Neemrana Fort-Palace - 15th Century, Delhi-Jaipur Highway

Neemrana Fort-Palace is an incredible historical place to stay. The hotel is located inside a beautifully restored 15th-century fort built on a hillside, and walking through its terraces, stairways, and courtyards truly feels like stepping back in time. There are not many places in the world where you can experience staying both in a hotel and at the same time inside a real 15th-century castle. A few such heritage properties exist in Europe, but the prices there are usually extremely high. In comparison, Neemrana Fort-Palace is surprisingly affordable while offering a truly unique experience that is difficult to compare with anything else. The architecture and views are spectacular. From many terraces you can see the surrounding landscape, and the entire complex is full of character and history. The rooms are unique because they are integrated into the original structure of the fort. The cuisine also deserves special mention. The dinner buffet costs around $25 per person and offers an impressive variety of dishes. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of regional cuisine, including meat, chicken, fish, salads, and many traditional Indian specialties. It’s an excellent opportunity to taste the flavors of the region in one place. Visitors should be prepared for many stairs and walking through different levels of the fort, which is part of the charm of staying in such a historic place. Overall, Neemrana Fort-Palace provides a truly unique experience and is absolutely worth visiting, especially for travelers who appreciate history, architecture, and authentic cultural atmosphere.

Stayed in one of the oldest original fort rooms. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was decent and well maintained. Food was very good. Activities like the evening heritage walk (guided tour), high tea, Rajasthani cultural program and yoga were well organised and kept us engaged throughout the stay. Buffet dinner and breakfast had good variety and tasted nice. We were offered a welcome drink and the team also arranged cake cutting for our celebration, which was a nice touch. Car parking and valet service are available. The fort is huge, with many areas to explore. There are two swimming pools (hot and cold), though the cold pool was closed for maintenance during our visit. Sunset view from Shatranj Terrace was lovely, and the fort looks beautiful at night when it’s lit up. Mind that there are a lot of staircases, so not very easy for elderly people. Overall, a memorable heritage stay.

Stayed here because of its reputation as a heritage property, but overall it felt more like hype than an authentic heritage experience. The property is well maintained and the staff is polite and helpful, which is appreciated. However, the food quality and variety were average for the price. We also tried the couple spa, but unfortunately it did not meet expectations and didn’t feel worth the money spent. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay, but it lacks the value and heritage charm one would expect at this price point.

So,I visited Neemrana for a mini honey moon. If you stay near Delhi/Jaipur and plan to celebrate some small occassion like birthday/anniversary ,this is the perfect place to visit. It offers a blend of tradition and modernity. You feel like a king/queen over here. There are a lot of activities like palace tour,it starts at 4:30,cultural event in evening,high tea with sunset view. It offers two types of pool -heated and normal,bathing in the pool in the middle of the fort is the most amazing thing that I have ever experienced. We also recieved a complementary cake to celebrate our wedding. Overall,highly recommended for short staycation.

I recently stayed at Neemrana Fort Palace, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The rooms were not clean at all. There was visible dust everywhere, and basic hygiene standards were clearly not maintained. For a property that markets itself as a luxury heritage stay, the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest properly. What disappointed me even more was the staff’s attitude. They were uncooperative and showed very little concern when we raised our issues. We even offered to pay extra for a better room, hoping for an upgrade to improve our stay, but there was no proper response or effort from their side. Overall, the experience did not match the reputation or the price charged. I would not recommend staying here and would suggest others reconsider before booking.

A one of a kind experience although in some rooms /packages,its not value for money. Property is honest in targeting only a specific segment of society. Hospitality is awesome and some arenas can improve. Some Staff members deserve special mention for their one step beyond approach to guests. A) Sh. Our stay at Neemrana Fort Palace was honestly very disappointing and heartbreaking. We paid a higher price expecting a premium, comfortable heritage experience, but what we received was far from it. We were traveling with a small baby, and to our shock, even a basic cot was not available. As parents, comfort and safety are our top priority, and this caused us a lot of inconvenience and stress. This place feels highly overhyped. The pictures and reputation create high expectations, but the actual experience does not justify the price at all. Very disappointed. We expected much better. I would not recommend this property, especially to families traveling with babies.

Absolutely breathtaking experience. One can only imagine the grandeur of the palaces during their peak. The closest would be to stay a few days in hotels like this one. Me and my wife stayed here for 2 nights and were mesmerized. Everything from the way such a huge establishment was built into a hill, to the unique structure of each room, the dwindling walkways, to the most picturesque seating areas, to the stunning views all around, to the vintage details in every corner of the property, to 2 lovely pools, fantastic spa, to lip smacking food. Everything screamed authentic luxury. Just 2 things i would've liked improved - the way to get to the property is not clear. This could've been shared in advance. Even Google maps doesn't do a good job here. The welcome drink was served in paper cups. Actually, i saw paper cups in a few other places too! Why!? Note: Lots and lots of walking and climbing. If you don't enjoy walking, don't go. No lifts or shortcuts.
