Nice and friendly staff. Tasty food! Daily specials! This is a small restaurant with limited seating. No public restrooms! This is a Chinese restaurant but everyone working here was Mexican.

I got this really shrimp egg foo young. I do not recommend and here's why. I asked if it was pre-cooked or if they put the meat in there when they cook it. The lady said it's made fresh. Play my traditional egg foo young fan. Although the sauce over this was relatively flavorful it's kind of like someone took almond chicken and put it on top of dry pre cooked egg patties. Also if your charging a $1.00 for credit cards it should be on top of counter not below on front of kiosk.

Small place, but portions are huge. The lady at the front is very kind and welcoming. If this wasn’t a 40 min drive, we’d probably go more often.

Google
Delicious got 6 lunch specials. Did not disappoint. Soup, thick and yummy! Friend shrimp omg! GREAT! Chinese food is my favorite, and this place so far cause I have tried many has the best flavor ever! Mongolian beef has a little kick of spicy delicious. Orange chicken a little spicy Delicious

Google
Very kind staff Kinda hidden place but im thankful I came this is the first time I come and I will come back. The orange chicken has so much flavor. I loved the spring rolls and the portions are good for the price. Definitely coming back 🥰

Ive come here a few times since Ive lived in the area. My wife and I continuously debate if going out to eat is worth the money. Decided to get three platters to have some left overs. Each platter comes with Rice. I picked it up, thanked the register, and realized how small my bag was once I sat in the car. I went in and asked what the deal was, and she gave me a sickly sweet "not my fault" smile while she explained to me one of my platters was too small to tell it was in my bag, and because I ordered more than one entree I only got one box of rice. Not one per entree. The rice box was bigger by maybe 1/3 cup. The platter size was different between the honey chicken and the orange chicken. I paid 45$ for three entrees for two people, and it wasnt enough to have left overs (our plan). The rice pissed me off, because its not even fried or seasoned. Its literally white rice. Shrink-Flation is real and if you dont believe me: go pay 45 bucks for half full. half sized meals. Noodles were half empty, portions on chicken was under 9oz each. I paid 13 bucks for a single chicken breast worth of food. Think twice before you go out to eat. Its genuinely not worth it. pictured is my 45$ worth of food.

My review is a bit late but I wanted to post this now. I went to this restaurant for the 1st time on 7/11/25 with my brother. It was not busy granted we went around 2pm. We ordered quite a bit of food. Ranging from the entrees of sweet and sour pork, sesame chicken, and teriyaki chicken, plus a few appetizers. We got the puffs, gyoza, and egg rolls. Everything was excellent though I thought the gyoza had a hard shell which is different than other gyozas I have had but they don't taste bad. I just wouldn't order gyozas again since I like the dough thinner. The staff was very friendly and chatted with us. Don't let the area turn you away from getting food here. There isn't much room to stay and eat there, but it's perfect food to take home. The parking area is a bit harder to get out of if you were to visit during traffic hours I would assume.

Yelp
Had the kung pao beef, house lomein and sesame seeds chicken and all was very tasty. Definitely ordering from here again

Yelp
The Sesame Chicken I received looked like it was reclaimed leftovers that they refried and served again. Worst Chinese food I ever receive. Just look at it!

Yelp
OMG you have no idea how happy we are to have found this place!!! Good Chinese food has felt like an impossible dream since moving to Glendale from Chicago! We've spent nearly three years waiting to find this place and couldn't be happier that we finally did! Well, actually, they found us since they sent us their menu in the mail. Most of the other Chinese places we've been to had good sesame chicken but terrible rice. Or good rice, but terrible main dishes. This place has it all and it's all good! We got sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and beef and broccoli as our main dishes and they were all perfect and costing about $10-12 per dish. We got some beef fried rice and it was amazing! We got a couple orders of egg rolls, which were smaller than we're used to from a Chinese joint, but our autistic kids ate and loved them! I'll include more pics the next time we go here. I was too busy wolfing down food to take pics this time around. If you're on the west side, try these guys out, they're amazing!!!

Yelp
I ordered what I had hoped was a delicious dinner with Kung Pao chicken, rice, crab puffs, and . I also ordered extra peanuts, which I paid for. Got the food home and it was big chunks of chicken that were so covered in sauce that you could not even taste the chicken at all. I also did not get the extra that I paid for and so I ended up disgusting food away and if you want good Chinese food, I strongly recommend that you go somewhere else because not only is their food. Disgusting but their service leaves a lot to be desired as well. I asked for water and I was told that they don't have water??? Trust me, steer clear of this restaurant and go somewhere else where the food is actually edible.

Yelp
The food looks and tastes amazing. 5 stars is not enough to rate how good it really is. Mic drop!

Yelp
New Hong Kong Express is under new management. Food was made quickly, and ready when promised. Food was hot and fresh. The Mongolian beef and sesame chicken were our favorites. Mongolian beef and onions were lightly sauced. Meat is tender. Onions had a nice chared quality. Sesame chicken is sweet. There was still a slight crunch by the time we got home. It was nice to find some tofu dishes on the menu. General Tso's tofu has a nice mix of tofu and vegetables. None of us found the spicy dishes to be spicy. They were still all enjoyable. I look forward to trying more pf their dishes. I think we may have found our new takeout Chinese place.

Yelp
I'm seeing all these great reviews and this place is only blocks away so I tried it. My first time I was disappointed with the dried out skimpy sweet & sour pork. BUT tonight I didn't feel like cooking & wanted Chinese so I gave them another try. Everyone has a bad day right! The beef fried rice was very good, the chicken wings were good too. Unfortunately, I was too full to try the sweet n sour pork which came with a tiny side of shit rice. I don't know why so small and hate to think some is a to go order they don't think we'll check it out, which we didn't augh! The "egg rolls" were really just tiny spring rolls, nope! It must have been closed to quitting time because they gave us stale won ton chips unfortunately i ordered 2 orders because we fight over them. The low mein looks decent but it's not mine so I can't be truthful on that but the size of it is nice. It's in an old strip mall so don't blink or you'll miss it. That's all I'll give on ambiance.

Yelp
This place is one of my favorite Chinese food restaurants. I always order the Orange Chicken dinner combo and it is always delicious! I like the spicy chicken and the sides. I think it's worth the price since you get a lot of food for the price. Definitely will keep ordering and recommend to anyone! Their foods are warm and fresh!

Yelp
Soooo good , crab puffs are my favorite here Service is great and friendly customer service

Yelp
We received a flyer a few weeks ago and the food looked good, was craving Chinese food and decided to give it a try, so glad we did. We ordered lemon chicken and orange chicken.. the lemon chicken was a combo and came with fried rice, egg roll, wonton and egg drop soup.. everything was amazing. Will be ordering again soon

Yelp
Seriously the best orange chicken I've ever had. And I'm old so.... Pepper Steak and vegetables... Delicious. House fried rice on point. Egg drop soup...comforting and yummy. Good sweet & sour sauce too--thick, spicy and full of flavor. Best Chinese food I've had in a very long time.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious food with fast and very friendly service. Not overly salty or sweet. Perfect balance and the meat is still tender. This is the spot!

Yelp
This is my Family's favorite place to eat. We typically come in here and eat (Its 4 of us, place is preset small) but the service from the owner Juan is awesome. The food is hot and fresh! Top notch. Favorite plate is the Orange chicken and The wongton soup! A++++++++*

Yelp
my mom and i wanted to go somewhere to eat for mothers day and we had gone to a previous restaurant but it was so packed so we chose the second nearest place. First off it looks super sketchy and like a nasty place. We were all so hungry so we just decided to go in. The menu honestly looked so good so we ordered some food. we get our food and we ordered kung pao chicken girly forgot my peanuts and she beings the jar of peanuts out and puts her nasty hand in the jar of peanuts trying to sprinkle it onto our food. LIKE WHAT NO. I just told her "no thank you" but the rice was so dry like it tasted cooked in the microwave. chicken lo mein was so nasty idk. The egg drop soup was not liquidy whatsoever it was so thick and just unpleasant. They didnt have iced drinks? The only thing that was good were the crab puffs. This place was not buss. Avoid this place at all cost!

Kelly S.

Yelp
D Soooo goood!!!! I was really pleased with what they were making. And could smell it too!

Jay R.

Yelp
They forgot my rice and sweet and sour sauce and the food was not great. When I called to let them know of the missing items items, instead of comping me or discounting my charge, the lady expected me to drive all the way back to get them. Will not be coming back.

Sylvia C.

Yelp
Well, I was taken by surprise from our delivery order. The beef broccoli was missing quite a bit of meat ...our $40 dinner was not worth $40...while it does have flavor and was pleased with my husbands Mongolian beef and chicken fried rice, my beef and broccoli just didn't deliver this time. The plate shows the only amount of beef while container was full of broccoli.

Yelp
Classic Chinese spot. Portions are enormous but don't reheat well (I'm picky). Workers are kind. Get a couple options and family style for best results. Try the Mongolian beef.

Yelp
Real good food and bomb flavor!!! There hot and sour soup is on point. I've tried Mongolian been, orange chicken and kung pao shrimp also all good. It looks like a little hole on the wall place but it's really good.

Yelp
Wonton soup is on point. Such a great addition to the neighborhood. Can't wait to try other dishes.

Yadira P.

Yelp
Ordered some orange chicken and lo mein yesterday and it was delicious! 10/10 would recommend. The food was so good and, the restaurant has a wonderful small business hometown feel. Definitely going back again.

Denis M.

Yelp
Always 10/10 they offer a great size portion too. I would definitely recommend trying them over Panda Express!

Chrystal P.

Yelp
Me and my husband struggled to find a decent Chinese spot in Phoenix. Thankfully this place is amazing! Honestly made with love!! Our first bite me and my husband looked at each other and we're in shock of how great it tasted!! I highly recommend this place! Clean and super professional.

Timoteo T.

Yelp
The salt n pepper chicken wings are the best ! A little inconsistent on how they are made but for the most part they definitely still cook it with love
