We had a wonderful dinner at Nev. It’s a modern interpretation of Turkish cuisine, clearly crafted by a talented chef who pays attention to every detail. The kokoreç and pastrami pickle were my favorites. Service was excellent, with perfect timing and dishes served hot. The music and overall sound level were just right, creating a relaxed and elegant dining atmosphere. Thanks Nev!

We had a great experience! First time trying Turkish cuisine, but dining with my Turkish friend. Every single dish was delicious, as well as wine, service professional and friendly, place itself cozy and elegant! Will definitely come back when in Eindhoven again!

We had a very good experience in Nev. If you really want to taste real Turkish cuisine, this is the place to go. They have a great tasting menu from 5-7 course with the possibility of wine matching by Anatolian wines which you can unlock another level of experience. Very kind and friendly service, great presentation of courses, tasteful and creative touches, modern and cozy interior as well as nice Turkish playlist in background. My favourite was lamb meat with orzo rice - my wife’s favourite was marinated sea bass with lemon and arugula sauce! I am not surprised that they have been added to Michelin Guide. Very well deserved. If they continue this quality and make small touches, they can get also a star :)

The waitress was super nice. And Andreas our other waiter was super friendly. Very pretty designed dishes .The portion of food was for a bird. We have eaten at many restaurants of this type. The food was way under our expectations. The main course was a dish I could not eat. A waste of our money.

First time at NEV and we are not familiar with the Turkish culinary world. So we decided for the Chef's five-course menu with the wine pairing. Not only we had a fantastic festival of discoveries but we were also lucky to enjoy the stories behind the dishes and wine from our host. This was an amazing experience!

We visited Nev for my partner’s birthday and tried their 6 course tasting menu. Each dish was carefully selected by the chef and balanced in terms of flavor and presentation. We requested pescatarian meals and our request was perfectly accommodated. Dishes don’t look big but they are very filling, 6 courses in more than 3 hours was really a lot so I doubt that anyone would leave the restaurant hungry. Service was very attentive and friendly, each of the meals was carefully explained. Ambience in the restaurant is very nice, it gives a cosy quiet feeling and it’s comfortable to talk. We absolutely loved the Turkish music played in the background. Thank you, Nev! I highly recommend the restaurant to anyone who would like to try modern and elegant version of Turkish cuisine!

For us, NEV is Eindhoven’s most refined yet warmest restaurant. We’ve visited many times and tried various dishes from the menu, and each time we’ve left with the same satisfaction. The chef’s uniquely crafted creations are not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The harmony in their course menus — or the flexibility to personalize à la carte options — clearly reflects why they’ve earned their awards. It’s a place that fits perfectly both for romantic dinners and group gatherings. The atmosphere, the music, and the service quality are all exceptional. We truly love the NEV team.

We had dinner at Nev last night with a few of my closest friends, and it honestly felt like a celebration from start to finish. The name “Nev” hints at something fresh, and that’s exactly what it is: modern Turkish cuisine done right. It brings a new touch while still staying true to the heart and soul of the food we all grew up with. Even before the starters, they brought out tiny bites of hummus, muhammara, and olive paste in little baklava dough cups. It was such a nice surprise. The hummus was incredibly smooth and light, a great start. We went a bit overboard with the starters, but no regrets. From the cold dishes: lentil köfte, smoked haydari, artichoke terrine, and pastırma turşusu. Then warm ones: firik arancini, artichoke tempura (which was unreal), summer lahmacun, and kokoreç bruschetta. All with Tekirdağ rakı, göbek, of course. Ender recommended it, and it was spot on. I’m an artichoke fan and I’ve had a lot, but I wasn’t expecting to be this impressed. The tempura was super light and crispy, and the terrine was deep and rich in flavor. The lentil köfte had a nice tangy kick. The haydari with simit bits and dukkah was already calling you in with its smell before you even took a bite. But the pastırma? That one stole the night. Melts in your mouth, fatty in the best way, and it literally explodes with what pickleish complexity, and that cheese and fig cream... wow. It just works. Every dish had something familiar, but also something surprising. The kokoreç was soft and not too greasy. The chutney on the lahmacun made it super fresh. It was like a summer version of a classic. Desserts were revani and profiterole. But they weren’t your usual versions. The revani was light, not syrupy at all, with crunchy poppy seeds and passion fruit. The profiterole had this smooth date sauce instead of chocolate. Just one bite was enough to reset your whole palate. I live in the UK and have tried many Turkish restaurants abroad, but most lose something along the way: the balance, the seasoning, the heart. Nev doesn’t. You can feel the love in every plate. Chef Nilay and sous chef Nur are clearly doing something special here. The vibe of the place was calm and open. Absolutely perfect for a summer night. The whole team was so warm and welcoming. We felt like we were guests, not customers. It’s also listed in the Gault Millau guide, no surprise there. But more than that, it’s the kind of place you want to come back to. I’ll definitely go again whenever I’m in Eindhoven. Even alone. But best with close friends, good conversations, and food you’ll keep thinking about.
