Large, open and bright space w warm features and quirky, interesting imagery lining the walls. Enjoyed our lunch n the lively atmosphere. Their take on chowder was delicious, and all the ingredients in our salads and entrees fresh, and really nicely presented…liked that the dressings were light and not over done. Staff was helpful and hustling. Will be back.

This is the first time at the Innwood Neighborhood Services. I usually go to the Addison location. Both locations have great bartenders, and I've met great patrons at both locations. The food is excellent. I'm partial to the fish, but all of the entrees and appetizers I've tried or seen others try look amazing.

Went there on Saturday night, and this place was packed. We had booked our table ahead so there wasn't any wait or delay. Staff and servers are very well trained and go above and beyond to make your experience unforgettable. Guest can pick cocktail a la carte, and they will serve it from the bar. Large choice of starters and entrees, but be ready to order all at once as we've been told it was "requested by chef(s)." They offer a weekday specials too. If you'll going to celebrate a birthday, like we did, the birthday person will receive a free treat from the restaurant. It was a nice experience and we enjoyed purctime overall.

The food quality here surpasses the pricing. Portion sizes weren't trying to make up for lack of flavor.. It was actually quite the opposite. Perfect sizes to allow for all courses, and the flavor profiles were exceptional. Service was great, even on a busy Valentine's Day weekend, and our server Markus was attentive without being overbearing. I tend to be a little impatient and judgemental coming from the food service industry and my expectations were met beyond question. 5/5. This is my second time here, this time bringing my wife, and we will definitely be back.

We were the first table of a Saturday night when they opened at 5pm and they were ready for service. - Our waiter briefly but vividly described the specials then helped us plan our courses. - The bluefin tuna was fresh and delicate. - Wedge and Chopped salads were both noteworthy. - The pork chop was a delight and cooked so beautifully. - Mac and cheese reminded us of a more refined version of our family favorite recipe. - The STAR of this meal was the Fluke. This fish was prepared simply allowing it’s natural sweetness and texture to capture your full attention. - We ended with the Oops I Dropped My Cone. Great ice cream. Strawberry bested the chocolate and vanilla. Every dish has FLAVOR. Service is pitch perfect. Go with confidence and enjoy.

The first thing that caught my attention was the photo of Mick Jagger riding a motorcycle... loved it! The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating, HOWEVER, Gavin knocked it out of the park on every level! We have since requested him on successive visits because he is that damn good. He remembers comments made during small talk, he makes wonderful recommendations, and all in all, he's a wonderful person who makes dining there an absolute delight! The food has always been spot on and major compliments to the entire kitchen. The Deviled Eggs are a popular appetizer choice. The Delmonico steak with a side of the Voodoo sauce is perfection. If you still have room for a dessert, they offer a lovely selection, and the portions are ample enough to share. Every visit is better than the next -- I highly recommend it. And I hope the management knows what a treasure they have with Gavin on their team!

My first time visiting this restaurant. I must say it was delicious. The Brussel sprouts were delicious so was everything else. I wanted to try everything on the menu 1o1. Our waiter Brock was amazing he was knowledgeable about every plate. The Manager Antonio was amazing!!! I will definitely be back and bring my family to experience this amazing food and drinks

Sooo good! Upscale place with a nice atmosphere. I had the flat iron steak with fries a bit pricey with 40$+ but it was cooked to perfection, definitely worth it! The burger is in my friend's all time top ten burgers list. With 20$+ a bit pricey but definitely worth it! Great service, great food, great quality.

Service was excellent. The food is just okay. The tuna tartare was the star of the evening, but everything else was just okay.

Quite average. I tried a burger and fries, both greasy as hell. Snobby receptionist. Nice atmosphere, good service. If you come here, don't get the burger. Update, got home and got sick. Wow, so disgusting. I knew the pricing before I went there, but it's a pricey burger that isn't worth it. I won't be returning.

Ordered their pasta special tonight and a blood orange marg! It was yummy. Ambience is nice! Our waitress was very attentive, friendly, and she checked on us often to where my water was always full. This is something I love as a fast water drinker at restaurants! They usually have a hard time keeping up. Overall, a good spot!

You gotta start with the pimento cheese and guac dip!! The fried asparagus was surprisingly delicious and the burger was cooked to perfection. The burger sometimes comes out uncut so if that is something that is really important to you, I suggest you request to get it cut to save your server a trip. Service was a little lackluster but the restaurant ambiance and food were great. Almost forgot to mention, their drinks (especially the ranch water) were delicious. P.s. their restroom literally had everything from tampons, q tips, mouthwash, floss, and etc. honestly a slay for that

Loveeeeee this place! The espresso martinis rule! Waiters are super friendly. The food is always on point! The filet all day y'all it's so goooood omg

Reservations mean nothing to this restauran. I counted 20 people waiting and all had reservations for times well before the current time.

As the comfortable dining room gets fuller, the music gets louder. Lovely are NS's seasonal menus. Upbeat is the Highland Park and Uptown crowd at this location. Nice pacing throughout this evening. Thoroughly enjoyed their beautifully shucked "East Coast Oysters". And, while the pasta was fantastic, overcooked shrimps and bland sauce made their "Shrimp Fettuccine" a disappointing dish. CHEERS!

New Year's Eve dinner was at Neighborhood services this year. It was great because it was regular dinning and not inflated for the holiday. All of our other favorites spots added a price fixe menu and prices were absurd. So sad. However, NS, knew how to do it right. The host and hostesses were very friendly and welcoming right from the get go. Beautiful restaurant inside and packed to the max that night. Our server was very kind and was very busy but did his best. We had several servers and managers come by to deliver food and drinks as well. It was a team effort. It was a wonderful evening. We had a delicious time. Happy New Year. Go check them out and enjoy! I failed to take a picture of the delicious meatballs we also order at each location we've visited.

I've visited the Oaklawn location twice and they consistently deliver good food, great service, and welcoming atmosphere.

Came for a last minute work holiday dinner having never heard of this place before and boy was i pleasantly surprised. When you enter it's a large place with plenty of options for parties of varying sizes. They have a lot of options on the menu, but the menu isn't overly large..: thankfully. They have plenty of drink options but i recommend the old fashioned. Also the fish of the day was amazing paired with the brussel sprouts. And the service was great especially seeing as our party was 8 people no ones glass was empty.

The bartenders are great. The service is, somewhat terrible. I had an experience tonight, where I had a very in tune bartender, but was never able to order dinner. It was absolutely not his fault. They were not properly staffed. I love this place, I live across the street. But I'm on my last leg.

Absolutely loved! We came with good friends of ours who visit the other location often but wanted to try this one. The vibe is wonderfully family focused but does change as it get later. We had an amazing server, Zach (pretty sure, lots of drinks) and he was a delight! We had the most fun laughing with him and his recommendations were spot on for food - half of us had the Sole special and we bonded over Gin espresso martinis. Seriously ask for his section because you will not regret the great service and laughs. We can't wait to come back with friends and eventually will bring our two girls for a night out. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Went out to eat for the weekend for a late dinner. Our waiter was attentive and made sure we knew all the available specials they had for us to chose. At times the restaurant did get a bit loud, which I didn't mind as everyone was having a grand time.

The ambiance was wonderful. This is a place you can meet friends and actually hear each other talk. Food was outstanding especially the halibut and the deviled eggs. If you want dessert.... Try the lemon tart. I did and all the sudden I felt special like I was in the middle of a Bridgerton episode! lol

Food was great but we ordered a drink at the beginning of the meal. Appetizer and entree came. Two waitresses went to check. Finally we had to ask a manager. The drink didn't arrive until we were done with our entree. They did comp us the drink and give us a free dessert. Staff was very nice but it just seemed too busy and understaffed.

However, last night's positive experience proved that the two restaurants are nothing alike. Intriguing morsels of deviled eggs beckoned, each bite a revelation of creamy yolks and tangy embellishments. A melodic balance of flavors choreographed by a skilled chef. And the fresh peach dip, with its vivacious blend of sweetness and acidity, bewitched my senses, leaving an impression as delicate as a whisper. The cheeseburger, a masterpiece in its own right, enveloped my taste buds with an exquisite fusion of succulent meat and thoughtfully selected condiments. Its harmonious flavors left an indelible imprint, while the Mac and cheese achieved a delicate equilibrium, a testament to culinary prowess. The orchestration of service at Neighborhood Services was nothing short of extraordinary. Our friendly waitress conducted her duties with grace and a genuine desire to please. Her attentiveness, a masterclass in graciousness, elevated the experience with expert precision. The restaurant itself exuded sophistication, with an immaculate layout and a predominant use of booths that provided an ambiance of both intimacy and comfort. Neighborhood Services in Oak Lawn has thus far soundly triumphed over the shadow of its lackluster sibling.

Came here for a girls night on New Years Eve and you're greeted right away by the host stand when you walk in. We were taken to our table immediately and our server was amazing! Unfortunately I do not remember her name but she knew the menu and specials like it was on the back of her hand. She recommended a lot to us and the food came out quick. My favorite were the meatballs and Mac and cheese. My main dish was the pasta special of the night which was basically pot roast on noodles, wasn't a huge fan. My friends had the veal, angry lobster and a fish special of the night and had no complaints. Menu has a lot of options so I'd come back and try something new.

We stumbled upon this restaurant. We were surprised to see that they are a sister restaurant to two of our favs National Anthem and Townhearth. Walked in without a reservation and got lucky with a seating right away. The place was packed. Our server Pete was awesome. The food and atmosphere were both . Family friendly. We will for sure visit again.

Recently visited my best friend and we came here as a 5 person group for dinner last minute. Inside the restaurant, there is dim lighting and a great warm ambience due to the style of the chairs, tables, the bar, etc. The service was great, our waitress was attentive and friendly. We ordered a dozen/thirteen raw oysters and they were great. For my entree, I ordered the scallops and they were amazing. Definitely some of the best scallops I've tasted. My boyfriend said his Cobb salad was tasty, my best friend said her veggie enchiladas were great, and my little brother said his aged wagyu was amazing. My little brother's girlfriend ordered one of the specials--veggie pasta--and said the pasta was undercooked but overall okay. I would take off stars if this was my dish, but I never tasted it and my overall experience with the food was amazing. I ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc to match my scallops and the New Zealand one is great--crisp and refreshing. We will definitely be returning.

Food was very poor. We tried several of their offerings. Service was adequate. The actual venue was loud and unimpressive given the upscale pricing. We will not go back

Paid $60 for two subpar salads-- they also got our order wrong. This place is not worth the hype food wise. The bar has a great vibe but that's really it.

Pros: 1. Food is generally good (but not everything). The best dish was a tie between the fried asparagus and the rock shrimp appetizer. 2. The brussels sprouts were good. The pizzas and the pork chop were decent. 3. The soda water is particularly bubbly and carbonated here. Cons: 1. My colleague is a regular (and diehard fan) at the original NS location and insists that the food at this second location is different than the original recipe and not as good, and that the service is not as good. 2. The veggie enchilada was disappointing. You would think there are more roasted veggies inside the tortilla but it's just a huge heap of shredded lettuce/cabbage on top. Probably the worst thing we ordered. 3. We asked if we could get the large shrimp (which was supposed to be a great appetizer at the original location but missing from the menu here). We were told that we would be charged the full price of the pasta and shrimp entree but just not get the pasta - it felt cold and "take it or leave it". I get if some requests don't work at various restaurants but there are better ways to go about this and get us excited about another dish. For me spending $1000 here for my group's dinner, it felt like the service wasn't the best to encourage me to come back. 4. Very stingy on the guac for the chips and guac.

Amazing food. Great service. Entertaining ambience. 5/5 on all three. The steak & frites is epic!

This place is so good. I've been here multiple times for large group work dinners and the service is always 10/10. I've had a ton of different things on the menu and I don't think I've ever disliked anything. My absolute favorite items are the Pops Martini Salad (order it dirty!), the fried gulf shrimp app, and I usually go for whatever their specials are (either the pasta of the day or fish of the day). Oh and do not pass on the Brussel sprouts, they're a must. Overall this place has great service especially with large groups, consistently good food, and they're fast! Highly recommend.

Pretty mediocre food... way too salty. Wedge salad was decent but my fish & chips were terrible! Soggy batter on fish made them inedible so when I asked to return the fish, they didn't ask if I would prefer a different dish or apologize for the bad meal. I didn't want to hold up my party of 5 so I just went without an entree yet they didn't take it off the bill until we brought it to their attention. The staff were all very nice & cordial but rushed & passiive.

Food was terrible. I was surprised. If you go make it a thurs/fri/sat. I went Sunday and the backup cook was there. Really off. Nice place for a drink. Ambience is good. Bar service is top notch. Never a a problem with service. Maybe they just had an off night.

I won't say that this is the worst food I've ever had but I can say that I was the most disappointed in this restaurant. We frequent Town Heart, National Anthem, and Brass Ram. All of which are some of my absolute favorite restaurants. So I expected the same quality and service from this establishment only to be extremely let down. There were multiple issues with this dining experience that would require several paragraphs from me. I'll just leave it at this...I won't be back. I'd recommend that you choose another dining establishment because this one is not worth the money.

Recently opened in the former Paul Martins space NS has done a fantastic job at renovating the space and feels like its always been a NS. The menu follows the same structure and staple offerings as the other NS locations and the quality of the food is on par. Glad to see this location open in the neighborhood it is a welcome addition.

My girlfriend and I went to dine at Neighborhood Services, and to be completely honest, I was very impressed. My server was great, but the manager on duty is what sold me. I believe his name was Martin. He was running food, touching tables, and at the host stand. As someone who works in the service industry myself, I commend him. The food was fabulous. We ordered the crab dip, fried asparagus, shrimp dynamite, and Brussels sprouts. I wouldn't even be able to say which one was my favorite as they were all amazing. My parents will be in town soon, and I will definitely be coming back and bringing them here. Great service, great atmosphere, and great food. Can you get any better?

Neighborhood Services is one of my favorite restaurants in Dallas! Everything I've tried here is delicious. You have to try the crispy asparagus and meatballs for appetizer, steak frites for entree, with an ice cold martini. They have the best fries!!! Fish and chips, their burger, and the Sunday ribs special are all delicious as well

I think the concept is smart: Hillstone style restaurant with a Texas twist. However the service and food quality don't match the level at the different Hillstone restaurants. It's a great location and the atmosphere is cool but I can't give the same high marks for anything else.

Food, vibe, and service was outstanding. Prices were ok, but glad we decided to try the spot with the deceiving name! The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5, was my disappointment in the mac&cheese (side). I had hopes, but this didn't meet my expectation! Maybe I'm just not used to "good" cheese as my husband called it . The food portions were big, thoughtful, and TASTY. Will be returning to this spot!

Always a great spot for lunch or dinner with family or friends. The food is always good and menu changes so be ready to enjoy the ambience.

Always excellent not only in food selection and flavors but also in service. They did a lot to try to make the restaurant less noisy on Oaklawn. Thank God. PaulMartin's was loud as can be, and I find that environment extremely unnerving when you're trying to eat or even enjoy your drink and talk to somebody. You can't go wrong eating at neighborhood services no matter which location

One star for the service. So, always like the food but this location has really forgot what hospitality means. Wasn't welcome when we arrived, took a long time to bring the food, not really busy, and the slam was they just thru the check on the bar and didn't say one word. Really! Talk with the manager and the response was, oh ok sorry to hear that. Basically the interaction with the staff was we don't care. Hard to recommend this location right now.

Wow!! The peach pizza is AMAZING! The owner needs to add this to the summer menu. I will be back for it! If you go - order it as an app and share with the table. Absolutely amazing experience. This place should be booked weeks in advance - service / food / wine all unmatched. Just wow.

The cooks are simply not very good. Steak ordered to Medium rare came out almost blue rare. Burger order to medium well came out less than medium. Other issues with heavy pepper on a last a dish. The Original is great. This is a hard pass unless they get competent cooks.

Wow oh wow!!! This will definitely become our go to for dining & cocktails. The general manager is amazing and we now have 2 amazing servers who are our favorite. Food is top notch; atmosphere is classy and laid back; and NS knows what they are doing.
