4.5-star New Seasons Market at Nyberg Rivers is a solid grocery store that offers a clean, organized shopping experience with a wide selection of quality products. The produce section is fresh and well-maintained, and there’s a good range of organic and specialty items you won’t always find at bigger chain stores. The deli and prepared food areas are also a highlight — fresh options, made daily, and a convenient choice if you’re looking for a quick, healthy meal. Staff are consistently helpful and friendly, and the store overall has a welcoming vibe. Parking is easy, and the layout makes it simple to get in and out without hassle. The only real drawback is price. Many items are noticeably more expensive than at other grocery stores, especially pantry staples and packaged goods. That said, you’re often paying for local sourcing, organic certifications, and better service. Overall, it’s a great place for a weekly shop if it fits your budget — or for grabbing specific items when quality matters.

Fabulous market. All kinds of goodies and health care items. I enjoyed a delicious vegetarian salad from the prepackaged section. Plus lovely plants!

Whoever runs the vitamin section here is LAAAZZZZYYYY. I went in asking for one of two local brands in the Area, and was rudely turned away. In fact she acted like she detested the brand I was asking for. I'm sorry, I don't want to buy a bunch of global brands from Nestle and Church & Dwight, and J&J. And their "own" label is from a company out of California that a quick google search shows countless FDA warning letters and bad reviews. I guess i'll just buy direct or on amazon.

Still one of my favorite atmospheric stores the staff are always prompt friendly and courteous. Always greeting you as you step inside and eager to lend help when needed. Compared to shopping at other stores it feels like such a treat going inside.

We love New Seasons! They carry so many specialty grocery items that we can't find elsewhere! The employees are so wonderful and helpful. The store offers an excellent Neighborhood Rewards program, also, with fantastic coupons.

Well, the bubble has finally burst for shopping here cost wise. Now I know that New Seasons is far more expensive overall, and I've shopped here because I eat organic and I enjoy having unique choices here. I was able to afford the groceries for my few special items. I didn't shop here for the majority of my food. But, like everyone else, I have my limits, and with the new prices, I'm going to have to limit my purchases even more. The store is nice and clean and the people are friendly.

It's big and they have a lot of items. It's similar to Whole Foods, but I'm told these stores have in-house bakeries if you need a special cake, which could be a plus.

New Seasons is where I go when I want something special and definitely not for my everyday essentials . They have quality meats, seafood and produce and prepared foods and that's what I like buying here . Their hot food, deli counter, salad bar and bulk food section makes for quick, delicious and healthy meals. I am a big fan of the cheese selection and they make for a great charcuterie board . Also like their natural herbs, soaps section and feel prices are competitive. I also happen to find one of my favorite ice-cream brands/flavors here and that really made my day . I love Christina Tosi`s Milk bar in New York and have been a fan for years and now that the Icecream come packaged at new Seasons ,I don't have to wait to get it . The staff was friendly and helpful . Plenty of parking OutFront .

I drive from the coast to get what I need for special dinners. I rely on the deli item, pre made salads, gravy and cranberry jelly and the meats. The store was well stocked in the pre Christmas rush and staff all helpful. I have a turkey breast and all I need for a single gal feast. Yum.

I was there 2 weeks ago. I use to visit this store 3 times a week for my morning coffee and pick up groceries. That day two weeks ago, the security guard came up to me and told me personal shopping bags are no longer allowed. He essentially kicked me out of the store. On my way out I saw another customer shopping with her bag. The security guard didn't even approach her. I'm deaf and it was clear to me the guard was profiling me. This store has a history of profiling customers and kicking them out based on race, gender and disability of they think theft is going to happen. The manager has always allowed me to use my bag in the past. This time he was totally worthless when I raised my complaint. I have shopped at this store for more than 5 years and have always been a loyal customer to them. Clearly that means nothing to the staff and the headquarters.

The food is fun and delicious, but this story is really about the ice machine in sitting area. Could you please get one that doesn't require standing in front of it saying a prayer to the water gods to please fill my cup with water. WTH honestly it's ridiculous.

To start, I have only bought the bread from the bakery here. I absolutely LOVE the olive bread. It is baked perfectly and they are generous with the amount of olives in the bread. I'm not from the area but make the drive because the bread is just THAT good. I have also had the sliced ciabatta and the sourdough bread - both also DELICIOUS. The bread is a little expensive compared to regular loaves or costco pack of bread, but the quality makes it worth it!

Located right off I-5 in the same strip mall as HomeGoods, I stop here when shopping in this area. As with all New Seasons, they excel in locally sourced produce and products throughout all departments. Plus organic produce, sustainably caught fish and naturally and humanly raised meats. Their prep-made hot and cold foods are made with the same quality ingredients and are delicious. The store is organized, clean, and well stocked. There is always a customer service rep available to help find items. Their bakery department is loaded with tempting treats, delicious breads and cakes, many from the best Portland area bakeries. While I love New Seasons, I shop here for specific items where the above mentioned qualities matter and it's worth the price. For typical pantry staples and cleaning products, I go to Fred Meyers or Safeway. Plenty of parking and easy access to I-5 makes it super convenient.

I usually shop at the Mountain Park or Sellwood New Seasons, and have started frequenting the Nyberg store when I want a larger selection. I've been on a dairy free diet lately and just broke it when I found one of my favorite Point Reyes California cheeses, from Cowgirl Creamery. I had never found it in Oregon before and had to buy it. This New Seasons staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in every department that I needed help in. I've also been buying the Dungeonus Crab Cakes. I love how each sign in the seafood department states where it is from, and how eco friendly or safe it is. This newer larger store allows for wider isles making it safer in these Coronavirus times.

Really great selection of top quality goods. The produce selection has a lot of organic choices, good variety of fruit from the region- OR, WA or CA. Similar to Whole Foods with a more hometown feel. Prices reflect quality of choices, so it's not the lowest, but there are some good sales. Fun selection of better quality chocolate bars, and a good wine selection too. I like just about anything I've tried from the deli case.

Birthday cake was pretty but frosting was made from cheap shortening not butter and left terrible coating in my mouth. Kids scraped it off to eat the cake which was fine. Service was great. Clean but lacking selection.

Always clean and friendly staff. I truly enjoy the bakery department specially, fresh bread daily and gym tray desserts.

I am only writing this review to hopefully bring awareness to the management at the store. I work in the same shopping center and come here a lot today I came in and grabbed three cookies and went up to pay and this is how it went... Me: 3 big cookies Cashier: is that all? Me: yes Cashier : are you sure? Me: yes Cashier : you don't have anything else in your bag? Me : (puzzled) no Cashier: are you sure? Me: yes Cashier: that will me 6.97 I hand her 8 ones and she gives me back one of them and I say "sorry long day" Cashier : that's a lot of ones Me: (holding a wad of cash) yea I'm a server Cashier: you mean a WAITRESS? Me: yea (Waiting for receipt) Cashier: oh did you want a receipt (no movement or attempt to give me a receipt) Me: have a nice day My point to this review is... First stuff why would you ask me if I had anything else in my "bag "which is a purse just like every other woman that carries a person here second I literally walked in the store grab the cookies and went to the register to pay for them so it's not even like I was acting suspicious or wandering the store or anything else that would have given her a reason to ask me if I had anything else in my "bag ". Mind you this was in front of a line of people by the way... And then for her to make a snide comment with a very clear facial expression about me paying with all ones also threw me off... And then for her to say you were a waitress not a server once again first another button for me because of everything that had just happened. Server is the correct term for servers... And then for her to act like I was crazy because I wanted a receipt after she literally just asked me if I had anything else in my bag was the cherry on top! Of course I'm gonna want a receipt it's clear that you think that for some reason due to my appearance or my purse or whatever it may be that I am somehow forgetting to put other things on the counter to pay for them... God forbid you stop me as I'm walking out of the store and I don't have a receipt for my cookies! I understand there are times when I go to the store and I wander around because I'm on break or something if I was acting suspiciously then of course you could always question me but I didn't even realize what she was asking me until another customer said something to me as we were walking out the door. That's when I realized that I had just been humiliated a couple times the customer is the one who said to me "she thinks you're stealing and clearly she has an issue with your money or your job" I spend a lot of money at the store I know quite a few people who work at the store I'm not going to be a Karen and call the manager and complain or do anything else I just want to bring it to everyone's attention that that is not the correct way to go about things she made me feel like trash by the time I left there and it's not a good feeling at all. I am attaching a picture of my purse so everyone can see exactly what she was questioning and if I am wrong please let me know I'm wrong I will go up the street to Whole Foods from now on. I have had a couple coworkers who are younger and part of the LGBTQ community who I have sent over to the store to pick up things for employee appreciation and they have come back experiencing the same thing with the same person. It's unfortunate that one person can make a whole store looks so bad

I seriously love this store. I don't get the ramen here anymore (it's not that great) but just about everything else about them is great. Not only do they have a great selection of high quality products, their customer service is usually awesome, and they make me want to keep going back. There are lots of products I can't get elsewhere that I repeatedly stop in for: Caravan coffee, Bleu Diamond blue cheese dressing, Tony's Chocolonley chocolate, great quality meats at the butcher counter, some great fresh salsas, non-dairy yogurts and cheeses, a huge selection of bulk items, cat food my cat adores, great produce, and finally, a fun selection of housewares and gifts! Once they were doing free samples of non-dairy cheeses. I can't stand the Daiya cheese, and told the employee so. She recommended another brand they carry and asked if I wanted to sample it. Yes please! After sampling, I thanked her and she offered me the rest of the cheese for free. The parking lot still sucks, but I've learned to deal with it. It's not as bad as it was when Cabela's first opened though. Seriously great store, in my opinion.

If you like finding new natural brands and locally sourced products you'll want to pop in to New Seasons. I especially love theIr bath and body products- you can find small indie brands not stocked at the other major health stores (Moon Valley Organics is one!) as well as mainstream yet local labels like Pacifica Beauty. Feeling under the weather? Try their elderberry or cherry bark syrups. Can't breathe? They have a tea tree oil rub (like a natural VapoRub) for that. For food, they carry organic and natural brands including Noosa, Amy's, Arden Organics, and evening hyperlocal labels from Tualatin. From kelp noodles to challah, there's a bit of something for everyone. Prices are a tad higher but they make up for it with weekly sales/specials. Today I picked up a cinnamon cola, cherry bark syrup, falafel & tahini, olive bread and turkey sausage. The bakery section had several generous slices of cake and full and half pies, as well as French baguettes and gingerbread. The employees are always kind and greet you. They offer a 5 cent bag credit if you bring your own, which you can redeem or give to charity. Parking is a shared lot with Michaels and HomeGoods. Definitely stop by if you're in the area!

I went into the store today to purchase some garden of life protein powder hoping that I could get it at a discounted price. I asked the The store manager Hannah and cashier Kennzie just to see if I could, just thought I'd ask and sure enough they were receptive to helping me out. Hannah made sure to ask her supervisor every question we had and so did Kennzie. Every dollar counts and I'm grateful for the great service. I like to acknowledge and recognize good service when I see it and when it's given to me. You made my day more bright and I'm grateful for the help. They both deserve a raise for representing this company the way they do, for being so attentive, receptive and for caring about their job the way everyone should. It's very refreshing and if they are taken care of the way they take care of this market, there would be better service and happier people all around! Thanks again and I wish you well.

I enjoy shopping at New Seasons Markets. Currently there are about 21 locations, most of them in the Portland metro area plus two in Washington state and one in San Jose California. The Tualatin location has been open since October 2014 and is part of a shopping center that includes Michael's, Cabela's and HomeGoods. New Seasons Markets are very similar to Whole Foods and Market of Choice. They carry a lot of items not found in your typical grocery store including vegan bakery items, jars of Cafe Yumm! sauce, packaged foods from some favorite local restaurants and specialty health and beauty items. There is a large variety of organic foods and locally produced items such as soap, candles, cards and pottery. There is always a nice assortment of Portland theme merchandise as well. New Seasons has a wonderful floral department, a huge wine selection, a nice deli and hot foods counter and beautiful fresh produce. The employees I've encountered at this location have all been pleasant and friendly. I came here today in search of Bluebird Bakery cookies that were highly recommended by a friend. I found exactly what I was looking for and purchased two packages of these delightful treats. After tasting one, I know I'll be returning to New Seasons Market for more......soon.

Conveniently located right off the 5. The store is well organized and is your typical New Seasons which is somewhat upscale, yet you can still get groceries you would find at a normal grocery store like Safeway. I enjoy grabbing items here after working out at the LA Fitness in the same complex. Bonus: They have two EV Car Chargers which are free to the public.

I really like this store and that it has a lot of hard to find delicious food. The customer service is hit or miss and I'll leave it at that. It can be pricey, but is overall pretty comparable to other local stores. I definitely recommend this store.

We usually shop in New Season and respect what they stand for. Today, a stuff member asked my husband to leave the store because our 6yo severely autistic child would try to take his mask off. Just to be clear, mentally he is somewhere around "18 MONTHS old". We even have a doctors note. Well, they say it's their policy. Which makes me wonder how actually "inclusive" they are. Honestly, we've been loyal customers for years but I don't think we will ever come here again. This whole incident is absolutely disgusting to me and took place on my sons birthday.

This was my firs time ever going to this new seasons now let me tell you about my experience. my overall experience was good except for one person who brought down my mood. we walked in and Carrie-Ann at the solutions desk greeted us kindly and offered us food samples (which were amazing by the way). then we proceeded to head to the prepared foods department where Laura one of the employees proceeded to be very rude which brought my mood down she gave a really dirty face never smiled didn't greet me her energy was very negative was not friendly to me what so ever I waited there to see if I would be greeted or acknowledged until a employee came from around the corner and proceeded to ask if there was anything he can help me with i believe his name was Andre he brightened my mood cracked a couple of joke and overall had amazing energy if it wasn't for him I would never return to this new seasons.

Wow. Be careful with this location if you're in the market for wellness products. They will peddle you anything that's $25 or higher. I literally wasted $45 on snake oil that did nothing but make me sick. True story. And when I tried to return the products they refused. Well of course they did. Their wellness clerks are whiny and thrust their personal problems at you so be aware if you ask simple questions regarding your own health concerns. You're better off asking a child for "wellness" remedies than the quacks they hired to push their fake goods on you. Overall I will never shop at this bastard child of New Seasons again. It's riddled with poor management, lousy customer service and a blatant disregard for community. They should really take down the sign that says Friendliest Store and replace it with Something more accurate like "Fraudulent Store in town".

This is a great local store, and is actually one of Tualatin's finest. There is a local deli, a bakery, a fresh meat section, a large wine display, and a variety of indoor and outdoor seating. New Seasons caters to the health conscious crowd, and they spare no expense to offer you a variety of merchandise that is a cut above their competitors. This includes everything from a vast oatmeal and fresh produce section, to breads and pastas, to boxed goods and snacks. This location even includes a small section for books, water bottles, magnets, and other souvenirs, and even a make up and vitamin aisle. The store is well run, always clean, and the employees are very polite and helpful. The store is open from 7am to 11pm, parking is plentiful, and it's very easy to access directly off of Tualatin Sherwood road. You really feel like you're every need is taken care of.

Off to a great start. Personally, Whole Foods, New Seasons and Market of Choice are practically indistinguishable. All offer a higher end grocery store experience with some extra bells and whistles and this location meets all of my expectations. The staff was helpful, free samples were plentiful and they were ready to roll on opening day firing on all cylinders. There are some nice prepared food options in the Good to Go area, a wine bar and a small seating area if you want to eat in the store. You can grab a small coffee sample by the entrance while you browse and the large wall filled with nuts and grains dispensers of every variety is especially good. Heck, you can even grind your own peanut butter. Perhaps it was due to the flood of customers on opening day, but I'd prefer a little more space in the aisles. The store is a nice size, not nearly as large as Fred Meyer just across the street and feels light and bright compared to the Mountain Park New Seasons store. I like that they are already partnering with local vendors and the Tualatin Public Library for in store events. It was interesting that there are only five check-out lines and four express lines. Although, to their credit, it seemed to be enough, even on a busy day. ---- A note about parking: When visiting this store (or HomeGoods or Cabela's), turn left on the entrance road heading towards Michael's. Seriously, this will save you 15 minutes trying to exit the parking lot since making a left turn (from the Cabela's side) back on the entrance road is a total nightmare. If you end up on the wrong side of the lot, then you are better off taking the road that runs behind all the stores and getting to Boones Ferry or Tualatin-Sherwood Road on the side streets. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Condescending and Pushy Employee! Look, I am a born and raised Portlander. I have been going to New Seasons since I was a teenager, and I am now in my late mid thirty's. I love New Seasons. I do most of my shopping at New Seasons. This store has a weird place for carts. Behind a rock wall to the left of the doors. At the moment there are racks of flowers outside even further obscuring the view of the carts. When I walked in at about 9:40, It was dark, and I didn't see carts anywhere. I've never been to this location before. So I asked an employee, who has a blonde bob, and was wearing a bright pink shirt in the produce section where I could find the carts. She stated with a condescending tone and a fake smile, "outside". I asked where outside, as I didn't see any. She said "behind the flowers", with the continued fake smile and condescending tone. I asked her if she could please show me. The employee led me and then said "see right here". I with trying to joke about the obscene placement of the carts said "oh wow, really hard to spot those", and giggled. The employee ignored my attempt at lightening the moment, and then proceeded to tell me I only had 13 minutes to shop in a pushy tone. The store closes at 10:00. I then carefully chose a couple different kinds of stone fruit, and grabbed my kids favorite breakfast sausage...Then went to the ice cream aisle. I was hoping to find my favorite, but felt so rushed by the mere minutes I apparently had left, that I gave up without my favorite treat... as I still had more shopping to do, and again, so little time. A few aisles later, the cheery voice on the loud speaker announced only 15 more minutes to shop. WAIT, WHAT?! I looked down at my watch, and indeed, it was 9:45. Argh. Thanks a lot Condescending, not at all helpful Produce Lady with the short-ish blonde hair and bright pink shirt. If I hadn't had near 2 decades of New Seasons experience and knew better, I would certainly not want to shop at New Seasons again after this experience. 2019 #10

Friendliest store in town, only if you're rich. Groceries and quality of food is good, but they don't offer any affordable gluten-free pasta. As a minority, I want quality food at an affordable price and they only care about making money here. Also, They used to have free samples which was great for my family but last time I was here they got rid of them. They only have paper bags, which is ridiculous because they rip all the time and they are killing trees for no reason. Anyway, be careful here. They act like they care about all people groups, but their prices are not inclusive at all.

I was in the New Seasons parking lot about to go in to grab some lunch from they're amazing hot bar when I slammed my thumb is the car door. It was pretty bad and I was certain I broke it, I had a severe laceration and panicked. I didn't know what else to do to get help so I walked into the grocery store bloody hand and all - I was blown away by the treatment I received by the store employees. I alerted the first person I saw and simply asked for help retrieving some napkins to try and stop the bleeding. I was mortified as this is obviously unsanitary being it's a grocery store but again I didn't know what else to do. It was the closest establishment. An employee handed me a few napkins and I immediately exited the store and sat down at a patio table. Within 45 seconds several employees came out of the store equip with first aid supplies and kind words. My hand was throbbing and I could barely think - They got my hand cleaned up and even dressed the wound for me while asking if I was ok, and if they needed to call someone for me. I needed food so they also assisted me through the grocery store and helped me get checked out. After 20 minutes or so I regained my wits and was able to get back in my car to return to work. I have never felt so much compassion by complete strangers in such an odd circumstance. Then folks working at this location or truly the kindest people. Thank you so much.

I am with other customers who would give zero stars if I could. Did I miss the announcement where the government appointed the staff at New Season the ultimate authority on COVID and of how people should wear their face masks? I was going to write them off the last time I shopped there because I was yelled at to remove my grocery items from the checkout conveyer belt. The whole thing was clear and the woman in front of me had her items in a bag, so I figured it would be safe to put my 4-5 items at the end, right next to where I was standing (6 feet from the customer in front of me). The cashier flipped her lid and told me I needed to remove my items immediately (you would have thought I licked the conveyor belt or something!). She then went on a diatribe about how they only take one person at a time and that by doing it this way they are "keeping people safe". I'm all for keeping everyone safe, but yelling at customers and chastising them for not knowing their procedures (especially when their procedures are SO far off from any other store), is completely unnecessary! A polite request would have sufficed! The other kicker of this situation is that once the customer in front of me left the cashier never washed the conveyor belt from the transaction in front of me, so in what way were we "keeping people safe" if nothing was sanitized? Of course that logic was completely lost on the cashier! Fast-forward a couple weeks, my husband and I walk into the store for the last time. I was wearing my mask as requested, but my husband has a legit medical reason to not wear his mask. Even so, he still wears it as best he can but will let it go down below his nose for a fresh breath here and there. As we walked in, 2 men stopped him and told him to pull his mask up over his nose. When he tried to explain the situation to them and that he would put it up, but would need to pull it down when he needed a better breath, they became aggressive and actually put their hands on him and told him they were going to call the police. Seriously?!? Call the police?!? Well, that escalated quickly! Again, you would have thought he walked in with no mask, being belligerent, and coughing on people. We have been in numerous stores and restaurants and no one has ever had an issue, especially when he explains the situation, and NEVER has anyone threatened to call the police! We will NEVER shop at New Seasons ever again and will be sharing our experience with anyone who will listen. Hopefully, someone at corporate will finally correct their cranial/rectal impaction and listen to the experiences of customers. They seriously need to chat with their employees about being a bit more courteous. No one HAS TO shop there, someone should remind them of that! We have choices and I am choosing somewhere else!

NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Was treated with so much disrespect. I give 0 stars. The workers are very rude and prices are to high. Food quality was no better then WalMart.

I was shocked at how rude people are at this New Seasons! I always have such a wonderful experience. Went in this morning and every worker seemed to be annoyed that I was talking to them! Especially the lady behind the deli counter. I politely said excuse me twice and she ignored me finally saying "Ill be with you in just a minute" there was NO one in the store! Never going back to this new seasons ever again. No wonder they have bad ratings.

Absolutely awful service, prices are beyond retail or far higher vs AKA Whole Paycheck prices! There are far superior online options with far superior selection that offer free two hour delivery of perishables at up to 50% less cost! I will never come here again.

I would like to start with if I could give you all zero stars that's absolutely what I would do! My family has been very respectful of things over this last few months, I have kept my children inside, I have and continue to follow recommendations and store policies. I have respected your recommendations and I have been an avid and loyal customer to your establishment for years! I contacted your store the day before arriving to inquire if you would allow persons with disabilities (and I'm not talking a made up diagnoses, I'm taking about actual doctors, psychiatrist, and specialists whom have given my son a full disability diagnosis) into your store if they can't wear a mask, and the answer I was given was that your establishment does not discriminate against persons with disabilities and to please let the front attendant know that information. Which I was incredibly grateful to hear as my son has waited months now to pick out a few of his favorite foods from your store! I should also add that it's been his absolute favorite place to shop and to be for years now, he's told his teachers his specialists and doctors all about how they should go to New Seasons! So today I put my mask on and as requested followed your policies, I let the man at the front know my son has a disability and just can't wear a mask, we would keep our distance and we were just going to be grabbing a few things and headed out. We were allowed in, until only 5 mins later to be surrounded by 3 store staff as they demanded I leave your store due to my son not having a mask on. I explained we had called the day before, I explained to the front when we came in and I was happy and willing to wear my mask, my son just can not give his disability. The lady just looked at my son and said "I don't know who told you this information but we don't allow for your son with anything without a mask to come into the store, you would not have been told otherwise." She with three other employees with her at this point proceeded to express that I would could grab what I was standing in the aisle for or have her do it for me and leave. At his point I was absolutely in tears and my son was pacing back and forth near his breaking point and I pushed the cart to the front and we left your store. She said I was welcome to call and talk to the store manager Monday and handed me a comment card which buy the way had no information on how to actually contact your manager. We won't be back to any of your establishments again, especially the one in Tualatin. The way you treated my son, was absolutely disheartening, disrespect and with no regard for a kid with real disabilities. This isn't about following rules as I was more than happy to follow your store policies, the way you handled yourself, the way you belittled and demeaned my son today was disappointing and wrong. I hope you take the time to reconsider how you engage with those in your community who have serious and actual disability as the lack of care and concern you showed for your neighbor and a child with serious disabilities today was sad.

I am a definite fan of New Seasons. Earlier I was reminded why. So I received a coupon from my local Cedar Hills store for $5 off a $25 purchase but what I did not notice was the "only for use at the Cedar Hills location" restriction at the bottom of said coupon. I have a group dinner I am attending tomorrow which I am supposed to make an epic salad for and I also make up an epic salad in advance which we use all week. I figured it was a good time to use that since I know them to have amazing produce and my salads consist usually of Spring mix, spinach, red leaf lettuce, dill, cilantro, parsley, chives, green onion, red onion, red pepper, orange pepper, radishes, cucumber, and tomato. I arrive and start in their fun section, as I call it. They have cards, weird random books, Bigfoot garland (because who doesn't need this right???!!), vases, candles...and some of the most random stuff that you need to buy because it is awesome and you probably won't see it elsewhere. I find the best Valentine's Day card ever and a set of Rifle paper notebooks that I could not live without. Seriously, Rifle Paper Company AND it had flamingos...TAKE ALL OF MY MONEY... I calm myself and move to produce...and buy vegetables that I want to take pictures of to prove they actually existed in nature...everything was very high quality. Yes, it costs a lot more but everything is organic and perfect. I also could not live without the most beautiful and healthy mini daffodil bulbs I have seen in their floral department. Which reminds me, I have bought bouquets for people at other New Seasons which seem to have a lot more flower options BUT all locations have impeccable quality florists which are priced better than actual florists by far and, to be honest, I think New Seasons has higher quality. I reached the register and joked with the cashier that I did not see the Cedar Hills only note on the coupon and she said she would be happy to take it no problem at all! And my coupon will be good until the end of the month??!! Thanks guys...did I mention there were other Rifle Paper notepads I might also need?....

This store has a great selection of healthy and eco conscious products. I love walking here during the day to get a snack and some exercise. The prices aren't too bad and they have sales as well. Employees are always friendly.

I was disappointed in the quality of the bake good specifically the grab and go mix and match cookies. The selection was sparse, nothing like the cookies I bought in the past. Some were "fresh" out of freezer the others were hard and dry. The salt bagels were hard and dry. I guess they were not fresh out of freezer. $23.00 for 12 Mexican wedding cakes 4 stuffed oatmeal cookie, 1 chocolate bar and 4 bagel.

Things are slipping at New Seasons. Went by for the salad bar, deciding on this over several other options for lunch. After filling a bowl with greens, got to the salad dressings. What dressings? There are usually seven or eight. Today these, none appealing. After asking, no luck. The gal tried to act like it's normal. I hope it's not the new norm for this once fine store under its new foreign ownership.

Psychotic behavior from staff. Had my mask slip below my nose a bit and someone from the back came out aggressively and lashed out at me.

The woman working in coffee is absolutely positive and bright! Excellent service and attitude

Jaaaaaacccckkk gets 5 stars and beyond as best employee eva! There was some confusion with the new seasons points reward with the bakery so the lady who was originally my cashier got swamped with confusion and people. Jack came in and saved the day on the express lane. Such a positive bright efficient and caring soul! His uplifting calm demeanor totally changed my day around. Thank you Jaaaaack I send you many blessings

Never again will I patronize New Seasons. Again, out of items I specifically went there to purchase, including the Gardein products and the 'Impossible Burger'. Employees have an "I really don't care' attitude when inquiring about the products I was looking for (and for which were out of stock....again). No more will I have to pay prices which are 10%-20% higher than at their competition. Lost sales for todays transaction were in the $50 range.....Really pathetic....

I bought 3lbs of London Broil, which had good color and seemed to be good cuts. Prepped the meat, threw it on the grill and cooked to the proper tenderness. Well, the meat ended up being tough, even where there was a nice pinkness. I will not buy meat here again. Bought a couple of items from the deli:. Corn fritters and spanakopita, which were both excellent and fill of flavor.

The woman (younger, dark hair, day shift) that works in the hot foods area is the least customer friendly employee in all of the New Seasons locations I've ever met. She is absolutely unaccommodating, visibly annoyed when you request something that may not be on her order form and the way she interprets daily specials is completely different than any other location. I've had 3 less than satisfactory experiences with her and she seems to be the main person taking orders at the hot food area so I try to avoid this store as much as possible. We were by it today and my son wanted the Impossible Burger as part of the Block Party special so I thought I would take a chance. Progress Ridge gave us the special price (with an additional $2 added on and had no problem making his vegan style instead of loading it with bacon and cheese). But not the Mountain Park employee. She informed me that he filled his form out incorrectly and he couldn't have the vegan impossible burger with vegan ingredients. Bacon and cheese is far more expensive than a slice of dairy-free cheese but she wouldn't budge. We went to Mountain Park instead and they thought it was strange that the Nyberg River location was being so difficult.

A nice deli seating area with history display. I stopped by for quick dinner after 8 p.m. since nothing else is really open in downtown Tualatin that late. Also there is a bicycle repair station (Bike Fixation brand) near the main entrance, hidden behind a pillar (although a couple of tools seem to have been stolen, and also I really wished it came with air pump), so if you are in the area on your bike and in need for flat repair or adjustment it's a nice thing to have (especially since the one at the Bridgeport Village Whole Foods has been all but broken and cannibalized, and the only other one I know in this region is in front of the Symposium Coffee in downtown Tigard). * Hey NSM: if you set up a Bike Fixation, it is also a good idea to have a pack of flat-repair patch kit for sale near the checkout; or people would have to go across the street and buy one at Fred Meyer. Another thing NSM should really consider is to have a credit union set up an ATM... a great idea especially because there is no Co-op Credit Unions ATM in the area (except for the Nyberg Street 7-Eleven -- a favorite target for skimmers).

Steph was courteous, professional, and made our trip here quick and easy. She was kind and engaging. Can't wait to come back and see her again!

It's a great store, it deserves four stars. The only thing wrong with this market is at the corporate level, and how locations are determined. . I live in SW Portland and there is NO NS market within 15 minutes of us in Garden Home, Multnomah Village or Metzger. I wish NS would see fit to open a store in SW or even somewhere in north Tigard, where there are abundant land and structure choices that work great for a grocery store.

New Seasons is awesome!! Great food and great employees!!! I love all the vegan options and the produce quality is always amazing!

Wanted to give the new Tualatin store a try since it was built as a New Seasons (as opposed to stuffing a New Seasons into some other repurposed space). One word: disappointment. The store is lacking in design, décor, comfort, and other amenities that a SUPER EXPENSIVE grocery store would have. I found many products that are also available at Whole Foods or Fred Meyer, but cost 10-20% more at New Seasons. Why? There's no added value of service or style for the extra cost. Oh well, back to Whole Foods.

I won't lie. I was pretty disappointed with this store. I was really hoping it would be better than the Whole Foods down the street. The lack of selection paired with the VERY HIGH prices means I won't be coming very often.

WoW! Just wow, I have to review a recent experience at this New Seasons. I always get asked if I need help when I go in here, which is really nice because I usually do! However, to get to the point of my review, 5 stars are for the employees ALL THE WAY! The customer service here is outstanding, I left my debit card at home I thought, yes I was one of those customers, And had bought over $100 worth of groceries and didn't realize until time to pay that my card was missing. The checker literally said, no problem, here's our phone number, your ticket number that is on hold, take your grocery items home and call us when back with your CC number to pay. I almost FELL. OVER. Take my groceries home?! unpaid for?? Seriously? I was completely shocked to say the least. But, that kept the line moving, spared me more self embarrassment as the line was pretty long and they were closing in less than 20 mins. Talk about trust! Well, lucky for me when I got out to the car I saw my card had actually fallen out of my wallet and I immediately went back in to the cashier and paid for my groceries. I asked him, what if I got into an accident on the way or something bad happened and I couldn't find my card to pay... he very calmly said... well, ma'am, I think we could handle that loss, and would actually feel terrible if that happened to you! OMG!! Could the "friendliest store in town" get any friendlier?? I THINK NOT!! I know parking here is hard, but I go to most of the other stores around and just try to find a universal spot for all my shopping that is needed. Great employees, store and products all around!
