New Madinah Hotel

Staying at New Madinah Hotel was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and pleasantly scented, which greatly supported our comfort during worship. All staff members were friendly, helpful, and responsive, especially when we requested room cleaning they acted quickly and efficiently. Special appreciation to Mohammed Alamri There was a minor misunderstanding at the front office handled by one of his team members; however, Mohammed Alamri, as the Front Office Leader, immediately stepped in and handled the situation in a highly professional manner. He demonstrated strong customer sensitivity, a solution oriented mindset, broad insight, and remained consistently polite and approachable. His leadership truly reflects a high level of customer orientation. Personally, if I were the hotel owner, I would highly recommend him for promotion as a form of appreciation for his dedication and leadership quality. In shā’ Allāh, if I return for Umrah and visit Rawdah again in the future, New Madinah Hotel will certainly be one of my top choices to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Hospitality, Especially in the Kitchen! My recent stay at the New Medina Hotel was truly wonderful, but what left the most lasting impression was the incredible hospitality I experienced in the kitchen and dining area. While the rooms were comfortable and the facilities were top-notch, it was the staff who truly made this stay exceptional. I must give a special and heartfelt shout-out to Barkat and Irfan who work in the kitchen area. Their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness were beyond compare. They were always cheerful, ready to assist with a smile, and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was a dietary question or just a friendly conversation, they made me feel so welcome and valued. Their positive energy truly elevates the entire dining experience. Thank you, Barkat and Irfan, for your outstanding service! And thank you to the New Medina Hotel for employing such fantastic individuals. You can be sure that because of them, I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family and will not hesitate to book here again on my next visit. A truly five-star experience

Respectfully, this review is not to slander but to share my personal experience incase my observations matter to others. 1.To start with, they changed the name of the hotel in the front signage to Al Madinah Al Jadidah with is new Medina in Arabic, so as a non Arabic speaker , me and my driver circled the area several times at 3am, not knowing where the hotel is. 2. The front desk guy argued with me that it’s my fault for not recognizing the name in Arabic. 3.The beds are very hard, which was a surprise, but that’s is ok. 4. The showers and plumbing are old. It takes a long time for the water to heat up but it doesn’t get warm enough and the pressure is just ok. 5. They provide a small non steam iron. Other than that, great location, decent restaurants. I preferred the Pullman zamzam from my previous stay.

It proved to be a new and generally positive experience for my family. ​Excellent Service & Dining : ​The service provided was good, with the dining area staff being particularly noteworthy. They offered a truly warm welcome to my family and served great food throughout our stay. ​I would like to extend a special note of gratitude to Mr. Barkat Hussein and Mr. Javeed Mohammed (GM). Their kind and gentle demeanor in treating guests is sincerely appreciated and contributed significantly to our positive experience. ​Areas for Improvement (Room Ambience) ​While the room was notably spacious, there is a definite need to improve the overall ambience. We were quite disappointed by the condition of the old sofa and floor carpets, which unfortunately emitted an unpleasant smell. Updating these elements is highly recommended to enhance guest comfort. ​Overall Assessment ​Despite the needed room improvements, we found that this hotel is better than other 3-star accommodations located in the Haram area. Breakfast 4.5/5 Service 4/5 Front End Staff 3/5 Rooms 3.5/5

An outstanding breakfast experience. Mr. Barakat is incredibly kind, professional, and always attentive. His passion for his work and his warm personality make every morning a pleasure. A special mention as well to the gentleman welcoming guests at the restaurant entrance, always smiling and incredibly pleasant. Their warmth and hospitality make every morning a real pleasure. A true asset to the hotel.

My recent stay at New Madinah Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that immediately made me feel at home. The hotel’s location is ideal, peaceful, clean, and conveniently close to the Masjid an-Nabawi, which made attending prayers and spending time in the holy surroundings incredibly easy and comforting. The rooms were spotless, well-furnished, and maintained to the highest standard. Every detail reflected care and professionalism from the comfortable bedding to the fresh linens.The housekeeping staff also deserve praise for keeping everything immaculate throughout my stay. The dining experience was equally impressive. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious and freshly prepared dishes, served with great attention to detail. I would especially like to extend my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to two exceptional staff members Mr. Barkat Hussain and Mr. Irfaan. Their dedication, polite manners, and outstanding service made every meal a delightful experience. They served with warmth, respect, and a genuine desire to ensure guests were happy and satisfied. Their professionalism truly reflects the excellent standards of this hotel. The entire staff at New Madinah Hotel deserves to be commended for their cooperation, friendliness, and commitment to guest comfort. The management has clearly instilled strong values of hospitality, care, and respect, making this hotel stand out from many others in the city.

I stayed at the New Madina Hotel with my family of six for five days, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The breakfast was absolutely amazing — everything was fresh, delicious, and served with great care. The restaurant had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere, and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful. A special thanks to Barkat, Irfan, and Ali for their excellent service and kind attitude. They went above and beyond to make our stay and breakfast experience enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend the New Madina Hotel for its amazing breakfast, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality. A heartfelt thank you once again to Brother Barkat, Brother Irfan, and Brother Ali — your warmth and professionalism made our stay truly memorable. Excellent breakfast and service in restaurant. All staff were polite and helpful. Very tasty Desi curries( chicken , lamb, chickpeas), different each day. Live omlet station. Good and tasty range of pastries. Was offered Desi kadak chai. Loved eating chai and paratha after a while. Food was very fresh. Especially Barkat catering staff was very polite and very good hospitality. Would come to table and ask if we needed anything else.
