Best pho I’ve had in Paris. Similar to the quality I can get in California. Great service, air conditioned inside, and delicious food. The pho was served very hot. Would absolutely return on my next trip.

A Vietnamese restaurant with flavorful foods in District 13. It is a small, and family-run restaurant. Beside the well-known phở with different meat options, there are other less well-known "noodle soups" which are known to a specific region of Vietnam. After a bowl of hearty phở, it is recommended to conclude with a sweet drink as dessert.

An amazing spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Their soups are not only incredibly flavourful but also come in huge portions, making them perfect for a hearty and satisfying meal. If you’re looking for a cozy place to enjoy delicious Vietnamese food, this is a must-visit. Highly recommend.

Had bo bun beef and pork for main dish. Everything was good and filled us up quite nicely. Only problem I would have is the quality of the meat which I felt was of lesser than the rest of the dish. But good experience overall, would definitely recommend.

Delicious classic beef soupe pho, will come back and try the limited dishes during the week. A little bit pricy than the other restaurants.

I would give 11/10 if I could. This place totally satisfies my craving for Southern Vietnamese food 🥹 the pho, bun bo hue, che dau trang were all on point that we came back twice! The owners and staff were all kind and friendly. It can be very crowded on weekend so long queue might be expectec

In the heart of Paris, Ngoc Xuyen offers an authentic taste of Saigon. The pho’s rich broth and the perfectly crisp spring rolls, paired with cold lettuce and an abundance of herbs created a refreshing contrast. The accompanying sauce was well-balanced. Looking forward to going back.

Yelp
We came here based on recs from other Vietnamese people and definitely satisfied our cravings. The Bun bo Huế was excellent! The broth was really flavorful and not too spicy. My daughter had pho, which was also very good. My mom had rice with chicken and said the chicken was tender with crunchy skin. We also ate the 7 colors and 3 colors desserts, if you can tolerate durian, I would recommend trying the 7, very creamy and delicious. It's crowded but we got table quickly, waiters were friendly and attentive, great service! We had outside seating which was nice, inside definitely smelled better with all the food prep right there. Overall, everything was very good, my husband said it's his best meal in France, even though we've had Michelin meals.

Yelp
Hidden away on a side street, with odd opening hours (9:30am to 5pm), this tiny restaurant has been around a long time (under same ownership) and is always full with Asian customers. This is a sure sign that the Việt food it serves is good! No complex, sophisticated dishes, just a relatively short menu of simple but well executed street food dishes. The phở is photastic, with the delicious broth originating from bones, not MSG. The bánh cuốn (Việt cheung fun) is not high-quality, as the skin breaks easily.

Yelp
One of the best bun bo hue dishes I have tried. Tried this early morning at 11am as I read that lunch lines are long. Got there and had a table to myself. They ask if you want the pig feet, and it is superb. The bun bo hue broth is light yet flavorful and complex. The staff is quick. Next time I will be staying in the 13th arrondisement.

Yelp
By far one of the best Vietnamese restaurant in Paris. They have specialized dishes (bun rieu cua/crab soup) that are only offered on certain days. You know a restaurant is good when the menu is limited so that they can focus on just a few dishes. They definitely know what they're doing and I'm glad that they don't "cater" to European tastes. Their hours are strange though...I basically can never eat here when they have their special dishes of the day because I'm working during those hours. They close really early too I think.
