The Second Netflix House in America is Open at the Galleria | Eater Dallas

"On the second floor of the venue, the dining area serves a lineup of show-inspired snacks and entrées, from Le Steak Frites de Gabriel—a meaty nod to Emily in Paris—to Featherington French Toast topped with a blackberry compote that’s arguably more refined than the Bridgerton family, plus The Hellfire Club Sandwich as a Stranger Things–themed twist on a classic. A shareable Netflix Plot Twist pretzel is sized for four to six and comes with sharp cheese and honey mustard, joined by several themed bags of flavored popcorn, with food prices ranging from $6 to $49. Directly across from the open kitchen and dining space sits a bar marked by a neon sign reading “Now Pouring,” where cocktails pay homage to hit Netflix shows: the Spicy Little Secret margarita is crowned with a dramatic smoke bubble (a cheeky nod to The Hunting Wives), The Morticia blends spiced tomato, sherry, lemon, and a whisper of balsamic for something savory, and Dalgona’s Gamble uses honeycomb‑infused soju for a playful jolt of danger that feels like surviving the Squid Games; there are also several nonalcoholic options, plus a small selection of wine and beer." - Kat Stinson

I really wanted to love this spot because the atmosphere is honestly the best part. The vibe is fun, playful, and very on brand with the Netflix theme. It’s cute, lively, and feels like a great place to hang out or snap a few pics. That said, the food didn’t quite hit for me. I ordered the Hollywood breakfast sandwich, and unfortunately it looked way better than it tasted. There was way too much egg and not nearly enough meat, so the balance was off and it ended up feeling pretty bland and heavy. I also ordered the butter noodles from the kids menu, which surprisingly ended up being my main course because the sandwich just wasn’t doing it for me. The noodles were simple and fine, but not something I’d come back specifically for. Service was okay, nothing terrible but not especially memorable either. Overall, I’d come back for the atmosphere, but next time I’d definitely try something else on the menu. The concept is fun, I just think the food execution could use a little more attention.

Pizza was okay, friend had a burger and that was better, forgot to take a picture of the red bite green bite but they're popcorn chicken with 3 sauces and a plastic wheel to spin your chances on which sauce to try. The red one tastes like cholula hot sauce, the green one has a like a ranch and pesto taste? Idk what it was and the orange one i didnt like I think it would of been cooler if the food was visually on theme too

My friend and I shared the “TOTALLY RADICAL PEPPERONI” and it was delicious! 🍕😋

I highly recommend the onion dip - it’s huge & a good bang for your buck! We had the burger, French toast, pickle pizza, and soja soda pop. Everything was amazing & had great flavor! I loved dipping the fries in the onion dip. The pickle pizza was unique so we had to try it - I liked the chips on it for an added crunch. The soja soda pop drink tastes like banana pudding and an ice cream float had a baby. Sooo good!

This place has visual appeal. You're not going to be eating here if you're looking for value. There's QR codes at the tables and waiters on staff. No complaints but nothing really to praise about the food either. The novelty really is the surrounding environment and proximity to the other Netflix attractions.

Yelp
Hearing about Netflix House in Dallas we had to come visit when we got into town. We loved walking in and see all the 3D art from the Netflix shows. I love food so much that our first stop was definitely Netflix Bites. We had the red bite green bite. Popcorn chicken with different sauces, sign me up. All the sauces were pretty yummy but my fav was the red. I think it was a gochujang something. We then shared the totally radical pepperoni and the first thing I noticed was the pizza sauce tasted like it was homemade. I even ate the crust which I can't say that with all pizzas. We got a side of the Korean snack mix and I wish I would've have taken some of that for my trip back home. We ended with the popcorn cake and jeez that was so stinkin good. This is a place I'm coming back to when we visit family in Dallas.

Yelp
Loved the decor but it was quite busy on a Monday night so wasn't expecting too much. One of us ordered for our group with the big bartender and he did not seem to like his job. He was cold and told us they ran out of the non alcoholic drinks so we only ordered food. The food was decent. Wished they served food from the actual shows. As we're munching, we noticed some non alcoholic drinks being served to children who ordered after us. Then we asked the bartender for some water due to the salty food and her response was there are 2 self serve water fountains on either side of the bar and ran off before we could ask anything else. It wasn't too busy at the bar but there seems to be a trend amongst those working behind the bar. More food arrived and we asked the waitress if we could have some water and she happily replied yes, how many? Finally some friendly service! Camryn delivered quality customer service! Later on, we spoke with Douglas, the manager, who demonstrated accountability and open-mindedness to our experience.

Yelp
Very cool mall food court atmosphere. The food was also very good. There was a waitress that was very condescending but the manager made up for it. Overall it is a good snack after one of their events.

Yelp
I had no idea what to expect going into Netflix house, and it was so cool to see some of my favorite shows be brought to life. I went with a few friends and we ordered family style so we could try a bunch of different dishes. Ok, but can we talk about that Grilled cheese and tomato soup?! I know not the first thing that comes to mind to order but do it! The smash burger was also a hit but next time I'm not sharing. The dish that surprised me the most was the Le steak frites, you would think we were at a steak house by the quality you get. Now if I wasn't already full, our server convinced us to try the retro peanut butter pie. Mmmm. Great choice! I'm definitely bringing more friends here next time so we can eat, try more dishes and then go work off all that food in the arcade. In all, the vibe, the experiences, and the excited staff really was cool to see. I'm excited to come back.

Yelp
As my friends and I approached the brand new Netflix house we were all extremely excited to try new foods and play in the squid games room. However our experience at Netflix Bites was absolutely dreadful. The employees were rude, and everything there was of poor quality with ridiculously overpriced portion sizes. I didn't have the burger but my friend mentioned that the meat was dry, and upon inspection, it did indeed appear that way. Trying a slice of pizza was even worse . It was drenched in oil, and the flavor was practically non existent. It's a disgrace to the beautiful Italian dish it's supposed to represent. The dirty soda I purchased cost $10, and I barely got three sips out of it. And don't even get me started on the so called molten lava cake that I paid $12 for. It wasn't even a lava cake, more like a cake bite. Are we in the Soviet era now, rationing food? It's ridiculous. I will admit that the raspberry sauce was tasty, but it's a shame that it had to carry the entire dessert. The description promised a lava cake with ice cream, but what I got was the size of an Oreo. They don't even accept cash, which we all know is king. I was forced to purchase a debit card just to pay, rather than using legal tender. When the manager was called over due to issues with the debit card machine, it turned out to be broken! If I could, I would give this place a negative star review. 3 things I would do to fix the issue is 1. Fire the wannabe chef and hire someone that can cook. 2. Out adverts around showing that cash is not allowed. 3. Recoach management and employees so they don't look like headless monkeys running around everywhere.

Yelp
The food was hit and miss. Our teenaged kids had the smashburgers, and all three inhaled them in 30 seconds. The smashburgers were filling, and the fries were plentiful. My wife ordered a kids burger meal, and she was satisfied. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and was disappointed. The waffle was a light and fluffy piece of bread that was put in a waffle press. It was light and buttery with powdered sugar and maybe cinnamon. The flavor was amazing, however it was not as filling as a traditional Belgian waffle. It was paired with two wings. It didn't feel like a meal. It was more like an appetizer. The wings themselves did not taste very good. They tasted like they were fried in oil that had burnt bits at the bottom that had not been removed. Second, the breading was bland, and needed salt. I paid $24 for two wings and a piece of buttered bread with cinnamon and sugar. The gentleman at the table beside ours returned his after taking one bite. I probably should have done the same thing. The pizza looked delicious, but none of ordered it. The sodas were so warm that they melted half of the ice in the cup. Our server was great. He was attentive, and kept those warm sodas coming. He also exchanged the table beside our's meal without a complaint. The seating was a bit confusing. It felt like a food court, but you had to go to the hostess to get a table. There was also a kiosk to order, but it only allowed you to order drinks. Many people were confused. I suggest ordering the smashburgers, pizza, and anything off the kids menu. I would stay away from everything else. Make sure you ask for extra ice with your sodas or they will be warm.
