The eclairs are truly delicious, the way eclairs are supposed to be made. Proper vanilla creme inside, not oversweetened whipped cream the way they are made in places that don't know better. I always select the ones with the dark chocolate icing, because I am not a milk chocolate fan. The flavor is enhanced by the creme filling.
The chocolates are wonderful, and so is the marzepan. Every year this it the only thing my grown children want for Christmas, and I send them all boxes of New Paris chocolates and marzepan. It wouldn't be Christmas without them. And the grandchildren are already tuned in. My 12-year-old grandson eagerly awaits his box of marzepan acorns!
