Customer service is always great and friendly we like the fried dumplings are great and their food is fresh any time I order

Fly cooked within the food. She picked the wings said it was an onion gave me more of the same thing in a different plate .. Left without refund. Didn’t want to get into it as I had my two year old who was eating off my plate and upset I took the food away not understanding. I ordered him chicken nuggets and fries but he refused to eat them because they looked like large flat fish breaded. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my money 💀

Try to give it a chance, but the food is horrible. Do not waste your money. The rib tips were so dry even with the sauce the shrimp fried rice have four shrimps in it terrible terrible tasteless food.

I have been coming to this Chinese food restaurant for years, especially when visiting from out of town. However, the quality of the food has dropped significantly, and the prices have increased. Even the sauce for the tostones tasted bland, and the fried rice lacked flavor. I'm not sure what happened, but it's just not the same anymore.

Since the BEST Chinese restaurant "Yummy Yummy" in yonkers on warburton closed down due to redevelopment and gentrification... I had to settle for this place. They are pretty decent SOMETIMES!! There is a rude, obnoxious guy who answers the phone & I have to put him in his place every once in a while. You're not doing me any favors, sir. I'm the paying customer here. But as of lately someone else takes my order.

Good food, reasonable prices. Only thing I didn't like was the level of niceness. The person at the counter was short, no smiles and no courtesy. I would not get delivery because they don't seem nice to me. Just my opinion. But the food is Good, so if you tip them well and establish a relationship this might be a good place to order from.

Extremely subpar service. I ordered three dishes: Garlic Sauce Chicken, Pepper Steak Beef, and Sesame Chicken, I walk home, and try to feed the family and the garlic used in the garlic sauce chicken was burnt. It tasted like I ate a mouth full of cigarette ash. I called to alert the business, and the lady from the front desk basically called me a liar. She is not the cook, she did not package the food, how would she know that. I told her "Look lady I'm not looking for a refund, I just wanted to tell you that the food was burnt, and I can't eat it." She replies with, "Oh, then I'm sorry." Absolutely ruined my appetite, I will never eat here again.

Although the food is good the delivery man is very disrespectful and rude. The last one we ordered from them delivery man was asked for a receipt which we find out he charged more for what was quoted over the phone, but we still gave a tip. We ordered again and asked for a receipt, this time he yells at us cause he refused to provide a receipt, walked away with our food and when calling the restaurant they said I'll personally deliver the food back to you. So I get yelled at and disrespected, want to deliver cold food but you won't offer an apology or at least have the proper Custer service, yeah I don't think so. Shame you think it's ok to lose customers because of one person.

Solid Chinese spot. Definitely the go to spot for the neighborhood. Mostly everything there is spot on. Boneless spareribs are amazing and the sesame chicken is really good too. They are really fast with the service and usually pretty friendly.

I must say that the person taking your order, female is extremely rude. She yells at you and talks in a very unprofessional manner and displays rude a mannerism. It's clear they do not care if you return as a customer. Definitely rather take my business elsewhere.

Good food. Does the job. They also take credit card over the phone. Fast delivery. Just figured I should add a menu since I always lose mine.

The food is good but the people are rude, the delivery driver wants a tip but doesn't even get out of the car. Sometimes people act as if you need them. But the truth is without customers there is NO You!! So humble yourself

I stand by my original post but with an update on the food. The pork dumplings are no longer fried and delicious. They seem more steamed if anything, slimy, gooey and the recipe definitely changed because the contents of them seem more vegetable like with very little meats, tastes like a spoiled spring roll. The egg roll seems to be on the same boat as they are smaller, slimmer and the contents seems to be the same as dumplings. They're honestly so bad tasting now and I wouldn't recommend this place nearly as much as I did because it's become a waste of money.
