New York Steakhouse delivered a truly satisfying classic steakhouse experience. The prime rib was the standout of the night—perfectly roasted, tender, and incredibly juicy with a beautiful pink center and just the right amount of fat for flavor. The tomahawk and other cuts were also cooked with an excellent char and rich, beefy depth. The sides and starters complemented the meal well: the bone marrow was rich and savory, the escargot came bubbling in fragrant garlic butter, and the Caesar salad was fresh and creamy with crispy bacon. The scallop carpaccio with truffle and ikura added a refined, refreshing touch before the heavier meats. Portions were generous, service was attentive, and the overall atmosphere matched the classic steakhouse vibe perfectly. A solid choice for anyone craving premium cuts and a reliable, well-rounded dining experience.

To be honest, every single bite of the meal was excellent. The snails, for example, truly amazed us and we’re used to eating them back home in Spain! The Caesar salad was fantastic, and we loved that they prepare the dressing right in front of you. The steak tartare was also really good. However, we did have an issue with the main part of the dinner: the Porterhouse Steak made with Australian Wagyu. The problem is that if a piece of meat is frozen and shown to the customer straight from the fridge, it’s impossible to cook it rare and have it come out hot in less than three to four hours. So, what we received about 45 minutes after finishing our starters was more like a “stewed” Porterhouse, covered with too much pepper. We ended up leaving part of it, which was disappointing especially because the service, atmosphere, and every other detail were absolutely perfect. The team paid such great attention to detail. My suggestion would be to only serve fresh meat or to ask customers to pre-order their steak in advance if it needs to be defrosted. That way, there’s enough time to prepare it properly without stewing it. Because of that, I can’t give five stars but we’re all here to learn, and I’m sure they’ll keep improving! I’ll admit, I was initially hesitant to visit due to some mixed reviews, but as someone who travels globally and dines regularly at high-end luxury restaurants, I can confidently say this place exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The service was warm, attentive, and consistently thoughtful, with staff checking in just the right amount without being intrusive. A special thanks to the two wonderful ladies who took care of my table—they were absolutely fantastic and added to the overall experience. Now, the food: simply outstanding. I ordered the Masuya steak (6,000 THB) and it was worth every baht. The steak was masterfully seasoned—rich, tender, and bursting with flavor. They offered a variety of mustards on the side, but truthfully, the steak was so well-prepared that it didn’t need a single accompaniment. I also had the 800g lobster, which was equally impressive. It came with a massive, meaty tail, flavorful claw meat, and even a roasted bone with marrow—an elegant and indulgent touch. Despite being fully booked, they graciously found a seat for me as a solo diner, which I truly appreciated. ⸻ Final Verdict: A top-tier steakhouse that delivers on quality, service, and presentation. Every visit is marked by impeccable service, a refined ambiance, and consistently exceptional food. This classic steakhouse serves up timeless favorites, from succulent grilled lobster and perfectly cooked cuts of meat to crisp, flavorful Caesar salad and indulgent desserts. The seafood tower is a must-try, beautifully presented and always fresh. To me, this is hands down the best hotel steakhouse in Thailand. It’s my top choice whenever I think of fine steak dining, and it never fails to impress. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates old-school steakhouse charm with world-class execution.
