I don’t usually leave reviews but every item I ordered here made me sick. Was super excited to finally try Newk’s, my first visit I got a supreme pizza with a garden salad and the pizza made me sick, so I took the salad home and put it in an airtight container, waited 2 days, and even the salad with no dressing made me sick. How does a garden salad give you diarrhea??? Wish I could get my money back, my dad’s salad, Newks Favorite made him sick also. Will not be returning simply because even their lettuce is poison

I am not sure how I’m just finding out about this place but thanks to the food gods for leading me here! These sandwiches are absolutely delicious. It’s like my tastebuds rejoice with every bite. This club sandwich mannnn look it will make you close your eyes as you chew it’s that good. And please don’t forget the potato salad. It tastes just like your favorite auntie potato salad at the 4th of July cookouts in the country. Lawddd this food so good

Service with a smile. Self serve items available. Filtered water in machine. I had one of their delicious chicken sandwiches with their white BBQ sauce.AMAZING Easy order on kiosk. Nearby parking can difficult

Dec 2024 Great experience except…they’ve done away with our favorite salad, the black and bleu. They weren’t selling enough; so no more steak salad with the blue cheese dressing. Aargh! Aug 2024 I love Newk’s…so convenient. My fave pizza is the pepperoni one with 2x the mushrooms and the black and bleu salad. The young lady who took my order was awesome, so professional. I wish I’d gotten her name so I could mention her specifically. She answered my questions, didn’t rush me and now I know of a fabulous way to look up nutritional values for not just Newk’s meals, but ready-made food at Publix or wherever, too. Thanks so much! My 2022 review: I love Newk’s pepperoni pizza. The club sandwich is good, too and my husband likes the black & blue salad. I got the garden salad today which was disappointing which is why I’m not giving this 5 stars. It was a little droopy, not fresh the way I’d expect. It looked like those salads made in advance and already oxidized around the edges.

Not a bad place to eat, but not astounding. A slightly nice option for family friendly dining. The variety of salads felt limited to a handful of variations on a theme, but then I get disappointed if something more fruity isn't on the menu. The salad portions, though, were very generous and could easily be shared over a light lunch. We also tried the Mediterranean pizza, and were not disappointed. Again, noting particularly special, but not a bad option.

Today I had a club sandwich with fruit. Portion sizes were great! Food tasted great also. No wait time!

Pizzas are amazing. Especially the spicy shrimp with cauliflower and the spicy pepperoni. Customer service is always excellent and the restaurant is immaculate. Ww ordered pick up but decided to eat in.

Newk’ salads are always so good and the portions are big enough, plus the sandwiches are very tasty especially the provolone cheese sandwich 🥪! The only recommendation for this place is that they should have more friendly people in the front!

Food and Service was impeccable. I really appreciate their commitment to quality and taste every time I visit one of their stores.

Sometimes at night I wonder to myself while tossing and turning "What if Panera Bread was well-executed instead of terrible?" Then I remember Newk's exists and I can rest easy. Sandwich, soup, salad offerings are all solid with high-quality ingredients. The pickle bar inside is a nice touch as well. My go-to is the ultimate salad and it has a great combination of protein and veggies for a slightly premium price; however, I feel like the quality and quantity make this spot worth the cost. Counter service people are always friendly, and these folks cater. Parking is easy, and seating is comfy. 5/5 as a frequent lunch guest

Tasty sandwiches and salad! Ordered for a business lunch and would definitely order from here again. We had pasta salad, garden salad, assorted sandwiches and desserts. The sandwiches were the chicken bacon club on a croissant, chicken salad on wheat berry bread, ham and cheddar on croissant, ham and Swiss on rolls, turkey breast on croissant, turkey breast on wheat berry, pesto chicken on wheat berry and roast beef on French Parisian. The desserts we had were brownies and their Big Crispy and the peanut butter Crispy, both of which are gluten free. Very good, hearty lunch. My group all raved and enjoyed the food from Newk's. They offer catering directly or through EZCater. They also have party trays and boxed lunches.

So if you want a soup and a sandwich kind of spot then this is going to be your place. Also if you want a pizza, they have smaller size pieces for you as well. So I came here randomly cuz I was across the street about to go shopping. That's usually how it goes because it's right in a shopping area. The shopping area has free apartment but it's not a living parking so you have to be careful because you may not get a parking spot if it's too busy. Everybody is really friendly there, and they'll help explain them in you if you need it. The last time I went I got a pizza and I got a wrap. The pizza was a sausage and pepperoni, it's about six slices or so and it comes fresh out the oven. I got a Caesar wrap last time, I added bacon to it, it was good and actually comes with a side as well. Typically I'll get potatoes salad. The load of potato soup is actually good as well. This is a place that's fairly cheap and pretty good. So if you want something that's quicker than dining in and still decent good too, I would suggest it.

Normally I wouldn't care to write a review for somewhere as casual and "predictable" as Newk's, but I'm actually quite impressed with the food here! I've had Newk's before but it's been a loooong time. So when I walked in, I didn't really have any expectations - I just ordered a sandwich and side pairing and awaited for what I was expecting to be a very mid meal. I was pleasantly surprised when my food came out - it actually looked really good, and it tasted pretty good as well! The Chicken Pesto sandwich has good flavor and the bread is quite soft. The mac and cheese was great and hit the spot. Free parking in the area, though, a little limited as there's many other stores/shops in the area

Every visit to Newks, I am pleased; never disappointed! Great food, great customer service, and always served in a timely manner. I mostly do mine for takeout, but have dined in before and was always pleased. Great atmosphere.

This was the saddest excuse of a sandwich I have ever seen. Yes, I removed the lettuce. But one thin layer of meat you can barely see (photo attached). I don't understand why anyone goes here for sandwiches with other options nearby.

Offers a great variety of salads, soups, sandwiches and more. The restaurant is super flexible, allowing customers to mix & match, and even customize menu items. Good for lunch or dinner, and is certainly kid friendly. We love bringing our dogs and sitting outside during warmer months. Staff is super accommodating and often brings a water bowl for them :) I love the salad bar & tend to load up on the free pickled jalapeños & croutons while I wait for my order to be ready. Go-to order: Greek salad, no feta (I'm lactose intolerant), add chicken & use lemon-basil dressing. The ultimate sandwich is another winner. I do not recommend their shrimp, very small and overcooked.

Good Food, Good Service, Good Prices I've been a patron of several locations, for years. I can say that of all their menu items, I've never been disappointed. This speaks to the chain's dedication to maintaining the quality of the Brand. You can bring a group of people and there will be something to please everyone tastes - even the kids. I only stopped in for a quick bite, so not much to report. The one thing I notice at this location - the owner is always on the floor to ensure excellent service for the clientele, and to assist in any way possible - MAJOR PLUS! So, whether you need a full meal, something light or in between, Newk's checks all the boxes. BON APPÉTIT

Awesome job!! Food was hot and tasty. I enjoyed the food so so much. I encourage people to go and try the huge menu. The ambience was quiet and welcoming.

This was my first time trying this restaurant and I enjoyed my lunch. The salad had fresh ingredients and the pesto and Caesar dressing went well together. I love the fresh peppers and combination of pasta with salad made it very filling. I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered from this location before but this time my garden salad I had the carrots were green and brown and looked old.

Great experience! The food is tasty ( a little expensive but pairing is a pretty good deal). Great customer service from William and Anna! I just love good customer service with great food! I had a large order because I ordered for my family too. My only thing is I wanted to see more vegetables on my veggie pizza.

Stepped in for todays lunch and was really taken by surprise of how good Newk's Eatery was! The location was spacious with plenty of dining and A/C for this summer but I sat comfy outside in the shade. The service was not only great but fast as I only waited for 10 minutes or so. I decided to order Newk's Half Cheesesteak and the Six Cheese Pimento with Bacon as a side because it sounded like a great place to start and I was right. Stuffed in between toasted Parisian bread with mayo not only was the tenderloin steak juicy but the flavor of the caramelizar onions and peppers was the chef's kiss! The six cheese pimento with that crispy bacon on top was too good I might have to order a bucket next time. Would definitely come back for a dinner next time!

All the times that I've driven by and didn't even realize there was a Newk's here! R and I were in the area 10 weeks ago and decided to come here for dinner at around 7:30 pm. Parking was easy to find. There's lots of free parking all around Town Brookhaven, where this Newk's is located, both on the street, in parking lots and even a parking garage, if necessary. We walked in through the front door, and the order counter was on the left. We had already decided to get salads, so we didn't have to look through the entire menu. I ordered a Greek salad, and R ordered an Ultimate salad. We were given a number on laminated cardstock so that we could put it on a stand so that the server would know where to bring the order. We went outside to the covered and fenced patio and plopped ourselves down, clipping the numbered placard on top of the stand. We didn't have to wait very long, because our food was brought out soon after, and the salads looked fresh. My Greek salad had crisp lettuce, sharp tasting olives, slightly firm artichoke hearts and lightly toasted croutons. The salad was perfect, and big - a lot to eat. R said that his Ultimate salad was delicious. The employees were nice, quick and efficient. The restaurant was spacious and clean. The beverage bar was self serve, and it was well stocked, except for lemons, which had to be requested. At about 7:30 pm, the restaurant was almost empty of all customers and had 5 customers sitting out in the patio.

Hostess/order taker not friendly. Didn't want to be there. Swept under every table around us, dragging chairs across the floor very loudly as if trying to signal she wanted us to leave. It was seven pm and their posted hours are until 9 pm. This was very rude. I wanted to order more food but just did it on the app while in the restaurant so as not to bother her further.

great food amazing atmosphere. Bella was our waitress she was sweet charming and very attentive. nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. it is our favorite place.

I love their sandwiches and have posted very positive reviews about them, but I got a Pick a Pair today which included 1/2 of a greek salad and it was obviously made several days ago. Lettuce was totally wilted and the croutons where stale to the point of being spongy. I did not like the greek salad dressing at all, but as I mentioned. This place is awesome. Today was the first time I have not been very happy and I order from them once a week at least. I only posted this because they encouraged me to. Would definitely have not sought out sending a negative review. Just my thoughts on today.

The driver who was driving in the company vehicle (license plate: CEP4871) at 3:15pm October 7th, 2023 illegally crossed into our lane and almost caused an accident . I also saw them cut off another car and continue to speed. This place needs to get safer drivers.

Love the fresh flat yummy crusted pizza here. There are lots of other options aside from pizza like whole dark wheat sandwiches, soups, salads and wraps that also looked delish! Got the Mediterranean pizza and it was really good! We also ate the mac n cheese and it was OK but I'm not a mac n cheese fan. My husband enjoyed it. Everything was made fresh to order and we sat in their patio area taking in the area views of people watching.

Pretty basic place that could have used a little cleaning. The lady who took my order wasn't the friendliest but I didn't pay her much of mind. It was pretty quiet and not busy which was good being that I was on my lunch break on limited time!!! I ordered the turkey sandwich and broccoli and cheddar soup!! It came out fast and to my table! The sandwich was toasted but lightly so it wasn't cutting the roof of my mouth lol!!! Anyways, it was great! Just a basic turkey sandwich with medium to fresh ingredients. Now the soup on the other hand was AMAZING! Light, creamy and airy but hearty! Nice big chunks of broccoli that melted in my mouth. This was definitely a 10 for 10!! Overall I'd go back but not in a rush! Enjoy

I really don't want to write this review.... :( My boyfriend had the veggie sandwich here yesterday for dinner (I went elsewhere since our schedules didn't line up). He woke up today at 4am puking and.... yeah, the other end too. He has food poisoning! I come to Newk's probably like once every 3-4 months - great food/environment and somewhat quick. But now - I'll be avoiding all Newks. I told my colleagues about the food poisoning here and they mentioned their friends also had the same thing happen the past year or so. Ugh.

Newk's Eatery is nationwide chain of fast casual restaurants serving soups, salads, sandwiches, pizza, and desserts. The food is made fresh in-house, is relatively healthy and affordable, and service is quick. All in all, a good model. This Newk's is located in Town Brookhaven near the shopping center's main entrance off Peachtree Rd NE. There's plenty of parking. Just park in the Publix lot. The restaurant looks and feels like a cafe/bistro. It sort of reminds me of Panera. It's spacious and kind of stylish with both indoor and outdoor seating. It's a nice casual spot. This was my first visit to a Newk's and since I just had major gum surgery seven days prior to my visit here, I was limited to soups only. My options were broccoli cheese, pulled pork and roasted corn chowder, tomato basil, and lobster and crab bisque. I believe the soup selections change daily. I had a bowl of the broccoli and cheese soup for $6.99 and my friend got the half sandwich (chicken salad) / half soup (pulled pork) for $8.59. As soon as that steaming bowl of broccoli and cheese soup hit the table, I just had to smell it. It looked and smelled quite good and it was. The soup was smooth, creamy, and satisfying with soft chunks of broccoli, perfect for my sensitive teeth and gums. Hearty and comforting. My friend enjoyed her sandwich and soup as well. Service was good. Our orders were brought to our table fast and with a smile. If you're looking for relatively healthy and affordable food served quick, Newk's should fit the bill. I'm glad I was introduced to this place. I want to check out the location in Midtown near me now. It's pretty much a direct competitor to Fresh To Order about a block away.

Today's visit was an experience that will have me staying away for a while. We ordered a ham & grilled cheese sandwich, chili, taco salad, and San Pellegrino water. The associate at the register handed me a bottle with no option to open it and no cups. We figured the beverage station had it or something. Nope. We walked around looking for someone to help. We did get very nice help. Our food came. The grilled ham & cheese, had NO ham. We took that up to get it corrected. Took a long time, so we went up to check. Still not ready. My taco salad was naked. No meat, no chili. I never ordered this before, so I didn't know what it may have been missing. I couldn't find anyone to ask about it, so I ate most of it until help passed by. I asked. It's missing the chili she said. She brought me a cup of chili to make up for the error. I get an hour for lunch and I have to drive a bit to get here. This was a bit of nonsense today. I will go back again, someday, as this was only my 2nd time at a Newk's. I am hoping to update this review to something better.

Soup, sandwiches and salads get a little old sometimes, which is why in order to stand out, you have to offer some variety. Newk's does just that. In the past, I figured they were just any other cafe, since our company gets food catered from Newk's, Jason's Deli and Corner Bakery all the time. I like the iconic reusable plastic cups they use, whether it's for catering or for dining in. My friend was craving soup and salad, so we decided on the Town Brookhaven Newk's that was close to Costco (our final destination for the evening). The entryway is huge - there were people standing around in the front trying to decide on their order, but it was unclear whether they were in line. We joined them in our indecisiveness for a good minute before stepping to the register to place our order. I did the 1/2 sandwich 1/2 soup pairing. My 1/2 shrimp Po'Boy was pretty tasty. The shrimp were pretty large and tender, although didn't have much flavor to them. Not a huge fan of the bread. I also ordered 1/2 crab soup, which was a little peppery for me. The complimentary condiment bar is outstanding. I love the crunchy breadsticks (great for an on the go snack), the sweet pickles and the roasted garlic. We kept coming back for more, even when there wasn't any food left to put condiments on. Yes, we ate straight up garlic. Overall, food isn't anything special, but the sweet tea is on point and it's always a welcome change from the usual Jason's Deli, Jimmy John's or Corner Bakery in my life.

I was pleasantly suprised, I've seen newks around and never thought it would be a place with such great food, great service, and good selections. Can seat outside or indoors Went there for a quick lunch with some friends, as you proceed in you'll see to your left a quick cooler selection that holds pre-made soups, sandwiches, cheeses, beverages, and salads (chicken salad, mixed greens).you can also get in line and look to your right.Menus are displayed along that side. Ranging from pizzas, salads, soups, and artisan salads. You can order half soup and salad combo (either ceasar or spring can't mix with the artisian salads) I ordered: Ahi tuna salad with ginger dressing.the tuna was seated perfectly paired with my two other purchases from the cooler. I got the broccoli cheddar soup and pimento cheese to take home .My other friends got the Cobb salad and shrimp avocado salad. Highly recommended this place for a quick bite to eat and laid back environment!

Waited 20 minutes while other patrons were served before us that came after us. It was uncomfortable to finish our meal because it was freezing yet somehow there was smoke in the air that made me feel sick. I will say that the food was really good, but the food took a whole and when we asked the worker where our order was he was very unapologetic and never said sorry for the wait. The food is great, you just have to have lots of time set aside to eat here

I've been coming into this store location about every other week for a few months now. I always order the same meal, and notice some things have been slipping as of late. 1.) smaller salad portions 2.) incorrect or missing ingredients 3.) slightly less-attentive customer service It's still a clean, quiet establishment, and the kitchen crew is quick to rectify mistakes. These aren't necessarily deal breakers, but rarely do trends like these in the food industry reverse themselves. Something for consideration for management.

Newk's is located next to Publix in the Brookhaven Town Shopping Center. Parking can be sparse on busy weekends. I think you have better luck parking at the parking deck located next to LA Fitness and just walking from there. The restaurant is large in size and have both booth and regular tables with chairs. There's lots of drink options from fountain drinks to sweet & unsweetened tea. There's grab & go meals in a fridge by the door. FOOD: I've always ordered the pick two from Newk's which is basically any two combinations of: any 1/2 sandwich, any 1/2 salad, or mac & cheese. - NEWK'S Q: my favorite sandwich from Newk's. There's bacon, grilled chicken, white BBQ sauce, and swiss cheese all served on a warm French Baguette. The baguette is fresh and crunchy. Love this sandwich and it's always my go-to order. - CHICKEN SAUSAGE GUMBO: probably my favorite soup to order at Newk's. I think the soup is hearty and has tons of flavor. I love the chopped up bits of sausages and shredded chicken. I couldn't get enough of this. The type of soups served changes daily and the chicken & sausage gumbo is served on Wednesdays & Saturdays. Service is great. They bring the orders to your table and take your placarded number from your table. When you're done, they come by to grab you plates. Staff are friendly and always smiling. Overall, I do love Newk's and will continue to support them.

For those of you on a healthy journey, Newk's is the place to go. They have a variety of pizzas, sandwiches, soups and salads. With the pizzas you get the option of traditional or cauliflower crust. They also have a few wine options. Only reason why I give this place a 3 is again, healthy options! The spicy chicken pizza had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. (It contains no base sauce) I chose the pairing option and paired it with a Greek salad. Greek salad was regular. I'd come back here again if I was seeking a healthier alternative. The attitude of the staff was my highlight, kudos to them!

Usually this would be a great place to pick up tasty food pretty quickly. Lately, it's been quick, but the food is having some challenges. Once again, I ordered a pizza and received it looking sloppy. It's happened a few times in the last couple of months. Way too much pizza sauce and pieces cut very uneven. One slice is tiny enough to feed a sparrow and another is the size of two slices. The kitchen and management staff has changed. The manager on duty this evening looked at the pizza when I showed her what was in the box. Afterwards, she threw it in the trash and refunded me without an apology or acknowledgement that an improvement was needed. The customer service is tanking at this location. Hopefully, they will recover because this use to be a great place to order out and dine in.

I came in for a job interview today and the manager was rude! I dressed nice and traveled 30minutes just to tell me the General Manager wasn't there. Manager told me it was bad pay and that I should just go.

Provided my 10 year old daughter with milk that expired nearly two weeks ago. Will report to the Health Dept.

I was very disappointed, thankfully only went for light dinner and dessert. Ordered cake that wasn't sliced up front but wasn't warned that it was actually frozen in the back! I would never have ordered frozen cake. Veggie soup was hot but way too tomatoey and salty. Not a good experience. When I told the cashier, they just said sorry, no resolution or no offer of a different cake, anything would have been nice. Will never go back there! Felt like a cafeteria! Only silver lining was my husband liked the chicken sandwich. Still won't go back!

I was impressed by their food at the one in Midtown, so I decided to check out the Brookhaven location near my home. I ordered my food To-Go. Pros: I was there on a Monday night at 7:45 -- it was adequately busy. There were a lot of other people waiting for their to-go orders. The staff at the register was on the phone, but another gentleman gladly stepped in to take orders for the line. They seemed generally attentive. The man told me my food would be ready in about 5-10 minutes, and it was ready in about 10. I ordered the Newk's "Q" sandwich and Fire Roasted Tomato Soup, both of which were really good. The tomato soup was pretty hearty, to my pleasant surprise. My order came with a full set of plasticware and napkins. ---- Other Comments: I can't really call these "Cons" because I didn't feel there were any. The fire roasted tomato soup was good, but if I had to be extremely critical, it could've been a bit chunkier. There weren't many seats for people to sit and wait while waiting for to-go orders, and most people were standing. But that probably speaks more to their popularity than anything else. The seating is adequate, and I don't care about standing. --- This location is well-placed in a high-traffic area, and their food hasn't disappointed me yet! It's adequately priced, comparable to other sandwich shops/bakeries such as Panera. A great spot for a casual lunch or dinner.

First time trying as I shop in the area often but hadn't looked at other reviews so wasn't sure what to expect. The menu selection was not overwhelming which I like..clean and simple. I tried the chicken pesto sandwich and my dad tried the shrimp po' boy. The sandwiches were served quickly and warm. We initially ordered as take out but once it begin to rain, we decided to dine in. We hadn't purchased drinks since we were going to leave and I went to the cashier/server (Kim) and she was so gracious to comp us beverages. She was so kind and helpful when we were deciding and very polite. The po' boy had plenty of shrimp which was a plus and the chicken pesto was also hearty with meat. We'll definitely go back. Thanks Kim for your wonderful service.

If you like food that is like McDonalds in portion and cheap but overpriced this place will work but can't recommend anything except the location.

I have been eating a lot of Newk's Eatery food lately. This location is in Town Brookhaven, directly across from Publix. It's fairly close to my workplace, so this has become a "go to" spot for lunch meetings at the office (catering delivers) as well as a sit down or take-out options. There is a small, but cute patio outside for warm days. Additionally the seating is pretty sufficient, except during the lunch hour rush. Although I have been pleased with the speed of the line on those occasions, when I haven't been able to beat the rush. While Newk's is pretty popular for their sandwiches, the menu consists of a nice variety of salads, soups and pizzas. They also have a quick Grab-N-Go area by the front door, if you want a really fast, pre-packaged option. Recently, I have fallen in love with their Ahi Tuna Salad, which has been surprisingly fresh every time (sorry, but I was originally concerned about how "sushi grade" the tuna would be--no shade). It's been pretty good and the portion sizes are large...glad to say! Also, I've been pleased with the sandwiches as well, which is another plus. Overall, Newk's has been one of my FAVE lunch staples of late. If you're in the area and want a quick sandwich/salad/soup, you may want to check them out. Happy Eating!!!

I love sandwiches. It's one of my go to meals so when I find a place like Newk's I get excited! Newk's is a casual restaurant specializing in sandwiches, soups and salads. But they also have some other tasty menu items such as Mac & cheese and pizza. Compared to similar restaurants such as Panera I'd choose Newk's. Their sandwich menu offers a wide variety. Not only that but they are delicious, hearty and you actually get what you pay for, not a skimpy sandwich at a high cost. The soup menu rotates daily and are delicious. I think you can find something for everyone here. Service as always good and I've never been disappointed with the food quality.

They don't notify you when your togo order is ready. I stood by the counter for 15 minutes after it was ready. It's ridiculous they don't have a better system.

This is probably my favorite place to grab a quick bite to eat. I order take out from here almost once a week because the food is delicious and prepared quickly. I would highly recommend this place to others.

I have never actually set foot inside one of these restaurants, but after our cater lunch from them the other day, I probably never will. My sandwich consisted of one slice of meat A half a slice of cheese and a sliver of lettuce. Some of my coworkers actually got too little pieces of diced tomatoes on their sandwich. For a company that serves so much food inside their sandwiches, I would rather go somewhere else. This is a total disgrace of a sandwich.

This is my go-to place for take-out in the new neighborhood. I love the pick two combo (salad, soup, sandwich). I have eaten my weight in pimiento cheese sandwiches at Newk's. The Black & Blue Salad is awesome, and all of the soups and bread I have eaten have been great. The pizzas are decent, nothing memorable. The staff is usually friendly and my husband is a big fan of the pickle/breadstick bar. I also utilize the online ordering, it is much easier (especially during high-traffic times) to just dip in and dip out with my snacks, without waiting in line. This is probably about as good as it gets for a fast-food type restaurant.

Good quick food. Chicken salad a favorite for take out. Their pizzas are decent but overpriced. Soups are just "meh' if you're a soup person.

So excited about this little place. Yummy soups, sandwiches and pizza. Kinda Panera style. You order and they bring the food to you. Loved the potato soup. It's got bacon in it for those who don't like bacon. I'd like to go back and try the shrimp pizza. They also had cakes available and what looked like an olive bar. A couple of the restaurants have closed in the shopping center. This place is great for a quick lunch.

Placed an online catering order on Saturday at 5pm for delivery the next day. When I called to inquire about status was told there was no order. Then the "manager Thomas" hung up on me.
