There haven’t been any wait times during our last few visits, though it can occasionally get busy. Thankfully, the waiting area is clean and cozy, and the check-in process is always quick and easy. One big convenience: they have a drive-thru for online orders, which makes pick-up super fast and hassle-free. Also, a tip—bring cash if you can. They use a system similar to an ATM for card payments, which works fine, but cash is usually simpler. And don’t forget to tip your friendly weed associates—they definitely deserve it!

Came in on the premise of a deal posted on their website "Buy 1 bad batch disposable get 1 for a dollar" They claimed that deal was for tomorrow and I couldn't get it though the deal activates and shows the details when I add it to the cart on their website now. I asked them to honor it since I waited in line just to get this product deal. They would not. Manager was wanting to constantly have the last word.... even after I was purchasing the product I came for without the deal I was offered. She had to make sure that I knew my perspective was just my opinion because she's worked at a dispensary for 4 years. It seems getting the last word is more important than getting a customer Head over to GREEN Cannabis Co for a much better experience. Having worked in Cannabis for 15+ years this was a pretty sad experience that would definitely deter a new customer exploring options

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over six months, but after today’s experience, I won’t be returning. During my visit, I was assisted by a new hire who mentioned she had been there for about two months. She was friendly and helpful, but accidentally placed the wrong cartridge in my bag, an honest mistake, which I completely understood. I noticed the error immediately and returned to the store just two minutes after my purchase to kindly let the staff know. Instead of resolving the issue, the so-called “lead manager” dismissed my concern entirely, stating there was “nothing he could do.” Not only was he unhelpful, but his tone was careless and dismissive, showing zero accountability or interest in customer satisfaction. Mistakes happen, I get that. But how they’re handled is what defines a business. Sadly, the leadership at this location failed miserably today. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same.

Have purchased multiple eights from this location recently all which have been less then 3.50 grams. Due to this I have informed the store multiple times even asking for some form of store credit as I frequent this store a lot and now feel a loss of value in the money I've spent per product I didn't receive. When I contacted the store manager they blamed the manufacturer for the weight and said they couldn't do anything. The manager also accused me of falsifying the weights I got on each occasion, I always weigh it out to be safe. As I tried to explain how I wasn't falsifying anything the manager continued to get a abrupt tone with me like he did not care about what I was trying to say to the point where I literally had to tell him to hold on as I tried to speak. Ridiculous and unprofessional customer service. Will not be returning.

I get great service every time I come in. They have a great selection on hand and always have what I need when I come in. The drive thru window is very convenient but nothing compares to the great service you get from going inside and speaking with one of their budtenders. Also, if you're a fan of Presidentials like I am, best value in town!

I wanted to stop by a dispensary and saw this place on our way home. The building looks modern and big but the weed selection and the service were not good. We were seated after we checked in as usual and there was a bit of a wait. They were only serving one guest at a time despite all the space and bud tenders they had. My bud tender did not get me much information at all. When I walked in, I asked if there were any first time specials and he told me no. After I paid and was about to leave, he told me about their loyalty program which would've given me a deal that I was interested in. I had literally just purchased that item instead of getting it from a reward! I asked about their products and the selection was so limited. There were only two types of disposables and my bud tender said he did not recommend one of the two brands. He said they were low on product since 4/20, but I came in on 05/05, over two weeks later. And then when I asked for indica, the only option was the one he just said was not good! As I asked more questions, his answers felt condescending, like I didn't know what I was talking about when I was asking him questions that he didn't have answers for. He did not recommend any products. When I asked about flower, he asked my price range. He told me eighths were $20-60, didn't give me recommendations and showed me one in the middle range. I wanted to see if there were other options but I felt like I was bugging him already when I asked him the questions I had. This left a bad taste and I will not be back.

When I first moved here, I went to Nevada made first and they were helpful and pleasant. Since they are moved to the new location, I have found the staff to be unfriendly unhelpful. Maybe I'm spoiled by the one I usually go to, that's probably the case. But it seems that Nevada may want to consider People, bud tenders that are actually warm in demeanor, friendly and helpful.

They are still learning, obviously!! The convenience of the drive-thru is the only reason I continue to come here. When I have gone inside for some guidance on what strain to buy, I am always disappointed with my products. The last time I went in, I asked for a hybrid that wouldn't make me tired or anxious... The guy steered me wrong and my whole day was off because of it. What are they there for if they don't know the terpenes? I think they focus more on selling old product to get it out of the door, rather than giving their customers what they want or need.

Prices are alright...offer a drive through but it takes a really long time. Other dispensary's around that you can just order at the window and pay on your debit. If you carry cash all the time it's not a hassle, but wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a quick place to stop. If you place an order online, whatever it may be, can take 30-45 minutes to even be ready for pick up. Literally just ordered 1 preroll and it took an hour to "prepare".

My first ever sub par experience at NMM. I ordered on line to pick up inside and had a last minute add for my hubby. I asked the gentleman at register 7 if they had any pre rolls of Jack Herer and he said "no"...,"we only have (inaudible)..... which means nothing to me since I'm not a bud tender. I went on to explain "I like jack herer because it's uplifting and creative. He answered "yeah. That's sativa. That's all sativa". He didn't seem willing to discuss whatever he mumbled about enough to close the sale so I didn't buy a pre roll and I'm assuming some associates aren't concerned with personal metrics.

So I go to this dispensary often , I went today, The worker RL was definitely not in a friendly mood, there was no eye contact at all, asked for stickers still with his head down said no didn't even bother to look the other workers at least check, and of they don't have any that's okay just smile and be friendly with the customers, there are so many more dispensaries to choose from, not on a normal day everyone that I come into contact with has always been nice And friendly, someone please help RL how to interact with customers!

The staff here are super friendly. they tend to have some good deals. you've just gotta look on line. there is more than enough parking. they process online orders quickly. their bud tenders are great when you ask for certain things or for some direction. I had a little issue with a purchase that I'd made and there was some confusion about policy and what not but their manager was able to clear that up for me right away.

These clowns wouldn't be in business if it weren't for the American forces protecting our way of life. Ask if they give a military discount. They will tell you yes over the phone, but it's a different story when you arrive. Classic bait and switch tactics, LIARS! I called and asked about their product, shatter. On the phone, I was told it is $15.00 a gram at the regular price, great I'm on my way. When I got there, I asked if they gave military discounts and was told yes, except on sale items. Wonderful. The truth is, only on the specific product do they give a military discount. They pick and choose what they discount. Not all products are subject to a military discount, sc*mb*gs. So many different and better places to go than here. Do you want to know something? I couldn't decide and choose when I wanted to defend our nation so if you have a choice and visit Las Vegas, AVOID this place if you served in our military. JARDIN gives 25% dicount to all Vets! Google it; they are EPIC with five stars!

My NV go to. I found this place while waiting for food to be ready - that's a separate, disappointing review. This place saved the day! I went to the warm springs location initially and found the St. Rose spot later, it's closer. Cracks me up that it's in this unsuspecting business park, but stranger things have happened. I gotta give the staff props. No matter who helps me, from the guard opening the door, to the front desk ladies, I love everyone here! I only had to wait in line once, Super Bowl Sunday. NBD, everyone was pleasant. My tenders are ALWAYS SUPER knowledgeable and I learn something every time. My days are Thursday's - carts are on special, and Monday's - Wyld anyone. I love the Sips but they don't go on special and that's fine. I bought $150 worth and got a spin on the wheel. I won a premium eighth! Hell ya! Love this spot, and how they accumulate cash back rewards super fast. I wish they were 24 hours like warm springs, but I could also get my life together by 11. I mean I guess I don't need anything in the middle of the night. Either way, see y'all soon.

I was in need of picking up my medicine and was aware there was an atm machine on site. What I was not aware of was the $5 fee to use their machine. The industry standard in Las Vegas is $3.50. Many dispensaries have an atm fee of $2.50. For Nevada Made to charge $5 to use their atm is insane. I'm not in a casino or a strip club. I provided my feedback to the manager on duty as I was assured my complaint would fall on deaf ears. Don't bring your business here

On the website they say their Drive-Thru is open till 10:30pm. I got here at 10 oclock, and their drive thru is closed. Why say one thing on your website and not have it be true in person. False/Misleading advertising. Customer service is Alright, and items are overpriced. Avoid this dispensary, there's other places that wont LIE & won't treat you subpar.

I used to love and really look forward to my 3-4 weekly visits at NevadaMade Henderson, however I probably won't be going back, not to get treated like shit by Chris and accused of "threatening" a whole ass company I truly vibed with. Everyone else is so friendly, the atmosphere is just always great. I've been such a loyal customer; it was truly devastating and utterly disgusting to be treated the way I was treated by the "Assistant Manager" Chris over the weekend. As a single working mother, I fully took advantage of the app the company offers and it's convenience. That's literally what it's there for. So once I changed my phone number and had issues with it, it was really inconvenient for me. I brought it up to Brian about 2 months ago now, always checking in to see if there's any update. Somewhere along the line, my visit prior to this one, miscommunication occurred between one of the staff members and I and they suggested I use the drive thru window for convenience. One of us should've acknowledged the window being useless to me if my app is down, but it didn't even occur to me until my next visit after I waited 7 minutes in the drive thru line and got told to come in. No big deal. So I went inside knowing I'd have to wait again to be dealt with as a walk in. Again, no big deal. It did frustrate me to watch 6 people walk in behind me to use the window, but again, Brian had assured me they were handling the issue, it would just take some time. I get in and place my order, again, everyone there is so lovely, I usually have zero complaints....I did ask the lady helping me if Brian was around today, she stated it was Chris, the assistant manager on duty. I let her know I was in a hurry, but that I would definitely be calling Chris once I got back on the road to touch base about my situation. (Most of the staff knows my app issue, I am there so much.) I called Chris and immediately get greeted with an attitude. I've never heard his name before today so I start off with asking him for patience and to bare with me as I'm feeling a little anxious and am struggling with my words, I'm just frustrated. I familiarize him with my situation and he lets me know he's aware of the issue. So I go on to say I'm really frustrated because I am just trying to find a solution, as I've always been a mobile order customer I'm used to being in and out so having to take up to 30 minutes to go buy some weed, it's frustrating and really inconvenient for me. "That's not our issue, everyone else's app is working fine." This is what the man says to me as I am asking as a customer for help to the "manager". I pretend I didn't hear that a-hole remark and say "Chris, Nevada Made came up with an app to make shopping hassle-free at your location, as a single mother I can't come pick up my medication at the dispensary with my kids so that means I have to make arrangements and if the app isn't working for me, those arrangements have to be longer than if the app was working." to which he replies "that also isn't our problem, we didn't tell you to have kids." WHAT....THE.....FUUUUUUUUUCK???? WHO SAYS THIS? Did y'all pick this so called man off the streets or what? This isn't a manager, this is a clown. This time I am not ignoring his uncalled for comment and he doesn't like what I have to say so he ACCUSES ME OF THREATENING THE COMPANY!!! and tells me not to come back. Here's what I said "excuse me? Chris, are you kidding me? Do you truly feel that was an acceptable thing to say not only in general, but to a customer while you're on the clock representing Nevada Made? Are you familiar with word of mouth and how your bad customer service could potentially take down the entire company?" He literally interrupted me to repeat "take down the company, okay, just don't come back here" and idk what else because I hung up. I am not about to be victimized by some punk ass kid who has no managerial abilities whatsoever.. 25 years in management, I'll never shop anywhere that talks to their customers that way and I'll just keep growing my own weed.

For starters driveway and plenty of parking with east in and out access. I can't speak for everything else, but the pricing on flower is some of the best in town. Their Kabunky pre rolls are . Big for of the Little Guys. Their Hendo Mendo is a must try. You won't be disappointed! Thanks Guys.

My bud tender was: number 77565, HD register 7, and I came at 3:00 on May 3rd 2023. I have been a customer for almost a year now. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service that your bud tender gave me today. He had attitude, was not helpful, and I was offended by the time I left by the way he was talking to me. That is the first time I've ever had a bad experience at one of your locations. I don't know if dude was just having a bad day but I know that I know how to leave my bad days personal and work while I'm at work and still put a smile on my face and make every customer happy to the best of my ability. The budtender I had today was the complete opposite. He actually put me in a bad mood when I was having a great day.

Express pick-up is always clutch. I just wish the drive-thru was open but I think that has to do with City of Henderson's city ordinances and not the dispensary. I live within a mile of Jenny's Dispensary but I'll come here because the prices are way better. Nevada Made consistently has a selection of $25 eighths and sometimes even $20 "ready to roll" complete with a pack of rolling papers.

I've been to this location more than once every experience was bad the bud tenders I've encountered have been nothing but rude with smart remarks stanky attitudes, Brian the bud tender sticks out the most for me gave me the worst experience ever but have the nerve to have a tip jar out now I can understand why no one is signing the petition for you guys to operate 24hrs worst dispensary ever I would recommend you guys to go the "the dispensary" on eastern they have the best service, prices, and reward program AVOID Nevada made marijuana at all cost the experience and wait time isn't worth it

This review is for the new location on St. Rose. The old location on Sienna Ridge was excellent. St. Rose is not. First: the font on TV is too small to read while sitting and waiting Second: No books, no advertising. So I can't see: Sizes, Strains, Flavors or Prices. If I have to bring a notebook and make my own spreadsheet to get the information to determine what I want to purchase..........oh hell no, just go down the street to the next dispensary. Maybe the next dispensary will want my $200. Just sayin'

No 20% off on Sundays deals, like in Cali....but that's OK. Small place inside in Industrial building, that would otherwise be hard to find, if you aren't paying attention. Staff was friendly....but they had no edibles on display. I'm use to walking in somewhere and seeing what I can buy. Only things on display, were like vapes, cartridges and I think weed too. The cashier read off the gummies they had available from a computer screen. I ended up getting a pack of Hybrid gummies for $27....more than I anticipated on paying. Not much of a big deal, but I am a visual person, so that kind of threw me off guard, not being able to see at least a display of them. Otherwise, everything else was fine!

Horrible customer experience. I called ahead to see if an item was in stock. I was told yes. When I got there I was told they have no or low inventory of popular items and they did not have my item. The employee who answered the phone said it was my fault because I was not specific enough, so it's my problem. Nice! This was my second time in and will not be back. The employees I came in contact with could care less. I went right over to another dispensary and they were professional, helpful and had lots of stock.

I'm 26 years old sitting in the passenger seat of my boyfriends car and was asked to show my ID. I didn't have it with me so my boyfriend had to go inside to do pickup. Mind you this was after we were told that it's Cash only through the drive through window. Make sure you have cash or get charged $5 to pull out cash from the atm inside.

Update. Responded to the managers message and he emailed me an offer to make it right. They replaced the eighth with Premium Kabunky #9. The cure was correct. Perfect mosture levels and the most important goal of curing is getting the starches in the plant to breakdown into sugars bringing out the flavors and minimizing the harshness, achieved. This strain has a floral fruity bouquet and hits smooth. At 24% thc it has a good punch without being too much like some of the 30%+. The effect is definitely indica. Hopefully the message makes it back to the other grower from the bad review and stops quick drying it. A satisfied customer that will be back. Thank you Nevada Made!

I was a little skeptical going here because of the recent reviews. However, I needed to pick up some CBD products and this was down the street from my house. When I arrived to the location my only complaint is there are no visible signs on which building to go to, the sign it only visible from the road. They are located in the same building as the "ear and throat specialist" as seems from the parking lot, on the 2nd floor. I checked in and probably only had to wait 5-10 min. Andie assisted me and she was very helpful and made my experience very pleasant, huge thanks to her!. I will definitely be a returning customer and now I know where to go!

I love this place! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I've never had a bad experience and the customer service is always on point. My bf told me the other day he was helped by Josh and the only thing my bf said was "I need something-" and before he could finish Josh immediately turned around without a second thought and gave my bf a pre-roll LOL. He got 2 of the recommend pre-rolls it and it was, in fact, the "something" we needed. Thanks everyone for always being kind and helpful to us!

I love this place. This is my favorite dispensary. The staff is awesome. Short waiting time. The only con is, parking. It's very limited. Security is always watching too. I decided to edit my review because, I spent $200 last week for the first time. You get to spin a roulette wheel, if you spend $150 over. I won't $100 in store credit. The associate helping me asked if I wanted to use it and I said I'd save it. Never once did he inform me, that I only had 24 hrs to use it. I received no receipt or anything. I don't understand, if we are loyal clients and they have our information in their system, why can't they just save the credit? For a rainy day. If you can, just go elsewhere. They don't treat or appreciate long term business.

I love this place I been coming here since their last location and the service is always good and they have some great products (fire) good rewards too . only thing I'd say is sometimes their really slow even when it's not packed but other than that great!!

different than most of the dispensaries in town Nevada Made is in an office building off of St Rose Pkwy. Located on the second floor there are stairs or an elevator to get to their office. When you first enter there are seats available, just like a doctors waiting room. You check in with the person behind the counter and a bud tender comes to get you and takes you to the back. On this trip, Jared took care of his. Very helpful and explained the product to us before we decided, he went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed. Prices are good and we went for one of their "Shatterday" specials. Check this place out when you are in the area!

Customer service on the in store counter manger RL is beyond terrible. After DAYS trying to call to speak to the store manager Brian I finally got in touch with them and he took care of an issue. The prices have stayed the same and the amount of the products especially the Vape have been cut in half. The store needs a major attitude change since there are hundreds of cannabis dispensaries in Las Vegas. Still waiting for a regional manager to call me back since getting to the store manager was like pulling teeth.

I went to NVMMJ Henderson to pickup my order, and I understand that when closing is coming up that everyone is ready to go. However, I was a $5 short from $100 and wanted to buy more to get over a $100 and because, I wanted to have a good (really good) weekend. I had asked what I could get... and before I could finish my question, the gentleman helping me stated they didn't have really anything that cheap. Not what I was going to ask, but okay. I then asked if I could get a another preroll, yet while ringing up my order stated that they didn't have prerolls for $5.00. No kidding...not my question!! Though, before I could say anything else he tells me my total. I asked him if that was it? Yup $95 and made sure I was rushed out the door. The product is good though the way I was treated will more than likely prevent me from going back. That service was rude, rushed and uncalled for.

Met Misty at Laughlin today. Quite disappointed in her behavior. Laughlin dispensary worked in a pinch, but I refuse to pay their rediculous prices for sub par product, to be treated like I am out of line for wanting to stand 6 feet apart from the staff and clients coughing, and wearing poorly fitted face coverings (or not wearing one correctly). Im pretty sure your nose goes inside the mask and the standard WORLDWIDE stance is 6feet. And then to be instigated and harassed upon my departure? No thank you. I would like to file on a corporate level and plan on visiting the henderson location today.

Ok. Let me start by saying when I wrote my initial review, I was pissed off. Obviously. I think the way things were handled in the store that day was crap. I think that, because well.... it was. As you can see here, they replied to my frustrated post here on Yelp. They sent me a private message to call them and I did just that. Just off the phone and I can say that I am now a satisfied customer once again. People make mistakes and if they correct those mistakes, they are all good with me.

Been coming here for years. This place has the best dabs in town for the lowest prices. Sadly today I was in and was asked to remove my mask and after I mentioned to her what the guidelines were on disposable masks and that I would have to go back down to my car and get another one because it wouldn't be safe for me to remove my mask and put the same one back on she proceeded to get another employee who repeated what she said and when I tried to explain to him he spoke over me and that showed to me that he didn't care about the guidelines set by the CDC or the fact that I was a concerned customer. I sat my mask down on the desk while they id'd me then returned to my car to get another mask. When I returned I was on the phone placing a complaint with the health department because I felt it was wrong I was asked to remove my mask if they didn't have more and that they didn't have sanitizer or anywhere to wash my hands while applying a new mask inside of their business. A third employee was angered and was yelling at me to get up and throw my mask away telling me that they were going to kick me out because I was upset. I was barely able to breathe after running up and down the stairs twice and being an asthmatic I'm sorry if my voice was raised to speak. I honestly just couldn't breathe. The manager wanted to talk to me but the damage was already done. She then proceeded to tell me that they never id'd me and that I would need to take off my mask again (which would then need another visit to my car to get another one). I wanted to know how many times I would be id'd and she said only once. I had to point out that I obviously was id'd if my mask was sitting on the counter and there were employees yelling at me to throw it away. She said I still need to ID you. I told her this is a waste of masks and she said that I shouldn't be there if I am unwell and felt I need to wear a mask. I then took off the mask and sat it down on the table. I didn't see a trash can or sanitizer in the room so not sure where I was supposed to dispose of it. All I know is I had an upset manager and an employee both going off on me because they felt they needed to ID me more than once. After speaking with the police outside they said that they also were unsure why I needed to be ID'd a second time. It is obvious to me what the front desk told the manager and what happened were two different things. I never threw my mask at anyone. I was in shock when the manager asked if I had been throwing masks at her employees. I never did anything more than asking them if they were aware of the guidelines and that they were causing me to put everyone at risk or myself. They In turn told me I was causing a scene and had asked me to leave multiple times. They said they didn't care and made me take the mask off the second time. This is a group of people I bring money to every week. I refer friends and family. I am friendly with everyone in there. I wasn't disrespectful in anyway today other than by leaving my mask on the counter. There was no need to raise your voices or accuse me of throwing masks. There was no need to Id me a second time. There was no need to yell at me while I was on the phone with the health department. It wasn't until the employee started yelling at me that got me to call 311 and they were yelling at me while I was on the phone with them and I'm not really sure if you called or if they just came because you wouldn't let me finish my call with them and they could hear your employee yelling in the back. Overall after speaking with the police and your manager I'm told I need to bring multiple masks because they can ID you every second you're in there and even though they told me they would only ID once that's not what happened today and that's why you have two dirty masks in you're waiting room. Being told I shouldn't be in there by your manager if I'm not feeling is disgusting and I feel I was discriminated against because of my medical conditions. I am a medical patient and going for my medicine. Obviously everyone in there with a medical card has a diagnosis so I don't know why they would tell me if I don't feel well that I shouldn't be there. Why would you offer medical marijuana if you don't want to serve sick people is my question for this company? Customers exiting after me told the police that NV Made handled the situation incorrectly and after ID'ing myself and putting on a new mask that should have been it but the employee was upset that I was on the phone filing and complaint and now there is a manager in my face wanting me to take the mask off and wanting to have a conversation while I was just trying to file a formal complaint and catch my breath. I am sorry that this happened and could have been avoided if you had some communication with the patient instead of getting hostile with them and then trying to send a manager out to fix it like somehow your conversation was going to make me feel better about what happened.
