Took family members body WITHOUT permission, held them for 3 weeks and and does not take accountability or communication with greving patreons seriously and proceeds to manipulate narratives for interest of the business. PLEASE stay away from the business as they show poor porfrassonalism to those dealing with a loss of family and loved ones and DID NOT follow procedure handing out loved one. Very bad business, very sad they don't work with you those during hardest times.

Dispositioned our loved one without permission held them for 3 weeks porceding to ask for monetary compensation for services wrongfully conducted with no permission or timely channels of communication taken place. Attempted to swindle for services they shouldn't even be asking for while taking zero accountability or responsibility until needing to be pressed, continuing afterwards to slander a greving family after their mishandling of a family member for 3 weeks. While greving patreons would normally receive prompt communication during these difficult times such was not the case with Neighbours Life Celebration Services whose unprofessional cooperation made 3 weeks of dealing with them and our loss truly unpleasant. PLEASE stay away from the business as they show poor professional attitude and borderline negligence to those dealing with a loss of family and loved ones and DID NOT follow procedure handing our loved one. These are difficult times and people in this field are truly heroes helping families grieve and lay loved ones find peace and rest, Neighbours Life Celebration Services is not one of those who care in this profession.

This is the best funeral service provider in Nashville. Chris Neighbours is the best funeral director period. He is honest and up front about everything. He comes to you or you can go to him. You will be treated respectfully. He will not take advantage of you at a time of vulnerability and grief. He also is going to be able to save you a lot of money. He is the only person I would use.

I had a terrible experience with this place. I have never in my 58 years been treated so rudely as I was by this Funeral Director. I released my husbands body to my step son because I could not afford to pay for the services and we were not in agreement on what to do with him, I am Christian, they are not. His children wished to have him cremated. I allowed them their wish. When I called to get a Death Certificate I was told by the Director there that I was not entitled to any information on my husband nor the death certificates nor was I listed anywhere as his kin ( wife). I am his legal wife. He was horrible rude and mean. I called the Vital Records dept of the County where he passed and they confirmed that yes I was listed as his wife on his Death Certificate and they had no idea why he had been so rude to me. I called back and he had his secretary speak to me. Her explanation to me was because I had not paid for the services that they would not provide me anything. A follow up call to him the following day his explanation to me was that we had bad family dynamics and it was my problem. In my opinion, it is not his place to judge my family dynamics, I am the decendents legal wife, I was treated terribly disrespectful and rude. I wouldn't send my dog to this facility. Who does this person think he is? He should have been a neutral party in this matter and provided whatever any legally entitled party needed. I can't think of anyone more legally entitled to anything then his WIFE.
