Neighborhood Services Review - Devonshire - Dallas - The Infatuation

"When you want somewhere that won’t require cross-referencing a food glossary or putting on your fanciest shirt, Neighborhood Services is a good choice. The menu has everything from mussels and steak frites to schnitzel, and their burger is one of the best in the city. The dark space, along with the long wine list and plenty of beers on tap, makes it a great spot for a date, or post up at the bar alone for a burger and a generous pour." - Landen Kerr

We arrived at our hotel late and didn’t want to get back out so went ahead and ate at the in-hotel restaurant. My Wigan’s I both got the burger with fries and we got the tempura battered asparagus. The asparagus was different and came with a ranch dipping sauce and they were actually quite tasty. I asked for my burger medium well and it came out perfect. The burgers came with fries and the fries were fantastic. The seasoning was a nice garlicky flavor and who doesn’t love garlic. I had a free cocktail ticket that was a specific drink but it wasn’t great. Tasted more like medicine than a drink but it was a freebie. If you don’t feel like getting out of the hotel, this restaurant is perfectly fine for a nice meal. With tip, we spent eight at $52 and had water for drinks.

We had a fantastic breakfast at Neighborhood Services, the restaurant inside the Omni Hotel in Louisville. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was also top-notch—friendly, attentive, and fast. It was the perfect start to our day, and we loved the relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. Whether you’re staying at the hotel or just in the area, this spot is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be coming back next time we’re in town!

Came here with some friends, using an OpenTable reservation. We were seated right away. We sat at a booth that felt pretty small for four adults. Our waiter was nice and came by pretty quickly for drink orders. The menu was unremarkable, and a pretty random mix of things. I chose the fish and chips, which were pretty good if also unremarkable. Everyone commented on liking the fries, so those were a high point. The decor was also just kind of unremarkable. In general it was a pretty average experience. Fine for a one-off dinner but it didn't really stand out.

I asked to speak with the manager. When a restaurant has mixed reviews on Google, I like to "pick a side," if you will. To start, the hostess was friendly, pleasant, and seemed to enjoy her job (I am so sorry I did not get your name!) We had Tim as our server...it looked like he was the only server the whole time. We ordered drinks, which were perfect. The appetizers were clearly hand crafted and fresh (Dynamite shrimp and salsa/chips). The menu, although not extensive, had variations of beef, chicken, burgers, and plant based. We both had the burger and they were outstanding! The "little" things like using fresh red picked cabbage as a garnish, fresh pickled cucumbers, fresh arugula, toasted brioche roll, etc really created a unique experience that pleased the palate. We spoke with the manager, again I failed to remember the man's name, but he was also pleasant and friendly. I should mention that he was clearing tables and helping his staff the whole time, which is commendable in the industry nowadays. And so, we will be returning for breakfast on Monday and I anticipate another great meal. Give this place a try for sure!

Google
Hotel restaurant, great service! Cameron helped us and made wonderful suggestions. We really enjoyed the cauliflower appetizer and the Voodoo sauce was really good. The portions are good sized and we left full. I had the steak and fries and my wife had the vegetable enchiladas and we would recommend both! It wasn't busy when. We went but was very clean and they had a great bar selection, including bourbon of that's part of why you are in Louisville.

Google
The service and the drinks were great, but it took forever to get food. Food was pretty good but nothing special. The Members Only sandwich was a not great but the burgers, tots, and other starters were good.

Google
The prices are quite outrageous, even for a hotel restaurant. The food is really hit or miss - the Caesar salad was good, but not $25 with chicken added good. The chicken sandwich was also uninspiring, especially at its price point. However, the service is always wonderful, competent, and fast. The service and atmosphere bump it to 4 stars.

Walking in we waited for 5 min for the Hostess who apparently was standing beside us the whole time. She was dressed like a cartoon character showing off her political views. All the other servers and workers were dressed very professionally and clearly worked at this establishment. Really recommend not using your company as a stage to preach your political beliefs as we saw it turn customers away. The food came out cold. I had the Brown Eggs Benedict. I’ve never had a cold Poached Egg before but I do not recommend. The Bloody Mary was Great and the Bar menu has a good selection.

Yelp
We stopped in here our last night at the Omni Louisville. The vibe was nice although I felt it was a little bright. Probably because I wanted to enjoy some wine and a nice steak so dimmed lighting would have been more cozy. The hubby and I ordered the Triple Crown Dip trio, Wedge Salad, Delmonico Steak, side of Roasted Asparagus and a bottle of J. Lohr Pure Paso Proprietary Red. The Triple Crown was wonderful. I had never had Benedictine dip and thought it was AMAZING. I will definitely be making this at home over the summer to serve alongside a veggie platter. Our steak came out a little under cooked but was corrected immediately. It was flavorful and good. The wedge was great and the creamed spinach was actually a stand out. Most creamed spinach are swimming in a heavy cream sauce. This actually put the spinach as the star and the light cream sauce and crunchy topping a great accompaniment. We of course loved the wine. Being from the Central California Coast we are familiar with J. Lohr so we were happy to see some great California wines on their list.

Yelp
Always a great option when downtown. I really like the kale salad. My group love their french fries. They come out piping hot every time!

Yelp
Food is hit or miss. The appetizers were a pass: meatballs/cauliflower/hot brown tots & Cesar salad--they are also overpriced for what you get. The main dishes are good. We had a party of 12 so all agreed. Note: our server provided the check without detail--so we almost tipped 2x--good thing we requested the detailed copy as they added the standard 20% for larger parties which is fine, it just would have been appreciated if this was communicated...

Yelp
Nothing to say but terrible! Just terrible! Food was worse than cafeteria food. Basically had the equivalent of egg noodles with ketchup ( supposed to be spaghetti with rich sauce), fish and chips were so greasy they had to be sent back. Waiter disappeared never to be seen again, had to ask hostess for check. Hands down not worth a penny better to eat a PB and J in your room. YUCK

Yelp
We came here for brunch last Sunday to top off my friend's bachelorette weekend in Louisville. We chose this place because it was one of the few places we could make a reservation for on OpenTable the night before - we weren't sure till the last minute if we were gonna have time to go. This restaurant is inside the Omni hotel. It's a pretty restaurant and has a fair amount of seating. Modern, clean, slightly upscale. The hostess seemed a bit confused about our reservation but it wound up not really mattering because there was plenty of space anyway. Initially they only grabbed lunch menus (we arrived at 11) but we asked for brunch menus and they got those to us after a moment. Other than the initial hiccups at the very beginning, service was great. Super warm and friendly, happy to get refills/condiments, etc. Food came out fairly quickly, and they even split the check up for each of us, which was such a relief since we were a fairly large party of 7. The food was pretty expensive and mostly just okay, especially for the price. I kept my order very simple and fairly light because I was planning on eating lunch not too much later, so I got the steel-cut oats and a side of breakfast potatoes. Now, maybe it's on me for getting something as plain as oatmeal for breakfast at a restaurant, but I've had some pretty outstanding oatmeal at restaurants before and this one was just kinda lackluster. I was expecting more toppings/mix-ins but it was just a smallish bowl of oatmeal with three small tins on the side: one with brown sugar, one with golden raisins, and one with butter -- which, side note, who puts butter in their oatmeal? On top was exactly one blackberry and half of a strawberry. It looked pretty, and the oatmeal itself was a nice texture, but ultimately it was just very okay. The breakfast potatoes, on the other hand, were quite tasty! Would recommend. Almost everybody else in the party seemed content enough with their meals. I didn't get a full report from anybody on anything, but I do remember the bride enjoyed her French fries and the MOH did not like her macaroni and cheese. One of the girls who chose to drink said the Bloody Mary was excellent. Idk, I'd like to give this place a 3.5 especially considering how great the service was, but for me the food is the most important thing and I thought it was just okay for the price. Perhaps if I'd ordered something heartier I would've enjoyed myself more. As is, I'd consider returning to try something different, but would probably skip the oatmeal in the future.

Yelp
Thank you Alicia and Lauren for such wonderful service! I had their English muffin sandwich and potatoes, the first batch was burnt to a crisp but that was quickly fixed. This is another restaurant connected to a hotel, with high ceilings and lots of window allowing lots of natural light.

Yelp
First day in Louisville, staying at the Omni, and this place is in the hotel and was perfect for lunch. I got the special which was 1/2 a sandwich and soup or salad...I had the market sandwich and Caesar salad. Both were very good. I only saw my server once because they were super busy, but i gave the hostess a separate tip because she waited on me more than the waitress. She took my order and refilled my water, and she even got me a drink to go. So sweet and helpful and I neglected to get her name. She deserves kudos!

Yelp
Not my favorite place at the Omni - the food isn't quite up to par for the price and I think there's potential for so much more.

Yelp
Don't waste your money or time here The food was greasy and complete flavorless The service took forever At best was like caffetarier food

Yelp
What a great burger at Omni Hotel in Louisville. Tried the Bacon BBQ burger and this surprised with the crispy bacon bits, creamy pimento cheese spread, and high quality burger. This along with the home cut French fries that smacked you with a bite of garlic. Great lunch. #omnihotellouisville Also ate here another day of trip and enjoyed the Cobb Salad and Salmon. Bit pricey for a salad and salmon but full of fresh ingredients and cooked and seasoned well.

Yelp
Staying in Louisville for a few days. We had breakfast here. Our server was great and the appearance of the food was amazing but so much lacking flavor. Pics included. The ambiance is of an upscale feeling and nice. I had the frittata and it was burned in an iron skillet with a ton of kale salad. Hubs had the blue plate special, bacon was super thin and the grits lumpy. It literally looked like cheese covered cauliflower.
google avatar

Chris B.

Yelp
I think Nick B would be embarrassed his name is associated with this restaurant - his Dallas restaurants are excellent. My food was horribly overcooked - a the service was slow and a little depressing. I would never eat here again
google avatar

Yelp
I am dreaming, DREAMING about these fries. I'm a fry aficionado. I'm unhinged and obsessed with fries. And these might be the best I've ever had. There's some sort of delicious garlic seasoning that makes the fries smell like garlic bread fresh out of the oven. The fries are thick but not dry (sometimes thick fries can be dry). The burger was pretty good, but not as amazing as the fries (I can't stop talking about them, help!!). The ambiance was beautiful, this seems like a great place to meet for after work drinks. I ordered food to go and the bar tenders were super sweet when they brought my food out. The food is moderately priced and you definitely get value for your money. *side note* if anyone from the restaurant is reading this and you wanna give me the fry seasoning recipe I will love you long time!
google avatar

Erini N.

Yelp
Haven't had a burger this good in a looong time. And I live in Texas y'all! The sauce and condiments was absolute perfection. The kale side I had twice, once with breakfast and then again with my burger because it's so good. Also not pictured here are the avocado toast and French omelette. Both are healthy, delicious, fresh and very reasonably priced. I spent half my short time in Louisville coming back here
google avatar

Jim W.

Yelp
Good place to eat always busy, I saw someone complaining about the bartenders, to me someone needs a life, these people are very busy, and waited on a lot of people, I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and OMG very big and very good, fries were great and service was great! A little pricey but worth it, the OMNI hotel has it together for sure
google avatar

Vicki P.

Yelp
My server, Tory, was amazing. She was fast and friendly and checked on me often. I had the chicken nachos which were just okay. Flavor was good but they were not hot. Luke warm at best. Over all it was good.
google avatar

Martine K.

Yelp
Getting 4 stars because the food was good. It came out hot and was super tasty. They are very understaffed. We came in one afternoon for a snack and had the Hot Brown tots and meatballs. The tots were full of turkey, bacon, and cheese and very yummy. A perfect snack for 2 people. We came back in the next day for breakfast. We were seated by the hostess? who was super sweet. She brought us coffee and said someone will come to take our order. We drank our coffees but still no one came by. We flagged down another hostess who said someone will be by shortly. After 35 minutes we asked for the check for the coffees. At this point it should have been comped. The table next to us who were there before us also got up disgusted that no one came by. Apparently servers didn't show up. So 2 stars for our second visit but I'll keep it at 4 because we really enjoyed our little afternoon Tots.

Yelp
We arrived on a Monday evening. Very slow night. Although the service was slow our server was very sweet and the the food was delicious. Started with crunchy and flavorful shrimp appetizer. Two middle schoolers ordered cheeseburgers medium well. The sides of brussel sprouts were absolutely delicious. Husband ordered Members only sandwich and enjoyed it. Over all, our food was fantastic, but you need to have time to spare. It takes awhile to get food and drinks but if you have time its worth the wait.
google avatar

Nan T.

Yelp
Ambiance is great. Service was just fine -- didn't find the hostess or the server to be particularly friendly or attentive. Ordered the members only sandwich with a side kale salad -- very average and definitely not worth the price. Dry and tasted store-bought. I would give it another shot the next time I'm in town but definitely try a different menu item.
google avatar

Anitra M.

Yelp
Overpriced and mediocre food with very slow service. Basically empty on a Friday night with good reason. I ordered the shrimp and grits which were decent. Nothing I would ever order again but it was fine enough. My mom ordered the salmon and it was very undercooked. I like medium rare salmon so that saying something when I say it's undercooked. It was raw on the inside. Our server took the dish back and we didn't pay for it. She was very nice but could not make up for the fact that they were clearly understaffed. The food took about 40 minutes to come out despite the restaurant being only 1/4 full. This was a dud!

Yelp
Rude staff ,slow service , And overpriced. Eggs Benedict was waay to salty By using country ham . English muffins not toasted so tough to cut.

Cheri E.

Yelp
Very good food and great staff. Had the Vegetable Enchiladas and Braised Pork Belly. Very good. Old Fashion made with Woodford Reserve. Really tasty. Tim, our server did an excellent job keeping us taken care of.

Sue E.

Yelp
Excellent service. Excellent unique food. Our first meal at the Omni was here and it was very good. Just the right amount with a very helpful friendly staff. I love grits..... I lived in KS a bit as a kid.. is that why? I'ts hard to find grits in MT! They do it justice here! It's a fun ambiance with huge fans, unique lighting, a bar I wish O had time to check out, great pieces of history to see and did I mention the staff? If you stop here you'll feel good and eat well... but not too much food! Only... and I mean only semi bad was my cappuccino wasn't very hot. I'm sure they would have fixed it if I asked. They were that good! Thank you gentlemen! Back for Round 2. Cappuccino is perfect today Iana and the entire staff here are great again, it's a different staff than before and they win again. Ordered same meal.. seriously great grits!

Yelp
Went there at 10:00am. Very nice and clean. Excellent service. Excellent food. You can see how well the eggs are cooked in the picture. We promised each other that we're definitely coming back. 100% recommend.
google avatar

Martie G.

Yelp
Honestly I have no words. SLOW from beginning to end. I could have cooked our breakfast faster at home. And it would have been hot when we ate it. The toast wasn't even brown. The place is pretty, but that's all the good I have to say.
google avatar

D J.

Yelp
Great little place. Good bar, food desert, good mail dishes. Good for both business and personal. Bright and clean. Very good service.

Ria D.

Yelp
Got in late so stopped here so I wouldn't have to deal with finding a place that would be open when I got there. So glad I did. Service was friendly and attentive. The food was DELISH! the ceaser salad was the best I've ever had and not your typical version. The pork belly was melt in your mouth tender. I'm here for a few days, I'll probably be back!
google avatar

Kamilah S.

Yelp
My husband and I came here after our 10 hour bourbon trail tasting trip. This place is a 7 minute walk from The Fairfield Inn, where we stayed. The place is so slow. The restaurant did not look crowded. We came here on a Saturday night, no line, no wait. We ordered a chicken sandwich, hot brown tater tots and a side salad. The food, I felt took entirely too long, we almost walked out. The food was good, I have to admit, our waitress, Laura or Lauren, she's a sweet heart, LOVED HER!!!
google avatar

Erik V.

Yelp
Food was good, we only got apps. The service was terrible... only one server knew what she was doing and took over 30 mins to get a beer. I don't think I'll be back.

Yelp
A Tale of Two Bartenders...My husband and I found this place yesterday. We're in town for a conference. We happened across it yesterday afternoon when I needed to have a late lunch and our hotel restaurant was closed from 2-5. The bartender was Brandon and he would get 6 stars on a five-star scale. Maybe 7. He was incredibly knowledgeable about bourbon. He was attentive and personable and fun. GREAT fun!! I ordered the cheeseburger and fries and it was off-the-hook good!! We split it and practically licked the plate clean, it was so good!! We had a Manhattan and the whiskey sour and both were fantastic. Layered with flavor and complexity. We returned this afternoon for a drink. We walked past all the bars on Fourth Street to go back to Neighborhood Services. We headed right to the bar and for the next ten minutes, wondered if there even was a bartender. We were the only ones at the bar for eight or nine of those minutes. Shelley finally blew through but still didn't get our order for another number of minutes. No apologies or recognition that we were there. Finally, she got a drink going for me which still took some time because she had to catch up with table orders for the waiter. I ordered the Kentucky Mule today and it was delicious. Nicely balanced. Smooth. She never asked my husband if he wanted to order until five to ten minutes later. She was extensively engaging other customers at the bar who arrived well after us. We were stunned. Thank goodness we weren't looking for food today. After another ten minutes or so she pointed a finger at my husband and said she'd get to him. She got us waters but walked away again. Another five minutes later she asked him what he wanted and he said he was good. We shared the mule and couldn't wait to get out of there!!

Yelp
Ate here several times while attending a convention. Wait staff is generally inattentive and not friendly. While quality of food was above average, it took a very long to receive it. This is one of the worst-managed restaurants I've experienced. The location and ambiance provides a lot of potential. Someone needs to step in and manage this place. Improve kitchen processes to cut down on prep time and work with wait staff on being attentive and friendly.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped in here for a dinner on a Saturday evening. I made reservations because it was Valentine's Day weekend even though I didn't need them when I got into the place it was not super crowded. Anyway we go in and I was really disappointed to be honest because the menu was very depleted. I saw online and they had a Reuben sandwich and I look forward to getting it. When I got there they only had a selection of 56 different things you can pick from. I don't know why when I asked our waitress and she said yes that's all they have that's all they offer. So looking around I am getting a cheeseburger and fries which I was not looking forward to the honest and it was around $19. My wife got the fish and chips and she did enjoy hers she thought it was really tasty. The service was just OK she was a nice waitress but didn't do anything extra or special. Yeah atmosphere was OK. They didn't have a restroom inside the building you had to walk outside to go to the bathroom in the hallway which I thought was strange so I'm not gonna come back unfortunately but you might like it

Yelp
This was our second visit to the Omni and second time having dinner at Neighborhood Services. Both trips were fun, relaxing, and enjoyable. The valet service was top notch, and we highly appreciate being able to get your valet comped for $5 at dinner. We had a reservation for 7pm on a Saturday night and were sat immediately when we walked in the restaurant. The hostess and our server were prompt and energetic, as well as super nice. We ordered the London Broil with frites, the cheddar burger with fries, and the Paper Plane cocktail, a bourbon cocktail made with Old Forrester ($12). The steak was fabulous! Cooked a perfect medium rare, was a large cut, and the voodoo sauce was so rich and flavorful - this plate couldn't have been better. The cheddar burger was huge with a really fresh slice of tomato on it, and it was also cooked perfectly as ordered. Both dishes came with shoestring cut fries which we loved. Total for both meals plus the cocktail was $58 after tax - very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. This is definitely not a place to have several drinks though at $12/each, thus the reason for 4 stars. Will be returning to the Omni and Neighborhood Services for future nights out though for sure.

Yelp
I have had the pleasure of popping in to Neighborhood Services for two late night dinners over the past few months while staying at the Omni for work trips. I often find myself hungry and quite frankly, too lazy to go on a hunt for food. Luckily, Neighborhood Services has a fair number of healthy and tasty options on hand. During my dinner visit last night I was able to easily snag a table and was promptly greeted by our friendly server, Brandon. Brandon's service throughout the evening was the perfect amount of friendly and attentive. My order included the burrata appetizer served with sourdough bread, pancetta flaks and tomato chutney along with the cobb salad (very generous size topped with egg, avocado, cucumber, bacon and honey vinaigrette). The atmosphere is somewhat standard for today's higher end hotel bar/restaurants but it matches the menu and demographic of the hotel for the most part. Note that they also offer breakfast/lunch.
google avatar

Jonathan H.

Yelp
Look, the food was good. However the service was appalling. I had left a 20 on a $15 recipt which was taken by a server and left by the register. I was expecting change with the full intention of tipping but it never came. I sat there ignored for over 20 minutes. I asked twice for my change and receipt and nothing. I could hear my server engage in conversation with other employees and rolling silverware. Around 30 minutes my server came back but with no change. Pretty sure that's illegal. I got robbed by a restaraunt. How sad. You know what? Keep the change. You won't see a dime from me again.

Yelp
On a busy Sunday morning we stumbled into this restaurant. It's part of a hotel but open to the public. The menu is fairly limited and the food we all got was okay. I'm a bit disappointed that the drink i ordered arrived toward the end of my meal.
google avatar

Mark N.

Yelp
I have had breakfast here a couple of times. Good all around menu. Like that you can get fresh fruit with the oatmeal. Serving sizes can be on the large side. See for example the french toast which is like half a loaf of bread. Coffee is decent and they will work up a cup to go for you. Service has been excellent every time. Right in the Omni so there's a major convenience factor there. Prices are good for a hotel restaurant.
google avatar

Bruce H.

Yelp
I have had two meals here, a dinner and a breakfast, and both were quite nice. I had their version of a Cubano panini for dinner and a breakfast sandwich on sourdough toast. Both items were very flavorful, and the servers were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and bright, and while the dinner crowd was lively, the noise level was not too high to easily hold a conversation. Online menus need to be updated.

Yelp
Just visited Neighborhood Services for the first time. The atmosphere was very welcoming and cozy, but the service and food wasn't up to our expectations. We had the hummus, which was served with bread triangles, which looked and tasted very oily. The hummus wasn't flavorful at all. We also ordered the Bourbon Burger. The buns are oversized, dry, and fell apart. The burger's meat was bland and chewy. Everything about this burger was underwhelming. Also, it really annoyed me that when given my food I was only given one small tin of ketchup. I had to continually ask for more ketchup for my unflavored burger and fries. I paid $20 bucks for a burger. Can you please just give me a ketchup bottle with it. One waiter/waitress was working for the entire restaurant, which I don't blame her. This was disappointing because I love Omni. Hotel was amazing!

Yelp
It was not a good neighborhood experience. I've been to better neighborhoods in south Detroit Food is salty AF Come on bruh , don't tell me it's the "corporate recipe", my tongue was numb by the time we left.
google avatar

Valerie C.

Yelp
This is no ordinary hotel restaurant. The service and food are top notch. We ordered the Hot Brown Tots as an appetizer. Having just had the original Hot Brown at Brown's Hotel earlier in the week, I can tell you these tots were a great replica. Plus, tots! I got chicken and waffles as my main entree and also tried some of my husband's steak. The chicken and waffles were unlike any other! So much flavor in a dish that is really normally a tad bland. Chicken, waffles, syrup... not much to work with. But the pecans, syrup, and other toppings on these were over the top delicious. It's too bad I don't live in Louisville. I would certainly go back often!
google avatar

Isabella M.

Yelp
Post-mint julep, me and my girl found ourselves craving more Louisville specialties. We happened upon NHS, not to be confused with the British healthcare and welfare system, and I'm glad we did! Had the hot brown tots and triple crown spread - highly recommend both! But, if you're a money-challenged college student, avoid! Watch out for $8 draft beers - totally unnecessary. Staff was super kind, gaydar just a little off.

Yelp
Really nice place to go for breakfast. Stayed at the Omni for an event the prior evening and came here for breakfast the next morning. Came here because of the positive yelp reviews and the prior reviews were correct - food was outstanding. Breakfast menu was limited but it did not matter. I go the 2 egg option and my wife got the 3 egg omelet. We both had coffee and mimosas which were equally very good. They were short staffed this morning however everyone on staff pitched in to run food out and fill coffee. Just had to be a bit patient. Highly recommend.

Aiden W.

Yelp
If this place is not a lease a 2 Michelin star restaurant I don't know what is. The pink lemonade is superdangerous. The hot brown tots are amazing the peak of the meal and that was just the appetizer then the chicken fried burger came with fries came to the table get the fries with ranch that's not a recommendation ketchup, somehow made fries worse the ranch makes it amazing The burger is absolutely delicious. I don't know why this place has negative reviews the food was great. The service was amazing.
google avatar

Yelp
We came in her a day before our conference started. This restaurant was inside the Omni hotel. The food was ok, but the wait for our food was over an hour. Yes we had a group of 6, but the restaurant was not busy at all and it was after the lunch rush. Typical hotel food prices, but wait was very long.

Yelp
We really enjoyed Neighborhood Services! First, the Omni is amazing. It is a lot of fun to go explore the hotel (don't miss the speakeasy!) then go eat dinner. I had the patty melt which was very good. The meat was cooked well and tasted great. It was a pretty big patty too. It comes with a delicious pimento cheese spread on top which is what makes it. The fries on the side were also very good. They looked and tasted exactly like McDonalds fries in my opinion. The service was quick and the wait staff friendly. It was a fun dining experience that I would recommend, even if not staying at Omni!

Yelp
Though the service was a little 'relaxed' (we were pretty hungry), the Mexican mule was worth every dime, and the food was excellent!

Yelp
The food was really good other than the fact that the salmon was cooked more than asked for. Everything else tasted really good. The service was very slow even though they were hardly busy.
