New Madinah Hotel

This has been one of best hotels we’ve stayed in. From my checking in was easy and Hatim at the front desk was amazing guy. Our room cleaners were good, especially Shahid was helpful. At the cafeteria breakfast buffet was great and variety choices, there two Amazing guys Ali and Irfan who made everything special. They have made every morning special for our family with their smile and friendliness.

I would not recommend New Madina Hotel to anyone even one star feels too generous. The place is filthy, poorly maintained, and completely unprofessional. The rooms are disgusting: dirty carpets, no amenities, A/c doesn’t work properly, and a horrible smell that never goes away. The bathroom was worse part, because of weird continuous smell, stained toilets and mold on the walls. The front staff is rude and unhelpful. They act like they are doing you a favor just by acknowledging you. Forget about any kind of service or hospitality. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. There are plenty of better options out there

I had a really bad experience with my recent stay as the rooms are not properly well maintained, no cleaning services, broken and nonfunctional bathrooms,broken main door which we needed to push hardly to access our entry everytime, travelling size amenities provided,stained old carpets, cheap linen smell. I’ll appreciate manager though who listened to my concerns and gave me a replacement but all rooms/suites are same at-least in 500s number. I am so disappointed as definitely not a place for family with kids, especially when you are so exhausted after umrah rituals and wanted a relaxing time in madina

I have stayed in this hotel at (01/07/2025) for 1 day in suit room no: 837 , the room was very neat ,clean and luxurious and the service was really nice but Breakfast was room service only, which wasn't mentioned in the room details. It was disappointing for us. Clearer communication about breakfast arrangements would be appreciated. NOTE : "Mr.Raaidh" helped us when our car battery failed. He kindly provided a jump-start, enabling us to get our vehicle running again which was really helpful"

Walking distance to Haram. The hotel has its own parking as well which is really beneficial. The rooms are spacious as well. The cafe, restaurants and shopping area is just walking distance from the hotel.

New Madinah Hotel is a very good hotel with an excellent location — just a 2-minute walk from the Prophet’s Mosque, which makes it extremely convenient. The rooms are very clean, and the food is delicious, with a good selection to choose from. One small drawback is that the elevator only works with a room key card, which can sometimes be inconvenient, especially when you’re not carrying your card. Overall, it’s a great place to stay during your visit to Medina.

Everything was excellent, friendly and helpful staff, the hotel location is 10 out of 10. The breakfast is diverse includes multiple choices and multiple options from different cuisines. Ali from the breakfast service staff went above and beyond to accomodate us and the guests.

Breakfast was excellent, service was always good, especially an Egyptian guy I believe his name was Ali. Rooms can be better, but it’s clean and comfortable.
