This store has become one of my happy places. The owner is so very kind and helpful, and always welcoming. I've been when it's quiet and when it's really busy, and it's great in either event. Staff is very kind and helpful as well. I love the selections she carries, I have yet to walk out of there without the colors and types of yarns I need, and she is quick to look up patterns for me, help me decide on colors, and helpful to discern how much yarn I need.

Really lovely store with lovely people. My husband got some blue mushroom themed needle point protectors, and spent a while looking around at all the yarn. Really nice quality stuff, lots of a books. It’s well-lit, clean, and walker/wheelchair accessible inside- I’m not entirely certain how well an electric wheelchair would fit through the standard width doorway so keep that in mind if you use one. We will absolutely be back!

i really love this yarn shop! the people who work here are always extremely kind, patient, helpful, and inclusive. i love their yarn selection, which is priced so reasonably! i come here for all my yarn, needles, hooks, and notions and look forward to every visit.

Staff is super helpful. Displays are great, excellent examples. Wide variety of yarn and accessories. Really delightful shop.

I recently received a subscription box containing wool to knit a hat with. The wool had pieces of shredded wood all throughout it. Impossible for me to simply pull out. I contacted customer support and they agreed the wool was “defective”and offered a 40% refund. Not a full refund or new wool as would be custom for a defective product. Additionally, when I signed into my account to cancel my subscription I found they had already canceled me. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Fantastic fiber shop, they even had crochet hooks I had not seen elsewhere, and they ended up being the most comfortable ones I've ever used! They have a great selection of different yarns, and the staff are super nice. Perfect little spot, definitely will be returning here for future project needs. Oh, and parking is super easy.

I visited today out of curiosity to see what yarns they had, and boy was i happy to see their selection! Everything was organized well and they had a wide range of options, all of which were carefully selected for quality. The staff was kind. I will definitely be back!

What a fun and friendly yarn store! I am a first-time weaver and they were helpful in helping me select the right types of yarn for my project. And at the right price point too! I also love how they have chairs for people to come work on their projects whenever.

I'm so glad we live in a world where concepts like this exist. I've never knitted or crochet, but I've recently picked up sewing and it's grown my appreciation and curiosity for hand crafting. Needles & Hooks is stocked with more yarn than I previously thought existed on planet earth. They have every color/pattern you could imagine and all the accessories to go along with it. I also love the art pieces scattered throughout the shop, giving it a whimsical feel. I truly couldn't pick a favorite.. but gun to my head? I loved the hand knitted frogs. Whether you're an experienced knitter or just looking to breathe in all the crafty air, this is a great place to spend your weekend. I felt my body instantly gravitate to this store and left feeling inspired to create.

I promised a friend that I'd make her a beanie as a bridal shower present. From looking online I had decided what yarn I was aiming for but I didn't trust colors on my screen. Needles and Hooks was just a nice as the last time I went. The yarn here is more expensive than a Michaels but most if not all yarn will have natural fibers. The person who helped me out is really nice and helped verify my yarn color choices. If you buy a hank of yarn, they'll offer to cake it. I've taken the offer before and it turns out nice. I didn't during this visit. There is a decent amount of people who come to knit on Thursdays but I was there to shop. Shopping during that hour is a bit less popular since people are crafting. Parking is great and I will still mourn the fact they had to move inside the mall from their spot outside with a nice window.

Very nice little yarn and knitting/crocheting store with super friendly helpful staff. I really enjoyed the intro to crochet class I took here and will be back. Highly recommended.

This is a great needlecraft store with a friendly and helpful staff. They have a lovely selection of yarn in all price ranges, and are knowledgeable about the best uses for each type. When I was there one day there was a small group of women knitting, talking and laughing together in a cozy area of the store. On another visit they were setting up for a kids event. This has become my "neighborhood" go-to store for my needlecraft needs, even though it's a 30 minute drive from my house. I'm happy I found them!

A real gem! I love this local yarn store. They have a great selection of yarn conveniently sorted by weight and fiber content. I appreciate that they have a wide range of price points available, too. Sometimes I'm feeling fancy and sometimes I'm not. They offer classes -- I took their beginning knitting class a few months ago. The owner and staff are lovely. I messed up the sock I was knitting so I brought it in. The person working there fixed it for me and then showed me how to fix it if I do the same thing again. 10/10.

Came here this past weekend with friends and it was very nice. The employees were friendly and helpful while we were there. I got two new skeins of yarn for some new projects. The selection was well organized and the shop was very cute. I'd come back here for sure.

This is a great yarn shop. I am beginning as a craft person and they are so helpful. They even wound the skeins of yarn into yarn balls for me. This is where I'll be buying my yarn from here on out.

I have to share that this amazing little yarn shop offers support, the ability to learn how to be creative and assistance when "stuck" on a project! My granddaughter and I had gift certificates to this wonderful shop. She's 9, and I'm very aware of her knitting limitations. She asked an exceptional associate for assistance and was treated seriously, with respect and consideration (which is more than I did). I had my own shop in Indiana, and realize how very special this was. I look forward to visiting Needles and Hooks whenever I visit the area. Well curated products, well displayed, and great staff. This is a really nice store. Friendly staff and a well-organized stash of yarn just waiting for you. It's on my commute home, so I'll be stopping a lot.

Friendly, helpful and good prices for nice yarns. Far better than buying yarn online.
