Newk's Eatery

The staff is always courteous, welcoming and professional. The owner is usually there daily and he always makes sure you feel right at home. I usually stop in every week or so as my granddaughter loves this place. The desserts are sooooooo good, the pepperoni pizza is awesome.

Typically a great experience at this place. In previous visits I had great service from the manager that was there. I have ordered quite a few different things from the menu including soups and sandwiches. Today I ordered a soup and sandwich and it took 20 minutes before somebody came over and asked what I had ordered. Then my food finally came out. When I asked the cashier all he could say was the times on the register were wrong but I had still been there for 20 minutes irregardless of what the register said probably will be eating somewhere else from now on.

Always great service and food! I called ahead and placed my order to go, but I couldn't wait.

Hubby & I visited for the first time today & were BLOWN AWAY by the delightful service & variety of delicious food! Perhaps we lucked out with timing (between lunch & dinner ~5pm) but the restaurant was clean & food ready super quick (that mac n cheese is the BOMB). Gregory was fantastic & checked on us regularly throughout our visit. We didn't expect such large portion sizes & wound up with enough left over for another full meal! We'll definitely be back & recommend this location to anyone & everyone! 💙 5 Stars & 4 Thumbs Up! ^_^

It's not your typical cafe. Highly recommend! Food is excellent. The cooks know their stuff. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! When I went it was still new. Staff seemed completely indifferent to my girlfriend and I being there, but they were still nice to us. Just seemed like they were a bit caught up in their own things, but there was nobody else in the place eating so it seemed odd they were so distant to us. You walk in and immediately see the condiment bar. It's a beautiful sight. Capers, jalapenos, pepper, chutney, mints, you name it, it was there. Best part? The condiment bar is all free, and you can take what you want.

Love this place! The food is delicious, the menu options are plentiful, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Portion size is important to me, and I always feel like I get a great "bang for my buck" at Newk's. Best of all, the staff at this location is terrific: everyone is friendly, attentive, and truly makes me feel like a valued guest. Happy to be one of their "regulars" and proud to recommend the Howell Mill Newk's to anyone & everyone!

Great addition to the Howell Mill area. We have eaten here many times since they opened. Every time the visit has been a 5 star visit. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The food is always flavorful, fresh and out to our table quickly. Better food and a much better value than Panera.

A great new addition to the Howell Mill shopping area. We stopped in to have a late lunch. Its clean, spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is freshly made. A wide selection of sandwiches, salads and soups of the day as well as sides. They also have desserts ans offer a catering service. I enjoyed the personal size pizza we ordered as well as the chicken and sausage gumbo. Would definitely stop by again.
