels creativity, ambition, and genuine community, NedSpace is where you want to be.

Yelp
I'm new to Portland, and only learned about NedSpace after an event venue fell-through at the last minute, for an gathering I was supposed to host in less than 24hrs. Mark heard my call for help through the social grapevine, and invited me to use the NedSpace space--and, wow! Coziest media room with couches, tables, dimmable floor lamps and a projector + screen that could easily accommodate ~20, a board-room with gorgeous views of downtown from the 11th floor & an intuitive projector (monitor on the wall) setup, a small kitchen, and a little bar nook for hiding extra goodies. Fast internet. Miss Piggy and smilley-face mugs in the community kitchen. The regular folks renting who were there over the weekend, were so nice and accommodating, too. Just a very warm, cozy spot, downtown, welcoming at the last minute, clean, intentionally fun w/o the pretentious "disruptive innovation center!" vibe, but still setup to facilitate people getting work done and small events. Lots of conference rooms & workshopping areas. Definitely gonna be coming back here, more often! Oh, also? There's a garage in the building, so toting all my event stuff in and out, was a breeze. No other humans to coordinate with on the day-of, too--the building's security system is setup, such that a manager issues a temporary access code for the elevator, I usher everyone in and out (which for the size of my event was not a problem), and I packed-up after a post-event dinner break across the street.

Yelp
Great community! As a consultant I really do need more than just a desk and computer--I need office machines, fast internet, mail/packages receiving/sending, recycling/shred bins, receptionist, conference room access, and a convenient/central location. Welcome to NedSpace, they have it all! + great atmosphere/culture and lovely coworkers from various industries--whose help/collaboration has saved my a** more than once!

Yelp
I've really enjoyed my short time working at Nedspace. I was skeptical of co-working spaces initially, and the faux community at another place didn't impress me, but Mark Grimes and his team at Nedspace really work to foster genuine community that is diverse and thriving. In fact, it's the most diverse workplace I have known in my 25 years in Oregon.

Yelp
I have never worked in a co-working space before and I love it! Maybe its because the management and my other co-workers are amazing and awesome people? The location is great with MAX and bus lines only a few blocks away plus a parking garage downstairs for myself and my clients. The conference rooms are great for small or large meetings and events. Also by being in a professional environment I have been able to build a profitable business in less than a year!

Yelp
Our organization, App Camp For Girls, has held several meetings and workshops in the NedSpace conference room. The staff is great to work with, and the space is perfect for a group of 10-12 to hold a meeting or a training. The A/V set up is easy, there is a lot of wall space to put up post-it notes, and the large windows provide a view of downtown and the mountains in the distance, which makes for an open and inspirational backdrop.

Yelp
I love this space! the 11th floor views are beautiful and the culture is the same. I attended an "Podcast Un-conference" that was hosted there and the facilities were very nice. I met many of the creative businesses there and have become apart of a meet up in the space weekly. Great space Great people to connect with Check it out and join.

Yelp
In 2012, I spent 3 months traveling to co-working spaces across the country. I stopped counting after 25 co-working spaces visited. In returning from my travels, I looked for a co-working space that had a productive energy behind it. A good co-working space provides a healthy mix of professionalism while maintaining a community feel. I've been with NedSpace for over 3 years now and their location on SW Broadway is the most beautiful and complete location I've seen. Of course, I have an office at home, complete with my own standing desk, but when my biggest decision of the workday was whether or not I should put on pants, I knew I made the right decision on working away from home. On top of that, my clients saw me as a professional worth doing business with vs the "let's meet at a coffee shop" vibe that a lot of other freelancers give. My workday requires a mix up of scenery and NedSpace has a great mixture of conference rooms, private meeting rooms, co-working tables, and even a media room complete with cable tv on a HUGE projection screen. So whatever mood I'm in, there is a space to get work done. Mark and the crew behind NedSpace provided me a place where I could jumpstart my "scatter brained" freelancing business and continued to provide the support and direction as I grew professionally into working remotely for a handful of well known companies.
