Nemuro Hanamaru at Sapporo Station

We read about the long queue in this place. Waiting time 1-2 hrs, so we skip cos we don’t like waiting and wasting our precious holiday time. We give it a try, took a queue number 140, the current sitting was 98.. so it will take at least more than an hour for our turn… then we saw a small table next to the queue printing machine having another queue list for standing table only. Since only two of us. Why not? The oist is not long, we wrote down our name and we were call to the table in less than 5 mins! The sushis were fresh and we were serve by one chef at our table.. very exclusive haha… we finished eating about 45 mins, the queue for table only stops at 120! Price were inexpensive. We went in the next day around noon thinking lunch crowd will make the queue longer but we were wrong, we walk straight into the standing table without have to wait! Theres long queue for sitting dining. Both times both of us spent about S$60-70 total for both.

If you’re at Sapporo Station in Hokkaido and you don’t try Nemuro Hanamaru, you’re seriously missing out. We went super early to grab a ticket at 10:30, even before they opened, and we ended up around group 38. Seating started at 11, and it took roughly 40 minutes for our turn, which was quicker than we expected. Everything seared is a must. The aroma and flavor from the aburi sushi are incredible, and each bite feels extra rich and satisfying. The menu is in Japanese, but you honestly don’t need to stress about it, just pick what you like from the conveyor belt. If there’s something specific you want, a quick lookup on your phone makes it easy. Look for the characters 「炙り」 if you want to focus on the seared items. Seriously, it’s insanely good.

There's a reason this place has lines all day long. Go get your ticket before they close the list. We got a ticket around 5:30 PM and there were 116 parties ahead of us. We waited at Din Tai Fung and had some dumplings and shopped in the mall. We got seated around 7:30 PM and by that time they closed the ticket machine. They do have standing room only space if you are desperate. The sushi is what everyone comes for and that did not disappoint. The quality of the fish and rice are amazing. I had lots of Otoro because it was so good. The mackerel was also really fatty and not fishy. The Eggplant sushi was a surprise, it was very delicious. Don't be afraid of the line, this place is worth it. We had a better time here than Nijo Market and spent less money.

Got the ticket at 3pm on Friday. Sat down at 6:30pm. Chefs are friendly but the front staffs are kinda rude and I was thinking they should get a job somewhere else 😵‍💫 I ended up ordering foods on a piece of paper instead of getting them from the belt because they were so soggy and not as fresh. Ended up spending 11000 yen and it would’ve been slightly more expensive at a regular restaurant. Worth waiting? Absolutely no. If you don’t have to wait at all, it could be a good experience especially if you’ve never tried a conveyor belt sushi before. Do not expect good Japanese service mindset here tho. This place is more like good for the bucks type, not your typical Japanese restaurant.

Nemuro Hanamaru at Sapporo Station really exceeded my expectations. The seafood was incredibly fresh and of the best quality I’ve had at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant - honestly the best I’ve ever tried. Ordering felt a bit traditional at first, but the staff were efficient and we received our plates quickly. We arrived around 4pm and were pleasantly surprised that there wasn’t much of a wait. Plus, since it’s located right inside Sapporo Station, it’s very easy to access. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for high-quality sushi in Sapporo!

One of the most fun experiences we had. It took us almost two hours to get a table. There were so many varieties of sushi, from sashimi to regular sushi to fully cooked options. The seafood was super fresh and tasty. We loved their fried chicken. Everything we ordered tasted amazing. Definitely recommend it.

I really love this place since my first taste in ‘23. The line may be long, but it’s super worth it! It’s amazing value for the quality. Food is fresh, staff are great, and it’s very convenient. 😋😋😋 I’d advise you to come, put down your party number, and then walk around or shop then return once your number is called. They have an AirWait system to notify you.

Not too sure what is the hype for this place. Waiting time is pretty crazy. I went at abt 4pm on a weekday hence waiting time was not too bad. A total of about 13 numbers were before me. Turnover was quick hence within 30+mins, I was ushered to my table. Food wise I honestly did not feel this was a standout compared to others which I have tasted in Japan. Freshness of the sashimi is a given hence can't say that this place was fresher vs cpmpetitors. Sushi was also not standout. Some were very salty which made the sushi a bit weird to taste. Environment was not bad while service crew were good. Saving grace is that the pricing is not bad...similar to Malaysia O would say.

We had a great time here ordering from them directly and not from the conveyer belt, as the sushi from the belt has been sitting for some time. Nigiris were very fresh and cuts of fish were large. They have specials sometimes when they shout out loud, things like uni and fatty tuna. They don't have all cuts of fish, which was understandable, specifically Aji mackerel. We had a great time and ate a bunch of sushi regardless.

We keep coming back to Hanamaru sushi every time we come back to Sapporo . Delicious, fresh and reasonable price conveyor belt sushi in Sapporo everyone should try !

We came to Sapporo for vacation in the winter and one of the things that my husband had wanted was sushi. You just can't go to Japan without eating some sushi. When we looked up places, Nemuro Hanamaru showed up as the #1 sushi place. Nemuro is located inside the JR Stellar Place tower and just outside of Daimaru. It is the most popular restaurant because their line is ridiculously long. When you get there, remember to check in so you get your number. Then, you just wait. The wait can get really long but I think we were pretty lucky cause people would often just leave instead of waiting. They had a good amount of items on their menu but I found the selection on their conveyor belt to be kind of lacking. I think people were just taking everything so I could barely find anything. But! You can just order from the menu and they will make it for you. We got to try a few interesting items that we don't normally see in other sushi places: Salmon roe sac: it's pretty much a sac and it was marinated in soy sauce. It had a pretty good flavor but I'm not sure if the texture is for everyone. I kind of enjoyed it personally. Sea squirt: I've always wanted to try this but it was very chewy. The taste wasn't ... fantastic either. Definitely not a fan. Shirako: cod sperm sac. This had an interesting taste to it .. it was very creamy and milky. It was not necessarily bad but I think it is an acquired taste. We also tried some usual items like chutoro, salmon, and tamago. Pretty decent/average. Overall, not a bad price. Every item has a different price depending on the color of plate they are on. I think it's a decent place to try different things and experience new things. Not sure if I'd come back though as nothing was particularly mind blowing.

Hanamaru is located in Sapporo Station, in the JR Stellar Place tower on the 6th floor, just outside of Daimaru entrance. This is by far, the most busy restaurant in the mall, with consistently tons of people waiting outside, and more probably wandering around. We had came here after our quick trip to Otaru, on a Monday evening. When we had "registered" for a number, we were probably over 50 numbers out from what they were calling. Holy crap ! My feet were in pain (walking too much and i had issues with my shoes) but luckily got some seats outside the restaurant after a bit. They go through the numbers pretty "quickly". Calling almost 2 numbers at a time. Still had to wait quite a bit of time but not "too bad" i guess. We were sat down in a booth to the left of the conveyor belt circle. You can self serve and made some hot green tea at the table. Aside from the "normal", Hanamaru also serves quite the "unique" items that we've never had/seen in before in our local sushi places, even the high end ones. They also have juice boxes circling around on the belt as well, which is kind of funny. The normal was tamago, sake (salmon), amaebi (sweet shrimp), chutoro. The "unique" was cod sperm sac, sea squirt, and salmon roe sac. FYI - wasabi is already in the sushi. Tamago was fairly decent. Nice and sweet. Amaebi was normal. Can't say much about it. Chutoro was night and day compared to one my friend had tried in Otaru. This was much better ! Salmon roe sac was interesting. Despite the "size", it was much less salty than "normal" ikura. I was a bit scared at first because a YouTube video showing something similar was quite potent in taste. Overall, was quite mild. Now the not so pleasant.... Sea squirt ... so this was weird... it had a very weird texture and flavor.. Now im a bit thankful my bestie and I didn't try this in Korea 3 years ago because majority of it would be "wasted" Cod sperm sac.... Not only does it look weird... oh my god it tastes weird.. only thing i can say is... "CREAMY"..... Being foreigners, obviously we didn't know what we SHOULD be eating there but we made it as a chance to try things we don't have. During the course of the dinner, the chef's in the middle makes noise and commotion before having "specials" put out. You raise your hand signaling you want it. It was a bit weird cuz you can tell they are looking AT YOU and seeing if you are interested. XD One of the items being chutoro. I think eventually, if you wait long enough, everything on the menu will show up one way or another. I felt bad sitting there and the sea squirt and the ... other... thing.. kind of killed it for me. Lol Price is fairly decent over all. Definitely a higher quality conveyor belt sushi place.

I've eaten at Nemuro Hanamaru every time I visit Sapporo. It was always busy but the 5 hour wait yesterday was ridiculous! Must be because of the Sapporo Snow Festival. All the older chefs were gone! The chefs are very young these days. The cut of the fish was also different from before. The trick to get good and fresh sushi is to order from the chefs.

Wow this was on my list of places to go and apparently it was on a whole lot of other peoples lists too! Decided to check this place out for an early dinner so we got her before 5 and there was already a long line waiting. Before you sit down to wait, you must go to the little computer reception thingie do you put in your info. How many people in your party. Where you would like to sit. How would you like to be called (phone or just wait in line?). We opted to wait in line because I was not gonna miss out on bad phone service and not getting that phone call. Plus would they really call a Hawai'i number!??! The machine spits out a ticket with your number. You then go and have a seat in the line of stools (or you can stand and pace like other people who are fidgety....like me) and wait for someone to call your number. It's good tho because the ticket thing has English so you are able to put in your information correctly. Plus when they call your number, they come out with a number board that shows you the number so you don't have to figure out what your number is in Japanese. The atmosphere here is great! The guys making the sushi in the middle are super energetic and it's just so loud and fun! It took about 20 minutes for our number to be called. You sit down, wipe your hands with the wet towel, make yourself some green tea and get to checking out the sushi on the conveyor belt! Now this is the part where you either need to know your sushi or need to know your Japanese. Some sushi's have little signs that say what the sushi is but some don't. I love ahi (maguro) and luckily I could read that in Japanese so I knew what to grab. Plus it's pretty easy to spock out that nice cut of tuna over rice. I choose maguro sushi (seared and raw versions), sweet potato which was glazed with a sweet sauce, and tsukemono (pickled cabbage and cucumbers). Everything was sooooooo good. The ahi was melt in your mouth fresh, the sweet potato was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the tsukemono was delicious. You definitely need to stop by here if you're around the sapporo station. It took a while to find because the shopping area is ginormous but I'm so glad we found it. It's in the sapporo stellar place on I believe the 6th floor. It's at one end of the food levels with a ton of stools in front. Plus if you see a bunch of people waiting, you're probably in the right place. Check it out!!

As those said before me, this is some TOP quality conveyor belt sushi. It has that hokkaido freshness! The sushi is so good! My favorites were the seared salmon with miso as well as the eel roll with cream cheese. But you can't go wrong with anything and there is an english menu which also includes recommendations. Now about the wait: I arrived here around dinner time (6:30pm) on Sunday. I got number 410 and they were on 315- about 100 parties in front of me. Oh boy here we go. I believe i waited about 2 hours. At one point, I decided just to walk around the mall because you get a ticket so you don't have to physically wait there. However, i loved the sushi so much i actually returned the next morning at 10:30am before it opened! They were already on ticket 31, but i was seated within 10 minutes of it opening so that was nice. I got the same sushi chef too!

For what it is, a conveyor belt sushi restaurant in a shopping mall, Nemuro Hanamaru is pretty good! The basics, maguro sushi, inari, karaage, tamago, and ikura to name a few, rotate on a conveyor belt. You can also order sushi from an English menu by writing the quantity and menu number on an order form. The sushi rice was done well and the fish was decent. I especially enjoyed the non-fish sushi, wasabi leaf, natto, and ume shiso. Each table has a hot water spigot and a tin of matcha. Sugoi (great)! Service was very friendly and helpful. Lines are apparently long during rush hours but we got in within 30 minutes at 4pm. Prices are outstanding for what you get. We ate 22 plates of sushi and our bill only came out to ¥5500 ($50)! A superb place to get decent quality sushi!

Pretty much overhyped by food vloggers who know how to Vlog but don't know what good food tastes like. Major disappointment to me. Had pretty high expectations. You get a good price for sushi here. I ate a lot of sushi including: Toro roll (dry and lousy) natto roll (dry) Crab miso (horrible with no flavor) Scallop Miso (lousy) Fried Chicken (not bad) 16 oz of Sapporo Beer (very good) An 8 oz bottle of cold sake Crab meat cooked (not great) Two orders of Uni (Uni is better in California) And probably another 18-24 pieces of sushi Ikura (pretty decent here) I ordered most of the above and didn't care to take what was "conveyoring" around which mostly didn't look too appealing. Cost? Only $70 I could barely walk leaving the place as I was stuffed. Hey just because I didn't like it didn't mean I wasn't gonna eat right? The key is that I wouldn't come here again if I were hungry. How long was the wait for me? About an hour. Checked in at 5:30 and was eating by 6:30. But all that said, nothing tasted memorably special. For the wait, it's not worth it. For the price? If you're cheap and wanna save money, it's a good deal. With Many of the pieces of sushi, the rice fell apart as I picked it up. Once piece of fish had a bone in it (only inexperienced sushi chefs who haven't mastered their knives would make such a blunder). And most important, no love. I didn't taste it in the food and didn't really even see it in the service. I saw a bunch of college aged kids hacking up fish and making sushi as if they were serving a bunch of young bachelors in a dorm room. So, where in Sapporo can I eat top quality sushi? Cause I was disappointed with this place.

One last opportunity to get sushi before flying out and it didn't disappoint! Although a bit more expensive (which is expected), the quality was on point. We ordered through a tablet and the nigiri came out within 10 minutes. Everything was fresh and the rice was a good, chewy consistency. There's a self-serve hot/cold green tea on the side.

Our first night at Sapporo. Kids was really excited to learn that there is a revolving sushi there. Although, it sure beats the revolving sushi we have in the US, I don't really see why people would line up 2 hours for their sushi. It was fresh, good pricing, and alot of options but after trying a few other revolving sushi in Sapporo, this can't really compare to the others we have tried. It's located in the JR Tower, and there is parking but it does get confusing getting there. The rice of the nigiri kept falling apart, I thought that I wouldn't expect that coming from a Japanese restaurant in Japan. I wouldn't wait two hours for their food, we had to come back night two because night one they said over 3 hours if we really want to dine there. I found that some of their staffs were a little rude, maybe because of the language barrier?

Get here early since this place is famous for their kaiten sushi. I had to get here 30 min before opening and was the 30th number but still couldn't get into the first round of people to be seated. You have to find your way to their one computer to get a number. Couldn't figure out how to change it to English, but we followed what the other people pressed to get a number. If you want to be seated earlier, they do offer the option to sit at the sushi bar where you get a menu in English and Japanese to order from. Since I was hungry, I opted for the sushi bar to eat earlier. I loved their otoro for 400 yen for two pieces as well as their seared fluke which was very tender with a nice savory marinade. The scallop sushi was also huge as well. They also had interesting fish such as the icefish which looked like little worms. They also offer soups such as soba with tempura shrimp as well as a crab miso soup. What's nice is that on the menu they do tell you what the top 6 popular dishes are so you can order it rather than wait for it on the conveyor belt.

Located at the end of a busy shopping mall at Sapporo Station. Average wait time is about 90 min depending on the time of day. You can get your number ticket and come back when it's time. If U have a Japanese phone number they will even call you. As for food quality don't expect the world's best sushi. It's just sushi that delivers the best bang for the buck. It's conveyer type sushi so you do have to wait till chef makes the sushi you wanted. You can have a filling meal for 2 at about 30 to 40 dollars. I thought the Macha tea system here was awesome. Oh very English friendly.

We were at JR Tower and decided to give this place a try since we had heard conveyor sushi in Japan is way better than US and wanted to give it a shot. There are a lot of rave reviews online for this restaurant, and the people in line seemed to confirm that it was a pretty good place. I was hoping I'd be impressed, but really, this place is not worth the wait. Yes, it's better than conveyor sushi places stateside, but you can have way better sushi elsewhere in Japan. I just don't understand the hype. Sushi was not bad, but it wasn't great. I guess with limited time in Japan and wanting to experience different meals, I felt like it was a waste of time (and a meal) that we stopped by here. Having said that, the price is affordable, and it is interesting to see how this restaurant runs (such as green tea powder and hot water at every seat). Also the sushi chefs were very nice and friendly to foreigners, making a lot of requested items on the spot so it was fresh.

Have been here 3 times and it is one of my favorite sushi places of all time. Generally the wait time ranges from an hour and a half to two hours and half depending on if it's dinner or lunch. But I think this place is one of the few that I would actually wait because 1)there are so much to do in the 2 malls connecting to the JR tower 2)sushi here is actually really good. There is a machine in the front to get a ticket. After finally getting a spot, you would be seated at the belt or table. I always asked for the menu that looks like a giant table where it contains all the dishes and the number that you can order directly from the chef. I always always get 2 of the fluke fin and it tasted like melted butter. I would also get their seasonal fish and anything you like to eat at a sushi restaurant. Surprisingly I never saw hamachi on the menu but the selection is good enough for me. Would definitely come back if I'm in Sapporo.

This restaurant wins the spot of best sushi experience I have ever had in my life. A friend and I came to Hokkaido for four days and we ended up at this restaurant three times. The one caveat is you better have a lot of time because unless you go an hour before it opens, you'll have a two hour wait ahead of you. When you arrive, you need to check in with the electronic desk at the front so you can enter the queue. At that point, you should have an idea of how long you'll be waiting and can either go explore the mall or join the long line of people also waiting to be seated. Don't worry though - the wait is worth it. Once you sit down, you'll be given a menu (they have English menus for their foreign customers!), but feel free to eat exclusively off the conveyor belt - with how busy they are, the turnover is incredible so everything on the belt is super fresh. Sometimes, the chefs will make something special, but you have to be quick if you want to try them! They'll announce it to the restaurant and you have to be able to get their attention before they run out of plates! If you're a frequent sushi-goer and you have a favorite kind, but can't find it on the menu, don't worry. The staff are really responsive and there's a strong chance they'll be able to get you what you're looking for. Some of my favorites are the imomochi and the fatty salmon. For real - that salmon will make the planets align and teach you what love is. Definitely stop by here if you're in Sapporo!!

So yummy and CHEAP!!!! High quality sushi. Usually a line outside, be sure to create a ticket from the machine to hold your place in line. Quick turnover. Crab or scallop miso soup is super yummy! Fave is the toro nigiri! Definitely worth waiting in line for! Rookie move by us -- the green powder in the ceramic bowl is matcha green tea powder -- NOT wasabi. We added it to our shoyu thinking it was wasabi until we tasted it lol. If you can't ready Japanese the little slip of paper in front is how you order if you want something you don't see on the conveyer belt. First box you write the corresponding # to the item you want, second box say how many orders you want, third box...circle the first word for wasabi on your sushi OR circle the second word for NO wasabi.

Great Fish. Long Wait. Plan ahead to make your life easier! This place has some amazing quality sushi, especially for conveyor belt sushi. There are likely many sushi restaurants with lower waits in the area, but this is the most central being right in one of the towers at Sapporo Station. The range of available fish is quite comprehensive, but I wouldn't say they had any plates that were particularly unique. For english speakers, they have a very easy to work with menu with numbers, allowing you to order just using the #. Pro Waiting Tip - You need to get into the queue at their special ticket machine and select "first seating available". Ask for help if you're not sure what button that is. Depending on what time you go in the day, your wait can be anything between 1 hour to 2.5 hours. Go early enough with the expectation that after you get your number you can go spend your time shopping. If you come back after your number has been called, they are really nice and will give you the next seat available (they aren't picky about you being there exactly when you get called)

It's totally not worthy for waiting 2 hours for a table. It was really busy night there. The staff sent the wrong food for more than three times. It's frustrating due to the barriers of languages. Plus, as I tried to put the sushi in my mouth the rice just felled apart. I cannot believe it happened in Japan, the kingdom of sushi. Moreover, the chef's(板前長）clothes was really dirty. As the sushi chef, you should care about your clothes!

waited for 1.5 hours... I had hanamaru in Tokyo Station before so this is like going to the original one. I would say that hanamaru is definitely one of the premium kaitenzushi out there! it is worth every $$ spent although some of the dishes were a miss.

I have been to several revolving sushi bars, and most of them are just okay. Nemuro Hanamaru really takes it to the next level. The sushi here is still behind some of the more casual sushi restaurants like Umegaoka Sushi no Midori in Shibuya. However, this is the best revolving sushi bar I have visited so far. We were strolling around the restaurant level at Stellar Place, and the long line of people attracted our attention. The wait was about 40 minutes or so, which wasn't too bad considering the long line. Even though I was impressed by the quality, the one downside was limited selection on the conveyor belt. It seemed the chefs kept making the same few items. On the plus side, we ordered additional sushi on the side not seen on the belt.

There will a line, long or short, it's worth it! Well, if you're on a rush, then maybe not. First you get a number at the ticket machine in front of the shop. The questions are all in Japanese, I'm guessing it asked 1. how many people 2. if you want to sit at the table / counter / don't care 3. if you want to be called on your phone when it's your turn. (Writing this review based on memory, I could be wrong) We waited for almost an hour, but it didn't felt that long of a wait. There are some stools outside to sit and wait. I think there are some people came after their number has passed and the restaurant still seats them. The sushi's are delicious and fresh! You can obviously grab those on the conveyor belt, and you can order off the menu too. Just fill in the little paper on your table and hand it to the sushi chef / staff. There's also english menu if you request it. We stuffed our face, and our bill came out to be 40 USD. Totally will go back!

Wow!!!!! So fresh and pure taste. Everything was great the Amaebe was so sweet and large. The ootoro was deliciously oily . The uni was so sweet. And the scallops is a must try very flavorful .Every dish was so tasteful

My last and final visit before I leave Sapporo. I had to Google and use TripAdvisor (http://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-g298560-d1176571-Reviews-Nemuro_Hanamaru_JR_Tower_Stellar_Place-Sapporo_Hokkaido.html) to find a sushi restaurant that was worth going to. I spotted this place because it had a large amount of reviews and there were plenty of pictures. Also, I didn't have to worry about ordering since the sushi was on a conveyor belt. We arrived at JR station around 11 and walked our way to the 6th floor. While wondering around trying to find the restaurant, we saw a huge group of people gathering outside. Bingo!, it was Hanamaru. Already packed with the first round of sushi lovers. Wait time was about 20-30 mins during the time i arrived. Food was excellent for the price. 24 plates for $63 usd. Check out my photos, i think they speak more than words. As fresh as you can get, and price is awesome!

An above average sushi boat restaurant. Expect long lines since lots of tourists go to this place. Nothing really wow me to write about. A typical sushi boat restaurant. There are more choices if you have time to look around. I was tired and didn't want to think about what to eat so I settled here and see what's the raves about. Definitely a very economic joint for sushi. I was starving and ate a lot and the price came to about $43 USD for two. There's no way you can pay $20 bucks a person for these kind of sushi in the states even though quality is only average, they do have varieties that you don't typically find in the states.

The second best dinner I have in Hokkaido, the best sushi you can eat at this price. Lots of people take large baggage and wait in the line. We arrived it at 2pm and wait 20minutes to get in. Everything is quite good, especially the big botan shrimp and eel. The only fault is sushi are a little salty that we drink water a lot in the afternoon.

This sushi restaurant has the long waiting line every time. However, it was not really as delicious as I'd expected.

I know this review may be a few months late since I went to Hokkaido in June of 2014, but I'm glad I was able to find the Yelp page for this restaurant. As Eric mentioned in his review, I was using TripAdvisor to find a sushi restaurant near to my hotel in Sapporo. Throughout the entire tour, I had eaten sushi at ONE place in Otaru, so I was craving some. I had found this restaurant through TA and saw it was rated very high, so I convinced my mom and the tour coordinator to come with me. We actually found to without any problem in Stellar Place (a shopping complex connected to the hotel we were at). There was a 15-20 minute wait. We were seated pretty quickly in a booth near the back of the restaurant. The restaurant has all the sushi on a rotating belt with different colored plates for different prices (similar to Genki and Sushi Bay). There is a menu in English and you can order rolls off of it along with a few other items. Service was awesome! The chefs behind the belt were enthusiastic and friendly. They tried to converse with us in broken English. Tea was readily available with a spigot of hot water at every table with green tea powder close by. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the Sapporo area. Awesome experience!

I used to be skeptical of conveyor belt sushi restaurants, but this restaurant definitely changed my mind! They use fresh rice and toss out sushi that has been sitting on the conveyor belt for too long, which guarantees that the food is going to be fresh. We ordered 15 dishes and the bill came out to USD$36! Our order included toro, uni, and salmon roe. We were so surprised when the check came out. The sushi is definitely fresh and very affordable. By the way, the green powder at the counter is actually matcha powder and you make your own tea. There is no wasabi as it's already included in all the dishes. We didn't know and added soy sauce to the matcha powder!

This place was great. Initially had a hard time finding it but it's on the sixth floor of the Sapporo Stellar Place building. The sushi was great and many of the specialty plates were amazing, including the king crab.

A popular sushi chain restaurant located at the next to Tokeidai. Although this chain surves sushi by conveyor belt style generally, this shop surves doesn't. But, the price is almost same with other, so you can have sushi in a more luxury atmosphere. Btw, its taste is quite nice :) However, you would wait to be surved sometime at dinner time as they have few waiter.
