I really like the coffee, I go out of my way to come here when I do have closer options. The cashier misheard my order, it happens, I didn’t receive my receipt or hear my total assuming she heard my order. I ended up getting an extra drink I changed my mind on, and who I assume is the manager, informed me that it was already made so I was out of luck. So get your receipt and triple check it before you pay, not awesome business practices and not the cashier’s fault either, she was sweet it was just an *expensive* misunderstanding. Do better management
