I’ve been a loyal guest at New York Steakhouse, JW Marriott Bangkok, for over a decade—and for good reason. Every visit is marked by impeccable service, a refined ambiance, and consistently exceptional food. This classic steakhouse serves up timeless favorites, from succulent grilled lobster and perfectly cooked cuts of meat to crisp, flavorful Caesar salad and indulgent desserts. The seafood tower is a must-try, beautifully presented and always fresh. To me, this is hands down the best hotel steakhouse in Thailand. It’s my top choice whenever I think of fine steak dining, and it never fails to impress. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates old-school steakhouse charm with world-class execution.

I’ll admit, I was initially hesitant to visit due to some mixed reviews, but as someone who travels globally and dines regularly at high-end luxury restaurants, I can confidently say this place exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The service was warm, attentive, and consistently thoughtful, with staff checking in just the right amount without being intrusive. A special thanks to the two wonderful ladies who took care of my table—they were absolutely fantastic and added to the overall experience. Now, the food: simply outstanding. I ordered the Masuya steak (6,000 THB) and it was worth every baht. The steak was masterfully seasoned—rich, tender, and bursting with flavor. They offered a variety of mustards on the side, but truthfully, the steak was so well-prepared that it didn’t need a single accompaniment. I also had the 800g lobster, which was equally impressive. It came with a massive, meaty tail, flavorful claw meat, and even a roasted bone with marrow—an elegant and indulgent touch. Despite being fully booked, they graciously found a seat for me as a solo diner, which I truly appreciated. ⸻ Final Verdict: A top-tier steakhouse that delivers on quality, service, and presentation. We both very happy on friendly smile service and all checked back communication by Winie, Nae and Kaopoon, caesar salad also come with good authentic taste, steaks with the right doneness, price friendly with the Club Marriott member 50% discount on food. We’ll mark NY as the 1st choice of steak house in mind, see you in next 2 weeks.

Excellent service and great steakhouse. We went on a Friday dinner. The reswas quite packed. We reserved the table in advance. All staffs were very polite and assisted with their great service mind. We order a tomahawk which was huge. It was cooked perfectly. We loved the side dish - grilled mushrooms and the diane sauce was perfect. We got complimentary birthday cake. It was New York Cheesecake and it was yummy. Our table was in side by the wall. It was not the ideal spot for "prepared tableside dishes ".

I came here with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday and we had such a wonderful time! The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and the service was absolutely amazing. Big thanks to K’ Kaopoon and K’ Aura for taking such good care of us and making my day so special. Highly recommend!

Classic North American steakhouse in the heart of Bangkok. They have a nice selection of beef, as well as all the classic steakhouse sides. They have a beautiful dining room and service has always been really good.
