Ok… I actually prefer the taste of this location over the one on Village Center Circle, and I was trying to be patient because they say there is a staffing shortages BUT… I come here 3-4 times a week, and apparently they just open and close whenever they want. Tonight I showed up at 7:04pm, on google and on the door it says they close at 9pm. I walk in, I see the young guy who is “working” sitting surfing the web on his cellphone. He said “OH, we’re not taking any more orders I already shut everything down. Half of the staff acts like it’s a burden to take an order everyone I visit. Which sucks because the other half of the team is cool. Other ties I come in the morning and the randomly open at 10 or 11 or 11:30, whenever they choose to open.
As a person who works at the high levels of corporate for a QSR, I don’t see how a franchisee OR corporate could allow this. It’s ridiculous, and prevents the store from reaching its full potential. Every time I visit, customers are turned away for being out of an ingredient, or the register is down, or cash only today, …. Seriously, the level of incompetence is insane.
When I left, I saw that you could still place an OLO order for that location… so what would have happened if I would have ordered???
If anyone reads this who actually cares about the brand, the business, or customer experience PLEASE fix these problems. I probably average $90-$130 per week, because I buy for my wife and 5 kids… sometimes co-workers as well.
