I had the best experience at the Nespresso store in Fashion Square, all thanks to Denise. She is genuinely fantastic at what she does. She’s super knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and made the whole process so easy and fun. She took the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. One thing I appreciated the most was her honesty. She didn’t just try to sell me the most expensive option — she told me what would actually work best for me, even if it meant recommending something simpler or cheaper. That kind of honesty is rare, and it made me trust her instantly. You can tell she really cares about the people she helps and loves what she does. Her energy alone makes you excited to buy coffee. If you go to the Fashion Square Nespresso store, ask for Denise — she’s seriously the best. I left feeling confident in my choice and way more educated about espresso than when I walked in.

I am a senior and long time Nespresso user. I went into Nespresso at Fashion Square twice this week. I was trying to decide if I should switch from original to vertuo. Day one I had Kayla J.who took the time to listen to what my concerns were and spent time helping me decide what she thought would be the best option for me. She was WONDERFUL! I came back the next day to buy the machine she had recommended and was lucky enough to get Mary who price matched my machine and was also delightful! I love my new machine and it has addressed the issues I was having. Kudos to Kayla and Mary who are rock stars!

I walked into the Scottsdale store intending to pick my first machine off a shelf, grab some pods, and checkout. What I experienced was so much more! From the moment I entered the store, Maria walked up with a smile and the sweetest welcome. She gave me a tour of the machines and guided me on making my first Nespresso coffee. She even had milk and ice at the ready because she remembered how I said I prefer my coffee. I had the Maple Pecan; it was delicious! The entire experience was very personable: she offered guidance based on what I was looking for and I never once felt pressured to make a certain choice or spend a certain amount of money. Maria, thanks for making this newbie feel welcome! I appreciate you!

I had such a great experience at the Nespresso store in Scottsdale Fashion Square, thanks to Hannah. She went above and beyond to make my visit feel warm and personal. I was hesitant to try the ginseng flavor since it’s often too bitter for me, but Hannah kindly encouraged me to give it a taste, reassuring me that I didn’t need to finish the whole mug — especially since I had just sampled their PSL flavor. I really appreciated her thoughtful approach. What stood out the most was how attentive she was and how welcomed she made me feel. In the past, my visits to Nespresso felt like a quick “stop and go,” but Hannah encouraged me to relax, enjoy the space, and take my time. She even shared her own favorite flavors and explained the differences between blends, adding a personal touch that made the experience so much more enjoyable. Thanks to Hannah, I left not only with new flavors to try but also with a much greater appreciation for the boutique itself. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality in a retail setting, and she absolutely made my day.

My partner (Asian) loves their pods but I (black male) will never step foot in this store again. These folks do not like black people and prejudge the moment you step in. I came from the gym (did not stink at all tho!) and was stopping by to grab my dude some pods. They allowed 3 people who came in after me to be served before my partner noticed and we left. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Do better.

I’ve been to this location several times and it’s always been fine enough but yesterday I went and Denise (who’s name tag said in training) was the absolute best. She made yesterday’s visit the best I’ve ever had. She was so knowledgeable, helpful and sooo patient! She had the kindest, friendliest demeanor and I felt like she truly cared about my experience. She went out of her way to have me taste test one I was curious about which ultimately led me to purchase said flavor. I made sure to compliment her and thank her as she truly deserved it!

I am a fan of Nespresso coffee... but most of the employees are definitely "snooty". As a black man, I'm used to being judged by my look. But, I am also used to once people sense my personality and that I'm harmless, they usually treat me better. I appreciate workers TRYING not to be judgemental... It's pretty routine for Nespresso employees to make you feel unwelcome. I was just there today....the woman greeting at the entrance was EXCELLENT. The cashier was EXCELLENT. But the woman in the middle didn't make us feel very welcome. My partner, who is Hispanic, told me that he caught this employee saying to someone else that we weren't going to buy anything. I am the one who pushed him to visit because we needed Nespresso pods and haven't bought any for a while because they are hard to find I try to go about my life expecting to be judged this way as a black man... but I make more than $100K as a flight attendant. This isn't my first time at this location and feeling unwelcome. This is Scottsdale and Biltmore Phoenix, in general. Pretty. But, unkind. I want to be MYSELF. I am not disrespectful to anyone. I am not rude or loud or unkind. I hate that I never feel welcome here by the employees. My partner and I are super silly with each other. We know how to make each other laugh, but it's never disrespectful to anyone around us. I tell myself "I'm just here for the coffee." Nespresso coffee is EXCELLENT. Please stop judging your non-white customers. Your greeter and cashier were great. The cashier who rang us up was amazing! The woman in the middle of the store made me feel like she wanted me and my Latino partner to go. This isn't the first time this has happened at Nespresso Scottsdale Fashion Square.

Great coffee Great atmosphere Phenomenal service We stopped in the Nespresso Boutique on our visit to Arizona. Located inside the mall, this place is amazing. Denise took excellent care of my wife and I, she walked us through how to use the Nespresso machines and let us make our own cup coffee in store. We did purchase the Nespresso Vertuo machine. We had an awesome experience at the Nespresso Boutique, stop by and check it out. Enjoy.

A friend introduced me to this place while we were walking around Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. I have never been a fan of Kering coffee and prefer my regular coffee brewed or pour over. But she turned me onto this place after I sampled a cup in their store. I love that they offer free smaples. Nespresso machines brew espresso and coffee from coffee capsules of ground coffee beans. I was amazed by the quality of the coffee in my cup. All Nespresso coffee is roasted, ground and encapsulated in Switzerland. The capsules and machines are sold worldwide. You can order them online or in this store. Nepresso Boutique sells both machines and capsules for both the original and "VertuoLine" pods. The "VertuoLine" capsules were created for North Americans who wanted a larger serving of coffee. Nepresso Boutique at Scottsdale Fashion Square recently closed and reopened to a new location within the mall.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were able to check in to be helped. While we waited we were able to go to the coffee counter and make a cup of coffee. We had the choice of multiple Nespresso pods and could choose which machine we wanted to try. They even had glass mugs to use with milk and sugar to elevate the experience. If you wanted to go the tasting counter, one of the employees would run you through the different coffee selections to taste. We were helped quickly, even on a Saturday. If you don't want a wait, I recommend going Monday through Friday. This is a new store front, and they did a great job with the redesign. Great interior and very inviting! So much to look at.

I've been to the store many times and I feel the service is always only OK, but Maria was totally amazing answered all my questions and helped me. I recently bought a Nespresso machine and visited the nespresso store to see what pods I should buy. Denise immediately came over and asked what we were looking for. As a novice coffee drinker, going to places like this can be intimidating. Denise made me feel very comfortable and went into a lot of detail to explain the process of how Nespresso sources their beans, roasts their beans, and how they develop their product. She was a delight to work with and I look forward to learning from her again next time I'm at the store!

I live so close to the mall that it's dangerous, but I love stopping in and buying my nespresso pods in person! It gives me the opportunity to try all the fun, new flavors (and get a lil cup of free coffee). Everyone is always super nice and they even started 3D printing on your lattes which is insane! Only downside is that now you have to drink your coffee in the shop, rather than taking it to go.

I haven't been into the store for a while and was happy with everything that was going on. Garrett greeted me and helped with navigating the store and process to purchase capsules. Kayla and Amy greeted me with a tasting and explaining to me what the new coffees were. The ambiance that I had when enjoying my tasting was great. I was glad with the sleeve purchase that I did.

It is nice to have a Nespresso store nearby rather than ordering online, but finding a time when you can get in and out of this store without a long wait is difficult. When Nespresso was out of Sur La Tab they had the coffee pods right in front of customers. Now after standing in a long line they take your order and then go to the back room to get the pods. It just takes longer and makes the line go slower. They also used to offer customers a taste of coffee so you could try a new flavor. They seem to do this for a select few customers, but they aren't too friendly about it. I'm not sure why the service had to change now that they have their own store, but it was much better before. I will order online unless I am in a crunch for coffee.

I visited this weekend for some supplies. Talked to a cashier, told them what I needed, and was told they'll grab it from them back. I waited, and waited, tried a coffee, waited some more...I checked back in with the cashier. There were 3 people ahead of me? So there's a virtual line -- that no one tells you about -- that usurps in-person customers. I don't mind waiting, but I had no idea there was an electronic que to get in. It would've been nice to be told because I wouldn't have gotten so pissed especially since you cannot do anything for yourself in the store. I had walked up to a cashier with no one standing in front of me to place an order; I thought it would be fast! Totally wrong. The lesson? The store is trying to be an "experience". IMO, it's not a cafe, it's a store. It's not an apple store where you're dropping $$$$$ and check out takes time, it's coffee. Your daily joe. The ambiance was one part coffee snob, two parts teens getting free coffee and clogging up the store, and three parts pretentious tech store. I'll never visit it again.

Me and my mom went to visit the Boutique to buy espresso pods , and unfortunately it did not go well the man who helped us was very unwelcoming, seemed very bothered for me not knowing what I wanted . The worst part was an un wanted comment when it came to purchasing my mom had offered to use a gift card that she had received and had more then enough to cover the cost and the man told me to " make sure I had enough money " . Felt very targeted and extremely uncomfortable I will not be returning and would rather buy them online . As I can see by these comments as well the same man has been unwelcoming to many customers and should be evaluated.

There was a weird guy in the front who kept rolling his r's only in the word nesprrrrresso. That would have been fine but we asked if the machines were more like traditional espresso makers (high pressure) or if it worked in another way. He acted like we didn't know what we were talking about and his attitude was very unpleasant and weirdly pretentious. The guy at the cashier/bar was cool though.

PSA to check your bag before you leave. They're nice & I love the vertuo varieties. But I literally pointed at the pods I wanted in the new machine variety pack & when I got home I had a sleeve of something I've never heard of. I looked at the welcome box and it wasn't even one of the types in there lol. I was really looking forward to waking up this morning to have one of them too lol

Based solely on the structure/process of the store! Staff is great, always stocked with good stuff. But this new process of checking in and wandering makes no sense. We've been coming for a long time, and used to grab our sleeves on the way to the line and were in and out in 5 minutes. Now, you check in and wander aimlessly until someone calls your name. It somehow adds about 15 minutes each time and makes the store more crowded and uncomfortable to be in. It seemed like the process wasn't broke (I had zero complaints before now, it used to be so efficient), but they "fixed" it anyways. As a regular customer, I suggest returning to the old structure!

it's easier to order coffee online. The manager was managing a "virtual queue" which meant creating a list on a tablet. Maybe there weren't enough people working or maybe it's to build prestige. I didnt want to wait 20+ minutes just to buy coffee. she probably ly could have helped a few of us in the time it took to enter our info on her tablet. My recommendation - just order online.

Customer Service peeps were nice but again alot going on in here. I honestly would just order online and skip the drive and all the chaos! I do love the fact that you can call in your order and prepay. Well thats the better way if you must come inside. They will deliever to you and Quickly through Amazon. I know I know you either hate them or love them. Me well I embrace them since they are not my enemy yet. So I just say this to say. They will overnight your coffee to you! Yay. I do love the coffee. It is maginicant!

It's too bad we don't have one in Hawaii. This boutique was awesome. Loved the modern and sleek feel of the place. Many different type of machines were available as well as accessories. All types of coffee pods available as well as seasonal flavors. They have a tasting bar as well. Service impeccable and staff very knowledgeable. You step up to the order stand and receive one on one personal service! Questions? They have the answers and great recommendations. After my purchase I was given samples of coffee pods and you have a choice of how you'd like to recycle the empty's. You may return it to the store or UPS. They provide you with bags to return them. Definitely will return!

Such a great first ever experience at a Nespresso Store! This store was busy even after arriving 10 mins after it opened. I loved that we were offered to try a Pumpkin Spice Cake Vertuo pod. The lady doing the tasting was super friendly and helpful. Now, the person who I ordered my pods from left a lot to be desired. She wasn't the friendliest and didn't get my pod order right the first time. I had to correct her multiple times with the spelling of my email (my phone number had been entered wrong when I purchased my machine over the phone late last year) and she said I ordered pods that I didn't. Luckily she read back to me what I wanted, so I was able to ensure my order was correct. I like paying a little less than CA tax while here in AZ, so I will be back if I am ever in the area.

I am a huge coffee drinker and during covid lockdown I gave up my Keurig machine and switched to a French Press, which I loved then one day I knocked it off the counter and didn't survive and with having to return to the office to work I found myself going to Starbucks every morning. Well during the holidays my son gifted me a Nespresso Vertuo machine and I absolutely love it! I had a few coffees with the machine, so I had to find where to get more and saw there was a boutique at Scottsdale Fashion Center. Although you have to buy the pods directly from Nespresso, they really aren't bad at price. Sure, some of the collection pods are a bit more, but for a sleeve of 10 expresso shots it comes out to 10 bucks, that's a buck per coffee, I am not mad at that. I went to Nespresso website and placed my order for pick up at the store. The order was completed within a few hours and with store pick up I didn't have to worry about shipping cost. Loved the easy pick up of my order at the boutique. The staff was friendly and helpful. The next time I will have to spend more time and check out everything they have in the store. Truly enjoying my new coffee machine, love making my fancy cups of coffee at home.

I don't come into the store often and usually make my purchases from the app, but I wanted a new machine. This is the second time I've been helped by Andrew! He's really awesome! Didn't make me feel rushed even though the store was busy. Helped us pick out his recommended coffees and made sure we were taking advantage of the latest deals. I was super happy with my purchases, but enjoyed my time in the store! Customer service is a dying art, so it was refreshing to have Andrew help us out. I enjoyed the shopping experience enough to start going to the store more often.... as long as Andrew is working. Thanks Andrew! You were right, the Costa Rican is very good

Terrible customer service. I've been a Nespresso customer for 4 years and we love the coffee and usually order the pods online. We saw the Nespresso boutique at the mall and decided to go in to purchase some holiday pods. Madison was snappy, rude, and didn't even tell me about all of the holiday options. I asked her specially for new holiday flavors and she told me 3 of them. She didn't offer a sample and seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. There were no other customers in the store and it wasn't busy at all. After I bought 3 sleeves, I saw on another sign that they had more flavors of holiday coffees and am super upset that she didn't even mention them. I could have found more information by myself online, what a waste of a "boutique". Pretty sad that the only Nespresso in Arizona has such crappy customer service and is driving business away by their subpar employees.

Visited this store for the first time on a Saturday morning, it was busy, however, the line moved fairly quickly. I was apprehensive about the time a sales rep would have for me given the continued line build up and I had a number of questions. I was fortunate to be greeted by Naledi, a patient, friendly and very knowledgeable sales rep who showed me the many machine options and the wide variety of coffee pods. I was very pleased with my purchase experience, my only disappointment was that they were out of Kona Coffee pods. As I live over two hours north of Phoenix, Naledi made sure I knew how to order Kona pods online and have shipped to my home. Should you visit this store I hope you have the opportunity to be greeted and served by Naledi.

This store is staffed with the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. I ordered online and paid an extra $5 for same day and they delivered 1 sleeve instead of 10. Didn't even read the order. Now they won't come back with the remainder. They did charge me $85 though, NO problem. WTH is wrong with this Scottsdale Location. They walk around like Zombies.

I mostly buy the coffee online these days, but I stopped by to drop off my old pods for recycling and to pick up new bags. It was no problem and didn't take long. They're limiting the number of people in the store, so there's a line out front. When you get to the front of that line, there is a person who asks you what you're looking for and provides assistance if you've got questions that can be answered outside the store (certain coffee types and their profiles, costs... what you'd like to order, etc) it seems pretty efficient, although it seems like you may take awhile to get to the front of the line if the people in front of you have a lot of questions. For me, there was a bin out front of the store and I could have just dropped my full recycle bag without waiting in line... unless I needed to purchase coffee or a new machine.

I've been back several times, now that my back is better. Staff is pleasant towards me and so are the people you stand in line with. Lol They will write your order at door and pass it along to staff for efficiency, and overall the flow is pretty good. The line moves quickly. I continue to return. I have been in this store 3 times and EACH time all the employees I have interacted with ALL have such an attitude. The first time, I just chalked it up as maybe she was having a bad day. But now I see it's a whole vibe in the place. They don't want to help you, which I find so odd since that's what they are there for. This last time, I did not even receive my sample pods. My suggestion is to just order online to avoid the the non existent customer service!!
