New York City Boat Tours

Had a great time on the sunset cruise. Also, had a past party for my wife’s birthday & 30 friends. Everything went smoothly with tickets & space to party on the boat. The staff and the cruise were excellent. Plan ahead if you are driving because in the area the parking might be tough so leave ample time. Nice bar on the end of the pier where you can meet up before departure. Too views for the Statue of Liberty & NY harbor. The company has a wide choice of cruises.

My wife Alisha and I have had the most incredible and memorable experiences with City Experiences and Hornblower Cruises. We enjoyed our first cruise aboard the Bateaux celebrating our engagement in 2020 and we decided what better way to celebrate our wedding out on the water getting a different view of the city. We were married aboard the Atlantica back in April 2022 and the staff has been nothing short of spectacular! Our family members and friends still talk about how memorable the experience was and how accommodating all staff members were that were involved. We just recently celebrated my wife’s birthday aboard the Spirit of New Jersey with yet another incredible evening. Shout outs to Margaret for being an incredible liaison and coordinator for our wedding (more importantly being an incredible human being who adds such a personal touch) as well as boat managers Cassandra and Tatiana! Those not mentioned are not forgotten because you all made such an impression on us and we will highly recommend the brand to anyone interested! Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. We drove from Philadelphia for a Latin boat night. The pier was changed 2 hours prior to the event and the information was only communicated via text. When we arrived to the pier, there were no signs or employees pointing you in the correct direction. Once we figured out where go and were standing in line, one of their employees came out and said they only had 18 spots left and everyone else was going to be rescheduled. Apparently, the capacity of the boat is 1000 people and they oversold tickets. We spent money on gas, tolls, missed work, hotel, Lyfts, parking to have a good time at this event only to be told they oversold tickets and would need to reschedule. Needless to say, we did not reschedule and instead asked for a refund. The staff was so rude. I don’t think I have ever encountered such bad customer service. They were acting as if we (paying customers) were inconveniencing them (a company with poor planning and communication). The event organizer, Pierre, was incompetent and unprofessional. As we were expressing our concerns he completely dismissed us. We then asked for his supervisor’s information which he did not provide. In addition to this, he used profanity when speaking to customers and told one customer “you’re not listening to me so now I have to be an a**hole.” Our interaction with this company was horrible. Would not recommend at all. Wish I would’ve read some reviews before spending over $1000 for a weekend trip to NY that was completely ruined and a waste of time.

I drove 1hr to get here, for there to be no boat and no one to help! We walked from different piers asking and they didn’t know anything about the boat, I paid over $800 because it was a group of 10. They answered my email the next day offering a new date & I accepted it. Come to find out the same thing happened AGAIN & this time they have not responded to me at all. I need my money ! I did not pay so much to just drive there and not even be able to get into a boat.

I’m on the hip hop and r&b boat as I’m typing this and I have to say these reviews really scared me but don’t believe them! We are traveling from Vegas for my fiancé birthday and the staff dj anybody that works here been cool as heck!!! Literally the most fun since I been in NYC and best way to end our vacation! Great music food was hella good! Beyond expected! Definitely want to come back with girlfriends next time

Came to an event I paid for and it wasn’t here. Empty boat, nobody to contact. I want my money back!!!

Had a great time at their events. Would go again. Really good experience! Nice cruise.

Scammers literally. We purchased tickets with dinner and they wanted to charge us for food anyways
