The Fountain of Neptune (Fontana del Nettuno) in Piazza Navona, in Rome, its a combination of art, culture and history. The sculpture of Neptune fighting a sea monster, surrounded by playful sea nymphs and creatures, is so dynamic and full of movement. The details of the sculpture are so realistic and perfect made that it almost looks like the scene could come to life at any moment. The sculptures, the fountains, balances the grandeur of Piazza Navona and adds to the beauty of this place and to the city. In my opinion Rome is a walking museum. A combination of art, culture and history. The perfect place for photography. This fountain along with the many others around rome are amazing beautiful. Definitely worth stopping by while exploring the square.
