It certainly looks like a cool place, but the ownership bit off far more than they could chew.
We came with a group of eight, were sat at a tiny table, and ordered. It took at least 20 minutes to receive our drinks, then our food arrived at vastly different times, with one end of the table getting served when the other end had already finished. Inventory control is obviously lacking, as they were out of a large number of integral ingredients, as well as at least half the draft beers. The glasses arrived dirty, and some of the food looked old and dry.
As well as another group we encountered, we couldn't find anyone to help us with the duckpin bowling. None of the staff seemed aware of how to start a game. The bathrooms were filthy, built poorly, and damaged. The nail on the coffin, though, was the tour to the speakeasy that took us through part of the kitchen -- a massive health code violation. Be careful exiting, too, as the egress stairs are falling apart.
It's reminiscent of businesses that are quite promising but the owners are too cheap to properly invest in staff and operational efficiency, instead driving the business deeper into the ground.
