Yelp
Personally one of my favorite drink spots since they've first opened and one of the very few cideries in general that I have been a fan of. It's pretty crazy to have watched their growth over the years.
Drink-wise: they are obviously a cidery so they specialize in a variety of different types of cider. Ciders not typically for everyone, but Newtopia in my opinion can put their ciders up with anyone and probably come out on top. Their tap-list is ever-changing cycling through new drafts, seasonal specials, and OG's. It may depend on the tender there, but there is a "secret menu" of sorts where you can request a blend of two different ciders to create a new drink. Back in their early years, I used to request the OG "Chai-neapple Express" which was a blend of their Chai cider and Belgian Pineapple cider. If those flavors are available on tap, I highly recommend asking for them whether that's separate or blended.
Ambience-wise: they go with a Victorian era-ish vibe with their decor. The location is fairly medium sized with both indoor and outdoor seating so it's good for all party sizes, whether you are by yourself, in a small group, or a large party. Indoors, they have seating at the bar, a few round tables, and couch seating. There's a parking lot and street parking, so parking is very rarely an issue outside of an event like farmer's markets. There's a big projector screen where they usually play some sports but I've seen other medias played as well. Outdoors - there's picnic tables and lawn chairs at the front entrance area. There is some shade from cover and trees and they do have heat lamps available for colder weather. The cidery is also kept clean as well. They often have different little shindigs across the week such as seasonal drink releases, food trucks, live music, farmers markets, and trivia night. They are also dog-friendly so bring the pups along for the ride.
Service-wise: all the tenders have been great whenever I've been here. They are always patient, polite, make good conversation and recommendations on the ciders on tap.
To wrap up this long review, I'll summarize by saying that though I can probably no longer consider myself a regular anymore due to my new life adulting 24/7, Newtopia stands as a staple of my very limited list of establishments that I will stand by and always recommend to folks. They are at the top of the cider game and I don't anticipate that changing anytime soon.
