Dined in and had the Assorted Appetizers, Thai Chow Fun, Combo Egg Foo Young, and HK Style Crispy Noodle. All were excellent and prices were very reasonable. The server was a not very welcoming when we walked in but eventually warmed up. The place was clean and tidy. My biggest con, and one of my pet peeves, is they used plastic utensils and serve everything in takeout styrofoam, including the plates.

Can u say fresh everything made to order the staff made order easy and some recommendations even got a couple things tossed in i didn't even ask for but was on point.

The food here is very good & the staff are friendly. We order takeout mostly but have eaten there before too. I like how the sweet & sour sauce comes on the side so you can add it when you get home. This way, the S&S chicken stays nice & and crispy, plus we can control the amount of sauce used! The Beef with Peppers is amazing! Sometimes, they include a little extra that we didn't order (like a few egg rolls, etc). Just a nice touch now & then. We'll keep returning! 😋

I had food delivered to dine in at home with my wife. The food was delicious and delivery man was kind. I highly recommend. Date night success!

The food was really good! And the delivery guy was very polite. We ordered orange chicken, beef with sesame and tofu with veggies which is my favorite! Will definitely order with them again. 😊

Table was sticky. My mom asked them to wipe it and she just did the corner and walked away. Food was quick but tasteless. Water stains all over the ceiling. Bathroom is pretty old. Sink was painted. Soap dispenser was broken. Took the leftovers to go and threw it in the trash can outside.

I placed an order online. They took $70 out of my account. I never got a confirmation so I called the restaurant. The lady was not listening to me extremely rude and kept hanging up the phone on me. I called over seven times they’re refusing to give me my money and my food this place is a scam. Very rude and unprofessional, they had no right to scream and yell at me and I am very upset. Your best bet is to not eat at this trashy restaurant.

Good food; fast, friendly delivery; they threw in some free tasty pot stickers. Large portions. I will have leftovers for days.

The people that work here are impeccable they will do everything that they can to make sure that you're happy with your order. The cooks work fast and tirelessly, they give you extremely large portions. The woman that answers the phone is very understanding and likes to repeat the order to you so she can get it correct after you have already stated it. They do cater to the things that you may be allergic to or the things that you may not eat. This is my second time here and I'm always used to going to Chinatown I do not have to go there if I want something right away I can order from them. The woman that is always picking up the phone remember who I was she even remembered my son she is very personable but she's very fast and efficient she really wants to get your order out to you. For some people she has a very heavy accent but for me she does not because our families have heavy accents too, she will try very hard to get your order correct she understands people, I can tell when I was in there there are people who don't understand her but if you listen clearly she will repeat everything that you want on your order she will also say that we will (accommodate) make you whatever you want ,whatever you need ,will do it for you. I suggest that you already have your food that you already want to order because they work so fast to make sure everyone gets their order in a timely efficiently hot order. they want everyone to be happy with their order. I'm sure if they've made any mistakes they will correct it they have no problem with it and they have a very good attitude about things regardless of how hectic and how busy they are with short amount of staff. They do have delivery if you do not order Uber eats or any of those other things like we don't. I am so grateful that they brought me some food I have been sick for quite some time and they delivered it to me and I have been so tired but they did everything and now I have food for a couple days I provided some pictures not too many their food is wonderful. In this area I will be ordering from them from now on I will not have to order all the way from Chinatown. I am so grateful for them I had not gone grocery shopping in a little bit so thank you and yes I would highly recommend that you order from them if you have a big order call beforehand give them some time to cook all your food. If you're going on break and you want something quick to eat and sit down and eat inside it is a nice cozy place nothing too fancy but it's just like a regular diner. I would recommend eating there if you wanted to sit by yourself and just enjoy yourself while eating, I did get the family meal A and instead of getting the egg rolls in the crab rangoons I asked for an extra soup which only cost an additional $2 and she did give me free pot stickers which she didn't have to but she did so I'm grateful for that Thank you guys for providing our food for this weekend.

Was out and about on Craig...was actually looking forward to some pho at Sunflower... But alas and alack they were closed.? Maybe on vacation? Didn't see a sign but then I didn't get out of my car to really look. So anywho, headed back out on Craig, headed west... Was thinking of another Chinese place, but shucky darn.... They were closed too. I was getting desperate for an MSG high when I apied this place at the Albertsons plaza a little west of Decatur... Ok.... No guts, no glory!!! Figured it was worth a try. Opened the door, small dining area (really hot inside) the way over the counter filled with typical choices found usually in a neighborhood Chinese place. Many had new prices on paper over the original prices .. the place was pretty utilitarian, I.e no fake decorations or stuff on the tables... Obviously set up more as a take out or delivery place. I mean that's no big deal but I was not planning to eat on my car. Anyway, I ordered the sweet and sour pork with fried rice and a egg roll for the $8.95 lunch special. My dining companion ordered beef and broccoli. No soup was included. 5 minutes later the cashier brings out a bag with two take out containwrs, a couple of napkins and some soy packages, two forks and two fortune cookies. I guess serving on/in take out containers makes it easier for them, but pretty lowlife as far as I'm concerned. My dining companion said the beef was pretty salty, I tasted it, found the meat super soft almost like it had been marinated for a long time. My sweet and sour pork was basically 5 really small pieces of bread pork and a bunch of green pepper chunks, some onion piecesand a few slivers of carrots all stacked to the side and the rice on the other side. There was a small container of the sweet sauce included. Guess that would keep things from getting soggy. But I felt like I had to assemble my meal more than I cared for. The fried rice was a decent size portion but quite frankly pretty bland. The veggie egg roll was kind of small not like the full size one you find in some places. I should have taken pictures, but was trying to assemble my meal. All in all, not bad but also not worth another trip for me unless I was pretty much out of other options... Maybe some of the other non lunch specials would be better, but I guess I got what I paid for... Oh, by the way , the fortune cookie was stale...

First time at New China, amazing meal. Easy location to find, prices are great and the portion size are enough for a meal and leftovers. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

This is my wife and mine favorite for curry, the portions are amazing and the flavor keeps us going back for more. The place is one big happy family. There's a huge selection of everything a person could want and we're always greeted with a smile. I would give 10 stars if allowed me to. Seriously our favorite

I had tummy aches for 2 days but when I ordered New China food made my tummy fine. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Ambiance is fine. Coming back to buy again.

Terrible Coustmer Services I walked I'm great the male cashier with hello 1st he ignored me so I said it again he looked at me and said yeah and I just walked out.

I stopped in for the first time to try this place out. I saw beef chow fun on the menu which is one of my favorites. It only listed green onion and bean sprouts on the menu. I ordered it with no bean sprouts which they did get correct. However, what the issue was is there was very little noodles and only a few pieces of beef because it was filled with cabbage, onion, carrots and green onion. Nothing but filler. If I ever give this place a try again I know to say no veggies at all... Too bad their menu is incorrect. Not anvery good first impression....

My wife occasionally brings home take out from New China and so far, other than egg rolls, I'm not impressed. Last time around I tried the BBQ sliced pork. I expected something along the lines of a Korean BBQ type flavor and was surprised when I couldn't detect any "BBQ" at all. The pork itself was so dry and tough I couldn't finish it. Today I learned that they serve possibly the lamest orange chicken in NV. My order was a pile of soggy, bland breaded chicken pieces in a sweet sauce. No crispy texture. No orange flavor. No chili peppers. No tang. Zero heat.

I got the mongolian beef. It does not taste like anything. Bland flavors. All I could taste was the saltiness. Service was fast but, whether it is dine in or to go, it will be served the same way(styro).

This is our Go To Chinese food. Always excellent customer service! Always quick! Always delicious! We've made this our number one for years. .

Had a Mongolian beef lunch special. The portions, price, and quality are great. The food was very delicious, and everyone was very nice. The restaurant had ample booths and seating. Everything was very clean. And the people were very friendly.

Absolutely loveeee this place. Always a good experience, today I went in and gave us free spring rolls :),, the beef and broccoli is amazing and the orange chicken is crispy deliciousness. My favorite Chinese place for sure, love how the food is ALWAYS hot , made fresh .

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.. I had a missing item in my order. They refused to give me a refund so I had to go through my bank to get one. The lady in the front is very rude and should be fired. Next time instead of yelling at me for something you guys messed up,, you need to check what your bagging.

This place needs to CLOSE and practice their recipes before too many ppl try their food. They have just opened their doors for business but they are NOT ready. STOP SENDING OUT FLYERS!! The pictures of the food isn't even what we got, the vegetables were completely different. The Mongolian Beef was decent but had hardly any meat but luckily we love onions. The General Tso Chicken was the worst I've ever had in my life. I can watch YouTube and make it better. The Potstickers were actually pretty good and we enjoyed them! This is the worst review I've ever had to write. I really hope they stop serving and review their recipes. Also the menu is HUUUGE and we ordered some really simple dishes.

The food here is always good, sometimes they go heavy on the veggies and I know some people don't like that but I love it. The woman that usually works the counter is always friendly and patient with us and she never forgets anything, even going as far as to come outside if we left a box behind. Their service is always fast and its usually really peaceful and quiet inside which gives a pleasant atmosphere. I absolutely love coming here!

What a wonderful place! Not only is the food fantastic, but the staff is even more fantastic. This casual and neat place is good, very reasonably priced and a joy to be with the staff.

After looking for a better Chinese food spot (cause China GoGo keeps ending up on dirty dining!) I found New China. Came in to try them out and they have now become my new favorite spot! Whenever I come by, Mae always welcomes me in and makes sure we are taken care of. The food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious! The lunch specials are so affordable and the portions are plentiful! So glad I found this spot and you will too!!

I do NOT like writing bad reviews so I worried about this before posting it. That said, I was very disappointed. I saw on another site where this particular location had the most favorable reviews of all the Chinese restaurants in the area so we ordered from there. The order we had was for fried chicken wings, but the legs were undercooked (picture) and you never eat chicken with pink meat. We had fried rice that tasted as if was seasoned at all and that was unusual. The cream cheese wonton were okay, but had so little cream cheese that I couldn't taste it so the sauce made it edible. We're new to the area, but love Chinese cooking so comparing this to what we're used to, this wasn't on that level at all. Here's hoping they'll get better.

They took our money then never delivered our food... it was supposed to be here at 6:00 it is now 7:19 we recieved horrible service...and our meal was never delivered and when we called the phone we got arguments...they further claimed not to care that we didn't get our food.....because they delivered it to the wrong address.

Worst Chinese food I've ever had! Panda Express would be a 5 star compared to this place, and that's saying a lot. Everything was awful!

No one was at this location. Completely empty, its 7:30pm. I figured this would be great, i wont wait too long. The woman there was packing orders to go makes me wait about 10 mins and then asks me what I wanted. I proceeded to tell her and had a few questions about the food on the menu. Apparently i was taking too long and asking her to repeat what she was saying because I couldn't understand her clearly. I was doing this politely and patiently. Then she angrily leaves to the other guy as im explaining to her what I want and has him tend to me and he doesn't know what's going on doesn't even know what I ordered and asks me what I want. At tht point I said forget it, o didnt want to buy from them. The woman is completely rude, worst ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Just horrible. Worst experience ever. Should go out of business with workers/owners/employees like her.

Ridiculous!!! I ordered orange chicken with sauce on the side. This was the nastiest iddy biddy pieces of chicken I ever had, and I paid money for this!! Never again. I should have read the reviews first!

Food is good and with great portions. Th dinner plates we ordered are only $8.95 with choice of rice or chow menu or half n half. Also included is soup and Egg rolls! Not many Chinese places include soup and egg rolls. We ordered the Orange chicken, Lemon chicken, & chop Suey chicken and all were very good!! Definitely will be back!

I will never order here again! Food has bland flavor. Generally Kung Pao Chicken is spicy, NO spice no real flavor to speak of except the Zuchini. Orange chicken was gross, honey walnut shrimp was lacking sauce just threw raw walnuts on top of shrimp. Mu shu chicken was mostly cabbage and veggies little meat. The rice tasted and had the texture of 3 day old rice. Overall I would NOT recommend this place! Disappointing!!!

(1) I ordered my lunch special to dine-in and the associate I dictated that I should request that at the time I ordered...which I did...she was a little irritated. (2) not importAntly I order king pay shrimp and paid a higher price than other lunch orders. I received a total of 4 FOUR small shrimp The attitude of the staff of this restaurant is that they are doing us a favor by providing food. Do us all a favor and CLOSE and find jobs where you can be happy.

I will never order from here again, ordered through Uber eats and they refused to admit they got our order wrong.... A lady was yelling at me and my boyfriend saying she gave us the right order & that our driver must have stole it... it's a shame because I really liked the black bean fish. I can't believe this just happened

Pretty good food . Food was hot when it got here. Delivery fee goes to the driver. Throw in an extra tip for the driver. Price of gas is threw the roof thanks to Joey.

Love the orange chicken. I eat here 3 times a week for my lunch break and they never disappoint. Usually get the orange chicken and fried rice and my husband gets general chicken no vegetables and fried rice and it's amazing. The staff is nice and friendly the store is clean the food is affordable.

Loved this place!! Me and my sister checked it out for late minute dinner plans and we fell in love with this plate. The wait was around 15 minutes for two meals but tasted so fresh and good. Will be going back soon!

i ordered food on 11/9/21 with my cash app card (with the purpose to avoid this very thing from happening) the total was $39.94 but today 11/11/21 I get a notification from cash app that my total was adjusted to reflect $42.94???!!! It seems that someone helped themselves to a tip without authorization...this is unacceptable and my next stop is the BBB

Was closed for Covid-19 but now back in businesses and glad to see. Originally part of China one but now goes by New China. Has similar if not the same menu as the previous owners. Good quality food ànd have tried many of the plates offered. Staff very pleasant and the Manager May greets everyone and works to make sure you are satisfied with the service and food they serve. If your looking for a local Chinese food restaurant, consider New China
