New china chinese restaurant

We order from here for work. The food is always great. Sometimes it takes a while but I get that they are busy. One time they forgot the sodas and they went back to deliver them which we appreciated.

Ok chinese food sometimes it a hit sometimes it's a miss ... chicken wings are actually good but what u expect on broad st get some food then hit the park

I called to stated I never received sticky sauce and the lady stated she put it inside the bag clearly not this one

I’m a Regular client and I’ve been noticing that the rice lately has a weird odor smells like when you leave the rice in a pot for days and it Gets moldy and it tasted the same I thought maybe it was just me but it tasted really bad. It’s not the first time this occurred a lot lately and it’s sad because it’s one of my favorite places to eat. Maybe it’s time to look for a new place.😔

Called in to place an order. Was told it will be ready in 15 minutes, waited over 45 minutes with a cranky toddler. Chicken was decent, rice was suspiciously crunchy. I don’t trust the quality of it. Do not recommend, just go to Apsara instead. They give realistic wait times and their food is of superior value.

Have been eating here for years with no problems or complaints I got a sticky chicken lunch special this afternoon and when I went to eat my chicken it was uncooked one two pieces being pregnant this made me worry and will not return not sure if there is new cook but need to be careful with peoples health

I see a lot of people complaining about this restaurant but let me tell you that the food is very good and for all the years I have always ordered food from there and I have never had problems if you don't like the food don't buy it but I let you know that it is one of the Best restaurant in the area and the food is super good thank you

This place deserves more stars! All I have to say is AMAZING! I ordered the shrimp and broccoli and the sauce was so good! Not your usual brown sauce from Chinese food restaurants. The broccoli was fresh, rice and shrimp were fresh also! This Chinese food restaurant was a breath of fresh air! Lol I am not from the area but I will find my way back just to get this food!! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

My kids and I lobe this place! Little hole In the wall but food is seasoned and super yummy! The amount will feed a lot! Very generous! Only con is delivery takes forever. Easier to just pick up yourself.

Duck sauce? More like suck sauce. Chicken finkers? More like chicken stinkers. Beef teriyaki? More like queef teriyaki.

They charge more for a smaller player of food not coming back why pay more for less when you can get a bigger plate for less down the street pluss there food looks like they reheat it this restaurant was a good restaurant 2-3 years ago now they went to shit

Great food! They have sticky chicken chicharrón which are amazing, crunchy and sweet. The egg rolls are ok and the rice is god as well. For a local Chinese place this is a good stop!

Dirty restaurant, terrible customer service. Manager is very rude and the food isn't that great. This place should be your absolute last resort.

Good is great ! When you get delivery food is never cold and when you order for pickup they make the food once you get there i love it . The sticky chicken with fried rice is my go to all the time

Place is great! From the fried plantains w/ chicken to the regular general chicken! Great flavors! Each plate can feed two people! Easy!

I been eating at this place for years. Food is always delicious . We always do take out or delivery everyone is really friendly specially the delivery drivers.

No napkins? Chicken wings are greesy, I'd eat them with a fork but its hard to do so. Add napkins to takeout prders we'd appreciate it.

I spent almost $75 and we never received our sodas. There was hair in the food and it took 1.5 hours for a replacement and it was cold upon arrival. I will not be ordering from them anymore!

Customer service suck. Called in for delivery and the guy was so rude. He took the order but kept rushing my words and was very short when I was Jr. finished with my order. The total was over my calculation and called back to verify prices but the guy was so rude and told me it'll be on the receipt. I called back 3rd time to just canceled and guy just said ok and hung up but I was charged the total already. Never again will I be ordering from here.

Terrible service was delivered the wrong order and was told in order to get my correct order I would have to pay to the difference, for a mistake that they made. Food tasted undercooked and chicken was raw. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

I ordered my food 2 hrs ago and the driver is still not here I'm sure my food is cold by now I literally live 5 mins away from the restaurant why is it taking so long

The best Chinese in Rhode Island. The food is seasoned perfectly. I would recommend this place to all Chinese food lovers.

Food is good. They have a great variety of menu choices. The the only issue that I take with this restaurant is that if you order for delivery your likely to pay almost $4 extra for your food. Their gratuity charge is assessed in every order, so when you tip the delivery guy keep this in mind. On top of that they charge you a delivery charge, which is over the $1 that they advertise on their menu. And finally if you pay with a credit card they hit you with another $1+ charge. So keep this in mind when ordering from them.

I had ordered from here and the delivery was so slow. I started to eat the food and in my Lo mein, I found different small rocks and almost throw up. The rice was disgust, it had a very weird taste. The crab rangoons tasted good but the inside tasted old. I was sick for 3 days and I felt like I got food poisoning and I didn't finish the food but the little food I did eat, I got really sick. Worst place to eat and I don't recommend.

Food is good if your starving to death... Everytime i order chicken..its dried out and overcooked!. Im pretty sure they cook it and once you order the food, They put it back in the oil. maybe thats why i get my food literally 5/10 minutes prior to ordering. Needless to say everyone who picks up the phone is RUDE! They definitely needs to step it up... If not.. Just shut down

This is seriously the most dirty food service business ever. I ordered once on the phone to pick it up. The guy was so rude and short that I was shocked. Once there the total wasn't what I was told over the phone, it was like $2 more. I was also told 10 minutes and when I arrived I waited 20 more. What's the point of calling ahead. The guy practically yelled at me and tossed the bag of food at me. The only way I would ever eat their over cooked dried out nasty food is if it was the last place on earth. Scratch that. I'd rather eat dirt. I also heard him talking to delivery guy about the him keeping some of the delivery charge. I thought that was their tip money. That's so illegal and just wrong.

I ordered steamed dumplings and steamed chicken with broccoli, the order totaled $16. The dumplings weren't bad, 8 to an order. The chicken and broccoli, however, was about 90% broccoli, not a great value. The cleanliness of the restaurant was not acceptable to me, dead flies in more than one place. Unfortunate.

Ridiculous. Made a correct order at New China yesterday stating specifically Beef Singapore and it came with chick, pork and shrimp (i'm allergic to shrimp). i called them back and ordered beef Singapore noodles again and they expected me to pay for this order as well. That is crazy and unacceptable and they guy argued with me and lied and said there is no manager available. Customer service is 0/5. I wish i coulda gave them a 0/5 star but yelp only allows a low of 1 star. Never again.
