When i had my medical card about 2 years ago the prices were too high and it was always an issue to get my buy 100 get 50 off so i noticed the prices now are much lower. But thats because there are other dispensaries now with competitive prices. So i went recreational. They would have to go above and beyond to get me back.

I’d like to thank Jill from NETA for her outstanding customer service. She noticed I had been waiting for a few minutes and quickly opened a register to assist me. Not only that, she took the time to answer all of my questions and even gave me some excellent recommendations. Neta has been around since medical marijuana was legalized in Massachusetts. I remember the lines being around the block just to get in their first location. This location is inside an old bank. An amazing choice to put a store. Just walking in your walking back in time with the big safe in plain view. It's super cool. Neta has always had fire products. Good deals and prices. This a store worth going to. Recommend to any medical or rec 420 partakers. Thanks NETA

I get excited about this place! Their plants helped me walk again with less pain. I was in a wheelchair for 6 months back in 2018. After using their products for a while, I was up and walking again and out of the wheelchair in a short time! For a little while I didn't need any THC, but then the pain came back forcefully and tried to put me back into a wheelchair, but then I started back to getting injections for the back pain. The steroid injections were far too painful and I remember the high quality product from 2018, so I came back to Neta after been gone 6 years. The staff are always courteous, friendly, and professional. The atmosphere is always a pleasant vibe. I never have to worry about things like, " What am I getting and if the product is going to be effective?" I've tried other products from other dispensaries but Neta means quality and by far has become my favorite dispensary. I am officially a loyal customer. {Medical Patient}

Been coming for a few months. I had an issue and some questions. Person at the register called a manager but the manager didnt know the answer to my questions about delivery or product. Kept telling me to look online and check out the website. I didnt want to return anything just wanted to give feedback about my vape but he didn't listen, just kept telling me the return policy. managers need better customer service, need to actually listen.

Felt like no one here wants to help. Wondered around figuring out what to order. Figured out what I wanted without anyone coming up to help me (mind you the place was empty and employees just talking with eachother instead of helping). Got up to the counter and Chris seemed extremely annoyed that I was even there. He rang me up with an attitude and i was very dissatisfied.

What a great place to obtain medical marijuana! The budtender who waited on my husband was so helpful and knowledgeable and prices are excellent. Thank you so much!

My favorite dispensary. They always have great deals, and very knowledgeable staff. They work with medical and recreational. Not to mention, the building was the old Brookline bank and is beautiful inside.

This place is so cool, it used to be a bank now a dispensary. It still has the layout of the bank so it is actually really really cool. They have a large selection of things, of course you can get all the normals at the a regular stuff, like pre rolls and flower, Edibles Etc. The staff is super cool I was helped by this young lady didn't get her name but she had curly hair, the first time I went I was served by this gentleman with braids both really great customer service.
