Where to Stay and What to Eat in Tokyo's Most Popular Neighborhoods
"A casual lunch spot a short walk from K5, this delightfully creative restaurant weaves Japanese ingredients like sake lees and conger eel with Middle Eastern spices—now an intrinsic part of Kabutocho and sure to energise the neighbourhood’s next chapter." - The MICHELIN Guide
"A casual French restaurant with deep roots in Nihombashikabutocho. The interior is festooned with wine bottles and album covers; genre-less music plays in the background. The chef likes a French-based yet free-styled approach to cuisine. Partial to Japanese ingredients and fermented vegetables, he wields Middle Eastern spices with skill. Modern cuisine pairs well with organic wines." - Michelin Inspector
Neki was a nice surprise found in a back street by chance; we had an evening menu with five courses, all wonderfully presented and very tasty; the staff were nice and explained well the ingredients, which were many and varied.

Exceptionally well prepared food with lovely visual presentation. I walked in by accident for lunch and had a delicious five course meal with perfectly sized portions and artistic display. Will definitely go back on my next trip to Tokyo.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. A counter seat gives a great view of the kitchen and the chefs at work. Each dish was prepared very well, with the meat especially being tender and delicious.

It's not delicious, and I saw cockroaches crawling into the kitchen in this store. The beef was so hard that I couldn't even eat it. There are better options at this price

I ordered a grilled pulled pork sandwich. It looks a bit small but it's included mashed potatoes inside. So that made my stomach full. If you sit the counter table, you can look how they cook your order from the beginning to the end. :))

Lunch course was good but nothing special or memorable. Everything was cooked nicely but the ingredients lacked seasonality and creativity.
