I'll touch upon few points, trying to keep it short but with enough substance in the content.
Food (5 stars): we've enjoyed a very good 5 course menu for dinner, while slightly undecided on panna cotta "rating".
Drinks (3 stars): let's talk wine: we've asked to go with the wine pairing proposed by the restaurant. The wines were from Piemonte (Italia), but were slightly below my mark, knowing how good Piemonte wines can be. I believe the choice can be better, the sommelier needs to work a bit more on this. Let's now talk Negroni: which was relatively good, but I felt that there were not 3 proper, equal measures, or the gin used was too aromatic. I couldn't really spot what pushed it a bit away from perfection. Last but not least, the espresso was probably not made from high quality beans, as I have totally missed the crema and the pleasant finish of the aftertaste. Could have been that the beans were of dark roast, sometimes done to hide the beans quality.
Service (3 stars): the actual meaning of the 3 stars here is because I have not really decided which way to go, on the rating scale, but there are few comments I would like to make, especially considering the expectation level of such a restaurant. First, I've missed the stuzzichini with the Negroni. Second, I've got served red wine in a glass for white wine, just before the main course. Not sure why was that. Third, as we were 4 people at the table not far from a wall, and due to the position of the table, the waiter did not have enough space to take away dishes from one of us, so he had to always disturb someone else. I know these are details, but when it comes to Horeca business, the service is always about these little details.
Atmosphere (4 stars): was a pleasant atmosphere, nothing to really complain about, but I would have probably taken away one table to allow a bit more space in the establishment, even if I understand that would have an impact on the revenue. (see my last comment related to the service).
Price: I won't put a star rating on this for obvious reasons, but the food was worth the price, the drinks on the other hand, were not, that includes, both, the wine as well as the espresso.
I'll end with a disclaimer, that the above review reflects only my own experience and it is purely subjective.
