Wonderful store with free coffee if you get a membership! Cool clothes for children. Phillip is the amazing rep that helped us out.

Beautiful space & energy. Very clean & inviting. The car/sitting area is a really nice touch. Expensive for some, perfect for others but they definitely have quality clothing & items. I look forward to going back soon!

What a fun mashup of a concept shop/department store. Lots of great brands here - ones that I frequently only see online. It was nice to be able to feel fabrics and test beauty products in person. I didn't have a chance to grab a drink at the bar, but it seemed pretty busy.

Really well designed interior, with good lighting and plenty of space to move around. The coffee bar is a nice touch. Prices are high for clothing made in India.

New products every now and then, helpful staff, well curated pieces! I love all the brands they carry

New school boutique “department” store made up of a variety of small-ish brands with nice displays. Clothes, food, stationary, parfumerie, house wares, etc. Rotating so it’s regularly different and updated all the time. Plus there’s cafe/bar Prim & Proper and doubles as an occasional low key live music venue.

VENDOR NIGHTMARE Back in March of this year, I signed on with them for both their Austin and Newport locations. Everything was going smoothly until I reached out to them about payment schedules. It turned out they hadn't paid me for the month of April. Their explanation was that they had encountered "unexpected complications" related to their new location in Newport. However, this excuse doesn't quite cover their late rent payment for the Austin location, which actually led to a temporary closure. So, there have been a few red flags while working with them during this period. Despite these issues, I continued collaborating with them until June, hoping they would resolve their outstanding balances. Unfortunately, they were not forthcoming about when they would make these payments. By July, I decided to withdraw from the arrangement. They expected me to keep paying their vendor fee even though they hadn't provided a clear timeline for settling their debt to me. Just three weeks ago, they finally paid me, but it was only 3/4 of the amount they owed. I suspect they have blocked my emails and will likely pay me on their own schedule. In the grand scheme of things, this has been a very short-lived and unpleasant experience. To add to the chaos, they managed LOSE a few of my jewelry pieces when they returned them to my inventory, which further contributed to the disorganization. I realize this is quite a bit to take in, but I hope it provides you with some insight ESPECIALLY if you were ever curious to work with them. Takeaways: They are Unprofessional and Unorganized. They say their vendors are "the heart and soul" of their store but they are raising their vendors fees 5x to make up for whatever loses they are experiencing. Say no to them please.

Horrible classist and pretentious staff. I came in on a Saturday (1/14) at 2pm to look around and was completely ignored upon entering. I still chose to look around and ended up in the Aesop section. I actually came in interested in buying some Aesop hand soap so I tried out the tester they had by the sink. A man with dark hair who I believe was Asian and specifically working in that section looked at me and treated me as if I was invisible. As I dried my hands an older woman came by and tried the same soap as well. The same man eagerly approached her and began explaining everything to her, offering her samples of other products, and being very friendly to her. Even going so far to compliment her purse and ask if it was Gucci. Mind you, I was standing directly next to the woman and he refused to even make eye contact with me. Never have I felt so unwelcome in a store. Such a shame that your staff picks and chooses what costumers they help based on their personal judgments. Very off-putting and made me leave right away without purchasing my hand soap. I’ll be telling everyone I know about this.

Yelp
Neighborhood Goods is a great experience. It's airy, open, and always has the most amazing products from clothes to kitchen appliances to skincare. I had the pleasure of visiting today for an event where Saysh shoe founder, Allyson Felix, shared the inspiration behind the brand. It was a super chill event with an incredible vibe!

Yelp
I don't know how to explain how fantastic Neighborhood Goods is.... When I go to Austin, this is always my first stop. They carry a variety of retail items....eyewear, clothing, perfume, and sone light travel and fitness items. When I go, it's usually to restock on my staple facial moisturizer, Aesop's Avail with SPF. But, every time I visit Neighborhood Goods, it feels like Christmas because after walking through the doors I'm in awe of all of the new and fancy items that are displayed. This place is very pricey, but hey, "treat yo self"! And sometimes they have really nice sales, as they did with lighting and lamps by Brightech. And since they were out of Avail, I purchased one of the lamps (online since I didn't know if it would fit in my car) and one of their many treasured books. And for some reason, my purchase qualified for a free drink, so I also got out of there with a free green tea with pomegranate. You won't be disappointed with Neighborhood Goods...even if you don't purchase anything. Just browsing the store is delightment enough. And the service of the employees is always a 10. And I'm giving Roxanne and Caesar a 10.5 for their tips, insight and courtesy! They're always helpful and knowledgeable of the products.

Yelp
Absolutely beautiful store. I've been to this location before and the NYC location in Chelsea market. This one is so spacious and well designed. There's a great selection of items at different price points. I was especially excited at the permanent bracelet spot and the welder/designer/associate was very helpful. I ended up falling in love with a bag that I will probably have to go back to buy. Shopping options include bags, jewelry, skincare, clothes, home ware, and more.

Yelp
Is a cute space in Austin where vendors get together and sell their goods. Anything from designer goods to books and socks. A little over everything here. I enjoyed it so much. I shared a picture of the inside.

Bonnie D.

Yelp
Best place to work remotely, have coffee and do a little shopping when you are done. I will be returning. The only downside was finding parking.

Chelsea J.

Yelp
Zero stars if I could. Liars, treat their hard working vendors poorly, & promise you the world only to ghost you- oh! & they will not pay you. Will continuously spread the word about how fraudulent this company is.

Shannon G.

Yelp
Interesting store. There's lotion and potions, clothing and drinks. It's like a little everything the pictures speak for themselves

Yelp
I really loved shopping here! I was waiting for a table at the nearby Aba and easily spent 40 minutes looking around. They are a "conceptual" department store featuring a rotation of up and coming brands. There is a good mix of brands you probably have heard of, like Joe's Jeans and Maude, and plenty of newer smaller brands, including some local to Austin. There's gifts, home goods, clothing, pet stuff, and more. There is also a full selection of Aesop goods and a Fashionphile nook. Very inviting, bright interiors and friendly staff. I got a greeting card, a roll of wrapping paper, some gummy bears, and a can of ginger lemonade. It was $25 total.

Yelp
What an incredible store and design. Fantastic range of perfumes and beauty products, gifts and clothes. On the pricier side but this is the fancy side of South Congress after all.

Anni D.

Yelp
What a cool shop! Neighborhood goods carry an array of cool brands like the arrivals and rains. The store is super spacious and has a bar in the middle. I had a good time sipping my iced Americano at the bar while my friends shopped. Issa vibe

Pauline K.

Yelp
Unique merchandise friendly sales Got my daughter a cute tee shirt. Will come back to shop more

Avery S.

Yelp
My favorite place to visit in Austin perfect for having a drink and shopping on a great block on South Congress. There is something for everyone!

Jeremie T.

Yelp
Def a place I will never visit again. Seems like they have no clue of customer service and how to gage the atmosphere. Funny how I'm asked to where a mask if I'm walking around but there's no one wearing a mask. Kind of discriminatory if ya ask me. Word of advice never treat one person diff than the next no matter what.

Tamara L.

Yelp
I have visited this open, clean and welcoming space a couple of times and have purchased clothing, dog supplies and beauty products. There is also a cafe! If you are looking for yourself or a gift this place is perfection. The staff is lovely and I cannot wait to return.

Marcia R.

Yelp
I like the aesthetics but it's pricey for the style of clothing.... $200 for a set that I could get at forever 21 or Amazon for $20

Daniel R.

Yelp
Woah! one of the coolest places I've ever been too! A really cool selection of different brands! Everything is so clean, open, modern, and inviting! A must visit!
