Neiburgs Hotel & Restaurant

In Riga you have a lot of hotels to choose from. We stayed for the first time in this hotel. Easy to come from the airport, only a short walk from the bus stop. The situation is also perfect close to everyhing. We arrived very early and were lucky to get the room straight away. Room was good and had two armchairs and a table and also a writing desk and a kitchenette. Clean and quiet room. Breakfast was rich and the oatmeal porrige was especially delicious. We stayed during Christmas time and in breakfast also sparkling wine was included which was nice. In the restaurant the service was really good and also the housekeepers were friendly. Only thing that we did not like were the receptionists. They did not have the info what was going on in the city during Christmas time. Overall it was a really nice stay.

My wife and I stayed four nights at this hotel and we were extremely satisfied with everything and especially with everyone. We were checked in by Arta, very professional, pleasant, efficient and friendly front desk attendant. All other Staff members at Reception as well as Housekeeping and all other departments were outstanding. We will definitely be back to this place. The room / property premises, etc. are 100% clean and quite comfortable. Its location cannot be beat! Also, we highly commend again all the front desk attendants for providing an excellent service!!!!

This beautiful and stylish hotel in the heart of Old Town Riga is a true gem, with all the area’s historic sights right outside the door. There is so much to love about this property. Our two-room apartment was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet—we didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the street. The bathroom was large and well stocked with quality amenities, including shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen and living area were also very generous in size. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it appeared well equipped with a sink, small refrigerator, stove, and microwave. We especially appreciated the self-service laundry facilities located in the basement, which include two washing machines and one dryer. Washing costs €5, the dryer is free, and detergent is provided; the hotel supplies tokens for the machines. Parking is available in a small lot directly behind the hotel, but spaces are limited, so it’s best to reserve in advance, as parking in Old Town is very restricted. We dined at the Michelin Guide–recommended restaurant, which also serves as the breakfast venue. While the meal was enjoyable, it felt somewhat underwhelming, with a limited selection of entrées. The breakfast buffet, priced at €20, offered a decent variety of options but was similarly unremarkable. The staff were pleasant, though not particularly attentive. We also rarely saw anyone at the front desk and had to wait about 10 minutes during check-in for someone to appear.

One of the best hotel experiences we have had! Location in Riga old city is perfect, close to all sights - and as soon as you walk out of the door, you are in a beautiful old town!|Very nice room, decorated with very high quality - bathroom in particular! Service worked perfectly!|Reception was just great - the staff actually went beyond expectations when we needed some extra help one evening. ||Breakfast in very high quality - like the hotel restaurant for the evening!! Highly recommend!||One piece of advice is to ask for a quiet room if you are sensitive to late music. We heard a bar/the Christmas Market until very late. ||We would book a room here again!!!

This is an EXCELLENT hotel. I traveled during the time of the Christmas markets in 2025 - and it is steps away from the action. Walkable to every major museum and attraction in Riga, and situated in the heart of old town. Rooms are fantastic, well appointed and super clean. Hotel is quiet (mindful-to use their own description). Check in was seamless. Breakfast was great - good variety and options. I dined at the in-house restaurant which I would also highly recommend (as does the Michelin guide). And the best part - all of it at a reasonable price tag. No complaints.

A lovely hotel in old city. Easy to walk to all key spots. Near the river. Room was spacious with a view of the national library. Bathroom is fully appointed. Had coffees and drinks from the bar but it closed early (10pm). So go to the Greenwood bar next door for a night cap. Breakfast was included with our rate and was varied and ample. Friendly staff and service.

A fantastic hotel which is so well placed to explore Old Town Riga. ||We took a Bolt from the airport - cheaper than a taxi - since it was easier with 4 of us plus bags than the very packed number 22 bus.||The hotel is in a beautiful building. Really lovely room - ours was a junior suite with a kitchette and a sitting room area which was great. Very clean - lovely comfortable bed.||The breakfast was really good. Excellent coffee, good food - good choice with something for everyone.||Very helpful staff. Definitely worth a stay.

We have just had a lovely three nights here. Everything about the hotel was fantastic, from the location, to the room and staff. Our room was immaculate with everything we needed. The bathroom was a good size with a lovely bath. Breakfast was great with a good choice of options. Exploring Riga was easy as everything was walkable from the hotel which was a bonus. An excellent stay.
