Very cute unique vibe for a cafe. Really love the all the plants make you feel like you’re not in the city. Good coffee and grab and go foods!

Very esthetically pleasing coffee shop inside a hip hotel. Definitely expensive, but they have a nice selection of eats and some grab and go options as well. They have very comfy chairs and low key lighting to make the experience even more pleasing. They close as 4 pm, so get there early to enjoy yourself.

Staying in the 1 Hotel and loving it. However, the coffee shop is a bit of a disappointment - only one staff in the morning; only one type of coffee beans apparently that don't connect with me - too fruity taste; chocolate croissant tasted terrible; no Flat White on offer. Overall, not a fully blown "barista culture" type of thing. 1 Hotel, room for improvement there!

The coffee is meh. Tried the espresso, they get theirs from Bluestone Lane, not worth it. Not sure why a place like this is so focused on selling you t-shirts and things you don't need when they have a fantastic spot in a fantastic hotel next to a fantastic bar, yet fail at everything coffee. The vibe is great with the seating and bar next door, but they're missing out on a quality product.

Jemeli was attentive and knowledgeable- spending time explaining the different drinks and options with me. Her service made all the difference! The matcha tasted amazing and she was able to accommodate my preferences :) the atmosphere is also really nice

Cute little coffee stand in the 1Hotel lobby floor. They had later hours than some of the other coffee shops in the area which was much appreciated as I was trying to get coffee in the late afternoon and most other spots were closed. Decent wifi, lots of tables and couch seating. Barista was friendly and helpful. My biggest gripe is just the price. I spent $25 on a pesto sandwich and a large iced vanilla latte. Latte was good and the sandwich was just alright; definitely didn’t feel worth what I paid.

Really loved this place and how kind the team is! The mother earth latte was sooo good and I didn't get either of their names unfortunately but both people behind the bar were so nice and friendly!!!

loveeed this place, especially thanks to Jemeli's help!!! she recommended drinks off the seasonal menu, explained the in-house pastry chef's background, and brought drinks out to us at our table. so fun chatting with her and we loved the overall vibe of the place - calm, tasteful, feminine-leaning. so great, coming back tomorrow!

Stopped by here for breakfast during my staycation at 1 Hotel. The staff was super friendly. The coffee was delicious and there was an excellent selection of drinks from their menu including smoothies and bowls. We also got breakfast sandwiches that they were able to heat for us. I would love to go back and try the pastries as they make them in house. Very comfortable place to hang out and enjoy your time.

Stopped here for coffee and breakfast on a friday morning. They have several grab and go things like breakfast sandwiches and chia pudding which are in a refrigerator, and they will heat up the hot breakfast items for you. A bit of a weird system to have them sitting on the customer side cold, but nice to see all the options I guess? The chia pudding is a pretty massive container so I didn't end up getting it, but the morning muffin breakfast sandwich was pretty good! Enjoyed my latte as well. A little pricy as expected, but part of the hotel and open to the public.

Vibey music, delicious coffee, friendly staff giving quick service and the gorgeous scent of the One hotel! What more can you ask for to start your day? Definitely recommend!

Incredible food but even better service! I can't say enough about how wonderful and friendly Jemelj was. Everything she recommended was delicious - I had the kale salad, chicken salad and a croissant and it was all unbelievably delicious. The ginger cookie is a must try! I'll definitely be back for coffee, a smoothie bowl and the friendly service!

Came here for lunch last Friday. I was greeted in a timely and friendly manner by the Bartender(Dallas). She helped me pick out a an IPA Draft and a recommended one of her favorite sandwiches(The Club w side of Brussel sprouts) The sandwich was excellent and the sprouts were baked perfect with a sweet caramelized drizzle. There was a very easy vibe with sports on the TV's and music in the background. The decor of this place is a mix of movies,music and sports icons that is unique and fun. (Love the Ric Flair Robe!) This will be a regular stop for me. Its surprising how so many places get this wrong. Neighbors checks all the boxes.

Neighbors is located inside 1 Hotel Nashville and I visited on the morning that I was scheduled to check out. I ordered 2 hive lattes, 2 ham and Gruyère croissants and a maple and bacon croissant. I enjoyed the latte and croissants...very delicious! However it's unfortunate that the disorganized service overshadowed the entire experience. The young man taking my order seemed preoccupied, so I asked if he got the "2" lattes. He said yes. We only got 1 latte and the lady checked to confirm that only 1 latte was on the order. I then paid for the other and waited for it to be made. I understand that mistakes happen, but the employee specifically acknowledged when I asked if he had 2 lattes. Also, things appeared disorganized across the board. There were 4 croissants on the counter when our order was ready and we had to figure out which 3 were ours. Also, as I was paying for the 2nd latte, one of the employees brought out our croissant order again (all 3). I informed that we already had our order. At that point, I requested a printed copy of my receipt because I had no idea what I had been charged for. Overall this was my least favorite experience as a guest of 1 Hotel.

Use to go here about once a week but they now force you to pay using credit cards only. That makes people deeper into debt to big banks, just for their ease of accounting. I'll definitely reduce patronizing this establishment and go more to other great locations in the area because of this.

There's only 1 review for Neighbors, and the reviewer gave Neighbors 3 stars because they were a little disorganized. Something that happens. However, my experience was great, enjoying the beautiful and tranquil spot, excellent smoothie, and sweet employees/service. Thanks to Ruby and Mary Helen for being awesome.
