After waiting over an hour to be seated, despite multiple empty tables clearly available, we ultimately left without ever being served.
The seating process is completely broken. Staff openly acknowledged they were understaffed and overwhelmed, yet there was no attempt to communicate a realistic wait time or manage the floor efficiently. Tables remained empty while guests with confirmed reservations stood around confused.
Speaking with the manager was a waste of time. He showed zero interest in feedback or problem-solving, which reflects poorly on the overall leadership and training at this location.
For a branded experience like Netflix Bites, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. The space looks great, but good design doesn’t excuse poor service, weak management, and wasted customer time.
We were excited to try this place. Instead, we walked out.
Comment:
To be fair, the staff in the gift shop area — especially the cashiers at — deserve a separate 5-star review. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond despite the overall chaos. Their professionalism stood out in an otherwise poorly managed experience.
