Google
Beware!!! I witnessed a person who prepares food unglove his hand. Dig in his nose & without washing his hands, put the glove back on & was going to continue to serve people. This was all in front of food. This was done all while I was eating my lunch at the location. I was completely grossed out. I told the acting manager. The employee was told to go to the back, I'm not sure if he washed his hands or not. He continued to serve people. I can't eat here anymore. The thought of someone that is ok with doing that is repulsive.

Google
This restaurant is not what it used to be. My partner and I had been customers for many years and during the pandemic we understood that things had changed. However, the quality of the pre-made foods have gone down hill. The orange chicken had hard nuggets of just batter, instead of chicken. The butter shrimp wasn't tossed in the sauce, so it only covered some of the shrimp. The fried rice looked and tasted different, less flavorful. We got a combo plate and a side of noodles plus two sodas which was $25. So I guess it was affordable but I would strongly recommend the part where to get to choose your noodles and fixings. It may be more expensive but it tastes better.

Victor G.

Google
Reasonable price. Authentic taste of Cantonese/Hong Kong (Honey shrimp, must try) charge by weight (buffet style or Mongolian grill)

Jack M.

Google
Fastest Chinese in town. Probably some of the best Orange Chicken and BBQ Pork. They have quality food. Noodles could be slightly bigger. They have a unique spin on their boba where it's actually a bit icy almost like a slushy, instead of using ice cubes. Nice people, but their main prerogative is to move you through QUICK. No complaints there. 👐

By yours T.

Google
Old, run down, just quick way to get something to eat if you're unsure, but it's not quality food. Orange chicken was stale and hard and can barely take a bite from it other than that, the chow mein and honey shrimp was good.

Google
Charging $7.99 for 4 wingetts not even a full wing is sinister we spent $100 to go and didn’t get silverware.

Johanna A.

Google
One of the, if not the worse Mongolian food I’ve ever had. The noodles literally taste like spaghetti noodles and looking at it, it seems like they are mixing spaghetti with regular egg noodles. The seasoning is bland. Never had a flavor like this before. Not to mention it’s 20$.

Gloria G.

Google
Is not the same no more 2 person now it’s $42 And it was depressing

Yelp
The food is amazing!!! The fried fish was so good. The teriyaki chicken was fire The beef and broccoli was so fresh and the white rice and chow mein combo was amazing!!! The service was prompt and friendly. And with the Rams next door, the ambiance is vibe! Definitely a place I'd come back to.

Yelp
I go here alot and never had an issue on my past visits however, this time it was a different story. I ordered platters for a company event. It was the smaller size platters and each platter was a different item. Ordered - Fried rice - Chow main - Orange chicken - Broccoli and beef - Kung Pao Chicken I did order all of this last minute and they did a great jib accommodating my request and they were very quick about it. Took maybe 20 minutes. They also placed each platter in a cardboard box so it dosent leak in your car. It was all great until I got back to the office and opened the platters and realized they gave me all Broccoli with no beef and the orange chicken platter was only half orange chicken and the rest was more BROCCOLI!! WTF.... they got me!! Food: The food is your normal chianese food it's good with plenty of options but nothing special. They also have fresh Mongolian WOK options if that your thing with Beef, Steak, Lamb, or Chicken. * If you order platters check your order before you leave.* Service: The staff is attentive almost too much. As soon as you walk in they are eyeing you and signaling to order. Make sure you stay away from the food unless your ready to order. Even if you walk up to see what they have there all over you. Atmosphere: It's a small restaurant with little seating and it's not really inviting the way the tables are layer out. It's a normal walk in, order, and walk out spot. Price: The prices are great! They charge by the pound so you get a lot of food for a great price. That's why it's a hot spot for the locals. It's about $5.00 per pound. Location: It's located on Hawthorne Blvd in Inglewood CA. In a small shopping center with little parking however, the parking spots are continuously rotating with cars so it's not bad at all.

Yelp
I just had this place cater a work event and everything I sampled was delicious ! I would definitely go there in person in the near future to sample some other of their menu items !
google avatar

Antoinette M.

Yelp
Chef dropped the meat from another plate onto the floor then proceeded to take the meat from my plate to add to the mistake. Ended up paying $30 for flavorless garbage as it was stated I was lying about what happened. Never again
google avatar

Nicky D.

Yelp
The food was delicious. It was definitely fast food in its finest. The Mongolian barbecue is what we went for. Did not realize that it was by the pound, which needed a little bit more expensive than I was anticipating, but overall, it was quite delicious. The meat on the other hand was quite rough and tough. The chicken was probably the better one of the four the lamb was probably not one I will ever pick again. The beef was very chewy and was not edible. But they had fresh vegetables which I really appreciated after the Mongolian Grill. I probably should have tried the Chinese cause it looks a lot better, but overall, it was definitely a good experience in the staff. There were very friendly.

Yelp
I was craving Mongolian bbq and found this spot on yelp. They serve both Mongolian bbq and Chinese food. They have a great variety of Chinese food and you pay by the weight. Great way to try a little bit of everything! The Chinese food is pretty good and the Mongolian bbq is just okay. I would go back for the Chinese food but maybe not the Mongolian bbq. The flavor wasn't quite there. But service is fast and easy. Couple of tables inside but it's more of a to go spot.
google avatar

Addy M.

Yelp
I love the food here it's so affordable I always get green beans and the boba smoothies are really good they are only 3$ for a large cup of taro smoothie or a Thai tea with boba it's my go to spot when I'm eating with families or large groups,
google avatar

Angel T.

Yelp
It was alright. Might have to come back here 5 or 6 more times just to be sure. Didn't try the Mongolian.
google avatar

Larry B.

Yelp
This was my least favorite Mongolian BBQ. The flavor wasn't there. And usually you pick your ingredients yourself, but here, they do it. The restaurant is small, with very few tables, and half of it is a Chinese takeout with a totally different menu. I'd pick somewhere else for Mongolian BBQ.
google avatar

Melinda E.

Yelp
I love how you can pick your own fresh veggies and weighing your food helps. You can get as little or as much as you'd like.

Vincent C.

Yelp
Taste is decent, and decent value for the food. However I found a bug larva in their spicy chicken. Won't be going back.
google avatar

Carlos Z.

Yelp
Amazingly good Chinese food! Very clean, friendly staff & the food amazing! I tried the orange chicken, honey shrimp, & chicken teriyaki. Their rice & noodles on point.

Alex T.

Yelp
My review is strictly on their Mongolian bbq take out. I've never in my entire life had a more bland Mongolian bbq. I literally had to stop eating, leave my apartment, and go buy a bottle of soy sauce. Meat was dry. Overall just awful. At least the staff was friendly.

Jonathan R.

Yelp
Bought some Chinese food there however they did not put any beef in my broccoli also had two fruit flies on my broccoli third of all the food did not taste the same as before so disgusted ......
google avatar

Derrick C.

Yelp
I can't rave about this place enough. So I used to come here every lunch break when I would work on the area and the reason I loved eating here was they were fast, they were cheap and they were good. Sadly I'm not working in this area anymore so it's hard to get to but I totally would if I could. Their bbq meat is my favorite. The rice is also great. I'm not a fan of chow mein so I have tried it but if it's from new china then it's probably good as well. If you're ever on the corner of Century and Hawthorne please try out this great Chinese food spot!
google avatar

James J.

Yelp
The food was delicious and the price wasn't so bad. I do wish my plate was piled to the brim which shouldn't be an issue cuz they charge by the (lb). Nevertheless, I didn't speak up either so maybe it's a wash. I will eat here again, didn't break the bank on a Sunday afternoon.
google avatar

Harvey W.

Yelp
Sorry, I hate to write a bad review, but this place earned it. The food is at the bottom end of acceptable. There's nothing here that's wow. Tried both the Mongolian barbecue and their version of panda express. This one's a pass. The cashier is also a little abrupt, on the edge of road.

Sinthia S.

Yelp
The owners are racist and treat black people like as if they don't exist. I've witnessed it on several occasions. I'm not black btw but it angers me. And today I noticed some customers asking for a to go box and other items and the main lady was quick to charge for every single thing. Like how are you going to charge more after the customer already paid for the meal and decided to take the rest home. I threw money on the counter after telling the owner how disgusted I am on how she prioritizes money over customers or even quality of food. Not only that I've been a witness to how they try to pack customers plates with far more food than they desire and she gets an attitude just because they ask for her to remove food off of the plate and sometimes act like they don't hear them just so they can trick them to pay more money. I once also bought food for a homeless man which told me that the people in there act like they can't see him. And when he politely asked for napkins and hot sauce, she was looking beyond him like as if he wasn't speaking directly to her. And I recall telling her to give me napkins and a whole bunch of hot sauce and then I handed it to him. I don't even know why I went back to eat there today, even after knowing how disgusting of a human being she is and even her family members. FYI, they own two other restaurants with the same name and the same quality of service and food are the other places as well. They don't deserve good recognition. They deserve to have to lower their prices and to treat people with respect.

Yelp
It's very good food it's all you can eat but it's been weighed out me and my wife and kids we come from out of town and it's always good
google avatar

Fatima G.

Yelp
Food is great! It be busy at time! I would really recommend when ordered ahead to ask for a normal portion, since they charge per pound, they be getting out of hand and serve big chunks of food! They be serving a plate for like two persons to eat! I ordered my mangolian food and said a small amount of each side since it's only for a person they served a lot I was upset! I was having them remove some because that's what they're charging for. Food is great I think it's the best taste I've had.

Nursing F.

Yelp
Well at first glance you think the food is good but it's something to eat if you just have to. The food is by weight and I noticed the guy before me made a good sized plate and his food was $9.50 or so and my food with a bit smaller was the same price. So I believe their scale is already preset. But if you have to, it would do.
google avatar

Scott C.

Yelp
Sorry to leave a bad review But let's start with both service . I was yelled at because I did not know where to start to get the BBQ. Because you are charged by weight BBQ was loaded down with noodles and was given very protein. I bought a soda and when I asked for a cup of ice water I was told No and that I had to buy a water , I even had a cup so it would cost them nothing just some ice and two water I won't be going back Go to Big Wok in Manhattan Beach instead
google avatar

Anthony B.

Yelp
Very good Chinese! I just took takeaway and tried a few things. It was tasty and I was surprised as I'm not even into Chinese and especially take out Chinese. I will definitely be back again.

Richard C.

Yelp
Great food, selection of food and prices. Great for getting a bunch of people fed well for the price.
google avatar

Jenn M.

Yelp
I always drove past this place but decided to give it a try ... the service was non existent and we paid $27 for two plates of old food. I was just pulling my wallet out of my purse and then cashier was slamming her hand on the register rushing me "cash ?? Or credit!!" And I looked at my husband upset cause she's rushing me and I am clearly getting my wallet out to pay... and again she making hand gestures to hurry the f up... lol Won't be coming here EVER again ...

Yelp
New China Mongolian BBQ is a hidden gem at the corner of Stocker and Crenshaw that you must visit. You can enjoy precooked Chinese dishes from the cafeteria style bar or create your own unique plate using the frozen meat and fresh vegetables from the Mongolian bar. The service is stellar and there is never a shortage of product despite how busy the restaurant can be. The food is charged $4.99 per pound which is great because you can control the cost of your meal. They have a wide range of fresh vegetables to choose from and the proteins are chicken, beef, lamb, and pork. You can sit and enjoy unless they are busy, because the location is fairly small, but the dining area provides the necessary comfort to enjoy with family or friends.

Yelp
The Mongolian BBQ was the BOMB!! Fresh vegetables that you can choose meats that you can choose and sauces then they cook it right in front of you!!! They also have a Chinese buffet that looks amazing! Well worth it will be going back real soon!!!

Kristen L.

Yelp
Food is good for a great price. I got the Mongolian bowl you can get as many toppings you want and it's goes by the pound

Ashley C.

Yelp
When i went it was very quiet location , they have a parking lot , in a plaza . Inside is very spacious and many people did take out orders. Food was tasty, the had a good selection of veggies and meats , its per lb but at a great price for what you get. Definitely will go back & recommend.

Dion S.

Yelp
The food here is sooooooo good!! Please check them out, you won't be disappointed. Good customer service too.

Yelp
Pros: Delicious noodles and fresh vegetables Food area looks clean and neat Safety protocols in place Cons: Communication with server ******** Notes: It used to be self service but now a staff serves the portions for the mongolian dish. I ask for 'chicken' and he puts beef. I ask to 'teriyaki sauce' and he says 'everything except teriyaki?'. But the food looks good and taste good enough. The chicken was tough but the noodles and vegetables were softer and tastier. Many people are steadily coming in to mostly eat the already prepared food.
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
Bang for your buck. This is the place to go for some good fast food better than Panda Express. This is a clean place and it's pretty straightforward -- you grab a glove, self serve from the buffet section and grab whatever you want. You bring it to the cashier where she weighs your food. You can go in line to grab ingredients for mongolian bbq grill for veggies/meat/noodles. Now they've taken safety measures and have workers with gloves and masks serve the food for you and you tell them what you want. You need a mask in order to enter. I'm a huge fan of the food and will be back soon!

Jazmin F.

Yelp
The best Mongolian spot ever !!! Def always a hit when stopping by Inglewood !! Food is always made fresh

Yelp
In a world where it seems like plates and portions are getting smaller and smaller, it warms my heart to know that places like New China are still around. I got two 3 item combos and they were PACKED with food. I got the orange chicken with green beans and fried shrimp while my brother got teriyaki chicken and bbq pork with chow mein. The pork was a little on the chewy side but the taste was there. The orange chicken was very tender and the batter was nice and fluffy. The highlight of the meal though was the surprising green beans. I ordered them as an afterthought to be "healthy" but they still had a nice crunch and great garlic flavor. Will come back again because I've heard great things about the Jalapeño pork chop.
google avatar

Erick L.

Yelp
FOOD I got half and half with orange chicken and pork ribs. Both the orange chicken and the pork were tasty. The orange chicken had a good flavor, and same with the pork chops. Also, both the noodles and the rice were good. PARKING Plenty of parking on a Sunday at 2:00 pm. RESTAURANT Restaurant was clean and employees were wearing mask and gloves while serving the food.
google avatar

Miles L.

Yelp
Weight base location where you can literally eat as much as you can fit into the box. No set combos or prices per dish just fill the box, weigh and pay. I got couple items in the orange chicken, fried chicken, greens beans and fried rice. Honestly nothing was outstanding or mouth watering in any way. Fried rice was okay at best, and I could honestly say the same about the other items. In fairness the service was quick and easy, but I really only stopped here as I needed something for lunch before work as opposed to I was dying to try the place. Might come here again in a bind but nothing I'd go out of my way for. Watered down version of Panda Express or other local restaurants serving similar selections.
google avatar

Alexis K.

Yelp
One of the best Mongolian BBQ in the Los Angeles area. If you are around I definitely recommend trying the spot! They also have a really good Chinese food bar I get the a honey walnut shrimp 10/10
google avatar

Maggie N.

Yelp
I used to like this place, but the protocols they have put is too much. You can't serve your own food anymore, it used to be $3.50 a pound, not it is $5.49 a pound. Additional $2.00 for shrimp, and large portion of shrimp $5.00. They are adding so many prices for something not worth an investment anymore. You CANNOT eat inside anymore, no bathrooms. Back then my total range price was about 30 dollars, now it came out to 40 dollars, and I didn't even get shrimp bc I saw all the additional charges. I think I'm sticking to panda from now on. I can't believe I spent 40 plus dollars on fast Chinese food. That's too much, not worth it anymore.
google avatar

Suzanne K.

Yelp
Crazy cheap and delicious. All this for under 5 bucks. I couldn't believe it. No place to sit so you have to eat in your car, but I was really happy with it. It was so good I went back in, got a box to take out, and brought it home for my husband for dinner!
google avatar

Elissa S.

Yelp
Looks can be deceiving. My order had zero flavor, unfortunately. It was very bland, I wish I asked for soy sauce. They had two lines in side the restaurant, one for Chinese food, second for Mongolian BBQ. The server gets a tray and 4 bowls for your order and gives you a number. They will add whatever and however much food you want in the bowls, but they do charge you by its weight! My order was just under $17. There is a small parking lot outside, it can get crowded depending on the time you get there. I went around lunch time and found parking right away, but leaving was hard since there were cars waiting around for a parking spot.
google avatar

Randy L.

Yelp
Good and bad. The bad thing is they keep over cooking their orange chicken it tastes like burnt chicken with the texture of peanut brittle, orange chicken is generally my favorite, so I keep trying but it's always slightly overcooked and when it's super overcooked it's horrible. Do me a favor look at the orange chicken, you'll see it overcooked Tell them if they stop over cooking it you like to eat some. I think a few voices will be better than one :-) Okay here's the good news, they charge by the pound, you can have as much or little of any item you want when it's all said and done, when they fiil the container it's about $10
google avatar

Nancy S.

Yelp
We tried a few of the popular items and they were tasteful and portions are good. Chow fun noodles and BBQ Pork Bau were my favorite. Prices are fair and quick on to go orders.
google avatar

Cindy J.

Yelp
Very clean and and great food. With Covid restrictions you can not serve yourself. But you fill out the paper if w ingredients you want and they do it for you. Everything cooked right there in front of you. They do have other food items and you can order those off the menu as well. Love that they offer beef, pork, chicken, and lamb. They also offer three types of noodles too. Staff is friendly and I feel bad that business slowed due to COVID. Please support this great place. You will leave with a full plate of food and even some leftovers, if you ask them to pile it up.
google avatar

Hayley J.

Yelp
Hidden gem for sure! Straightforward no frills cafeteria style service at such an amazing affordable rate. And the food is so good!!! Way better than Panda Express but all the same staples. Will def be returning soon
google avatar

Nadeen B.

Yelp
I love this place! So delicious! You come in and you have a variety of options to put in your bowl. You can put brocoli, bok choy, pineapple, onions, jalapeño, carrot, sprouts and much more. You can choose as much meat as you want and choose between lamb, beef, chicken and pork. You can add chilli oil, bbq oil, or garlic oil to your bowl on top of your noodles prior to cooking! The food is priced based on price per weight- the foods cost depends on you! i believe it's like 4.50$ per pound? They also have a bunch of food similar to panda express- orange chicken walnut shrimp mongolian beef and much more. this is also measured by the pound. I love this place! It's my go to when i'm famished. the place is super sanitary and I love being able to customize my meal.

Lance G.

Yelp
I always hit this place because it's near the Forum and I'm doing shows. Everything is really fresh. They pack 4 bowls for you. Minimal sauces, but still very good. Hard working friendly people. No AC that I could detect, but your good authentic Mongolian is usually like that. Place packed out after I got there. Locals love this place. They also have Chinese selection separately.
google avatar

Kayla B.

Yelp
Don't do it, i got two plates yesterday and have been sick ever since then! And don't say it wasn't the food me and my boyfriend ate from there and he was sick af all day
google avatar

Briseyda V.

Yelp
Food is good, I recommend. Service is okay. I personally wouldn't say GREAT, but it's okay. BTW they charge you by pounds!
google avatar

Vincent D.

Yelp
Your classic place to get Chinese takeout. Nothing that will blow your mind but you can get a large portion for just $10! I'll definitely be eating this for a couple days. Make sure you're in the mood for this type of meal.
