Ngopi Coffee was a lovely brunch spot to catch up with friends.
We ordered a grilled cheese, scrambled eggs on toast, and Indonesian fried rice, with a Kaya toast to share. The flavors were well-balanced, and everything tasted freshly made. The toast was sourdough, which I don’t usually go for, but it was surprisingly delicious—crispy on the outside and soft inside, complementing the creamy scrambled eggs perfectly. The Indonesian fried rice had just the right amount of spice and was packed with flavor.
The atmosphere was quiet when we arrived around 10:30 AM, making it a relaxing place to enjoy our meal. By noon, the café had filled up, creating a lively and bustling vibe without feeling overcrowded. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall welcoming experience. The only thing I would say is the table legs can get in the way sometimes, and the food comes out one by one instead of altogether, but it didn't take away from the overall experience.
Ngopi Coffee is definitely a spot worth visiting, whether you’re after a peaceful morning coffee or a flavorful brunch with friends. Highly recommend!
