Disappointing overall experience. The food was good, but the service was slow, disorganised, and at times rude. On arrival, I waited by the door for a few minutes to be seated. When the staff member noticed me, she said “Hallo?!” in a way that felt unwelcoming — not a poor first impression. Food took quite a while to arrive. After we finished eating and were still chatting, the staff started clearing the table (including table mats), even though we intended to order dessert or more drinks. Note that desserts were already unavailable by around 8pm. When paying, I clearly stated my share was CHF 46, which was acknowledged. However, I later noticed my card was charged CHF 50. ⚠️ Recommendation: Check your bill carefully before paying, service maybe slow and if you like dessert, maybe worth double checking up front.

We visited this place with a group of fourteen colleagues, and we had a great time overall. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, and the service stood out—our waitress was attentive and friendly. The food was flavorful and delicious. While I’m not an expert on Sri Lankan cuisine, I can confidently say it was spicy.

I really enjoy this restaurant! Been here several times now and it was great every time. The owners are really sweet and the food is amazing. The atmosphere is relaxed, so it’s perfect to have conversations and catch up with a friend.

Top class and authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. I’ve been to the country twice and I can confirm that the hospitality and quality is very very good. Highly recommend and prices are normal. They also have LION lager beer. We had the kottu and chicken biryani and they were very tasty and spicy.

Super excited to share this is a great place to eat Sri Lakan food in Zurich. Conveniently located a few bus stops from the central railway/Bus station awaits friendly family run restaurant. Food is very tasty and the ambiance is very nice and music is soothing. Clean and fantastic. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for Sri Lankan Cuisine.

Every thing was so nice as experience!!! The best part was the person was so nice and humble !! Now coming to food , we tried the mango lassi , simply wonderful and recommended!!! They cater papdam as complimentary appetizers !!

Food was fresh and delicious! Staff was super friendly and attentive. They gave us extra food!

After wandering around the area looking for Sri Lankan good, Neela is by far the best of 3 spots I have tried in Zurich. Not only is the food delicious but the couple running it makes it a very warm and special meal! Bonus points for being open late.
