The lamb is cooked beautifully — tender, juicy, and slightly pink in the middle, adding a premium, steak-like quality to the dish. The soft, jammy egg, fragrant chilli oil, fresh greens, and crisp nori complete it perfectly, making every bite exciting and comforting at the same time.
What really elevates the experience is the restaurant itself. The place is spotlessly clean, and being able to watch the chefs work is genuinely mesmerising — you can see the care, precision, and passion that goes into every bowl. It adds a real sense of trust and appreciation for the craft.
